Master Control
Chapter 35
Deep in the woods, nothing rarely disturbed the peace of the wildlife. Between the wind through the leaves, and the streams rushing downhill, but no birds could be heard.
"Is there really anything out here?" A blonde heroine in a light blue schemed pop star outfit with large cat gloves marched through the woods with her team.
The Wild Wild Pussy Cats, a group of four who specialized in mountain rescue.
"Ryuko thought there was something." Mandalay, the woman with an orange color scheme and short cut brunette hair reported. "When she passed by the area, she thought it was some lost plane crash, but didn't have time at the moment to investigate. So she let us know about it."
"This also falls in with our type of work." Tiger, the most masculine with his muscles threatening to break out of his costume said.
"But we have to sweep it by foot?" The blonde, Pixie-Bob whined. "We could even have rented a drone."
"That's no fun!" The fourth member, Ragdoll with a yellow outfit to match her large eyes to contrast her long flowing green hair. "Plus, my quirk wouldn't be able to pick up any survivors."
"No airlines I checked with said there was anything in the past five years was lost." Mandalay shared while stifling a yawn.
"Late nights?" Ragdoll questioned her fellow heroine, Mandalay giving a lazy nod.
"Yeah, after my sister moved in with her kid it feels like I'm more busy at home than at work."
"Really?" Pixie-Bob wondered. "How come?"
"I end up driving them around a lot. From shopping, physical therapy for her partial paralysis, mental therapy for both of them, night terrors they both have, but Kota seems to stay up as long as possible watching that streamer Endeavor hates."
"Oh?" Tiger did his best to empathize, but could not fully imagine having that kind of life. "I thought she would have finished physical therapy already, given that she's back doing patrols."
"Special I-island leg bracers. Her insurance covers most of it, but since her and her husband weren't higher in the ranks it couldn't cover all of it."
"This may sound rude." Pixie-Bob started. "But what about the life insurance from her husband?"
"She's saving it for Kota." The woman sighed as she took a moment to herself. "She's doing so much for him, trying to spend more time with him but he seems to be pushing us away. I don't know what to do."
"He's young." Ragdoll gently reminded the heroine. "I'm sure given a little more time he starts to see just how much you two are doing for him and so many others."
"I hope." Mandalay wished, refocusing on her work. "Alright team, let's keep going for another-"
*PEW*
A bright red beam cut down the trees in front of them, exploding the dirt along with it.
"Greetings humans." A walking furnace came marching down from a hill nearby. "I come without peace."
The group of four assembled together, striking a pose before going into their routine.
"We hope you know what you're getting into." Tiger warned.
"Because we don't pull our punches." Pixie-Bob grinned.
"Wild WIld Pussy-"
*PEW*
He shot another blast right in front of them, knocking the group back. "Do all you humans make your fights into theatrics?"
When he was grabbed by a massive hand sprouting from the ground, P'andor was definitely startled. But, reexamining the humans he saw who was in control.
The one with the lighter hair, grinning as she squeezed her hand tighter to attempt to snap his armor.
"Give up!" Mandalay ordered. "We've got you pinned."
"That's what you think." P'andor, without guilt or hesitation shot the earth mover from the vents along his face, making the dirt around him go loose. "You have too much confidence in yourselves."
"I could say the same about you!" Tiger dashed forward, his limbs stretching beyond what standard humans could do. He pinned the alien, wrapping around his body and making sure none of himself was in view of P'andor's aim.
Ragdoll ran to check up on Pixie-Bob, relieved to find her still alive with just a massive burn on her torso.
"We need a villain extract." Mandalay reported in her comms. "Class C, with some kind of heat quirk."
"ARGH!" Tiger was forced to release P'andor as his suit began to glow bright hot. The alien laughed at their feeble attempts to stop him.
"Perhaps I worried for nothing. Maybe these 'quirks' aren't that strong after all."
"Is everything working?" The villain form, or portal guy, man he needed to come up with a name for this form. Izuku looked over himself, his hands swirling with black shadows.
"Almost." Bivalvan reported, his hands quickly tapping on every screen in order to check the status of the ship."At least I can confirm a flight path based off the coordinates you shared with us. Even if the worlds you listed as potential homes for us don't work out at least we'll be in contact with proper civilizations to make our way through the galaxy."
