Well then, read on and enjoy!
Last Night…
The scene shifts at a harbor near the entry border of Musutafu, where it shows that on a moonlit night, something is seen on the skies, where a short child with short, spiky, and bright yellow hair. His eyes are large, completely circular, and golden. For some reason, his eyes have a single thin vertical black line under them. He wears a mantle and short boots with white cuffs that are both colored dark green, is seen holding onto the talons of an eagle soaring in the sky. He picks up a scent in the air and tells this eagle, identified only as Owashi, that they're getting close. A large yellowtail fish suddenly leaps from the water and in an instant, the strange little boy lets go of Owashi in order to claim the fish.
"Ah…dinner…!"
However, in doing so, he ended up falling into the waters, and the mysterious child got drenched, yet he still held onto the fish as the eagle grabbed him by his clothes and flew to the skies, which the child thanked the eagle and reminded him of what they are supposed to do, which the eagle just squawked in response.
"Thanks, Owashi"
"SQUAWK!"
"Looks like I'm all set!"
"SQUAWK!"
"Okay…you know where to go!"
"SQUAWK!"
"Good! Let's go!"
"SQUAWK!"
Several seconds later, a coast guard ship passed by after vaguely hearing some activities and a rather loud splash, and upon approaching the area they find nothing, and the Coast Guard members sighed and hoped that there are no smugglers or pirates showing up as they already have enough problems to deal with.
The captain of the Coast Guard told his subordinates to continue the patrol and let him know if there are any suspicious activities going on in the waters, which they nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
By then another ship happened to pass by, which the Coast Guard crew appeared to be glad to see them showing up. This other ship that appeared belonged to a pro hero group, identified as the Oki Mariner Crew.
The Oki Mariner Crew specializes in maritime missions, occasionally receive requests for help from the Japan Coast Guard. When they are not on a mission, their daily grind consists of training, patrols and cleaning the Oki Mariner ship.
The crew is made up of five members and their hero costumes are related to the sea: Selkie, the hero and captain of the Oki Mariner, wears a costume based on a diver's suit, while his sidekicks wear sleeveless sailor suits.
His sidekicks include:
Sirius, a young woman with smart blue eyes, sloping inwards, and short, shoulder-length hair of a lighter blue color which she wears side swept to the right.
Her hero costume consists of a sleeveless white sailor uniform with a dark blue, double-trimmed collar and a short 3-piece skirt which is buttoned together on either side. She wears a loosely-tied red scarf and blue gloves with white striped wrist guards, and on her feet, thigh-high boots with wavy lines running down them from thigh to toe.
She sports a flat hat with a ribbon around the base and two large communication devices on her ears to aid with the use of her Quirk, which are shaped like large, blue fins.
Mick, a muscular man with blond close-cropped hair and beard. As part of Selkie's crew, he wears a white sailor's uniform with blue stripes.
There Selkie asked the Coast Guard captain if he needed some help, which the latter said that he seemed to have heard some commotion around this area, and there Selkie offered to help, which the Coast Guard captain accepted.
"Would you like us to assist you?"
"Yes, please!"
"Okay. My Quirk could help locate something if there is activity within the waters…"
"I appreciate it, sir!"
"Its okay. It's our duty."
"Thank you, Selkie. Let's begin the patrol."
"Sure."
"…"

Ch. 2: Unmeinodeai
Several hours later…
It is now morning, as the time now is 06:00, and Izuku Midoriya is getting up but is now reluctant to get out of his bedroom, due to late last night, where he received several unregistered text messages which are cyber-bullying in nature, as the messages are harassing as it says that Izuku is Quirkless and will always remained like that for the rest of his life.
The messages even said that a Quirkless brat like him will never be worth anything in the Superhuman Society and he should just die since he is a FREAK who was born with no Quirk despite his parents having one, which made Izuku feel more irritated than ever before.
Then his smartphone chimed where another anonymous text came, which is addressed to Izuku, where it tells him to GO FUCK WITH HIS MOTHER if he wanted to gain a Quirk since none of the girls at Aldera Middle School would want to go out with a Quirkless brat like him.
As Inko entered her son's room to tell him that breakfast is ready, she is surprised to see Izuku angrily throwing his smartphone towards the wall and angrily said that he is going to drop out from school, much to her shock, as she never seen her son acting so livid and that he is willing to give up his education, not knowing that the cause is the bullying he got from someone who is aware that he is Quirkless.
"Izuku!"
"I'm going to drop out from school!"
"Don't say that!"
"I really had it!"
"Just calm down!"
"Those cyber-bullying messages…they're from school! All because I was Quirkless!"
"Please don't be rash, Izuku!"
"…"
His mother, Inko, pleads for her son to go to class today, but Izuku angrily refuses and tells her to shut up, saying that he would rather go away than living like this, and he angrily began blaming his dad, Hisashi, for not being here when he needed him most.
Though Inko tried to explain that Hisashi is only busy at overseas, she reassured to her son that Hisashi always thinks of Izuku, but Izuku angrily pointed out that ever since the doctor told him that he was diagnosed about being Quirkless, his dad not once come home to check on him, and not even making a video call, calling him the WORST PARENT ever, causing an argument between the mother and child.
