(Chifuyu, Yamada, and the IS girls turn to the right as we fly up to Inou, Goubara, and Saiga. Goubara and Saiga change into shadows and Inou into a Crimson red Rider)

(Flash cut of all the Riders in a line, Build charges forwards and battles Evolt. Evolt blasts a ball of energy that Cross-Z and Akatsu kicks though.)

Construct 147/Movie Part 3: Cornered
We are Ichika…
I lay into the Zebra before he blocks my fist. "Not bad…" Zebra mutters, before upper cutting me into the air. "How about this!?" Zebra shouts, punching me in the back, mid air as I'm flung across the side of the underpass, smashing through a wall into an underground parking lot. Catching myself on my feet, I slide across the pavement to a halt. Looking back up I see Zebra step through the hole I made. I clench my fist as a dragon fang knife extends from my gauntlet. Throwing the knife with my right arm, the knife flies out with a magma chain connecting it to my gauntlet. The knife stabs Zebra in the chest as it locks in. "Huh-?" Zebra mutters looking down at the knife.
Cross-Z:(blazing) GET OVER HERE!~
Zebra:(pulled) Whoa~!?
Cross-Z:(catches Zebra) I'll smash your fucking face in!
Throwing Zebra over my head I smash him into the ground, then kick him into a steel pillar. Zebra just collects himself and stands up. "Heh. That one tickled!" Zebra said as he dusted himself off. "Don't fuck around with me!" I shout, charging at him. As I come in close, he kneels down then swings, kicks the left side of my belly, then punches me in the chest. I stumble but collect myself. "How dare you hurt Kasumi!" I charge Zebra again as we both throw punches. Our fists collide before the energy of our attacks explode knocking us both back.
Zebra:(stumbles and rolls) Ough… You're pretty good.
Cross-Z:(stands up) I'll-
Just then, headlights beam into the corner of my HUD. "Huh?" I turned to face a new car that had arrived at the entrance of the parking lot. A single figure, cloaked in the shadow of the dark parking lot as he walks towards us. "Who are you?" I ask, when the figure suddenly walks into a dark shadow and disappears from view. "Wha-" Someone steps next to me.
?:(steps next to Cross-Z) You will be the switch for the destruction of this world.
Cross-Z:(looks at Figure) Your-?!
We are Observers…
Inou puts the palm of his left hand up to Cross-Z's face as he absorbs something from within Cross-Z. Inou then lowers his left hand down to Cross-Z's gut, as the magma energy shifts into a crimson red, Inou then releases the energy back into him. The energy ripples across Cross-Z as he falls silent.
We are Houki… Narita Airport…
Nearing Narita, I dodge cars that attempt to drive us off the road. While the cars I'm unable to dodge, Rin uses her IS to push them out of the way. "Remind me again, why aren't we just flying?!" Rin asks as we dodge another car. "You really want to deal with the current air space?" I point out, glancing up at all of the helicopters in the air.
Rin:(glances up) Point taken.(looks at Houki) But why is everyone all of a sudden attacking us?!
Houki:(driving) How should I know? All I know is that we need to get you to the runway.
Rin:(stands up) Then take us off the road.(deploys blade) We'll just cut a path.
"Direct path to the Runway, coming up!" I said, as I drive off the road and into the surrounding forests, Rin cuts a path through the foliage then through a fence and onto the runway where a single airplane sits on the runway with the other girls nearby. Driving up to the girls I screech the bike to a halt and hop off. "Made it!" I exclaim getting off.
Cecilia:(steps over) Houki! Rin! You both made it, what the bloody hell is happening?
Rin:(walks past) I couldn't tell you, people just suddenly attacked us.
Charlotte:(looks up) Is that why the Touto military suddenly deployed all of its helicopters?!
Laura:(steps over) A manhunt, with orders from the government. Likely related to Inou's recent speech. But these movements, this isn't organized. And if regular people are in on this, someone has done something to them.
?: That's correct.
