I find myself again in the hotel Room wearing the bath robes I was wearing from the onsen, laying on my futon face down to my side. I get up and I notice that Usami also woke up, I try to get my bearings back trying to figure out what the hell just happened, when all of a sudden, Usami slapped me in my left cheek.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" she exclaimed as I recoiled back to the ground.

"How did you just do that?! What the hell are you?!" She demands as I rub my mouth cheek.

"Look, I'm as confused as you are, and I have no idea you-"

"Don't give me that crap!" she interrupts me "You're a youkai! No wonder you seemed strange at first!"

"No! You are getting this all wrong, I'm sorry I used you as a hostage but there is-" I thought a bit more before I realized. There was no easy way to explain my plans, hell I don't even know what HE looks like.

"I'm not here to hurt you" I said to Usami "Lend me your time to explain and answer your questions, but i need you to answer mine as well, please"

Usami showed a face of distrust and anger but that later changed into one of confusion and intrigue. I could tell she was hesitant at first to hear my story, but had no choice but to calm down and listen.

She takes a deep breath and sits in front of me "Fine, I'll trust you" she said.

40 mins later

"you have gone through a lot…" she says, sounding surprised of my old days of humanity.

"yes… and with my current state, I find it basically impossible to return back to normal, eventually I just embraced it, but something is missing…" I end with that.

"But wait, you said you consider the cube a hint?" she asked me.

"I like to believe that, the only things I have found were passages to hidden means of travel, I still don't comprehend the cube's full potential other than a shiny master key" I respond to her.

"But there is something I haven't fully understood yet…" Usami asks once more "How did you enter Gensokyo just now? You said that to enter a "realm", a door is needed right? How did you enter in the first place?"

"I saw you there… Is there something you need to tell me too?" I ask here with an intriguing tone.

"Well I uh… I Haven't told you but… whenever I have a dream, it is from Gensokyo. Initially I thought it was just another dream but my phone saved the photos I took from said dreams and I dreamt of Gensokyo quite constantly. "she explained to me. "Reimu eventually explained it to me that it is a real world that is hidden from the "outside" "

"You're the girl the tip was referring to…" I said to myself.

"sorry now, what?" she asks

"From my years of experience I have met with all sorts of people, but none that could explain the cubes properties. but when I received this tip from my Korean Informant about this girl from Japan blogging her experience about a world "far beyond the boundary", I had to deduce it was a realm. Was it you?"

"Yeah, I haven't really blogged anything about it now that I'm actually finishing exams, so I'm taking a little time to rest." Usami responds.

I still don't understand how can a realm have a "living" link or how even a world of such big proportions has no entry point of sorts. I had questions in my mind but I had to make it simple and quick.

"That would explain the cube transporting me, you are linked to this "Gensokyo", but I don't understand how such a big world hasn't shown any doors at all or anything." I try to comprehend

"People sometimes do get lost in Gensokyo due to some circumstances, but from what Reimu has told me, that happens somewhere in the east of Japan, not exactly sure where exactly because Gensokyo's presence is intentionally masked." Usami exchanged with me.

"Usami… I want to make this clear." I say in a direct tone. "Gensokyo could be the key to Freeing my creator, the cube picked energy I have never seen before. whatever Gensokyo is hiding, could be the Answer to finding him. Any other way to track the realm?

As soon as I finished saying that, a faint glow filled the room, I turned around and I saw the cube glowing faintly.

"wait… but I'm not sleeping, how did…" Usami is intrigued.

but I comprehend it, it may not seem clear to Usami but it is for me.

"The cube, the cube is the key!" I exclaimed.

What now? Usami says in a confused voice.

"Don't you get it? The cube is the key, and it's looking for its door!" I try to piece together what I have realized back to Usami, "I believe when the cube entered Gensokyo, it had picked and absorbed its energy around it. you are not porting the link because you are not dreaming, and the cube is not reacting to any doors around us, I believe… The cube is directing me to Gensokyo! I just need to follow the glow…"

"eh?" Usami exclaims, showing more confusion than before.

"HE is calling me" I said to her, In hopes to clear her mind

"But right now… I highly doubt I can take on the adventure in this state, so how about this, let's rest now, it's still very late and we have to sleep properly. I need to prepare myself to this kind of journey so I need to gear up, this unfortunately means that we'll have to part our own ways… but I am sure that we'll meet again"

"Thank you Usami-chan" I say in a hopeful tone, "for helping me find the will to continue"

"Your welcome?" Usami responds to me in an intrigued tone and face but that face later turns into a subtle smile.

After our conversation, we turn off the lights and go back to sleep.
