Master Control

Chapter 31

*Ring Ring*

Groaning, Izuku turned over to get away from the noise.

*Ring Ring*

Ugh, who was calling him in the middle of the night?

His hand flopped towards where he normally kept his phone, grabbing the small hard surface and bringing it to the side of his head.

*Clonk*

"Ow." Izuku recoiled, creaking open his eyelids as the sheer power of the sun made him wince. Did Eri open up the window already? He was normally up before her.

*Ring Ring*

His phone continued to go off, but the noise wasn't from his hand. So what was he holding? Finally his vision was adapting, showing him he wasn't holding his phone, but a brick.

"What?"

Izuku glanced down, seeing that he was still in his UA uniform from last night. Guess he didn't bother changing out of his uniform when he went to bed. Though a much more concerning thing was that he wasn't even in his bed!

*Ring Ring*

Now fully awake, Izuku sat up and tried to understand just where he was. In a building, barren and stripped of furniture and electrical fixtures. Wires poked out through the aged brick walls, cracked and crumbling at every inch of the place. The fractured glass panes in the windows let streaks of light bleed into the room, glinting off Izuku's phone that was peeking out of his pocket.

*Ring Ring*

He grabbed his phone, clicking the button on the side….it was out of power.

*Ring Ring*

Turning his wrist over, he saw that his omnitrix was the one ringing. Right, he made it so he could use it instead of his phone if he wanted. He tapped the faceplate and-

"IZUKU!" His mother's voice screamed through the watch. "Where are you?! Are you safe?! We can't track your phone and-"

"Mom, please calm down!" Izuku tried to assure her, getting off the dusty ground and standing in the empty building. "I, don't know where I am but I'm safe." He hoped he was safe.

There weren't any signs of anyone else being here, and if they were they would have noticed the omnitrix going off.

"Well where are you?! We've been looking all night but we couldn't track your phone!"

"I don't know." He answered honestly, stepping towards a railing that overlooked a bunch of rusty machines with large metal tubs. "I think I'm in an old steel mill."

"What are you doing there?! Why can't-Oh Naomasa! I've got Izuku on the phone! He's ok!"

As he curiously explored the place, he didn't really feel all that scared. It was pretty peaceful here, even if he was taken in the night he was ok. No injuries, no sign of a villain, just him and the watch in the middle of nowhere.

"Izuku?" The detective spoke through the watch. "Is anyone there with you?"

"No." The boy took a peek outside the window, a very worn down road weaving between trees leading to the building. "I don't see any cars outside either."

"And you're completely fine right?"

"Just hungry." He confessed, pulling up the local map on his omnitrix. Still in japan, he was simply a few miles from civilization. "Ok, I know where I'm at now. Should I just teleport home?"

"Yeah, I'll start spreading the word that we found you. Just stay home and your mother will be home as soon as possible. What's the last thing you remember?"

Oh man, he could only imagine the panic he caused from suddenly going missing. "I just remember going into my room and then…nothing."

"Ok…on second thought can you teleport to my place? We're going to send in a forensics team."

In other words, Naomasa didn't want him to panic over the fact that the kidnapper probably took him from his home. But why dump him here?

"Understood." Izuku shuddered as he let out a breath, trying to hold it in. Professor Paradox told him to prepare, to plan, but it was all happening so fast and so sudden. All he could do was…just ask for help and follow orders.

Cueball placed one of Izuku's boxes inside the new home, her being one of the many volunteers to help with all of this. Between her, the Ida hero family, Eraserhead, Gang Orca's agency, and several helping hands, they managed to swiftly get all of the Midoriya family belongings into somewhere more secure.

She was helping to supervise the moving process, Eraserhead investigating the scene, the Ida family sweeping through the streets, and Gang Orca was off to where Izuku was taken to in order to find any traces of the villain. Even if Cueball was the only hero here at the moment to help move boxes, she really didn't have to do much other than watch.

"Hup hup hup hup hup." Ten Denki's marched with an array of boxes, stepping in sync as they brought them into the home. Kyoka followed behind him, confident enough in a non battle environment to duplicate herself to become fifteen copies. As those two were bringing in the items, the other friends of the Midoriya family were helping unload stuff out of the boxes.

Each of them had their own room now, so in pairs of two they worked to put everything in its place. Mina was with Himiko, holding stuff out of the box as Himiko's muddy tendrils grabbed them and put them in her room. Reiko was assisting Eri, using her quirk and levitating her stuffed animals into their arranged places on the bed. Pony was with Izuku, pulling out each of his collectable figurines and finding a spot on a display shelf. Eijiro and Ida were lifting in Inko's bed, the mother helping the best she can by shuffling a few things out of the way.

