Lola was having a pageant a few days later. Luke was there, but he didn't want to compete. He felt like he would just be good at losing instead of winning.
Lola feels bad for Luke. She didn't like to see him like this. Luke usually loved competing in pageants.
Lola got dressed before going up to Luke.
"Come on, maybe you could win." Lola says "I have faith in you." Lola says.
Chalice comforts Luke.
"This is the Glitz & Gumdrops pageant. The one where you got your start!" Lola says. Luke perked up and smiled at Lola, agreeing to compete.
The first round was a fashion and introduction round. Luke looked nervous.
Lola gave him a thumbs up to encourage him. Luke smiles as he walks on the runway.
People cheered for Luke as he smiled even bigger.
Soon, Lola went on as she modeled for the crowd.
People cheered. The siblings and cups were there for Luke.
Angry Luigi sped to the broken bridge.
"The coast is clear." he says and used crystals to fix the bridge best he could. He leaped towards Savannah who gave him a thumbs up.
Suddenly, the police were coming.
"Oh, no!" Savannah says as Angry Luigi grabbed Savannah and leaped to the roof of a building.
"Crystals? Are those safe for a road?" one of the cops asked.
"I'm not sure." Another one says.
Angry Luigi looked down.
"Hey, we'll find out who kidnapped your parents." Savannah says as Zizas arrived with his crew.
"You two thought you could hide?" Zizas asked.
"You destroyed the bridge!" Savannah says.
"That's not what the news says." Zizas says.
"What do we do?" Savannah asked. Angry Luigi grabbed Savannah and leaped onto a different bridge landing on a car.
Meanwhile…
"You were great!" Lucy says to Luke.
"Thanks." Luke says as he changes for the talent round.
Lisa was watching the news on her phone.
"What's going on?" Luna asked.
"Your munchkin tried to fix the bridge." Lisa says.
"Oh?" Luna asked.
"Yeah, now he's bouncing on cars." Lisa says.
Zizas tries to punch Angry Luigi, who leaped away with Savannah. Bill came with his plane as Alex tossed a rope, but Zizas cut the rope.
"No escape!" Zizas said as police helicopters were coming in.
"Oh, no!" Savannah says as Zizas smirked.
"Randy's plan was to beat Luke and win fame. He can't do it without the show." ZIzas says and kicks Gemma's car off the bridge as Angry Luigi shoots a lighting rope on the car trying to pull it up as Zizas punches Angry Luigi as he and the car are falling.
Alem tuber flew in, saving Angry Luigi as he went back for Gemma and put the car on the road.
"Come on, we need to bail!" Emila says and grabbed Savannah and opened a portal as the cosmic buddies flew in. The police shot away at them. A bullet hit Savannah as they entered.
Zizas used that chance to escape.
Meanwhile, Luke was ready as the talent round began. Luke smiled and wielded his gold and silver ribbon sticks. He then began his "Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight" ribbon dance routine, using the Jennifer Hudson version from Sing. He finished by spelling his first and last name with his ribbons.
People cheered and clapped for Luke.
Next, it was Lola's turn as she came on stage. She did a ribbon dance as well.
People cheered, but not as much.
With the cosmic buddies, Angry Luigi sees Savannah was hit by a bullet.
Emila healed her.
"Thanks." Savannah says.
"Why does the city of San Antonio hate us?" Bill asked.
Alem tuber shows the news.
"This is your fault." Delta says to Randy.
Luke was getting ready for the Candy Wear round, modeling his Dum-Dum Pops marching band outfit in the mirror backstage.
Leni took pictures of Luke, who smiled.
"My fault?" Randy asked. "How?"
"You challenged Luke to a fight. You wanted to prove yourself to him. Well, congratulations. You did exactly that. And turned the entire city of San Antonio against us." Delta says.
"Oh. But the fight was cool." he says.
"Wait, we live in Greendale." Bill says.
"Not now!" Everyone says.
"Enough! It doesn't matter!" Savannah says.
"If we set foot in the city, we're all either going to be dead or arrested or arrested when we're dead." Angry Luigi says.
"We're going anyway. I bet the kidnapping happens there. They want us to be arrested, so we're going to kick butt." Alem tuber says.
With Luke, he was on stage, modeling his costume while doing his "Drumline" routine. The crowd went nuts once Luke's shoes came off and he played the rest of the medley with the drumsticks between his toes.
"Now that is talent!" Luna says.
Then Lola went on, modeling her M&M's-themed outfit.
She did a split and flashed her teeth as fans cheered.
Luke was backstage, getting his suit on as Lola soon finished. Luke's nerves began to get the best of him.
"What's wrong?" Lucy asked. Luke was scared of losing.
"You won't lose…" Lucy says.
Soon it was time for interviews. Lola was being interviewed first.
"Is your brother okay?" The interviewer asked.
Lola explains what has been going on.
He felt bad for Luke. He had also expressed that he had seen the video and joined the fan page it was on, and showed Lola the #JusticeForTheHuntingtons shirt he had on.
Lola smiled a bit.
With Luke, he was being interviewed next.
They asked him about the show. He talked about the show and Chalice.
