-Episode 5: Katsuragi, The Pervy Shinobi!-
The sight of a forest path could be seen as a student with serpentine eyes was walking along the trail. The moon above her, red as blood hovered above in the night sky. She appears to be a pale skin girl with medium length green hair and an emotionless expression. She then stopped and looked to the moon above her. The screen then cut to black before the following could be heard from her;
"I'll kill them all."
Meanwhile, in Koichi's dreamstate, Mie bellowed with laughter as what was contained in the envelope that Koichi opened the night before were best described as an item of girls' clothing. She laughed to the point of tears, much to the dismay and embarrassment of Koichi, who looked at Mie with a less-than-amused expression on his face.
"You.. you were sent a pair of underwear?!" Mie said, before bursting out laughing once more, causing Koichi further annoyance.
"Aah.. I had my laugh. So anyway, looks like the girl you need to get close to next is one of a.. certain kind." she said, returning to her normal demeanor.
"...Katsuragi-senpai, right?" Koichi asked, his eyes half closed and irritated.
"Bingooo!" Mie exclaimed, clapping her hands in joy to a bemused Koichi.
"Keep in mind, though.. Katsuragi-san also seems to be pretty tough! In fact, I hear she's so strong that her kicks can level the earth beneath her in seconds. I can sense that she has a grasp over the element of fire.." Mie explained, putting aside that she spent quite a bit of time laughing at Koichi's expense.
"Fire?" Koichi wondered, to which she simply smiled and shook her head.
"Well you'll have to see for yourself! Which is totally not code for 'get kicked in the head for yourself and you'll find out!'" Mie jokingly said. It was then that a bell could he heard ringing.
"Oop, it's time for you to wake up now!" she laughed, still snickering over what Katsuragi did.
"Hey, we're not done here!" Koichi called out, before he is then seen waking up in the real world in his bed.. to see Katsuragi laying on top of him with her shirt open. His face turned beet red and steam could be seen coming out of his ears.
"Morning, handsome~" she simply, sweetly cooed.
"WUUUUUAAAAAGGGGHHHH!" Koichi screamed out. His cry echoed through the dorm.
Sometime later, after morning classes.. and Katsuragi getting scolded by Ikaruga again, she is seen walking chirpily down the hallway, a big smile beaming across her face as her mind drifted to the well-endowed girls in her class.. as well as a certain boy. However, her train of thought was interrupted as she looked onto see a group of girls bothering someone.
"Hm? Isn't that Asuka?" she wondered to herself.
Asuka is then seen gripping her arm nervously, as if she's been accosted by someone. A brunette girl with twin pigtails and wearing the Hanzo Academy uniform is seen with her hands on Asuka's hips, feeling her up in a way that bothers her.
"Oh.. some weirdo students are feeling her up." Katsuragi noted to herself, almost a little irritated that the girl is doing this to her friend.
"H-hey! Don't touch off my thigh!" Asuka yelped, clearly distressed by what's happening. Katsuragi buries her forehead in her palm, bemused by how little resistance her friend is putting up.
"I know we have to keep our strength under control around normies, but.. c'mon Asuka, at least put up a LITTLE fight.." she thought to herself before placing her hand on her hips.
"Hey, keep your hands off of Asuka!" Katsuragi called out to the weirdo feeling up her friend.
"Katsu-nee?!" Asuka exclaimed in surprise.
"I'm always up for copping a good feel, but this is going WAAAAY over the line! You need to have your ass kicked in self defense!" Katsuragi declared, finishing the last sentence by assuming a one leg stance, as if she's preparing to land a kick.
It was then that a score of delinquents charged at Katsuragi, hoping to attack her and beat her down. However, Katsuragi shows herself to be a one woman army in her own right as she proceeds to beat the group handily in close-quarters combat. Her combat boots, simply known as "Dragon Rebellion", give her a unique advantage as the blonde favors kicks above all else.
Another group of delinquents arrive to try and challenge Katsuragi, and this time, there was a much larger number of them. So to even out the odds, Katsuragi resorted to using her Super Secret Ninja Scroll, which she used to envelop her attire in light and assume her Shinobi form, which consisted of a simplistic; composed of her usual white Hanzō school uniform, unbuttoned, revealing most of her torso underneath; particularly her breasts. Along with a blue plaid skirt, she wore long socks and her signature black and gold metal boots adorned with small blue tassels on either side, serving as her combat weapon of choice.
"Let's finish this already..~" Katsuragi said, as she licked her lip and prepared her Ninja Art; her metal boots emitted a green energy that spins around them like a whirlwind, suspending her slightly in the air. She charges towards the remaining delinquents with great speed and launches into a fierce barrage of kicks against them.
"CROSS PANZER!" she yelled out, ending with her jumping high into the air and slamming her foot down on the delinquents, defeating all of them. Katsuragi then landed with her back to Asuka, before then placing her hands on her hips.
"Ha! Y'call that a fight?!" she boasted.
"..Hey, Kat.. You.. just beat up the Public Morals Committee.." Asuka said sheepishly.
"Huh?.." Katsuragi exclaimed in surprise.
