Lena's POV

Arriving in London, we took a car to our hotel. By the time we were checked in, it was nearly six in the morning. We found our room and entered the spacious suite.

Both of us collapsed onto the king sized bed. "Can we unpack in a few hours? I know I napped on the jet but I'm sleepy and want to cuddle with my wife." Kara rolled towards me and pouted.

I can't say no to that pout. "You do, huh?" The blonde snuggled into me more. "We can." I kissed Kara's forehead. The simple action caused the woman to hum. "It feels like it's one in the morning, that's close enough to a normal bedtime." Reaching for my phone, I set the alarm. "How does eleven sound?"

"Good to me." Snuggling under the black and white comforter, Kara wrapped an arm around me. "Goodnight, Mrs. Luthor."

"You really like saying that," I chuckled. "Goodnight, Mrs. Danvers."

"I do, yeah."

Hearing the alarm, we both stretched. Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, Kara relaxed into the warmth and draped an arm over my stomach. "Morning."

"Morning." Rolling towards the blonde, I kept her arm on my hip. "Sleep well?"

"Mmhmm." Kara rubbed the sleep from her eyes. "Did you?"

"I did." Cupping my wife's face, I ran my thumb over her bottom lip. Seeing my ring and the red string made my chest almost ache with happiness. Yesterday feels like a dream. I'm glad to see it actually happened. "Are you happy?"

Placing her hand over mine, Kara kissed my palm. "I am, yes. It's hard to believe yesterday was real. And that I woke up with you in this incredible room. You really pulled out all the stops for the wedding and the honeymoon."

"I wanted it to be memorable. You work so hard and do so much for everyone else. You deserve a trip like this."

"You do the same thing." She always sees the best in me. "So, what's the plan for this week? I know we talked about it on the jet but I've slept since then."

"All of the touristy things. This hotel is just under half a mile away from Buckingham Palace. Sadly, the palace tours are only available during the summer. It's about two miles from central London where there are more sights and attractions."

"I can't wait," Kara paused. "What's the weather like for this week?"

"I already planned for the weather. Along with warm clothing, I packed a few sun capsules and the sun lamp just in case."

"The red one?" A hopeful grin tugged at The Super's lips.

"Yes," I chuckled. Leaning forward, I kissed my wife tenderly. Pulling me on top of her, Kara deepened the kiss. "Should I turn it on now?"

"I'd like that." A light blush tinted Kara's cheeks.

Quickly, I closed the curtains, set up the lamp, and turned it on. Reclaiming my spot, I captured Kara's lips again. No matter how many times we have sex, I'll always love feeling her hands on me. Leaning up, I pulled off my shirt and hers. Dipping my head, I kissed Kara's neck. "Let me know when you're down to fifteen."

Shuddering, Kara squirmed. "You'll be the first to know."

By the time Kara was at fifteen percent, we were both about to climax. Knowing exactly how to tease each other was a blessing and a curse. "Lena…" Kara's voice cracked as she arched. "Please…" Taking a hardened nipple between my teeth, I sucked gently as my fingers entered the withering blonde beneath me. Fisting the sheets, Kara toppled over the edge. Sighing, The Super relaxed into the sheets. "How do you do that?"

"Do what?" Drawing lazy shapes on a quivering stomach made Kara twitch. Smirking, blue eyes met mine. "Ooooh. Driving you to the edge so quickly and making you explode?" I kissed the woman's shoulder. "Because I've paid close attention to what makes you tick."

"You do it so well." Rolling on top of me, Kara kissed down my neck, between my breasts, and down my abdomen. "I also know what makes you tick." Stopping at my hips, Kara looked back up at me. "And I love it." Dipping her head, she wasted no time in claiming her prize.

Tangling a hand in blonde locks, I moaned feeling a skillful tongue. She's learned so much since that day in the living room. Squirming, I tried to keep myself from climaxing as long as possible. Feeling nails dig into my thighs caused the floor to bottom out. Moaning, I rode out my orgasm. Petting Kara's hair, I coaxed her to join me. Resting her head on my shoulder, I wrapped the woman in my arms. "I love you."

"I love you too." Snuggling into me, Kara relaxed.

Reaching over, I grabbed the remote and turned off the lamp. "Soon, we'll have to get lunch. I forgot to tell you, one benefit of this hotel is there are twenty four hour snacks and room service."

"Twenty four hour snacks?"

