Planet Triniel
Seeing the unknown objects starting to appear all over the radar and now over them the crew onboard the fleet started to panic a bit as they were now entering the planets atmosphere. Entering the atmosphere, the ships were taking on even more damage and by now they knew most ships would not survive impact with the ground.
"Don't worry" spoke up Precious Justice gaining the crew's attention. "I am in contact with the systems on planet. Those signals are what we called Sentinels" she explained as Naruto saw different types moving across the window. "They will save the ships and direct them to the loading bay" she finished explaining as he could see the smaller ones moving over the ships falling down repairing the damage on the ships. Medium size ones were putting out the dangerous hazards on the ship.
While he could see them work fast and efficient, there was no way they would be quick enough to restore the engines. That was what he thought until he saw massive sentinels approaching them. Some could be in size comparison to a ship. Floating by the falling ships they projected blue beams that connected to the ships slowing them down. As more appeared in order to assist, the ships finally came to a halt allowing for them to direct them to a nearby facility.
With the large sentinels moving the ships into the bay, they were placed down on the floor allowing for more sentinels to come and assist in making repairs.
"We are finally here. Welcome to planet Triniel. I suggest assembling a small crew in order to meet the A.I. in charge. We would have a lot to discuss and plan" spoke Precious Justice as Naruto gave a slow nod before getting to work on checking the status of everyone.
Outside a few hours later
Small bases were established around the grounded fleet for people to stay at while the engineers, droids, and to the reluctant crew sentinels went to work on fixing everything. Walking from the crew was Naruto, Catherine, Tsunade, Tenten, and Shaak Ti. It was suggested to bring Shaak Ti as she would be helping with organizing everything.
In Naruto's outstretched hand was a chip that had Precious Justice projecting from, to which she was leading the way. They were heading for the command center which was the supposed location of the A.I. in charge of this location. The group was quite as they walked through the large halls of the structure. So many things to take in as this was all new information for them. New sights, smells, touches, and even the taste of the air. The best way to describe the taste would be clean and fresh.
Precious Justice or PJ as some called her now lead the group to a platform that lifted them up and into the air. The amount of technology the group could see was stunning, but one thing occurred to everyone looking at the city. 'Why is an empty? Where is everyone? What happened?'
The platform continued on for a few minutes before entering a large structure that seemed to be the headquarters of the city. Landing on a bigger platform they both lit up with blue glyphs before blue rings wrapped around them and transported them away.
Landing in front of a large computer inside a large command center room PJ asked for her to be placed in and for his hand to be placed on the hand scanner. Doing so he watched as the room lit up with more electronics as systems and readings appeared all over that they couldn't understand.
"I am bringing on the systems of the entire planet, but I will server the link to systems outside the planet for now. Bringing up data and records of the planet" stated PJ as Tsunade walked up to the system to see everything going on closer.
"Tell us, what happened to the civilization of this planet?"
"Pulling up data….oh my!" she stated surprised much to everyone's confusion. "It appears the forerunners willingly released a toxic to cause mass suicide" she answered much to the shock of everyone present.
"What! Why would they do such a thing? What would cause them to do such a horrible thing?" asked Naruto as a file was brought up for everyone to see on the screen.
"The parasite known as the flood is the reason. The flood is a parasite the feeds of the living of sentinel beings while improving its own. It has a hive mind mentally" she started explaining as she went through a basic explanation of it. On how it was conquering the galaxy many years ago killing everything in sight. Using forerunner technology and A.I. against the forerunners and they ran out of options. The only answer they came up with was wiping out all sentinel life in order to starve out the flood through the use of rings stationed all around the galaxy. Once finished they would reseed to worlds and allow life to start over again.
After taking time to process this Naruto spoke up stating that "this planet is a massive graveyard?". There were thousands of people that use to live on those cities. They chose to kill themselves to avoid the horrible death of becoming part of the flood.
"Correct. This world contains a total of 49 cities and a massive builder facility. All areas are not in use and are waiting for instructions" she answered making Naruto think as the others looked him to see what he wants to do.
"This planet would be revolutionary for us and the fight against the Covenant but treading on a massive grave doesn't give me good feelings at all" he started
"But what will we do? Follow them into our extinction as well?" questioned Catherine
"So, we disrespect the dead for our own benefit?" spoke out Tsunade frowning at her.
"No, we compromise" he answered. "PJ bring all operations on the planet online. Have the sentinels work on three new projects. The first project is to recycle every city on the planet. Leave no remains of anything behind of the cities. The second project is to use some the recycle to create a massive tower in dedication for the people of this planet. Put their history, sacrifice, a few belongings, and lifestyle in it so they will never be forgotten. Only after the tower is complete, we will create cities on the planet with the purpose of recolonizing it in their honor" he ordered solving everyone's issues.
"Consider it done. Might I direct you to one of the technologies known as the ground bridge? It's something that should provide assistance in your goals"
"Ground bridge? They questioned as PJ gave a "Correct" to them.
Traveling down below the group was now in front of a massive half circle attached to the ground. The systems were running for it, but it showed that it was not active.
"This is a ground bridge. It allows instant teleportation to another one that is connected. At the current moment it is not connected to anything" explained PJ
"So, if we build one of these back on base we can move between the planets with no issues within seconds. The possibilities this brings up are endless" stated Tenten I excitement.
"Well let's get started. We have so much to do" smirked Naruto looking at the ground bridge in eagerness.