In a rushed effort with less than the bare minimum resources, somehow everything didn't collapse instantly when he tried firing the sublight engines. It was a sputtering shaky mess, but it might be enough.
"HAHAHA!" Hatsume cackled like an evil mastermind. "SHE LIVES!"
"Is this safe?" Galapagus asked as he was forced to sit down.
"Andreas doesn't like that noise." The mecha armadillo pointed towards the front glass viewing area, seeing how the heavy duty airlock windows with sketchy patch jobs were shaking.
"Is this the best you can do?" Ra'ad had to ask.
"With the time I had, be grateful we even have power." Bivalvan was rapidly trying to close every alert that was popping up, very well aware of the ship reporting low levels, critical damage, or even non existent parts. "P'andor has already drawn attention to himself, but if we don't leave soon they might start noticing the noise of us starting up the ship."
"This is amazing!" Hatsume dashed to every corner of the controls, only guessing what each of the words meant. "She can fly! We can go to space! We can take this baby farther than any man has gone!"
Her words died when a fountain of sparks came from the panel, the crustacean alien shielding himself from the fire hazard. "Dang it! I thought this area had the least to worry about. Ra'ad! Come help us out!"
"If I go in there I'll be serving as a patch job until we land!" The electrical aquatic alien yelled back.
"I thought your species were masters of electricity!"
"Our powers don't work like that!"
"Then whose does?!"
Oh.
Oh he was such an idiot.
"Pardon my interruption." Izuku's villainous form stepped towards the controls. "But there is something that I have gravely overlooked."
In a flash of green, Izuku altered his form. Instead of the gaseous appearing portal being, he turned into a walking metallic black liquid with glowing circuit lines running along his body, with the exception of the front of his torso, front of his legs, and the underside of his massive arms being the same green color with black circuit lines. The omnitrix dial rested on his chest, completing his image.
"Wow!" Hatsume analyzed his new form, pinching part of his flesh and stretching it out to stare at with her enhanced vision. "A biomechanical organism?! OH PLEASE GIVE ME THIS AS A NEW QUIRK PLEASE!"
"N-now hold on." Izuku's computer filtered voice lit up the circle that composed his face. "We have more important things to do right now, and you need to get permission from your uncle, or whoever your guardian is."
"Wait." Bivalvan stared at Izuku's new form, glaring the longer he saw what the boy had become. "You could have turned into a galvanic mechamorph this whole time?"
"Sorry, I'm sort of new to this whole 'I can have any power I want at any given moment' sort of thing."
Without wasting anymore time, Izuku plunged into the machinery. Every part he touched he raced through, letting each one of his nanocells assume control over every square inch. He spread farther and farther, never finding a limit to how far he could bring the ship under his control. Finally, as his being consumed the vessel he could tell where every part was, what it did, and how to make it better.
Trouble was figuring out how to keep it that way when he left it.
"Everything looks fixed." Galapagus noted.
"Andreas was hoping for yellow. Andreas likes yellow."
"Midoriya." Ra'ad announced to the whole ship. "How long will it take for you to repair the damage?"
Hatsume leapt aside as Izuku's head stuck out of the ground, addressing them more 'face to face'.
"Technically it's fixed right now."
"Great." Bivalvan grabbed the controls, starting the take off sequence and bringing the ship to a slow ascent. "Then lets go!"
"W-wait!" The ship lurched to a halt, everyone recoiling over the sudden movement. Izuku shifted its head to where it was sticking out of the controls to speak to the alien more personally. "Hatsume's still in the ship, still in me! And I can't leave Earth!"
"You can take the ship back to this planet." The crimson crustacean argued, trying to forcefully steer the ship back up. "But we don't have the luxury of staying here long. We're already above the treeline and have probably been spotted by now."
"YES!" Hatsume gripped Izuku's head, jumping up and down as she tugged him along. "Let's go to space and make all sorts of new babies! See babies we never dreamed of! Make the other babies we could only ever dream of! You can become the babies! Make them better to produce greater babies! We'd be unstoppable!"
That was a terrifying life.
"Stop shaking him." The floating electric jellyfish pried the gremlin away from Izuku's head. "You're making the whole ship unstable!"