"Excuse us." One of the Kyoka's called out to the hero.

"Oh, sorry." The woman moved out of the way, allowing the two Kyoka's to bring in the television.

It was hard enough today, hardly anyone actually got any sleep last night searching for where Izuku could have gone. By some miracle the boy was safe, but couldn't remember what happened.

"Hup!" A Denki plopped the last box down, the group developing the strange habit of slapping each other when they finished something. "Alright us!"

"Is that everything?" A Kyoka asked one of the Denki's.

"Yep!" He saluted. "Just need to begin assembling the furniture now."

"Great!" Cueball gave the boy a pat on the back. "What do you say we get some food? We could send someone to go grab a pizza."

"I can do it." Izuku volunteered as he held a pack of empty boxes.

"No way!" Himiko stretched her head out of her room. "You were kidnapped and now you want to go back out there?!"

"I'm going to school tomorrow anyways, so what's the big deal?"

"The big deal?!" Himiko had her body catch up to her head, stomping towards the green headed teen. "You can tele-have a secure way to school! There are multiple people after you! Hell you were just taken from our own home when you were out of sight for five minutes! Do you realize how panicked we were when Eri was about to go to bed but you weren't in the room?!"

Her explosive display reverberated the whole house, everyone coming to investigate.

"Hell I thought you died for a second!" Himiko started again. "You keep almost dying over and over so when are you going to care?! When are you going to take a step back and think about the danger you're needlessly putting yourself in?! You could have easily turned down those fights at the sports festival but no! You just keep being an idiot! It's like you WANT to die!"

The lights flickered out, the home growing extremely cold. Himiko could see everyone's breath with a single blue eye in the back of the room narrowing in on her. Before Reiko herself could act, someone else did.

"Himiko!" Mina grabbed the sludge girl's shoulders and pushed her to the couch. "Do not blame him for this! He just wants to help and be involved."

"You aren't even involved!" The blond shouted back.

"What do you mean?!" The pink girl yelled back. "I'm here! I'm helping! How am I not involved?!"

"Himiko." Inko placed a tight grip on Himiko's shoulder. "Go to your room."

"Tch, not like I belong anywhere else." The girl stood up, going inside and slamming the door to her bedroom.

"Well….that was intense." A Denki muttered, getting smacked by another one right next to him.

"Don't you start doing that again." All the Kyoka's folded their arms at their antics, rejoining into one.

"So….can I go get the pizza?" Izuku hesitantly spoke back up.

"Seriously man?" Eijiro questioned the boy. "I won't yell at you, but I do think it's really stupid just to go back out after you were kidnapped."

"He can go where he wants." Reiko rasped. "If someone tries to take him, I will stop them."

"What if it's not a standard villain?" Eijiro asked back, agitated by the girl's absolute blind faith. "What if it's more?"

"Could we just get delivery?" Eri offered. "The pizza man could come here."

"For safety reasons." Cueball gently explained. "You guys shouldn't order delivery."

"Please, allow me." Ida piped up. "I would be willing to pick up plenty of food for all of us."

"Um, guys." Kyoka began to look around. "Where's Izuku?"

"Oh." A Denki near the door held up his hand. "Pony said she would watch after Izuku, so they went out to get food together."

"...And you just let them?!" Mina screamed at the boy.

"What? He's not our hostage or anything."

Kyoka slapped her hand over her face, the others entering into a small panic to try and figure out what to do.

"WAIT! I have a solution!" Cueball called out to everyone. Reaching into her jacket, she pulled out a familiar object to them all. Her eightball. "Should we let Izuku go with Pony?"

*shakeshakeshaeshakeshake*

"'Yes Definitely', well there you have it! We'll let the two get food."

"...are you really a teacher?" Inko questioned the woman.

"I see why you wanted to leave." Pony walked beside Izuku down the street in her yellow flannel with denim shorts. "It's really crazy in there."

"They mean well, I think." Izuku adjusted the collar on his green jacket, trying to make the weight on his shoulders a little lighter.

"They do." Pony brushed her shoulder against him. "Everyone is helping because they care about you and want you safe….that's why I'm here."

What did he do to deserve her kindness? Izuku hardly felt like he was worth it, but there had to be some reason she continued to stay with him. Looking back at her, it was like everything else that worried him was put to the side. He really did like spending time with her, and she seemed to enjoy it too.