I laughed at the excitement in Kara's voice. "Mostly healthy snacks. But definitely a berry bowl."

"Yum!"

After a not so quick shower and sun capsule, we made our way to the hotel's restaurant. Taking a seat, we ordered. For the most part, the dining area was empty. There was one table that stood out. Two brunette women, one with curly hair and one with straight hair, sat a few tables away. We caught their attention when we walked in. They keep looking at us. I wonder if they recognize us so far from home.

"Is everything okay?"

I waited until the waitress left to respond. "The two women in the corner keep looking at us."

"Do you think they recognize us?"

"Possibly," I paused. "Did you remember to text everyone to let them know we arrived safely?"

"Yes. I made a group chat. You should be getting notifications. We can send pictures to everyone at once." Taking a bite of sausage, Kara hummed. "This is great."

"Most food is great to you," I kidded. "Besides kale," I added.

The blonde's nose crinkled. "Kale is gross."

A few moments later, Kara whispered. "They do recognize us." Her brow creased. "Something about a curiosity and no longer working at a warehouse? It doesn't make sense. They are a couple though."

"Interesting." Lunch was filled with talk about our itinerary. We wanted to make the most of our time here.

Before the couple left, they approached our table. "Mrs. Luthor, Mrs. Danvers, Myka and I would like to congratulate you both on your wedding." The Englishwoman smiled knowingly.

"Helena, you can't just go up to people like that. Even if you know who they are." Myka, an American, smirked at her partner. Turning her attention to us, she smiled. "Please excuse my wife. She has trouble with boundaries."

"When you're as old as I am, Darling, boundaries can be difficult."

She doesn't look much older than thirties or possibly forties. What does she mean by that? "It's appropriated, thank you."

"Are you here on vacation too?" Kara asked.

"I grew up here and relocated to the US," Helena began. "My wife was born in the US. We're currently visiting so I can show Myka the sights and hopefully scout out a place for the bookstore we want to open. How long are the two of you here for?"

"A week," I answered. "We're on our honeymoon."

"We are too," Myka smiled. "Maybe we'll run into each other seeing the sights."

Something about these two makes me want to know their story. I wonder if it's anything like ours. Fate taking control. "If not, we can have dinner one night."

"Sounds lovely." Helena shifted to her other foot. "How does tomorrow night sound?"

"Seven?" I asked.

"Perfect. I hope you enjoy your day. If we don't see you out, we'll see you tomorrow night." Saying our goodbyes, Myka and Helena left.

Realizing what I had done, I clenched my jaw. "I'm sorry. If you don't want to have dinner with two random strangers-,"

"No. No." Kara shook her head. "I was going to ask you later if you wanted to track them down somehow and ask them to dinner or something. They seem nice. I can't place it but I have a feeling their story is different like ours."

"It seems that way, doesn't it?"

Kara's POV

Day one of exploring London was fantastic. Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower of London, The London Eye, and Westminster Abbey were all crowded but I loved it. Since both of us had sensible shoes, we walked mostly since a lot of places were centrally located. For the sights that were farther away, we took the tube or a taxi.

Standing on The Tower Bridge, Lena and I watched the sunset. The crisp sixty degree air brushed our cheeks as Big Ben sounded. Glancing at Lena, I was amazed at how relaxed she was. Rao. I will never get over how beautiful she is. Especially when she's not stressed. "Having fun?"

"I am. I can see why Helena wants to move back here. What's been your favorite part of today? There's plenty to choose from."

Thinking for a moment, I took Lena's hand in mine. "Right now. Standing here with you. Hearing the town, feeling the cool autumn breeze, and the smell of the air is so relaxing. It's a change from our normal lives."

"That it is." Turning, Lena pulled out her phone. "Smile." At the last second, she turned her head and kissed my cheek. Lena snapped a few others of the same photo with us making different faces.

"With the amount of pictures we've taken, we'll have to upload them to a drive or something instead of sending them in the chat."

"Definitely. We can't take pictures in the museums but everything else is fair game." Seeing that it was getting dark, Lena snaked her arm through mine. "Dinner? I'm hungry, so I know you are too."

"Starving."

"How has your first two days in London been?" Helena opened her menu.

"Great," We answered.

"Excellent. What have you done thus far?" We told the two women about our adventures and what we planned to do next.

Myka's eyes widened. "You really are making the most of this trip."

"How is the hunt for a bookstore location?" Lena asked as she sipped her water.

