Narrator pow:

"So change of Soul didn't affect this?" Vilem asked himself in mind as he jumped onto his newly created gaster blaster.

"Of course not, you idiot." Chara taunted him as he set off into the skies above Bratislava. "Bones are one of inherit powers of monster Soul, they stay even after the monster Soul is changed into a human one."

"And that means..." Vilem responded, looking around only to notice weirdly twitching birds that quickly ran away from his gaze. "I accepted my humanity by telling you to fuck off?"

"Maybe." Chara nodded. "For me this change was very random."

"You're telling me..." Vilem smiled lightly before flying forward. "Actually, let's see what we can do now."

"We?" Chara asked him. "Why not just you?"

"You had a point about me doing things alone. I'm overly asocial" Vilem explained. "On contrary, talking without need to face the other person and speak is just so much easier."

"Ah yes, you're an introvert..." Chara nodded. "Won't you also include that you need my approval to use powers of my Determination Soul to their full potential?"

"That's an obvious part, no need to test it." Vilem let go off of his smile as he suddenly stopped his blaster above a street bar. "Anyways, I think it's time for action."

"Gladly." Chara nodded as a sudden fan made out of knives appeared behind Vilem. "Ready for a jumpin'?"

"Heh, always." Vilem nodded as the knives behind him rained down onto the street, nailing an engine of overspeeding car. "Nice shot." He added as the orange sedan rocked and clacked onto the side and stopped at the convienient hydrant, making a human with grasshopper legs fall out throu the windshield and onto the street with a bang.

"Overspeeding much?" Vilem asked, lowering his transport down to a feet above the ground as he closed up onto the shocked driver. "Not like you would understand... Criminal." He added, pointing beyond him.

"He? Wha-?" Caught man gulped, looking behind himself before catching a glimpse of 2 plus 4 family that just crossed the street ahead of him.

"See? So much we all get for playing nice." Vilem continued, lifting the man with the blue magic and rising him up to his eye level. "You commit a felony, get arrested, get released, do another felony or something worse." He recitated with a death stare before dropping him down onto the ground. "Now, I am going to let you free to authorities... But first, you will tell me everything..."

"Ey, Omnitoss." Rudely grinning man dressed in brown trench coat, black sunglassed and white fedora said walking into an underground construction site.

"I missed you too, Kreljic." Muscular blonde with old-school punk garmets responded, standing up from the bag of cement. "You were gone for a whole two months."

"Oh well, killing a curious reporter is a bit of a stretch." Kreljic responded, shrugging his arms as he flicked his fingers, making few briefly seen purple clouds between the fingertips. "But of course, judge was lenient enough that one million Koronas was enough."

"Lucky us to have such a Boss, eh?" Omnitoss nodded, taking out a tightly held by a rubber band stack of banknotes. "Pays well, lobbies in favor of effective workers, grants further benefits from material heitsts..."

"Yeah! Last visit to the bread bank set me for a year forward." Visitor laughed after showing off his earning as he quickly grabbed the money and put it inside his coat. "Either way, something new?"

"Indeed." New, distinctly more feminine voice made the two turn towards the nearly concrete mixer truck. "Jumping Man just fall flat onto his face." It continued as bald woman dressed in a black spandex, yellow boots and grey jacket showed up from behind it alongside twelve gangsters with automatic rifles. "You know what that means."

"Week of low profile." Omnitoss guessed.

"It seems you still bother to listen. Good." Woman smiled as one of her escort walked forward and handed Kreljic a large photo. "This guy however has just become a loose screw. And you know what they do."

"Screw everything up." Kreljic concluded as he move his head to the left and looked last the mobster. "Eee... Is it meant to twitch like that?" He asked, rising his hand to point at the cement mixer.

"No!" Sudden scream made them all froze in place as sudden wave of bones stanked them towards the suspicious vehicle.

"The bones!" Omnitoss shouted, being the first to stand up and clentch his fists. "This is illegal incursion into private property, kid!" He shouted as he took a reserved boxing stance.