"They were telling me how much longer I needed to make my skirt.. they told me that it's way too short.." Asuka explained, her tone still sheepish.
"D-did I?.. Well.. um, my bad.. let's just forget about all this and call it another groping incident! Ha ha ha ha ha..." Katsuragi said, covering up her embarassment with a forced laugh.
"Aaaand of course you laugh it off.." Asuka uttered, her tone and her eyes clearly conveying bemusement.
Meanwhile, Koichi is seen in the school's campus where he is training with Master Kiriya to sharpen his reflexes. As the boy attempted to tackle the obstacle course set out by his teacher, he is caught off guard by a series of kunai. Though he manages to avoid them, Koichi loses balance and falls off of a platform, failing the obstacle course.
"Remember, be mindful of your surroundings. Tunnel vision in your missions can cost you your life. Be prepared for anything." Kiriya said, sternly watching Koichi as he attempts to undertake the obstacle course.
"Kiriya-sensei.. don't you think this a little extreme?.." Koichi said, standing up from the grass after falling off the platform.
"In a real battle, you will face opponents with all kinds of tactics. Just because you've faced simpler opponents thus far doesn't mean it will always be that way. Opponents will utilize stealth, projectiles and illusions to throw you off balance and lose focus.. remember, your opponent will show no mercy. So you must not give them an inch." Kiriya instructed, teaching a fundamental rule of Shinobi combat.
Koichi looked down, reflecting on each of Kiriya's words.
"Class dismissed. We will meet here, same time tomorrow. Work on being aware of your environment." Kiriya instructed, before walking away.
Later that evening, Koichi is seen taking a walk in the woods to clear his head after spending much of the after school period training with Kiriya-sensei.
"Being a Shinobi is much harder than I thought.. Asuka-san and the others had a head-start by years.. and I've only been a crappy soccer player, so of course I'm gonna struggle.." he thought to himself, clearly lacking confidence in his ability as a Shinobi.
"I'm starting to wonder if those wins were just luck.." he thought to himself, as flashbacks of when he saved Hibari, Asuka and Ikaruga began to play in his mind. As he monologued internally, he then heard the sound of rustling in the tree above him. It was then that a girl leaped out from a bush behind him and lunged at him. Koichi deflected her attack, he gripped him because her blade managed to get a cut on him.
"...Too slow." the girl said, landing with her back to Koichi. She had pale skin, serpentine eyes, medium length green hair and an emotionless expression adorning her face and she wore a similar uniform to Homura. She gripped what looked like a knife in her hand.
"That uniform.. It looks like Homura's!.." Koichi thought to himself as he held onto his bleeding arm.
"So you're Koichi, right?.. You could be a threat to us, so I'm going to kill you here and now." Hikage simply said, her tone showing no trace of emotion, like a snake preparing to strike.
"Hey, wait a minute! Who are you?!" Koichi asked in a panic, feeling her murderous intent. The girl then swung her knife at him, and through Koichi's desperate attempts to avoid her strikes, she ends up landing several cuts on the boy.
"Agh!" Koichi yelped, holding his side as he bled from the several cuts that were inflicted upon him.
"...Die." the girl simply said, before then lunging at him to deliver the killing blow. Just as Koichi was about to be struck down, a series of rapid footsteps could be heard as Katsuragi leaped out of the bushes and protected Koichi by kicking the girl hard, causing her to slide across the ground on her feet. It was then that the pale, serpent eyed girl rose to her feet as if she actually was a snake.
"Another Hanzo Academy student." she simply said, noting Katsuragi's uniform.
"C'mon!" Katsuragi said, grabbing Koichi before then carrying him on her back. As the blonde started to run, the pale-skinned girl pursued them through the woods like a Snake attempting to corner its' prey. Seeing that they lost their pursuer, Katsuragi gently set Koichi down against a tree.
"So Koichi-kun, where do you find these gi-" Katsuragi was about to finish, before then seeing the severity of his injuries and then stopping herself. She walked over to him and kneeled down in front of him.
"You look like you're in pretty bad shape.. maybe I could get you to a-" Katsuragi was about to suggest as she looked in the direction of downtown, before she then saw energy around Koichi's cuts. They healed up in an instant.
"Woah! Did you just regenerate?! How did you do that?!" Katsuragi blurted, pelting the boy with questions in amazement.
"Nn.. I don't know.. but it's happened since I was little.." Koichi uttered, before he then propped himself against the tree and slowly stood up with Katsuragi then standing up as well, before then pulling the boy into a hug and burying his face in her chest.
"Look a'chuuu! It's not even your first week and you're already popular with the ladieeeees!" Katsuragi said, hugging Koichi in a manner that an overly affectionate big sister would. Koichi managed to pull himself free, before gasping for some breaths.
"Why did you send me that underwear by the way?! That was super weird!" Koichi said, finally bringing up what happened the previous night.
"It was a gift from you to me! It was my way of sayin' that Katsu-nee's gonna take goooood care of youuuu~" Katsuragi cooed, shuffling up to him and snuggling under his jaw.