"That's nice." they say, wearing the #JusticeForTheHuntingtons shirt as well.
Luke talks about his band next.
"Oh, this August, we will celebrate our 2nd anniversary." he says.
It is now the final round, which is the costume round. Lola came out first in her Princess Rosalina costume. The judges smiled at it.
Other contestants came out in costumes. Luke watched sadly.
"We should think of a plan." Bill says.
"They're in the stadium where the America's Next Hitmaker finals will be." Emila says as Bill looked a bit annoyed.
"About time you clowns arrived." Zizas says. He and his gang glared as they noticed something. The Cosmic buddies were wearing the shirts too.
The crew drove after the Cosmic buddies who rushed through the streets of San Antonio using their powers.
Luna dove for Alem tuber, but a net hit her as the Golden Shooter glared.
"Oh great." Delta says as she spin dashed into the Golden Shooter. They land on a yacht.
"I hate water!" Delta says getting seasick as the Golden Shooter shot a net at her.
Zizas leaped and tried attacking Alex, who grabbed a ladder and whacked it against Zizas' face and sent him to his crew.
The police drove after Alex. Alex leaped on a spring and leaped as he landed in Jack's truck as Jack drove off.
Police shot at Jack's party truck as Jack pressed a button as a big pie hit the police.
Angry Luigi leaped from wall to wall avoiding bullets as The Golden Shooter teleported behind Angry Luigi, but Emila used a magic spell, sending him flying.
Alem tuber leaped over the police cars. "Awww, how adorable…You think guns work on me. You need to actually think. You police officers are kinda useless." Alem tuber says.
"You're under arre-" An officer started to say.
"You're under arrest…blah blah blah…" Alem tuber interrupted and mocked them as he dashed off.
At the pageant, Luke looked down.
"You can do this." Lucy says.
"Come on, Lukey! Show them all what you can do!" Chalice says.
Luke smiled and went out on stage in his "King Of Outer Space" costume as he danced to the Sing 2 rendition of "Sky Full Of Stars".
The judges were amazed by this. They gave Luke a perfect score as he grinned.
Meanwhile, Angry Luigi made a mad dash, but the net shocked Luna.
"Stop! Leave her alone and I'll surrender!" Angry Luigi says.
The Golden shooter trapped Angry Luigi in a bubble and tossed Luna somewhere.
The police caught up with the cosmic buddies, however. And it wasn't looking good for them.
The Golden shooter shot missiles towards the police, but Alem tuber and Lynn kicked the missiles away.
"Okay, Goldie, let Brandy go!" Lynn says with a smirk. The Golden Shooter flew off with Angry Luigi and Delta.
"Time to save the day!" Alem tuber says as the police shoot tasers on him. This did absolutely nothing.
"Really?" he asked.
"Okay, officers who are being complete idiots, let's fight." Alex says, swords in hand.
But Charity arrived right at that moment.
"It's just Charity. You want the first shot?" Alex asked Reilly.
"Why, thank you." Reilly says. But Charity's bodyguards confiscated the weapons. And grabbed the boys.
Alex grabbed one of them and used an arm tackle. That was a mistake. A huge mistake.
Alem tuber looked around
"We don't have time for this." Alem tuber says and turns Super Saiyan.
"STOP IT NOW!" Charity shouted. "AT ONCE! CEASE IT! ALL OF IT!"
"Sorry, we have a mission to do." Alem tuber says.
"Not in my city, you don't." Charity says. "Ladies and gentlemen, please direct your attention to the last time they intentionally destroyed our fair city." She shows the footage from when the Riverwalk was demolished by them. They smile sheepishly.
"We should surrender. This has gone on long enough." Savannah says.
"No way." Emma says.
"Next video!" Charity says as she shows the time when they destroyed Luke's 6th anniversary party at Celebrity Cove. That made the townspeople look at them with menacing glares.
Lola sees this and looks down. Lynn gulped, remembering she was to blame as well for that.
When Luke saw what was going on, tears came to his eyes.
"Okay, enough, let's go save Brandy!" Alem tuber says as Emma grinned.
"Wacky style!" Jack says.
"Wait, what about mom?" Emma says
"If I was trying to frame someone for a lot of things and wanted to ruin me, what would I do?" Alem tuber asked.
"I know, rob the place where you wanted to humiliate Luke at." Jack says.
The cosmic buddies except Angry Luigi and Delta kicked the door down with white pupils as they noticed Skylia tied up and the prize gone.
"Time to check the cameras." Bill says as he sees Zizas and his gang robbing the place.
"Time to save the day!" Alem tuber says as Emma hugged her mom.
"On it!" Emila said and flew on her broom as she noticed that he and his gang had rigged bombs everywhere and there was a message saying the cosmic buddies did it.
"Not today" Emila says, defusing them using magic.
Zizas and his gang tried to hide, but Alex leaped and kicked one of them. Two tried to punch Alex, who dodged.
Lynn knocked some of them out and grabbed the cash. "I knew Randy was being framed! He never would destroy a bridge and Luna was with them! You guys tried to kill my sister!" Lynn says.