He could feel how close she was right now, her hand so close to his own. If he saw that with any other two people, he would say that was an invitation. Would it be ok? Was it right?

A hand wrapped around his shoulder before he could decide on what to do.

"Oh man! You won the first year sports festival right? Hey, could I get a picture with you two?"

They wrapped their other arm around Pony, bringing the two closer. His face was so close to hers, and after everything that was going on, he just wanted to focus on this moment.

"We haven't seen each other since USJ."

No seriously, he needed to focus now! The young man was wearing a hoodie, those chapped lips creaking as he smiled towards the two. That greasy unkempt white hair with a hint of blue in it hovered over his bright crimson eyes. He slid his hands to rest just around their necks, keeping a pinky hovering over their skin.

"Don't scream, don't run, and don't try to be a hero."

All the two of them could do was comply, Izuku practically able to hear his heart hate with Pony's as they thudded louder and louder in their chests. No one else could hear them though, no one else would notice. Tomura, the leader of the league of villains from the attack on their school had them in his grasps.

Pulling them towards a nearby alleyway, he began to chat as if this was a friendly outing.

"You've done a lot to get in my way." Tomura remarked in a casual tone. "We didn't get to kill anyone, we didn't get to fight All Might, and we even lost our Nomu before it could do what it was made to do."

He squeezed around Pony's throat, the girl letting out a squeak as her hands instinctively rose to relieve the pressure.

"Ah ah, I wouldn't try that." He warned, flexing the pinky over Izuku's own throat. "Man, the hero program must suck now. You managed to scare Kurogiri off, or maybe that's because you're up against me now. And you-"

He turned his attention to Izuku. "You weren't even supposed to be there. Just some kid trying to get a desk job to support those heroes who just happened to have a fancy watch. Sensei looked into you, and now he's watching you more than me. I wondered why, and then I find out from tv that you're just some quirkless brat."

Izuku grit his teeth, barely able to reply as his throat was squeezed, only enough breath to utter one sentence. "That's something we have in common now."

Huh?

*SKREEE*

Tomura braced himself to get flung back, but nothing happened. Just some flashy light. "Fine, I'll just kill you both and take the watch."

He pressed his pinky down, grinning as he awaited for that itching feeling to run right through the throats of the teenagers…..and waited…

Slamming Izuku and Pony against the wall, Tomura continued to squeeze as tightly as he could with all of his fingers. "What the hell did you do?!" He screamed.

Pony's horns tingled upon her head, ready to shoot out and strike the now quirkless man. His head jerked around, lowering his face as he let go. Izuku immediately held Pony, bringing him a few steps away from Tomura as his body spasmed. The two coughed as their lungs craved as much air as they could get, watching the villain begin to settle down.

His eyes snapped up, black cracks running around his midnight sockets with rings of ghostly blue held within.

"Reiko?" Izuku asked, getting no reply from the possessed body. Being tugged by an unforeseen force, Tomura's body crashed against the wall, flying up to hit the other side of the alleyway. One more tug brought his limp form high into the air, only to be thrown down to the ground in an instant.

"Reiko!" He tried calling out again, seeing the girl leave his body and vanish into the ground. Tomura was left bleeding, spitting out a tooth from his bloody mouth as he struggled to get up. A pale transparent hand shot out from the ground, gripping the back of Tomura's head and smacking it into the Earth, over and over she pummeled his forehead into the concrete, soaking it with red.

"Stop!" Izuku called out, Tomura's head lifted off the ground and into the air. Reiko became visible, floating while hoisting the lifeless villain by his hair.

"What should I do with him?" She asked with a victorious smirk, holding him as if he was a trophy.

"Just put him down." Izuku cautiously ordered. Reiko complied, dropping his body to let it flop down onto the ground with a resounding CRACK as his head hit the pavement.

Pony gagged, turning away from the scene as she couldn't face all of that blood leaking out.

"R-Reiko." Izuku kept his eyes leveled on her, instead of what lay beneath her. "I need you to go find a hero and bring them over here, ok?"

"Ok." She hovered down towards the street, stepping into the daylight and searching for a figure of authority.

Once she was gone, Pony felt comfortable enough to speak. "Is…is he dead?"

No reply, Izuku probably checking on the man. He wasn't a real danger now that he was quirkless, and if he tried to do anything she could act. The longer the quiet lasted, the more nervous she became.

"Izuku?" She dared to turn back around, seeing the boy standing over the defeated form of Tomura.

His stomach growled, loudly, Izuku's stiff body holding up his arms in front of him. Pony's ears heard the click of a button, and the beep from the omnitrix. Now worried about his unresponsiveness, Pony came to his side to try and check up on him.