"Are you ok?" The turtle based alien asked Izuku's rolling head.
"I'll be ok….just have to fix the ship right?"
"And soon." Bivalvan warned, noticing some blips approaching. "I think we're getting attention."
He could feel it, or see it? Izuku wasn't sure exactly how he could see through all the sensory equipment but he could, and indeed there were some helicopters whose path was a little too close to where they were. Luckily, it wasn't directly towards them, but instead the massive heat signature just off in the-
His single eye widened, narrowing on the spot that seemed to continually get worse and worse. A fire was erupting out over there, exactly where P'andor was. Immediately doing a rush job on Bivalvan's already hasty work, Izuku felt that there wasn't any real need for him anymore.
"Sorry to keep you waiting!" He quickly apologized, before a sudden hatch opened up under Hatsume. She fell down, Izuku beginning to pull himself back together down the same path the pink devil went. "We should get going so you can take off. It was great meeting you all! Please let me know when you find a suitable world. You don't have totellmewhichonebutifyouhearanythingabout-"
"We are aware Midoriya." Ra'ad assured the boy before he could go into a further ramble.
"Don't worry." Bivalvan said in a rare show of empathy. "We can keep ourselves out of unwanted attention."
"We won't alert anyone to you, your planet, or the omnitrix." Galapagus added with full honesty, which was the norm for him.
Andreas only put his claw to his mouth, shushing to show his finite understanding.
"Thanks you guys." Izuku bowed his head towards them, an odd sight since it was still part of the floor. "It's, nice being reminded I'm not the only alien thing around."
With those final words, Izuku fully pulled himself towards Hatsume's direction. Being a makeshift slide in the ship while also putting things back to where they should be along the way. When they reached the bottom, his body now only controlling the one door, he opened it up to let the girl fall through before closing it behind himself, sealing it, and stretching himself out to reach the ground and allow Hatsume to roll of his body.
Instead of being angry at the dirt filling her clothes, or being dropped out of a spaceship, instead she lunged at Izuku, running her hands through his body.
"That was incredible!" She sang as she slithered up and down his insides. "No tools! No time wasted! You can make any altercations to any baby you want and you get to BECOME them!"
Finally, she shoved her face in his stomach, delightfully enjoying the experience while he was not. "I want every part of your DNA inside me."
NOPENOPENOPENOPE!
Shoving her out of him, Izuku immediately switched out to be back to his teleporters form. Telemist? Nah that was lame too. Space Shadow? That doesn't work either. Warp style? That sounded like a slang.
How did that Tennyson guy come up with the names?
"Come." Izuku motioned for Hatsume to follow. "We need to take the attention off of P'andor. I believe this form is perfect for a distraction."
Hatsume just folded her arms, pouting behind him as she begrudgingly agreed. "I hate it."
"Gah!" P'andor recoiled from the attack. Many different 'heroes' had come to take him in, all of them demonstrating how weak this planet was if these were the top defenders.
Then he came along.
"Washa!" The Laundry Hero: Wash struck a pose in front of the downed alien, P'andor struggling to get back up.
"I see, even now you show me mercy?"
The walking laundry machine nodded, but still braced for any attack as heroes around did their best to recover.
"Heh, to think you've been holding back this whole time." The alien laughed to himself. "I never stood a chance did I?"
"Washa!"
"Even though you too, are trapped within a suit to suppress your power, you will not help to release me?"
"Washa."
"What do you mean it's a fashion choice?! I have spent years rotting away in this suit!" The rage bubbled back to the surface, the alien's visor glowing widely as the hero prepared to put him down.
"Oh don't worry." A dark, sinister voice spoke from above. The heroes glanced up, all of them knowing very well the description given in the reports.
The portal quirk user, who was a key part of the attack on UA.
Kurogiri.
"You won't spend another second in agony." He didn't even have to wave his hand as a portal manifested to take P'andor within it. All the other heroes snapping to attention behind Wash in preparation.
"How should we handle this?" Tiger asked in caution.
"Don't look at me!" Pixie-Bob flapped her massive fake kitten paws. "That guys the real deal! A top villain! Nothing like occasional drunk hikers or trigger happy dealers!"
