Fenrir Greyback woke up that morning dreading the day more than any day, he listened for any noise or more specifically for Remus's heartbeat from the bedroom. His eyes now wide open as he noticed something a miss causing him to leap over the couch in a heartbeat and barged into the bedroom nearly taking the door off the hinges.

Oh how his heart dropped as he noticed Remus's scent is already fading and the bed is already cold when he touched. He punched the bed in frustration and dropped down next to the bed sighing out loud.

After what he felt like hours though only few minutes have passed, Fenrir stood up with renewed determination he stormed out and sniffed out Remus's scent to find out the route the other man has took. Fenrir pursued the scents as if his life depends on it well... honestly it does.

Though what surprised him is when the scent getting distinctly stronger near the small creek in the village. Fenrir stopped in his tracks on the view he found. Remus Lupin has not left the village at all, his Remus instead are sitting by the creek watching Feli talking animatedly joined by his twin Roma this time. The twins were trying and failing to catch fishes in the creek despite the cold.

As if he sensed he is being watched, Remus looked around and spotted the Alpha stood there at a distance looking very stunned, still uncertain if Remus really is there.

The twins noticed that Remus is no longer have his attention on them and following his line of sight they also noticed the Alpha is there. Giggling, they made excuse and left Remus alone. Remus stood up, brushing off the dirt from his pants decided to walk over to the Alpha since the other still dumbfounded. "Good morning," Remus sheepishly said.

Fenrir's mouth seems trying to form words to say something but unable to. Remus found this a little funny, the big bad Alpha is speechless by him.

Somehow it took longer and Remus grew concern the Alpha went into catatonic state if that is possible for werewolf. "Are you alright?" Remus asked.

Fortunately it snap Fenrir out of his reverie if you can call that. He shook his head in disbelief, "Y-you're still here..."

"I am." Remus affirmed. "Maybe it's not bad to stay a little bit longer here. I would like to learn more about the community anyway. You wouldn't mind right?"

"O-of course! I lov-" Fenrir coughed as not to sound too excited. "I mean...We like to have you here as long as you need to."

Remus chuckled, "Good to know. Hmm… I'm hungry could you show me how to find something to eat around here?"

Fenrir look as if Remus hung the moon, Remus cannot judge him by that since this is the most civil conversation Remus has with the Alpha since they met.