His eyes seemed glazed over, the omnitrix displaying the image of a cloaked figure in a hologram hovering above the faceplate.

"What are you doing?" She tried to shake him out of his shock, but he didn't bother to even recognize the outside stimulant. He rose his right hand, pressing it over the extended part of the watch.

Recoiling from the sudden flash, Pony's eyes widened when she saw what took his place.

It was the most recent villain, the Frozen Mothman standing there in the same position as Izuku just was.

"Hey you!" A loud woman's voice came from behind, earning both of their attention.

There in the alleyway stood a hero, a tan woman with rabbit ears and long white hair. Her narrow red eyes spotted the villain, her smirk wild and untamed. If this wasn't such a crazy situation Pony would geek out over meeting the Rabbit Heroine Mirko.

"Ohohoho! You're the one causing all the ruckus lately!" Her rabid smile continued to grow as she cracked her knuckles. "After hearing all those other heroes you've thrown aside lately, I've been dying for a chance to fight you Frozen Mothman! And look at that, you left a reason for me to not hold back."

Her quick point towards the body didn't upset him, and Pony was too confused to know how to respond. She looked back to the mothman, seeing the symbol on its chest….the omnitrix…taking Izuku's place…all those powers inside…

"Wait!" Pony called out, but her warning was too late as the heroine jumped right for whatever Izuku was right now. Mirko passed right through him, her foot covered in ice.

"Leave me alone." He warned, flying above the buildings. Mirko smashed her frozen foot onto the ground, shattering the ice as she continued to grin.

"I'm gonna kick those big teeth in you bug eyed freak!" She jumped right into the air, attempting to intercept the flying creature.

Pony watched, trying to wrap her head around what she had just witnessed.

"Where's Izuku?"

"Gah!"

Reiko scared her, the ghostly girl hovering around the alley trying to find the boy.

"I think Mirko's chasing him!" Pony alerted the girl. "We've got to get to Izuku before she does!"

"RAH!" Mirko hopped right through Frozen Mothman again, that darn intangibility causing a real problem for her. As soon as she landed, she kicked up a piece of the road and punted it right towards him.

Score! The damn thing turned tangible right in time!

"Go away!" The villain yelled out, spotting a dormant helicopter on top of a roof and flying towards it.

"Yeah, not gonna leave someone who beats kids half to death alone!" Mirko leapt between the buildings, bouncing off each one until she caught up with him. "You keep avoiding my hits, why don't you try throwing one yourself?!"

Her goal was to goad him into close combat where she excelled at. Sure he could make some ice, but from what she's seen it hasn't been anything major. Right as she was high enough to make it to his level, he let out a large misty breath. It encased her in a thick layer of ice mid air, more than she ever saw him do.

Without the ability to fly, Mirko was left to plummet as the frozen block she was. Pushing as hard as she could with her powerful legs, she cracked enough of the ice to break free ten feet before she hit the ground. Quickly maneuvering herself, she landed on her feet while cracking the street under her.

"Alright, lucky shot." She grumbled, but still the excitement in battling this guy was thrilling. Hardly any villains were good enough to last more than a single kick nowadays. So what crime was so important for this guy to commit?

Destruction of property, by eating it. Ugh he had such a lame excuse to be a villain.

She saw him soar over to another building, keeping high and away from her as he continued to find anything metal to eat.

"Need some help?"

Oh that cocky son of a bitch. Mirko glanced back to see Hawks, the laid back hero with those massive red wings on his back hovering there.

"Get lost Turkey breath." The rabbit heroine leapt back up to the skyline, Hawks easily keeping up with her.

"He's getting away."

"I'm catching him."

"He ate a school bus."

"He won't get to eat another."

"He's eating your car now."

"WHAT?!" Mirko landed at the edge of one of the skyscrapers, seeing her agency across the street. It was true, he was eating her convertible she JUST PAID OFF! "THAT'S IT YOU BLUE MENACE!"

Mirko launched herself into the parking lot, every step she took cracking everything from her sheer rage. "If you don't stop it right now it won't be a jail cell you end up in, it'll be a hospital!"

Frozen Mothman just looked up at her, the engine in his mouth as he swallowed the whole thing. That did it, no more mercy. Faster than what many could perceive, she kicked off from the ground and rammed her foot into his gut before he turned intangible.

He burped upon the impact, spewing some lava out of his mouth. The heroine had to back off, seeing the heated metal spill onto the ground. "Great! You have lava spit now?!"