Meanwhile, as 'Kurogiri' was sweeping his intimidating gaze between the heroes, he was really wanting to see the heroes in action. Wash and the Wild Wild Pusscats have never done a team up before! Oh! Even Fourth Kind was here!
*Ring ring*
Brought out of his distraction, Izuku glanced at his phone, all of the heroes unsure of the development.
"Um, one second." He somewhat apologized as he answered it. "Hello?"
"Izuku?" The restrained rage of his mother said on the other side. "What are you doing out?"
"Um….Nothing bad?"
"Eri told me exactly what you're doing."
"They needed help."
"You could have at least called us first! Why do you keep running straight into dangerous situations?"
He barely had enough awareness to dodge the barrage of soapy bubbles.
"I'll talk to you when I get home!"
"And when will that be?!"
"Right now."
Inko jumped back when the voice came from behind, fearing a sudden intrusion but recognized the symbol on his chest. Now that he was back home, Izuku felt it was safe enough to change back.
Though he wished he was still in his much more intimidating form, because his mother was giving him a nasty look.
"Where is everyone?" He hesitantly asked.
"I sent them home, your sisters and your kids are in their rooms. What about those you were with?"
"They're on their way to find new homes, well, the ones in the ship. I dropped Hatsume off at her place, and got P'andor somewhere safe."
The silence felt like it was choking him, those emerald daggers digging into him the longer he stayed in place.
"I should check on the kids." Izuku tried to get around her.
"The kids you left behind?" His mother reminded him.
Oooo that one stung. Izuku flinching over the jab. "It's not like I left them alone. Eri's done a great job caring for them."
"A job their father should be doing."
"They needed my help!" Izuku spun around towards her. "I'm the only one on Earth that can find aliens that are lost or hurt."
"Why does it have to be you?!" Inko whined towards her child. The one that she cared for but kept placing himself in the center of danger. "Why can't you just enjoy your life here with us?!"
"I do enjoy it! But there are others who need help getting back to their own lives!"
"You've done enough!" Inko began to plead with him. "You've done so much already but now you should focus on yourself, focus on your life, just stop worrying about that watch of yours!"
"I can't!" Izuku held the omnitrix to his chest. "It's…my responsibility. I've had it since I was ten years old, and I've managed to help a lot of people with it. Yes, it can be dangerous, but after helping Eijiro, Eri, Himiko, so many of my friends, the risk is hardly anything compared to the reward."
The mother collected herself, wiping away the stray tears at the corners of her eyes. "I know you have a good heart, and really want to help people, but you can't keep this up forever."
He, couldn't argue with her about that. While he hasn't told her, he really needed to approach these things with more caution. There was still an interstellar threat actively looking for him, one that probably wouldn't hesitate to crack the planet.
One wrong move, and he could lose everything.
"I'm sorry." Lowering his head, Izuku admitted he was doing something wrong. "I, really do need to be more careful."
"At least you're admitting it." Embracing him into a hug, Inko did her best to watch for his injury. "You're still grounded."
Dang.
"I'm going to make some dinner." She pulled away, moving towards the kitchen as if everything was normal.
The events of the day started to catch up to Izuku, the boy running his hands over his face as he realized he nearly fought a bunch of pro heroes, helped aliens fix their ship, dealt with Hatsume, not to mention a day of putting together equipment to make sure the kids would be ok.
And he still had to finish assembling a proper environment chamber in his room for them. Was he just going to keep sleeping in the living room for the rest of highschool? Actually, he could just become a necrofriggian and sleep in the same room as his kids.
With the endless list of tasks assembling in his mind, he dragged his feet towards the bathroom, at least wanting to wash off all the gunk from the scrapheap.
Taking the jacket off and resting it on the hook, he turned on the sink to begin washing his face, just enough to ground him to reality. He caught his own gaze, staring at his reflection of a really tired teenager looking back. Although, it felt like something was different now then the other times he looked at himself. Was it stress? Maturity? Were they the same thing?
He needed a vacation.
*Beep Beep*
The omnitrix began to flash, Izuku holding it up and accessing the notification.
"Incoming transmission."
"Let's hear it." It was probably Bivalvan and the others, maybe they found a good home.
"Got it!" A rough young voice announced.
"Finally." Another familiar teen said. "You think you can lock onto it?"