"It's going well. We want our flat to be within walking distance." Before Helena could continue, we placed our orders. "There are a few locations that look promising."

"That sounds promising," I answered.

"So," Helena's eyes twinkled with mischief. "Tell us about your story. How does a CEO and a reporter end up together?" She paused. "And something about a kidnapping?"

"Helena." Myka shook her head with a laugh.

Luckily, we had discussed a story to tell the public. "I joined a reporter from The Daily Planet, a news outlet from the next city over, for an interview and met Lena. We instantly connected. It was almost like we were destined together." Both women smirked. "What?"

"At the beginning, Myka and I were always destined to meet at gunpoint."

"Oh, gosh!" The memory of Lena shooting Corbon came to mind. She looked so sexy.

"I worked for the Secret Service and Helena has always been a curious woman. Sometimes to her own deterrent," Myka muttered.

"You love my mind, Darling," Helena grinned. "Because of my engineering background, I was hired by the government and assigned to the same team Myka was part of. We instantly became friends and more than friends." A darkness fell over the two women. "Eventually, I betrayed Myka and almost lost her forever."

"What happened?" Leaning forward, I was fully invested.

"One night, about a month before I was getting married to my best friend, Helena called me. She was three sheets to the wind and begged me not to marry Pete. I hadn't heard from her in awhile before that night so I wasn't expecting a phone call let alone her standing outside my D.C. apartment in the rain. Pete and the team knew how I felt when it came to Helena. If she ever came after me, no matter who I was with, I would eventually leave them." Biting her lip, Myka smiled. "The next day, Pete bought me a plane ticket to go after her."

"Myka actually beat me back to London. She showed up with flowers." Taking Myka's hand, the older woman kissed it. "It was almost like a dream."

They look at each other the way we look at each other. I wonder if they have a red string also. "The two of you definitely have had a journey together."

"We have," Myka smiled. "We finally made it official last month. Flew back to the US so our friends and family could be at the ceremony. Pete caught the bouquet and threw it, football style, towards our old boss."

"That's what my boss did," I laughed. "Miss Grant caught it and tossed it."

The rest of dinner was filled with talk about our pasts and what we wanted in our futures. Helena offered to take us all to the lesser known gems in London before we left since there were two days we had free. When they came to the US next year, we planned to return the hospitality and let them stay in the guest room.

On our final night in London, we had dinner and drinks at a restaurant that had live jazz playing. "Do we have to go back tomorrow?" I asked half heartedly. Part of me wants to stay here in our honeymoon bubble but the other part knows we have to go back to reality at some point.

"We do. There's no reason we can't come back though. Especially since we have friends here," Lena chuckled. "Once the bookstore opens, I have a feeling we'll be coming back."

"I can't help that I love books," I grinned. "You and Helena got along great once you found out she had an engineering background."

"We did." Pulling me closer, Lena let her head rest on top of mine. "This is nice."

"It is."

Since it was game night, we decided to surprise everyone by showing up. "Welcome home!" Astra hugged us as we entered my old apartment.

"Tell us everything." Alex was the next to hug Lena and I. "Didn't you fly in today? We weren't expecting you."

"We did. Since it feels later than it actually is, we needed something to keep us awake a few more hours."

"Besides," sliding the tote bag off of my shoulder, "we have souvenirs."

"Oh! Nice."

Once everything was passed out, we set up a slideshow of the pictures we took and hadn't shared in the group chat. Everyone enjoyed the pictures and stories we told about our trip. Astra and Winn were very interested in Helena and her background. Afterwards, we heard stories and saw the pictures everyone else took of New York City.

"It sounds like you had an amazing time, Little One." Astra started cleaning the kitchen. "Do you wish to go back one day?"

"One day, yes." Leaning on the table, I folded my arms. "How is the research going?"

Glancing towards the others, Astra made sure no one was listening. "It's going well. Might take a few years to recreate a stable version of it. But it's heading in the right direction."

"That's good. Is Jeremiah doing well now that he's back at the D.E.O.?"

"He is, yes. While Lena did all of her evaluations and J'onn gave him full access, he is still keeping a close eye on your father."

"That's understandable. He was with Cadmus for over a decade. I love him but I would be cautious too."

"I'm glad you understand."

Making her way towards me, Lena smiled. "Ready to go home?"

"Yeah, I'm starting to fade fast." Saying our goodbyes, Lena and I left.