"That's not what you should be worried about." He said in a warning tone.

Mirko didn't care about some singed hairs, she was going to kick his head in. Sprinting back into the fight, she kept bouncing between nearby walls, light posts, anything as she kept him on his toes. Once she got behind him, she zoomed in with a deadly blow prepared just for him.

He dipped into the ground, her foot crashing into the pavement where he just was. As Mirko reexamined her surroundings, everything around her became frozen. A large dome erected itself right around her, entrapping her in at least ten feet thick ice with only a few inches of wiggle room.

"Stay cool." He taunted her, flying off to who knows where.

"SON OF A BITCH." She kicked against the ice, cracking it but not breaking it. It would take her a little bit to get out of this, and by then he would already be gone. Ugh, and she still has to report in that body.

Pony kept checking her Heronet app for all the updates on Frozen Mothman, keeping tabs on where the fight was leading. She wished she had a license to use her quirk instead of running across the streets. Damn these shorts were too tight for jogging! Then again, she didn't plan on getting held captive by the leader of the league of villains, she didn't plan on Reiko going full horror movie on him, she didn't plan on Izuku turning into the latest hot spot villain, she didn't plan to be running after him as heroes were hunting him down!

Why can't her simple plan of getting close to Izuku work?!

Checking her phone again, she saw the map with different images popping up from people posting them. Looks like Hawks was running out of feathers to use, all of them getting frozen as Izuku was switching to ambush tactics. Being able to freeze stuff while invisible and untouchable was incredibly overpowered.

A plume of flame in the distance alerted Pony before her phone could about who had intervened. Oh no, she really hoped Izuku could just stay alive at this point.

Endeavor melted all of the ice in the street, burning all of Hawk's trapped feathers in the process. "Leave me to take care of this."

"Sure thing chief." Hawks, with the few feathers he had left kept himself distant, but still close enough to intervene if necessary.

The flame hero popped his neck, stepping forward to the villain that was getting in a quick bite from a fire hydrant. With no warning, Endeavor sent out a blast towards the villain to incapacitate it in an instant. He might give them some heavy burns, but if it meant stopping his rampage then so be it.

As the orange fire died out, parts of the tar in the road liquified and the light poles burning red hot, the villain stood there unharmed from the blast. With one final bite on the hydrant, a gush of water sprayed over the area, cooling it to a reasonable temperature.

"One warning." Frozen Mothman warned. "That's all you get."

"Save it for someone who needs it." Endeavor ran forward, propelling himself off the ground and charging the villain head on. Just like all the others, he passed through as ice built up on his skin. That's what he was planning on, with something to keep his body temperature cool he could unleash a very potent heat.

"Flashfire, fist!" Pushing a condensed fire into his punch, Endeavor spun around and stroke at the direction of the villain. The fire hit him, knocking him against a car but not even the metal melting around him seemed to harm Frozen Mothman.

This was a potentially dangerous villain, so many powers, and immune to both extremes of temperature. Even blunt attacks needed to catch him off guard, otherwise he could just phase through it. This was truly a difficult foe.

As Frozen Mothman floated up from the pile of molten car around him, he saw the droplets from the fire hydrant land on it, steaming upon impact. He looked back to the water spout still pouring into the air, and extending one hand he shot out an icy beam.

Endeavor was caught off guard by the method, but still took advantage of the rapidly cooling environment to heat himself up further. In the blizzard that began to manifest around him, he channeled as much fire as he could and rammed it at the villain.

Everything exploded into steam, Endeavor charging through to land a direct hit on the villain. His fist smashed through a pillar of ice shaped like the villain. That's when he felt something claw into his head, Endeavor yelling out as Frozen Mothman's intangible hand passed through his brain. It only took a small swipe of cold, but the sensitive organ screamed from the touch.

The man passed out, still breathing but clutching his head in pain as his unconscious body still felt the pain. Frozen Mothman stood over him, smirking at the sight. "I call that move, 'Brain Freeze'. Gah!"

He recoiled when a feather cut into his shoulder, Frozen Mothman glaring at the distant hero standing on a roof overlooking the scene. What few red feathers were in the area were swarming him dangerously, the intent to kill permeating through the air.

Narrowing his large green eyes at the man, he vanished from sight just as two feathers stabbed through the air he once occupied. Taking a few steady breathes in his intangible and unseeable form, he could see the streaks of red had passed through vital areas. The heroes were going for the kill now, and he had more important things to do.