"Hello?" Izuku tested, swearing these voices sounded familiar.
"Whoever you are, step away from the watch." The female announced.
"We're running out of time!" Wait, that guy sounded like the omnitrix's voice. "Gwen, open the portal up."
"Whoever you are stay back!" The woman warned. "We don't want to drag you into this!"
Stay back from what?!
A vibrant pink light started to shine from the ground, swirling under his feet. Space began to fold and twist, Izuku unable to do anything but brace himself for the inevitable. If he wouldn't go to the danger, it would always drag him into it.
After completing one of my other fics, I am finally coming back to this one. A lot has happened in life. Between a new job, my own place, and marriage just a month away things are changing in my life. I never abandoned this story, I just stepped away for a little while. With a new year, my current goal is to finish it before the next. If I'm lucky, I could get it done before summer hits.
While I had lots of stuff planned to put into this story, I question how much of it I'll do. Knowing how my other stories have gone, even when I say I'm trimming down my plans I end up doubling what I
predicted.
For now, I make no promises. Just going with how the writing flows.
Also, what kind of name, if at all, should Izuku give his Kurogiri transformation? I was thinking something like Shadow Step but I'm not sure how well it works.

BlackSunV: While we didn't see how the omnitrix or Ben reacted, I'm just going to assume he got lucky and the ruble didn't land directly on him but broke up around him. It would make some sense though if the omnitrix could enhance its users physical state, but so far we don't have a definitive answer on that.
SeanHicks4: There's so many unique characters in MHA, and I do want to try going a different route than normal. But, one thing I will never do is a harem. I hate harem stories.
Felipe: That is a really unique cheat with the ultimatrix, and maybe the omnitrix could do it as well. It's definitely something I would love to explore more. I'm leaving Izuku's Kurogiri color simply black. That way he's close enough to the original to where he could easily be mistaken as a clone.
AnimeFan13579: Izuku definitely has a problem jumping to conclusions.
Puppy Leaf Owned: Azmuth has also been in a universe that's currently under invasion with only at max an hour gone by since he last saw the omnitrix. If given a moment, I'm sure he could take a few hours to look through the years of Izuku's life, but he hasn't had any time along with Galvan Prime being gone after the attack.
Bear295: I already have too many plans. Trying to fit in another Aggregor would be too much.
Demon heart 12: We won't be seeing Aggregor
Harleking31: Why did he choose to hang around Earth in Ultimate Alien?
EbayUserGreen: Izuku will be avoiding her as much as possible
ShiroaFubuki: I don't have plans for any of the items you listed.
AnimeFan13579: Her manic personality probably wouldn't convince Izuku to give her something more powerful.
Leoromerocalvo: It was a simple adjustment, no worries.
E3roa: Monoma also has to get on Izuku's good side before convincing him. Plus, Monoma gets a 1 to 1 copy instead of a partial copy compated to Osmosian unless he did full absorption. Morality wise, Monoma's quirk is better.
Mashot Tito: Out of all the aliens I agree, Upgrades powers would be the best to improve living situations. As for the Baby chills, they do have toddler level intelligence at the moment but I think I'll implement a faster growth than compared to a human. Who knows, by the time Izuku graduate his kids could already be fully matured.
Omar: She pretty much wrecked her chances by freaking him out.
Whywouldidothat2230: You're spot on. I think he'll get his own forms that stand out from the original aliens but only by slight differences.
SonicMax: Kurogiri is a specially created nomu that was engineered to be a stable being. Since All for One doesn't have his portal quirk, I imagine that its unique only to Kurogiri's body to the point where he counts as a new species that the omnitrix recognized it as new.
boy: That would be spoilers.
MegaElite: Yep, he's pretty much this universe's version of an Anodite.
Chronosign: He found a place to dump all of that.
Guest: She's more of the irresponsible teacher that thinks they're the cool one.
Silverwingzz: You're right, this story isn't in the top ten. It's currently in the top five.
DeltaWolf2038: She's a special case, but I don't plan on it being a romantic route.
Odnoglazyy Rytsar: He very well could have his own group of friends similar to the Overlord's.
harbingerbots: I am doing my best to give him balance despite him having access to the most powerful beings in the universe.