"Nuh-uh-uh. This is police raid you uncultured swine." The voice continued in less noisy manner as Vilem appeared at a safe distance before them. "And y'all getting boned today." He added, almost cracking a smile at his own pun.

"A raid without evidence to gain!" Kreljic retored as he and the others snapped out of the initial shock.

"I literally just heard you brag about corrupted judge." Half-Slovak responded as he lifted him with the blue magic. "Not funny." He added before slamking him into the cement mixer.

"Whoa!" The woman shouted, ducking under the flying henchman as his body slammed into the side of the mixer, causing an explosion out of nowhere. "You fool!" She added as the ceeling around it quickly began to fall apart.

"Wrong F-word." Vilem responded, summoning a half-purple, half-brown sword in his left hand as the stack of bones uppercutted a random gangster behind him in the jaw. "You should say... You Fearsome!" He teased as he dashed in a straight line towards her.

"Hah!" Omnitoss stopped him, punching him in the right ribs and sending him flying past two supporting pillars. "Why so desperate, my boy?" He asked, casually slapping away a falling chunk of concrete.

"Oh well..." Vilem sighed, standing right back up and spinning his sword twice. "You don't leave me much choice." He added, noticing that the escort lined up with their Guns aimed at his head.

"Fire!" Omnitoss shouted as he run up to his boss and the gunners opened fire.

"Pfah!" Vilem snorted, rising a wall of bones between himself and the gunman before teleporting up onto the remains of the truck. "There you are." He added, grabbing Kreljic by the collar of his shirt and rising him up so fast that the burned hat and broken glasses fell off of him.

"Fuck you." Gangster cursed, locking fingers on his hands and turning them partially purple.

"No, you!" Vilem shouted back at him, spinning the sword with the help of the wrist.

"Kkhh!" Kreljic hissed, pulling his hands to the sides, narrowly missing the blurred blade.

"What's wrong?" Vilem asked, turning right in instinct and using his as a human shield as he faced the rest of the gathering. "Life flashing before your eyes?" He asked as he noticed some gunman's hands shaking.

"Enough!" The woman shouted, turning her forehead green as she extended her right left hand forward with an open palm of the hand. "What makes you justified here?"

"Ah yes... Your Quirk is literally a morality manipulation." Vilem smiled as his eyes flashes with red light and the tone switched to the one of Chara. "Shame that it works on one person at a time."

"Wait, it's-!" Omnitoss began to speak, but was cut short as the two-coloured sword flew right past him, cutting his hair short

"Damn, I missed." Vilem commented, regaining the control of his body as a red knife appeared in his left hand. "Now, what makes you more important that those you kill?" He asked, looking directly at Kreljic as two walls of bones stood up from the ground to shield them.

"I have wife and kids! I need to feed them!" The man panicked, swinging his hands left and right as Vilem employed a weird hil moves to avoid his fingers.

"The journalist you poisioned also had wife and kids." Hero said with empty eyes as Kreljic suddenly felt a sharp pain in his stomach that drilled it's way towards the back.

"AAAGGGHHH!" He screamed, waving his limbs in panicked frenzy before realising that he only waved his hands.

"Congratulations. You'll never walk up to anyone ever again." Vilem said with malicious smile before throwing him with a move of his arm above the bone wall, leaving a trafił of blood from a wound just above the navel.

"Kreljic!" Omnitoss shouted, running up to him while the female Boss and other gunners closed up around them for protection.

"Send backup." The woman shortly said on a microphone hidded under her spanndex at the upper chest.

"Man! I'm-I'm paralyzed over here!" Kreljic exclaimed, wiggling his upper body in shock.

"You call that resisting arrest?" Vilem asked, teleporting on the other side of room and creating a ring of gaster blasters around the tightly packed group. "I calm this delaying the justice." He added as he flicked his fingers and the demonic skulls opened fire with the unprepared blue blasts.

BOOM*

"Hah, don't you hate it when authorities prove their power?" Vilem asked teasingly, summoning new purple-brown sword in his right hand while walking forward into the blast zone. "You're lucky these don't wreck walls immidieately."

"And that makes you the right person?" A random question came out of the smoke.