"H-hey, knock it off!" Koichi said, blushing like a beet as the blonde showed this gesture of extreme affection. It was then that the green-haired girl from earlier landed from the tree above them.
"...Found you." the pale-skinned maiden hissed.
"H-how did you find us?!" Katsuragi blurted.
"Maybe because you yelled so loud, the whole neighbourhood heard you?!" Koichi blurted at the blonde in a comedic fashion.
"Why are you so adorable when you're angry?" Katsuragi said, smiling cutely at the boy. It was then that the serpent-like maiden slithered towards to land an attack. It was then that Katsuragi got in front of Koichi to protect him, before then proceeding to battle the mysterious knife wielder. After a short time, it became clear to Koichi that the odds were not in Katsuragi's favor. It was then that the green-haired girl prepared for what looked like a Ninja Art; she takes out multiple smaller knives and puts them in between her fingers and one in her mouth. Then, without warning, she dashes forward and unleashes a fierce barrage of slashes onto Katsuragi, leaving several cuts on her. She then stabbed forth with her main knife which extends outwardly in a straight line. Katsuragi then looked on, covered in blood, at the knife that was about to plunge into her. The world around her slowed down.. her surroundings went dark..
It was then that she regained her sight to see Koichi protecting her from the blow with his own blade. He then looked on defiantly at the girl, protecting his senpai from this dangerous threat.
"I'm not gonna let you kill Katsuragi-senpai! Even if she's a little touchy, even if she's a little overly affectionate, she still cares deeply about her friends! And I'm gonna protect her with my life! Because she's my friend too!" Koichi looked on, now serious and no longer running away from her. The boy then pushed the green-haired attacker off of himself, causing her to somersault backwards and land on her feet.
"Koichi-kuuuuun!~" Katsuragi cooed out despite her injuries, clearly touched by his declaration to protect her. She then hissed in pain, holding her side as she was covered in cuts from the green-haired girl's blade.
It was then that she threw a smoke bomb at Koichi, which he used his blade to block himself from it. As the smoke covered the area, a series of knives were thrown at him. It was then that Kiriya-sensei's words crossed his mind;
"Remember, be mindful of your surroundings. Tunnel vision in your missions can cost you your life. Be prepared for anything."
Koichi then managed to deflect the oncoming knives. More knives came from behind him, and once again, he managed to deflect them. It was then that the girl lunged at Koichi once more, who responded by blocking her strike. It was then that a voice called out to the girl.
"Hikage! It's getting late!" a girl's voice rang out. With that, the girl known as Hikage slinked down and put her blade away.
"...You may have won here today, but the worst is yet to come." Hikage said ominously before she slinked away into the night.
"H-..hey! G-get back here!" Katsuragi yelled out, before then gripping her side and falling to one knee. Koichi then ran over to her and kneeled in front of her.
"Katsuragi-senpai!" he called out, before then propping her up and helping her walk by letting her use him as a crutch.
"I gotta get you to the hospital.." Koichi said, worried for the wellbeing of his senpai as he helped her to walk.
After getting Katsuragi to the hospital, Koichi was seen in his dorm room that night laying in his bed. He thought over the battle with Hikage over and over again, as if it was a track on a cassette tape stuck on repeat. He was looking up at the ceiling, pondering everything that had happened.
"Someone said her name was Hikage.. just.. what is she?.." he thought to himself. It was then that he heard a knock at the door.
"Koichi-kun? It's me. Can I have a word?" Asuka requested, standing at his door.
"Oh, sure. It's open." Koichi said back. Upon hearing this, Asuka opened the door before she then ran straight over to him and placed her hands on his face.
"I heard what happened! Are you okay?! Are you badly hurt?!" Asuka asked, pelting him with questions as if she was a mother worried about her child.
"I'm fine, Asuka-san! ..but Katsuragi-senpai's in the hospita-" Koichi was about to finish before hearing somebody's voice at his open window.
"Did somebody say my name?" Katsuragi said, arriving in Koichi's room by jumping through said window with a big smile on her face.
"Katsu-nee?! How- I thought you were at the hospital!" Asuka blurted, surprised to see her friend up and about.
"Well the doctor did try to get me to stay, buuuuut-" Katsuragi explained, before then scooting to Koichi and placing her head on his shoulder before hugging his arm, placing it firmly between her cleavage.
"I missed my new little kohai~ He did save my life after all~" Katsuragi purred, rubbing her cheek against Koichi's shoulder, causing him to stammer and stutter like a broken machine as he turned a deep shade of red.
"Hey! I met him first!" Asuka said, grabbing his other arm out of jealousy, placing it firmly between her own cleavage.
"Well, I'll give him all the action he could ever want! He can even oogle me as much as wants too!~" Katsuragi argued, covering her competitiveness with a wink and a smile.
"Well I check on him every day, and he can oogle me as much as he wants!" Asuka said, pulling his arm gently in her direction and pushing it between her chest. As the two girls engaged in this tug-of-war over Koichi, the boy ends the episode by yelling out as the camera zooms out of the dorm;
"Don't I have a say in this?!"