"Izuku!"
"What?"
"Don't say something like that to your father!"
"But it's the truth!"
"You know it's not!"
"Yes it is!"
"Izuku!"
"Don't try defending that bastard!"
At this point, the mysterious, short child with short, spiky, and bright yellow hair bursts into Izuku's room through his window, surprising the two, in which they were taken aback at seeing him as they did not expect something like this to happen, and there the mysterious child stood there and glared at Izuku for disrespecting Hisashi, which surprised Inko.
Inko asked the child if he knows Hisashi, which he nodded, and there Izuku wrongly assume that Hisashi HAD AN AFFAIR, COMMITTED ADULTERY AND INFIDELITY, resulting in HAVING ANOTHER CHILD, causing Inko to unknowingly get swayed until the mysterious child jumped and smacked Izuku on the head, where he corrected the Midoriya family that Izuku made the wrong assumption and reiterated that Hisashi did not commit what Izuku is accusing his dad about.
"Just so you know…Hisashi didn't commit adultery!"
"Really?"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Then Hisashi...?"
"He's still married to you."
"For real…?"
"Yes."
"Thank goodness…"
Turning his attention towards Izuku, the mysterious child, who introduced himself as Gash Bell, began reprimanding Izuku for treating his mother so poorly and urged him not to take his frustration out on her, and there Gash hands Izuku a letter from Hisahi, who is currently in England doing some archeological research.
There Gash told Izuku to read it, saying that Hisahi always thought of Inko and Izuku and said that he regretted not being able to find time to take a time off and visit Japan, but assured to Izuku that Hisashi is always getting news on what is happening to his family, which Izuku appeared to be doubtful to what Gash said.
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah!"
"He's always thinking of me and mom?"
"That's right!"
"How would you know?"
"He always talked about you and your mom! He even showed me the pictures of you!"
"Huh?"
"…"
Gash reiterated that Hisashi cares for his wife and son, and said that the letter addressed to Izuku is proof of it, and urged Izuku to check out the letter, which Izuku reluctantly did so.
In the letter, Hisashi wishes Izuku a belated happy 14th birthday. The letter goes on to explain that Hisashi had found Gash in a forest, injured and with a red book. According to Hisashi, he is unable to read the book, and figured his son may be able to decipher its text, as well as tasked Gash with helping Izuku turn his life around after years of emotional pain due to the fact that he was born Quirkless, thus sending Gash to meet Izuku.
Before ending the letter, Hisashi adds that Gash has no memory of his life or how he ended up in the forest. Inko was taken aback by this yet she sees that Hisashi is doing this because he is a kind person, and excuses herself as she is going to the kitchen to prepare some food.
As Inko left, the scene shifts to Gash and Izuku, which, while holding the book, Izuku tells Gash that he still hasn't taken his word for it, prompting an argument between the two. Suddenly the book glows during this argument and Gash shoots electricity from his mouth, flabbergasting Izuku and damaging his bedroom.
At the kitchen, Inko thinks since Izuku won't be going to school, he should watch after Gash, but is startled by the loud sounds, and as she entered her son's bedroom, she stared wide-eyed at what she just saw, as Izuku's bedroom was a mess and appeared to be DAMAGED, where she asked her son what just happened.
"Izuku!"
"…"
"What just happened here?"
"It was this kid!"
"Huh?"
"He spits electricity from his mouth!"
"Eeeehhh?"
"He did this all by himself!"
Inko stared wide-eyed at hearing what Izuku said, and asked her son if he knows what he is saying, reasoning that it is IMPOSSIBLE that lighting would enter one's room like that and caused a mess, which a flabbergasted and shocked Izuku reiterated that it happened, and pointed to Gash as the culprit, much to Inko's disbelief.
"Be honest with me, Izuku!"
"Huh…?"
"What really happened here?"
"I tell you it was this kid!"
"Izuku, don't tell a lie!"
"I'm not lying! He really spits electricity from his mouth!"
"You know that's impossible!"
"I'm telling you the truth! This kid really did this all by himself! He opened his mouth and electricity surged around the room!"
Inko and Gash both deny Izuku's claims that Gash shot lightning out of his mouth, but Inko changed the subject and said that if he is unwilling to go-to school, he should spend time getting to know about Gash, which Izuku didn't like the idea, so instead of staying home, Izuku change clothes,. Grabbed hIa bag and unknowingly steals Gash's red book and leaves the house and head for school, not saying a word to his mom.
Inko apologizes to Gash for her son's behavior, to which Gash assures her he'll help her son make some friends and help regain his confidence in himself if that will cheer her up, which she nodded in appreciation.
"Don't worry. I'll help Izuku and get his self-confidence back! He'll be making friends sooner or later!"
"Really?"
"Yes, really!"
"You might have difficulty in dealing with Izuku…ever since…"
"Don't worry. Just leave your son to me."
"I…okay."
"I'll take care of everything, so don't worry."
"Okay."