"Want to join us?" Zizas asked
"No!" Lynn says and turns to see that the Cosmic buddies had left.
"The winner is Luke Huntington!" The judge says as Luke is awarded the Ultimate Grand Supreme title. He smiles as he's crowned. He receives his $10,000 prize and other things he won, then frowns. He was all alone on stage with the judge.
Lola only got the Grand Supreme title. "Nice job, Luke. I am a bit rusty, I guess."
Luke soon walked off stage and shut himself in the venue's bathroom, crying.
"Luke?" Garrett asked. Luke wailed.
"Take your time." Garrett says.
Meanwhile, the Golden Shooter was bored as Luna and Sam arrived. "Let them go!" Luna says.
"Never!" The Golden Shooter shot lasers as they dodged.
The Golden Shooter flew as Luna used lightning, defeating it.
"Nice one, Lunes!" Sam says and frees them.
Angry Luigi looked down as Luna hugged him.
"Hey, it's okay. You are a hero. I mean, you gave yourself to protect me." Luna says.
Delta teleported them to Earth.
"We gotta go." Sam says as she arrives and knocks on the door.
Luke was still in the bathroom, crying. He couldn't believe his family abandoned him when he won. This was his first pageant in months where he actually won.
"Luke…" Luna says.
"We're here for you!" Sam says.
Luke sniffed. He still felt brokenhearted.
"We have a surprise for you, Lukey…" Chalice says.
Luke came outside. They took him to Disneyland as there were decorations for him and Lola. Luke's first place and Lola's second. Luke just looked down. He stares at the ground.
"Surprise!" Everyone says. All his friends and family are there for him. But he wasn't smiling.
"Luke?" Lucy asked. Luke just ran away, sobbing.
Lynn holds him. "Luke, calm down, please…" she says.
"THIS IS WHY I CAN'T HAVE NICE CELEBRATIONS!" He says, shaking. He knows the footage from his sixth anniversary was shown to the whole city of San Antonio, and it made him cry hard.
"We're trying to celebrate you, but you won't let us." Luan says.
Charity shows up to the party and sees Luke is shaking. "Oh, sweetheart…" She embraces Luke.
"Should we celebrate?" Leni asked, unsure.
Luke shook in Charity's arms. He remembers the last time he won a pageant and was abandoned during the crowning.
"What do we do?" Lucy asked.
"Think hard. Think about what happened earlier." Charity says.
"We were there." Leni says, showing the footage of the siblings cheering for him as he was being crowned.
"I know what to do, we can go back in time." Lana whispered to Lisa.
"That's too risky" Lisa says
"Luke is suffering, this is the only way." Lana says.
Lisa sighed and went back in time.
"And the winner is Luke Huntington!" The judge says as Lisa jumps on stage. The siblings cheer and lift Luke as Leni got a throne for Luke.
Luke sits down as he's crowned. Luke sniffed.
"What's wrong?" Lisa asked.
"I thought you guys didn't want to be here for me…" Luke sniffed.
"Of course we did!" Lucy says.
"And we have a surprise for you!" Leni says, blindfolding Luke.
They lead Luke to the party. Luke didn't have much to say. Leni took off the blindfold as confetti fell on him.
Luke looked around in shock.
"Surprise! Congratulations, Luke and Lola!" everyone says as Lola was surprised. Luke just looked away.
"What's wrong?" Lucy asked.
Luke says nothing as the party begins.
Lola didn't really enjoy Leni's plan.
"Luke, what's wrong?" Lola asked.
"You deserve it more." Luke says as he goes off to be alone.
"He's mad, maybe he didn't want to share…Leni!" Lori says.
"Yeah, Luke hates sharing." Luna says.
Luke leaves the theme park and goes home.
"We saved the day!" Alem tuber says.
"Yep, we sure did!" Alex says. Angry Luigi was shaking.
"This calls for a celebration!" Emma says.
Savannah smiled, happy for them. Jason walked off.
"Why do I even help them?" He asked and went home.
Bill decided to leave, same as Emila.
"You know there will be more threats." Skylia says.
"At least San Antonio doesn't hate the Cosmic buddies. At this point the Anti-Cosmic buddies should be down, since we saved San Antonio." Alex says.
But the site was just selling the shirts instead of slamming the team itself.
"Wait, why are you wearing their shirts?" Skylia asked.
"Eh…" Sabrina says.
"Okay, let's go, we need at least another adventure." Alem tuber says.
Lisa thinks about going back in time to make the party about Luke and Luke alone. But just decided against it. At this point, Luke was at home, taking off his crown and Ultimate Grand Supreme sash. He then noticed a note
"We love you, Luke. Even if you forget that we care for you, we'll always love you! Love, your family." It said. There were gifts and cards from his siblings and fans. Luke looked surprised by this.
He smiled a bit, then sat down and read the cards.
Meanwhile, Lola leaves, blushing and embarrassed, but heads home, walking to Luke, not saying anything and showing him a highlight reel of her getting muddy and humiliated by getting dirty and getting wet by rain and other stuff. All just to cheer Luke up.
Are the cosmic buddies heroes or villains? I think we all know the answer.