Planet Triniel
Standing in his Maelstrom uniform with a coffee in his hand was Naruto looking out a large window from a command center. A few years have passed and the progression his company has made is astonishing. Turning around to look behind him, he saw personal moving about performing different tasks. Centered in the middle of the room was the large sphere he picked up from Harvest installed into the ground. It was currently activated with Admiral Hiruzen standing over it with a few personal. Yes, this is not just some command center but actually the bridge to his newest ship. A ship combined with Forerunner, Covenant, and Human technology. His company's proudest achievement.
Looking away from the command center that was bigger than others to look back out the window he looked on to see the moving parts of all around him. The ship was massive in size and could be compared to Forerunner size ships. In front on the top portion of the ship was a massive half dome that contained the tech he had Kora steal from the party. It was upgraded with forerunner technology allowing for it to be massively stronger. What it covered was a massive city. Yes, he had a city built on the top middle portion of the ship. This allowed for very comfortable living conditions for personal stationed on the ship and if they choose to risk it, bringing along their families. After all, with the way the war was going no planet was truly safe for your loved ones. Now you could personally protect them with all your might.
On the top portion front portion was a multiple runway from different craft to land and take off. In front of the ship were two different massive weapon systems. One is a improved super charged MAC and the second of Forerunner design is what you could consider a powerful laser. The laser would be capable of slicing through multiple Covenant shields and ships at once but takes time to charge and can only fire straight in front of the ship.
Off on the sides and underneath were large bays capable of holding different ships and crafts. When it was said that this ship was on Forerunner size, they meant it. In its storage it was capable of holding numerous of ships of different sizes. Of different sizes, he currently had his entire fleet docked inside, with plenty of room to spare. Both phoenix class ships, the three mining vessels, and all the other ships were docked inside on their own special platform. With all that added weight it would be difficult to move and keep the ship up but that was where these platforms come into place. These platforms were designed with an anti-gravity generator installed into each one of them. So, the only thing the ship had to worry about was power which they had plenty of it due to the tech from the three groups. The ship had a total of 10 massive generators with each capable of powering a city. On the reserve were 5 backup generators.
Below the ship was two ring shaped structure like the Covenant has. With some improvements they have created their own gravity lift and plasma beam. It would have token them years to replicate it but with multiple genius level minds, smart A.I.'s, and a forerunner A.I. that wasn't an issue for them. The Covenant should have cleaned up their equipment a lot better.
Armed all over the ship were an assortment of deferent weaponry. Weapons from stationary MAC's, missile pods and launchers, lasers, cannons, rail guns, and gatling guns. Getting close to the ship would be equal to suicide as an enemy unless you come in massive numbers. The forerunner shields made the ship even easier to defend as they were better than Covenant shields 10-fold. That's not even counting the extremely tough armor on the hull that was layered upon it. State of the art engines and slip space drive allowing them to cut the time of travel massively as well as becoming mobile enough to not remain forced stationary.
With this many systems aboard a massive ship, it would be extremely difficult to coordinate and operate the ship for humans. Even for a smart A.I. it would be pushing it to the limits. Which was why they didn't have just humans and a A.I. running a ship. Three A.I.'s and PJ were running the ship together with the crew. A shared task made the ship run smoothly.
Seeing as the crew didn't require for him, he exited the bridge to the elevator to head down to the storage areas. It was always a sight to marvel when he walks through and looks around. Stopping at his destination the doors opened up for him to walk out of and stop at the rails of a balcony. All around he saw empty levels with platforms on them, waiting for a ship to be docked upon it.
A few platforms had ships on them that were being worked on. Some ships were token apart to do some remodeling in order to incorporate the new technology. Each of the ships now had shields on it and some were having armor changes and laser weapons installed.
Floating above through the air were multiple sentinels moving around performing different tasks. Some doing checks and maintenance while others were doing repairs. He knew quite a few of them were on standby as they were necessary for being active.
On the ground level he saw vehicles being parked and checked up on. He even saw two of Tenten's new inventions. With those three creations he happily gave her the go ahead to start working on her crazy idea of a mech Godzilla. And why wouldn't he give her the go. Walking on two legs was what she called a 'Battle Walker' (look up Battlefield 2142 walkers and you get the idea). A two story mech armed with two gatling guns and missiles on its back. A machine made for death and could be piloted by one person.
Not far from it was a row of tanks that was created off of Covenant and Forerunner technology. A hover plasma tank or what she likes to call them 'Shark' (look up Hover Tank PLASMA-1 by tuner95 and you get the idea). The mark I had no shields but could move fast. The mark II had a shield but move a bit slower.
The last invention which she called a 'Behemoth' was a massive triple barrel walking death. It is a walker a bit smaller than the Covenant scarab's that had three cannons mounted to it front, chain guns underneath, and missile launchers on the roof. It toke three to pilot it but what a monster it would be on the field. He only had 12 created but more were on the way. They just needed numbers and training for personnel to use these vehicles. (Think Command and Conquer 3)
While the company went through its own shifts it was not alone. Through massive research and time Catherine, Tsunade, and Sakura performed an improved surgery that the Spartans went through on him. It was only possible for him at the moment as Catherine had medical files on him for a long time that she was researching on. That added with the new technology and minds and Kyuubi's help made the surgery possible. It may be possible with more research to do it on his kids as well, but he destroyed that idea the moment it came up. No child of his would go through it without BOTH parents consent and the consent of the child. And the child must be knowledgeable and mature enough to make the choice.
Walking into a new large room that was being developed for Catherine's and his plan he could still remember Hiruzen's words. "I trained you to be a man, soldier, marine, elemental, leader, and an officer. Now I'll beat you into a Spartan". What a beating that was. Who knew the old man still got it? His body still knew.

I'm working with a person to give you guys a 3D image of the new ship. It may take some time though as it takes a lot of work to make and explain it, as well as money.