We all turn to see Saiga Ryouka walking down the runway towards us. "What's Hokuto's representative suddenly doing here?!" Rin shouts, surprised. Saiga pulls out a golden Lost bottle. "Gathering the pawns." Saiga said as she shook the bottle then put it against the side of her neck as she transformed into a Scissor Lost Smash. "Wha?!" The girls collectively gasp, I strap on my belt as I step in front of the others. "Get on the plane! GO! I'll cover you!" I shout as I strap on my belt and insert my transformation device. "Akatsu Yggdrasill! Are you Ready?!" I crank my belt and enter my pose. "Henshin!" The tree grows behind me as its branches cover me then splinter away revealing my armor. "Akatsubaki Yggdrasil!" I draw my Katana and charge the Scissor Smash.
Scissor:(giggles) Yes, come to me.(readies blades) I'm still unsatisfied after dealing with the Farmer and the "Former" Acting Prime Minister.
Akatsu: What?! What have you-(swings blade) Done!?
Scissor:(bladelock) What do you think happened? I beat them, let the crowd, "Handle them." Not that they could do anything.
Akatsu:(pushes back) Bastard!
Scissor giggles as she hops back, I sheath my katana and as I enter a dash my vision turns red at the corners of my view as I'm suddenly right in front of Scissor. "My, how fast." Scissor mocks, as she sidesteps and hits me on the back of the head as I tumble to the ground. 'Wha-What was that?' I wonder as I sit up. "Hmm… Good to see you're starting to awaken." Scissor said, stepping over she puts up her blade edge to my throat.
Akatsu:(looks at Scissor) "Awaken?" What are you saying?!
Scissor:(grabs and pulls up Akatsu) Aww, do you not realize? You did the same move again Tiberium Kaiser.
Akatsu:(confused) Against Kaiser?... Ah!
An image from the duel enters my mind, as I remember my vision also becoming red as I jumped up to dodge the incoming blast, yet after that the moments before I defeated Tiberium Kaiser become foggy. "I… Did that?" I mutter, looking down at my hands. "Now, now. Don't lose your head!" Scissor shouts as her gauntlet scissor opens and closes in on my neck. I quickly reach out and grab the blades trying to prevent them from decapitating me. "Awaken, destroyer!" Scissor exclaims as the blades come closer and closer to my neck while I desperately attempt to hold them off. My vision becomes read again, as I snap the blades and then jam them into the lower throat of the Scissor before I kick the blades in further. The impact of my kick launches Scissor further down the runway. Scissor rolls on her back then jams her right arm blade into the ground slowing her down.
Scissor:(nods) Very good.(removing blades) I'm happy to see you're beginning to wake up. Killbas.
Akatsu:(looks at Scissor) Killbas? Who is Killbas?!
Scissor:(giggles) If you manage to beat me,(blades rebuild) then you'll find out.
I pick up my katana that I'd dropped to stop the scissor blades as I charge Scissor. Reaching into my pocket, I pull out my Sakura bottle. Giving it a shake and opening the cap, I insert it into the hilt of my katana where a Bottle hole lies. Just like Cross-Z's blade. "Dimension Tune!" I pulled the Trigger once. "Asgard!" Standby music plays, swinging my katana, sakura petals begin appearing and obscuring Scissior's view. I run around, then jump in to attack Scissor from behind. Then again and again, around in a circle before I jump into the air. "ENOUGH!" Scissor shouts, launching her scissors into petals dispersing them. Scissor looks around for me, before I drop down from the sky on her. She looks up and just barely manages to block my katana from piercing her. My katana's edge only pierces the surface of the scissors on the Smash's arms. I pull the Katana's edge from the shield, then I pull the trigger again.
"Sakura! Asgard Festival!" Swinging in a circle, I slice both of the shield scissors into pieces as I drop in front of the shocked Smash. In rapid succession, I swing my katana forming a Sakura pattern on the Scissor smash, before sheathing my blade. "It's over!" I shout, drawing my katana and swing, dashing past Scissor. The Smash freezes in place as the Sakura pattern turns into an energy Sakura that is sliced in two by my swing, followed by an explosion. Scissor drops to the ground, "This… Was more… Than I expected!" Scissor exclaims, it's then I notice something off with the Sakura Bottle. Removing the bottle I watch it glow and change from a Sakura pink, to Platinum. "What the…" I mutter, then I remember what happened to Sento and Ichika.