Flying away from the scene, he made sure to keep his current state in case any other heroes were in the area. There was somewhere he had to be, before it was too late.

Pony was doing her best to balance on the rented electric bike from a random station while looking at her phone. As happy as she was that Izuku wasn't hurt, it was horrifying to see the number two hero taken down like that.

Looking at the map again, she tried to see if there were any new updates. No, no, wait! No that was just Mt. Lady posing for a camera again! Ugh!

Hold on, tracing her finger through the center of the fights that involved Izuku, she could see a path her finger was following. It was pretty much a straight shot, towards where though? Zooming out, she didn't see any particular place of importance beyond where Izuku was. Just some homes, then the forest, and then-

"The abandoned steel mill." Pony's eyes widened. Maybe Izuku wasn't kidnapped at all, but instead something was making him go there and he can't remember!

The bike only took her so far, until she was stuck panting for breath at the edge of the forest. Sure, the electric part was nice but she had to keep pedaling to keep it going for miles.

Looking around, there wasn't anyone present to see her, or where she was going. "Sorry laws, I need to do this." Popping off her horns and leaving the bike, Pony balanced her feet on them and soared through the woods as fast as she could go. Pulling up her phone, she was about to call Gang Orca's agency to not attack Izuku.

Unfortunately, when an earsplitting noise resounded from the woods, she knew it was too late.

The blue figure darted between the trees, beams of ice shooting out to try and entrap the hero. Gang Orca found his feet frozen, but once he unleashed a high pitched wave of sonic the ice was shattered.

"So, you're the one who took the boy." The monster of a man spoke out. "Surrender now, and your defeat will be painless."

Frozen Mothman came out from under the ground, flying through him in his intangible form while creating a thick layer of ice. His blubber kept him warm, and his body naturally adapted to colder conditions. A quick flex, and a blast with a hypersonic wave broke the ice once again.

"Your attacks are useless." He warned again. "And you will never see that boy again."

"Just leave me BE!"

Gang Orca spun towards the voice, and unleashed his paralyzing sonic wave towards the source. The invisible became visible, the villain struggling to get back on his feet.

"You have a remarkable durability, to not fall instantly to my attacks." Gang Orca stalked towards the villain. "Your mutation has certainly granted you many strengths, but you abused them. No matter what excuses, you have assaulted several heroes, resisted arrest, kidnapped a child, and caused plenty of property damage."

Gang Orca grabbed the back of his neck, the villain slipping free once again by falling into the Earth. Curses, he could still move after that?

"RAH!"

Rookie mistake.

*SCWEEEE*

Gang Orca dodged the bite towards his head, aiming his sonic wave point blank at the villain. Announcing your attack is almost a guaranteed loss, and now this villain has thrown away their chances of winning. They plopped down to the ground, limp and unmoving. Finally, the battle was over.

"Izuku!"

Hm?

Pony came rushing through the trees on her horns, hovering down to land beside the downed villain. This was unexpected, she should not be here right now.

"What are you doing here?" He questioned the girl.

She was about to answer, but her eyes widened as she saw the villain phase through the ground. Damnit! That must have been an emitter ability then, something he cannot paralyze for them to use.

"Go back to the Midoriya's new residence." Gang Orca ordered. "And do not use your quirk when you reach the city limits."

"I..I'm sorry, but I can't."

"Why not?"

The girl looked like she was about to say something, but withheld the information. What was she so concerned about?

Something broke in the treeline, Gang Orca narrowing his eyes at the source. "Remain here in the open." He commanded. "The villain might try to ambush you."

Pony watched the man go off in search of the Mothman, unable to speak out to him about their true identity. Her ears twitched, picking up noise near the steel mill, the opposite direction of where Gang Orca was heading. Biting her lip, she directly disobeyed instruction and began moving towards the source, hoping to find Izuku before he did.

Opening the half eaten food to the mill, she slowly stepped into the dusty old building. The sun was beginning to set, orange beams shining onto the cement floor. Slowly moving through, she kept her head on a swivel as she tried to find any sign of Midoriya.

*GAG*

Stopping, she kept her ears on alert to help find whatever was making that noise. Silently stepping further and further, her feet continued to step on more and more rubble. Dirt was mixed into it, and entering one of the main parts of the building showed her a massive pit dug into the bottom. Metal was stripped from everything, molded together to make a large lump in the center of the room.

She saw Izuku, or what had become of him hunched over and spewing lava onto the lump. Once it had collected on the side of it, he cooled it down with an icy breath, turning it back to steel and joining with the collection.