"In every concievable way." Vilem quickly retored before lifting his left hand up and flashing his left eye with brown light. "Because I can tell you are not so sure, Helen." He added with a grin as the tried posture of the woman began to appear in his sight.

"You will never get to the real Boss, kid." New voice added as Omnitoss came from the side to shield her with his body. "All you can do is create a power vacuum."

"Heheheh..." Vilem laughed as several blue bones appeared within the two opposing people, piercing them throu. "I have enough time to deal with every threatning criminal in here." He continued as the sword began to spin in his hand. "And your lot is first to strike." He ended as his sword went freely towards the neck of the standing Omnitoss.

"Momma..." Villain said, closing his eyes in exceptation of the worst.

"Hey!" Another new tone shouted as the sword was deflected mid-air with a precise shot from a car-sized pistol bullet. "Cavalry's here!" It continued as the seemingly endless rows of gunman and gunwoman (Likely also other groups with a 'gun-' in front of them.) made a loose but thick encirclement around Vilem.

"Of course you got backup." Young Hero scoffed as the four people walked in front of the ring to his right. "Don't you have schools to shoot at?"

"We don't do that." Young man with ginger hair, light brown eyes and full black smoking responded, spinning a gun in his hand before pointing it at him. "But if you cut us down like a child..."

"... Then those after us will." Second person, a woman with a blue skin and fish monster-like head, ended. Then proceeding to create a blue spear in her hand as her long brown leather jacked and black boots began to wiggle from a suddenly picking up wind. "Riiight, the damage made a draught in here."

"Oh please, your ponytail doesn't seem to move." This person, a near-robotic man resembling a peak career Michael Jackson, added with a smile, holding two cartoonish bombs in his hands.

"And today you outdid all of us." The last person, a large mean resembling a bearded black bear, concluded. "Kreljic doesn't deserve this eternal pain." He added, whipping out a fridge-sized red trident and pointing it at the skinny man crawling over the floor with his arms and help from two other mob man.

"Oh please, we Heroes have no-kill rule until it's really necessary." Vilem responded, spreading his arms and closing his eyes in a gesture of spoiled innocence. "I just turn them into veggies tied to a hospital bed so they can't hurt-!" He began to monologue, but stopped as he teleported away from the incoming rifle fire.

"Oh wooow, I'm so scared." Eerie comment came from the hole in the ceeling. "Actually, I just realised you all are in a underground level of a construction site. I would be a-shamed if it came falling down on you." The voice continued as the supporting pillars and walls began to suddenly crack in random places.

"Run!" One of the gangsters called out as he turned around to flee, but was knocked back by a rising wall of bones that trapped everyone in the place.

"Oh well, I got scared... Your turn." Deadpan sentence came at the end as the whole construction just gave in and the whole construction came crashing down onto the heads of seemingly apathetic, if not fully accepting their sentence, present people...

"Oh, pardner. That's almost soft." Chara commented, spotting a TV stationed at the window of the store informing about the collapsed tower on the outskirts of Bratislava.

"Any numbers?" Vilem asked her back, in a meanwhile using his telekinetic blue magic throw one person after another from the inside of the underground bar to the outside into hands of the police.

"Fiveteen-four brutally injured, only for not-uncapitated." Chara informed him.

"So the shit's doin' numbers." Vilem smiled, turning around as he tossed the last person. "Now let's pursue the agenda, two weeks is a short time."

"Agreed" Chara nodded as they teleported into another bar full of random thugs.

"A-!" A cut scream from a bartender was the only thing that came out before a barrage of bones and low-flying knives spread out across the room.

Simple, brutal, effective. A way the authority had to handle those who oppose it beyond reason.

"That's going into the books..." Vilem nodded as he looked over to the entreance doors and a man with steel chin pinned to it with several bones holding his jacket pinned down. "But your taking of power will not."

"Heh, classic police brutality..." The man laughed as Vilem casually walked up to him.

"Oh well, you asked for it." Half-Slovak sighed before several blue and orange bones went throu the prior's body.

"GGHHHHAAAA!"