Akatsu:(looking at bottle) This change in color… It must mean-!
Scissor:(looks over) Hazard Level 6. That explains your further boost in power…
Akatsu:(looks at Scissor) It's over for you now!
"Houki! Behind you!" Rin shouts, when I turn around to look at her, someone steps into my view. "Wha-?!" I slow down as I take in who stepped in our way. "Ara, Inou-san." Scissor said, getting up and dusting herself off. "Inou-" I'm cut off when the open palm is put up to my face as my vision goes blank.
We are Observers…
Inou:(hand glowing with energy) The second switch for the destruction of the world is now in our hands.
"Houki!" Rin cries out as Inou lowers his hand down to Akatsu's waist and unloads an orb of red energy into her. "Rin! We need to go now!" Laura shouts, grabbing Rin and pulling her in, as the doors to the plane close up and they begin to lift off. "We can still help her!" Rin shouts, as Laura grabs Rin by the shoulders and stares into her.
Laura:(looks at Rin) I know, but we cannot forget our mission. Sensei will find a way to deal with this. He's done it before he can do it again.
Rin:(looks at Laura) But without help? Without us?
Cecilia:(steps over) Are you forgetting? Banjou-sensei and Yamada-sensei are still there. He's not alone.
Laura:(nods) She's right, that's why we need to hurry back. Convince the UN to mobilize, then we'll be back.
Rin:(clenches fist) Okay…(unclenches) Okay… I understand.
Charlotte:(steps over) Ladies, we should get into our seats now.
Cecilia:(looks at Charlotte) Aren't they trying to stop us at all?
Charlotte:(shakes head) No, they are entirely focused on Houki… It looks like we were never the target.
Laura:(looks at Charlotte) That just raises more questions. That energy, the sudden new Smashes. The people attacking the Riders…(crosses arms) What is their endgame here?
We are Madoka…
A long sigh escapes my lips as I put my head against the concrete. Glancing up, we are stuck in a concrete ditch with the only way out, a steel gate at the roof of the room. "What a fine situation we're in now, huh, Beardy." I said looking across the small room to Gentoku who's looking around the room with the flashlight that was dropped to us earlier. "Are you just gonna sit there, or are you going to help me?" Gen said, looking around the room for a method out.
Madoka:(looks at roof of room) Unless you can grow like an American basketball player, I don't think we're climbing our way out.
Gen:(looking around) Then we'll find another way. Are you just giving up like that?
Madoka:(looks at Gen) Like hell I am, Beardy! I'm just thinking about what she said when she dropped us in here.
Flashback…
The two of us are dropped in. "Ah! Get off me!" I shout. "Then stop moving!" Gen exclaims, we get off each other as we look up at Saiga. "Now you two stay down now." Saiga jokes, kneeling down to look closer at us. "Until we finish our ceremony…" Saiga lifts a finger to her lip and gestures to us to be silent.
Saiga:(smiles) … You two stay here and behave.(waves) Bye…
Saiga stands up as I immediately put a hand over Beardy's eyes. "We didn't see! We didn't see! We didn't see!" I exclaim. "Now for our Sakura." Saiga mutters as she disappears into red smoke. "Calm down." Gen exclaims pushing my hand away.
Present…
Madoka:(stands up) She mentioned Houki.
Gen:(looking around) And considering her powers, it's possible that she's an alien like Evolt.
Madoka:(looks at Gen) If that's the case, do you think they are trying to destroy the world like Evolt is?
Gen:(puts away Flashlight) We can only assume. But if we're going to find out.(hands flashlight to Madoka) We need to find a way out.
I look at the flashlight then at Beardy. I sigh as I scratch my head. "I've never been good at this thinking stuff." I said taking the flashlight and turning it on. "And that's why Sento calls you Meathead 2." Gen jokes, I push him. "Shaddup." I said as the two of us began to look around the room.
We are Sento… Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics…
Entering the lab I check around the room… 'No one… I just hope it still works.' I glance at my old lab pass that I used when I worked here. "It should work." I mutter to myself as I quietly walk over to my desk. "I never got "Fired" per-say, so I should still be in the system." I said as I stepped up to my desk, putting my pass up to the scanner that's hooked up to a PC. The scanner accepts my pass, inputting the password and unlocking the PC. "Thank goodness. It still works." I said as I typed in the keyword: Kiwami Project. I skim over the document regarding the project.