He looked hurt, bruised, with a cut on his shoulder that seemed very painful. Out of the desire to help him, she cautiously approached while whispering out to him.

"Izuku?"

His movements were sluggish, but still alert as he looked at her. "Leave." He warned.

"You're hurt." She moved a little closer. "I want to help."

"I don't need your help." He hissed again, trying to lift his wings in an intimidation display but falling short.

"Maybe not." Pony admitted. "But when you do things alone, you keep hurting yourself."

"I'm fine."

"No you're not!" She finally shouted at him. "Look at yourself! You turned into this..thing and I don't even know why or how! Not only that but you picked a fight with just about every hero you could and now look how hurt you are! No wonder Himiko is so upset with you! We all see you're hurting but you insist you aren't and refuse to get help! Even if it's not always physical, we can tell you're sad, that you're hurting, and it hurts me so much to see you like this and you won't let me help."

He stopped trying to scare her off, staring at her as Pony's tears began to run down her face.

"I love you Izuku! So please, stop letting someone I love so much be in so much pain!"

Pushing himself onto his feet, the mothman wobbled towards her, keeping an arm on the wall to help balance himself. He let his wings relax down around his body, forming his cloak as he came closer. She held her ground, staring off against whatever Izuku was as he came to be only five inches away from her.

As tiring as it was, he lifted her arms around her and relaxed her body against his own.

"I'm sorry I hurt you." He whispered out. "I…have a lot on my mind."

"You think?" She laughed as she continued to sniffle away. "What about me? How do you think I feel about you turning into an American folklore monster?"

It wasn't like she was expecting, the moment she told Izuku she loved him so openly. Actually she never could have imagined this, but even if she was being held by a monstrous version of him, it felt as good as she pictured it.

*Creeeaaak*

The lump of metal began making odd noises, Pony peaking around Izuku to see what was happening. Cracks began to form along the surface, something pushing from the inside to break free. Izuku let go of her, going back over to the thing and watching intently. Pony followed his lead, staying a little farther from it.

Through the cracks leaked a putrid green fluid, dripping and sliding down to the bottom of the culmination. The cracks widened, revealing a pool of bubbling liquid within. It disgusted her, but Izuku seemed to lean towards the phenomena.

The bubbling became more intense, one of the bubbles becoming so big and solid it began to float from the surface of the pool. One became two, and two became ten, all until Pony counted fifteen different orbs floating above the metal lump. All that oozing liquid poured off the floating orbs, revealing them to be a mesmerizing lapis color.

It was harder to see, the sun setting as darkness took over the night, but the moon was kind enough to illuminate this event to let her watch this event with Izuku.

Those beautiful orbs began to take shape, something moving inside of them! It coiled in on itself, forming stumps, wings, and those familiar emerald eyes. One second, it was a strange mush of flesh, and then the next….it was alive.

It looked just like Izuku's current self, albeit smaller with a disproportionately large head and BIG eyes. The body looked just like a babies, and what was most surprising to Pony was that it could already fly! Those wings fluttered as the child soared over to its parent, letting out adorable high pitched chirps as Izuku brushed the back of his hand over its head. Two fuzzy antennas going over its head brushed against it, investigating everything it could touch.

Pony was startled by another one coming to life, joining its sibling in greeting Izuku who treated them lovingly. It didn't take long until he was surrounded by a swarm of adorable little creatures.

Hold on….was Izuku pregnant?

One of the smallest came towards Pony, the girl flinching as it came over to touch its antennas against her face. Glancing towards Izuku, she wondered if he would allow his child to fly around so freely.

"Go on." He offered. "It's alright."

Letting her hand hover slowly towards the baby, it cooed as it brushed its head into her palm. Pony wanted to squeal over how adorable it was, those incredibly fuzzy antennas smelling up her arm. She couldn't suppress a giggle, four others soon coming over and tickling her all over.

"It's time little ones." Izuku spoke out to the kids. He rose his arms towards one of the open windows, the stars awaiting them in the sky.

"What's happening?" Pony asked, seeing a few of them begin to take off into the night air with the moonlight to guide their path.

"They need cold, and plenty to eat." He said. "They can only get that in space."

"Space?" She tried not to yell out, trying not to startle the babies.

"This is the way." He stated simply.

"What about you?" Pony questioned him. "Are you not going to raise your kids?"

It was like a light finally turned on in Izuku's mind, the mental haze lifting itself from his head. In a flash of green, Izuku became human again, the children reinvestigating their parent over again.

"What? Ha HAHA! That tickles! P-Pony? What are we doing here?" Izuku seemed to panic, seeing the familiar building with a certain alien swarm of babies around him.