"Now, Police Brutality..." Hero (?) said, dropping the bones down and grabbing him by the neck and slamming it into the doors, making the head boince from the recoil. "Names, places, times."

"I'm noting." Chara added with innocent tone of a near-secretary.

"..." Momo didn't said anything.

Or rather, couldn't say anything. I mean, what would you say if you heard that a whole country was having it's building bursted in and out at random with one-hundered precent accuracy in terms of throwing out criminals.

And the worst part? Most of the footage had to be censored because ammount of blood and endless rows of badly carved out stumps is not something you should show on TV.

"... Oh no." Momo let out a weak, sad tone as her eyelids almost collapsed out of grief. "What is he doing there?" She asked herself as she picked up her phone while looking down at her purple Soul, still continued within herself without other's knowledge.

"You must perserve throu it Momo, versitility is your undoubtful strenght. Maybe he doesn6have anything to do with it."

"Oh, hello Momo!" Vilem said with joy as he answered to the call from Momo, all the while observing from his gaster blaster as windows of a three-store building have been bursted out with brown explosions. "I know, but what can I do? I don't have the right to burst in and stop whoever is doing this." He added, while casually creating some slides with his bones for people to escape small fires that could be seen in reflection of windows in nearby housing flats." Yeah, yeah. Teenager in the adults world is a gamble. But if not me, then who? You?" He asked while looking to the side at the police helicopter, from which a person on board threw to him a ball of paper. "Mhm, that's what I thought." He continued as he opened the paper ball with one hand and read the badly written text on it. "Tell ya' what, maybe on the next internship you can come here and help. Right now, I need to lead the nation to safety myself." He concluded as he flew away into the early, still yellow within bright blue with clouds, sunseat. "Mhm, take care and say hi to others... You too, bye." He ended, throwing some cheerful words before ending the call.

"Jeez, you are a good liar." Chara teased him as they flew away into more open and grassy space, now filled by police vans and riot units.

"No, I just act on instinct before my morality bites me on the ass." Vilem responded to her before taking a stop to get a better look over the large, Pentagon-like series of connected buildings that seemed to be styled onto business-oriented mansion. "But before it kicks in, we must finish the job..." He added with a minor resentment as his left eye fleshed with bright blue light and hundereds of gaster blasters filled the air around the complex. "One insignifant to another, all I see now is a criminal."

"Whoa, the change was fast." Chara commented, almost as if she forced herself to sound dumbfounded.

"Heh..." Vilem laughed in his mind as the charged blue light appeared in the whole rows of mouths. "Wouldn't achieve it without you..."

"Oh... Wooow." Nightmare rolled his eyes as he watched the TV news report onto another great businessman-turned-criminal-turned-beaten up being taken in Slovakia. "That accelerates my part of the plan."

"Well, I hope it won't be of trouble to mine..." All For One responded, letting out an eerie comment across the vast, black space he was in.

"Of course not! LQ's tenacity is a one-way ticket to his demise." Nightmare shaked his head before pointing several of his black tentacles at the screen. "The more he strives for his goals, the less stable ground he has under himself. When he pushes everyone away beyond their intrest to save him, my puppets will do the job just fine."

"Waiting for the enemy to weaken himself? That's the way." AFO nodded with reassuring complement. "I assume you won't just kill him?"

"Hmm... Even tho this thought is... Tempting." Nightmare responded, turning around at the heavly accented word. "But the current plan is to make him join the Dust's squad. His power is going to be very needed in the campaign I am planning."

"You don't consider him as a replacement to someone on the team?" AFO asked curiously.

"Actually?" Nightmare asked, then looking back at the screen, which switched to present camera footage of the League Of Villains base.

He then proceeded to look at the transmissions, which revealed the League's members hanging out with his own team. Killer was throwing knives with Toga at the various posters with Heroes, Dust hanged out with Kurogiri at the bar, drinking and talking things out, Insanity practised his close combat skills with Dabi and Moonfish...

And Horror? He was standing in a corner of the room, reluctantly discussing something with Spinner.

"... Yes." said responded simply, narrowing his eyes. "There is one very clear way to improve my task force..."