Sento:(sighs) I knew it. If they were crew members of the Mars probe then…
?:(steps into room) I've been waiting for you, Katsuragi Takumi-kun… No, you go by Kiryu Sento now don't you?
Sento:(looks over at Inou) Inou.
Inou:(looks at Sento) It looks like I don't have to introduce myself.
Several armed guards enter the room and train their guns on me. "Who are you?" I ask Inou. "Are you connected to Evolt?" I discern, Inou simply smiles as he approaches me. "Just as I'd expect of a Genius physicist." Inou said as his eyes burned blood red. "I'm not human." Inou states waking up in front of my desk as I stand up to meet his eyes.
Inou:(lifts up hand) I'm a survivor of the Blood race,(hand engulfed in flames) just like Evolt.
Sento:(watches Inou) Blood race? Survivor?
Inou:(paces around room) Over the past decade, we have stood behind the scenes, manipulating events.(walks up to Sento) Remember when you found the fugitive Banjou with the help from that Internet idol, or the various other times you asked for her services for information?(reaches into pocket) Did you ever find it odd that an "Idol," managed to get government grade information, Faster, than the government?
Sento: …(eyes widen) Then…?
Inou:(holds up phone) Exactly. We were the ones who introduced you to Banjou. We were the ones to make Houki a Rider as we were aware of who she was, LONG, before Evolt.(walks around Sento) I know everything about you. Erasing the memory of the Demon Scientist, Katsuragi Takumi and making up the fake Hero, Kiryu Sento.(puts hand on Sento's shoulder) That was my idea.
Sento:(pushes away Inou) Is this all for some Sick game like Evolt?!
Inou:(scoffs) Hardly. It was all for the destruction of Earth.(dusting himself off) However, Evolt changed her mind.(looks at Sento) Thus, we decided to take matters in our own hands.
A pair of footsteps behind me draws my attention, I turn around to see Ichika and Houki walking into view. Now dressed in all black suits, their faces emotionless, their eyes glowing red. "Ichika! Houki!" I exclaim. "Do it." Inou orders, Ichika and Houki insert their transformation devices and crank their belt. "..." Their armor forms and attaches onto them. Ichika in his Great Cross-Z Dragon and Houki in her regular Akatsubaki armor. The two charge me.
Sento:(ducks) Ichika! Houki! Snap out of it!(grabbed and choked by Cross-Z) S-Stop it, Ichika!
Inou:(shakes head) Don't bother. It's a waste of your limited and pitiful breath.
Cross-Z drags me across the desk and throws me to the floor, before Akatsu pulls me up and throws me into another desk across the room. "These two are nothing more than puppets now." Inou mocks, as Cross-Z and Akatsu draw their swords and swing at me. Rolling out of the way I barely managed to dodge as the two riders sliced the desk I was on. "Fuck… FUCK!" I shout as I scramble up and run towards the nearest window, strapping on my belt and insert bottles along with the Hawkgatlinger. "Taka! Gatling! Best Match!" I quickly crank my belt and shoot the window as I jump. My armor straps on just in time however, as I'm about to fly out a pair of arrows rip through my mechanical wings as I fall to earth.
Outside…
I stumble and roll across the ground dropping my weapons, as I look up to see people approaching me. "Destroy… Build…" They mutter like zombies as they hovel towards me, exhausted from the summer heat. "Why is this happening?" I ask, when familiar voices come from behind. "Destroy… Build…" I slowly turn around to see Chloe, Sawa, and Yamada approach me with a Scissor and Zebra Lost Smashes behind the three, watching. "Yamada-chan…" I mutter in disbelief.
Inou:(walks out of Building) The entire nation is your enemy now, Build.(crosses arms) There is nowhere you can run.(smiles) Shall we put the finishing touches to the Build Elimination Project?
Build:(stands up) Not… Without…(takes out Full Full Bottle) A Fight! INOU~!