"You mean you don't know?" She asked him, stepping closer while motioning to the flying moth children. "Wait, do you remember…anything after you transformed?"

"Transformed?" Izuku asked, looking around one more time. He immediately held up the omnitrix, scrolling through a log projected above the device. "Omnitrix, how long have I been transformed?!"

"Two hours and seven minutes."

"Why?! I never input the command!"

"Necrofriggian DNA has temporarily overridden the transformation feature to not interfere with the birthing cycle."

"BIRTHING CYCLE?!" His pale face looked back to the many, many baby Necrofriggians all around him. "So…these are my kids?"

"DNA match confirmed with the user's Necrofriggian transformation."

"Izuku." Pony reached out to grab his arm, earning his attention. "Are you saying you don't remember turning into that?"

"...No, I must have been too focused on primal instincts." At least, that was the only answer he could think of. "I…oh my gosh…I was the villain those heroes were after."

"You didn't kill anyone." Pony tried to cheer him up. "Plus, you make some really cute kids."

Holding out one of the children to Izuku, it chirped happily towards him.

"Do you know what you were trying to do?" Pony asked him again. "You said they needed to go to space but, just leaving them alone feels wrong."

He dumbly nodded, still trying to get over the fact that he was still a parent. "Necrofriggians spend the first parts of their life living in deep space where it's cold and feeding off of solar radiation."

"And how do you know this?"

"I have a device from another universe that let's me turn into over a million aliens." He just let it slip, unable to really think of how else to explain all of this while still stunned. He didn't know the first step to being a parent, let alone an alien parent!...but he refused to be like his father.

"Um, everyone?" He called out to the children, all of them tilting their heads at the same time making Pony's heart flood from cuteness. "You can go out, do what's natural to you and be out there to live your lives."

They followed his finger towards the window, the path of nature calling out to them.

"But-" He began, getting their attention. "-If you want to stay, if you want to be with me and my family, I will not turn you down. Even if you come back at a later time, no matter what, I will always do my best to be a good father."

Izuku's strong stance, his determined expression, it made Pony's heart flutter alongside the wings of the kids.

They waited, seeing them stare at him and unable to determine what they were thinking. Did they even understand him?

One turned to the night, flying off into the sky and being the first to choose. Another followed its path, joining in the natural option and going where it knew there would be food. Many others soon followed, a fluttering pack all making their way into the unknown expanse.

Izuku felt his heart almost break, seeing them choose to leave him and go live their own lives. But it was expected, it was natural, and it was probably for the best. He wouldn't make a good dad anyways.

*Chirp*

Looking to his left, he saw one of the kids had latched onto his arm, nuzzling into his jacket. A tickling sensation and a sudden weight told him there was another on his back. Two more latched onto his other arm, all nuzzling themselves against him.

Until finally, the one in Pony's arms flustered towards him, Izuku reaching out to hold it as the child burrowed its head into his chest. Izuku wanted to laugh, cry, just overall be an emotional wreck. Right now though, he only felt love take over.

"So.." Pony twiddled her fingers, a heavy blush coming over her face. "You…really don't remember anything?"

"No." He replied, looking over his…kids. Wow that was weird. "Why? Did something happe-"

"NO!" She quickly replied, her entire face becoming a whole new shade. "But…Gang Orca is outside looking for you, the other you."

"Oh?...Oh." Izuku pierced it together, he was a 'villain' who terrorized some heroes and came back to this place. Not only that, Gang Orca would report this to the others who were looking into his 'kidnapping'. Naomasa and Eraserhead would put two and two together with the omnitrix on his other form and start a serious man hunt….There was going to be a lot of explaining to do.

"I think I'll teleport us home." Izuku answered as he looked over the kids. "And somehow find a way to keep these ones cool."

"You can teleport?"

"There's a lot of stuff I can do."

"Wow….What are you going to tell your mom?"

….Yep, there was going to be a lot of explaining to do.

Also, as OP as Big Chill is when used in a clever way Gang Orca is the perfect counter against him.

SonicMax: Uh oh, Himiko didn't give our boy a hug and instead yelled at him.

etabb6: That's also been a highly recommended one, and it might work better. Who knows if we'll get around to it though.

The airless man: He only undid a ripple that was caused by a specific time manipulation event. When rewatching the episode, it was because he focused his power on the sotobro effect that was caused by the time bomb. It wouldn't be the same as him using his powers on an egg to make it into a chicken.

Matt: Sleep is for the weak!