I insert the Full Full Bottle and transform. "Rabbit and Rabbit!" The new armor attaches as I rush up to Inou, only for Cross-Z and Akatsu to step in the way. "Make everyone Normal again!" I shout at Inou, as thunder behind to sound off in the distance. "I'm afraid you misunderstand." Inou said as he gestures out to the people around us.
Inou:(looks over people) It is they themselves, who wand Kamen Riders gone.
Build:(confused) What? Wha-(punched away) Guhagh!
Inou:(watches Cross-Z and Akatsu battle Build) The public sees you as a military weapon. They detest Kamen Riders, who have brought fear into their lives. Every time they see you they are reminded of war, aggravating their trauma. This country does not need Kamen Riders.
Build:(looks at Inou) But it was you and Evolt that caused the war to begin with!
Inou:(raises eyebrow) Yes…(gestures to others) But do you think they know, or even Care?
I look around at the others. "Ichika!" I shout looking at Cross-Z. "Houki!" I shout looking at Akatsu. "Chloe, Sawa-san, Yamada-chan!" I shout looking at Chloe, Sawa, and Yamada. "Destroy…" They chant. "Please… wake up!" Akatsu and Cross-Z both kick me in the face as I stumble back, only for the two Smashes to grab me and pull me up.
Zebra:(pulling Build up) This ain't the place to be lyin' around, geddup!
Build:(looking at Cross-Z) Ichika…(looks at Akatsu) Houki! Wake up!
Inou:(crosses arms) Cross-Z, Akatsubaki. Finish him off.
"..." Cross-Z and Akatsu both crank their belts. "Wake up…" I mutter, as the two jump into the air. "Ready GO!" "Ichika~! Houki~!" I cry out as they both dive and kick into me. As the two fall towards me, my Hazard Trigger lights up. Both Cross-Z and Akatsu kick me on the belt as the Hazard Trigger's energy level goes wild before an explosion flings me across the courtyard and into the parking lot. I hit the ground, the clouds above me cloak the sun in shadows as thunder ripples in the distance as drops of rain fall from the sky. As I lay face down in a puddle of water, a foot pushes me onto my back. Ichika and Houki stand over me, Ichika leans down and pulls the Hazard Trigger out of my belt. The two turn but I roll over and grab the two by their feet. They glance back at me, only for Houki to pull her leg away then kick me in the face with it as I roll back. Ichika and Houki remove their belts, as Inou approaches them. Ichika hands the Hazard Trigger to Inou. "It's finally mine…" Inou mutters. "The power of Destruction!" Inou screams, Houki hands her belt to Inou, and Ichika the Great Cross-Z dragon.
Inou:(walks over to Sento) Well? How do you feel right now? Betrayed by your country, betrayed by our allies.(presses boot against Sento's face) Betrayed by your partners.(grins boot) You are powerless.
Sento:(Inou grabs Sento by the hair) …
Inou:(looks down at Sento) You have nothing left. Or rather, you never had anything to begin with, Kiryu Sento was always empty inside.(pushes Sento to the ground) Ha! Ha! Ha!(stands up) …
I lay on my back as rain fell down on me, I glanced over at Inou and the others. Seeing Ichika and Houki glance at me. "You have outlived your purpose." Inou said walking past Ichika and Houki, as he strapped on the Build Driver. Inou inserts the Hazard Trigger into the belt. "Max Hazard ON!" Pulling out a Cobra Lost Bottle, Inou shakes it and opens the bottle, then inserts it into the Great Cross-Z Dragon. "Awaken! Great C-C-Cros-Blood!" The announcer changes as red energy cascaded across the Cross-Z Dragon.
Inou:(turns around to Sento) Henshin!
Sento:(eyes widen) …!
Inou cranks the belt as the runner rubes exit the belt and connect into the Scissor and Zebra Lost Smashes, then into Ichika and Houki. All four turn into red liquid that enters the pipes and flows into the belt, as Inou's body is wrapped in a black and crimson fog. "Are you Ready?!" The fog solidifies into 4 solid shards that then create a crimson cocoon that shatters, revealing a new Rider. "The Crimson Hunter! Blood!" The new Rider stands before me.
Blood:(looks down at Sento) Behold, Kamen Rider… BLOOD!
