Master Control

Chapter 42

Inko was happy Izuku was finally spending so much time at home instead of worrying about a mountain of responsibilities he put on himself. She watched in bliss as he was assembling an old toy set from a thrift store with his children, each of them rushing to put marbles in the contraption to watch them go through the various pieces they used.

"HA! GET REKT YA SCRUB!"

The five blue heads glanced over to Himiko's room, the mother regretting giving her daughter gaming privileges again.

"Himiko!" Izuku called out from the floor of the living room. "Please watch your language!"

"I am I am!"

It was almost therapeutic, seeing how Izuku was developing his own parental instincts and able to know what would be a bad influence or not. She sometimes felt it was a lonely battle whenever she had to try to keep the peace in their home, but now Izuku was alert to make sure of the same.

"Here Shinji." Izuku held the marble towards one of his children. "It's your turn."

With his small arm, he reached up to place it in the top of the contraption, watching as the orb spun around before falling through the hole and bouncing through many paths until landing at the bottom.

"I wish we could bring them out for some fresh air." His mother announced from the couch, enjoying some tea as Keigo rested along the back of the couch enjoying the soothing smell of it. "Like a park or just some time outdoors."

"I could bring us to a more isolated section of a mountain trail." Izuku offered. "I've taken them to some worlds inside the omnitrix to fly around, but it isn't the same as reality."

"What about the aquarium?" Eri suggested with no subtlety as she emerged from the kitchen with a snack.

Inko wished they could, but that meant having the entire place to themselves. "That might be too expensive for a private rent."

"What about Gang Orca?" Eri didn't give up, wanting to share her love of anything involving water with the blubies. "He took a liking to Izuku and he owns the place."

"That's a big favor." Izuku couldn't see anything he could really offer in exchange. "We'd also have to let him in on the secret, which I don't know how he'd react after, you know."

"You fought him?"

"Yeah, plus there's a much bigger reason we shouldn't bring them there." Izuku watched as Enji and Rumi were using the other pieces to try to make their own marble contraption, frustrated as they couldn't fit some of the pieces together that didn't belong. Eventually Tensei just used his breath to freeze them together, creating a new realm of possibilities for the kids to play.

"What's that?" His mother questioned, wondering if there was some chemical or smell the kids shouldn't be exposed to.

"I'm worried they might phase through the glass to touch the fish."

Ah, that was a good reason.

"You mean the fsh." Eri corrected, making Izuku roll his eyes.

"Fssshhh." Rumi hissed through her mouth.

"Fsshhhhh!" Shinji copied his sister.

"FSHHHHH!" Enji hissed louder, until Tensei and Keigo began to join in.

"Seriously?!" Izuku looked between his kids as they all were trying to outdo the other. "Their first word isn't even a word!"

"Incoming Transmission." The omnitrix, announced, Izuku already holding it up to answer.

"Is it Bivalvan and the others?" Eri asked, until she saw a hologram pop up from the device of a very familiar face.

"Hey Izuku!" The hologram of Izuku waved towards him.

Not even surprised, Izuku waved back. "Hey! How are the internships going?"

"It's a lot different than I expected, not that we really knew what to expect bringing up our situation."

"You told Cueball?"

"Not the secrets, just our goals."

Rumi began waving her hand through the image, trying to grab the little talking version of her father.

"Izuku." Inko got the attention of both of the Izukus. "Is that, some kind of AI?"

"Good guess." The Izuku in person answered. "He's, well he's kind of a clone?"

"Sort of yeah."

"YOU CLONED YOURSELF?!"

"No no!" Izuku waved his hand, the shaking image disorientating the Izuku projected from his watch. "I'm just using the powers of one of my aliens!"

"A sonorosian?" Eri guessed.

"Close, a splixson. It retains individual personality and thought processing. That way we can give our full attention to whatever is in front of either of us."

Time and time again, Izuku proved he was beyond what Inko expected to handle. "You said you were going to focus on your kids."

"I am!" The Izuku before her answered. "The me right here, is giving them all my focus, while the other me is on internships."

"Are we going to merge tonight, or wait another day?"

"Merge?" The mother pressed, Izuku getting exhausted of continually explaining things.

"When we merge back together we merge our memories together as well, and then we'll split back off so both of us can be up to date about what's going on."

"It would be really quick, I can just teleport over and it wouldn't take longer than three seconds."

Not able to think of what the right answer would be, Eri decided to pounce on the opportunity. Leaning down towards the hologram on Izuku's wrist, she got his attention.

"Your kids said their first word."

"Really?! What was it?!"

With a devilish smile, Eri answered him. "Fsh."

"...You're joking…..you're not joking."

"Fsh!" Rumi fluttered onto Eri's shoulder, starting another chorus of blue children fluttering about crying the same thing, filling the home with fsh.

"COME ON BOY STEP IT UP!" A flurry of kicks spun out, Eijiro slamming his fist into the ground to erect a barrier of red diamonds in front of himself. His workout clothes had long been shredded, only enough of his pants remained to work as shorts.

*CRACKCRASH*

Two kicks was all it took for Mirko to break his defense and charge through to send another kick into the boy's chest. He took it with stride, cracks breaking in the ground around his feet as he shifted his arms to become to large hooks.

Swinging them in opposite directions, it was useless to catch the heroine who spun between them and landed another hit to Eijiro's face.

*CHOMP*

"Ah!" Mirko flinched back, pulling her foot away in shock. "Did you just, bite me?"

"Sorry." Eijiro returned his arms to normal as he disconnected his feet from the spikes underneath that held him in place. "I kept trying to grab you, but you're so fast that I-"

*WHACK*

"Shouldn't have let go!" With a dangerous grin Mirko continued to assault, Eijiro realizing that there was no way this would be the only thing she was after.

Pretty much the only time they've been spending is coming down to her personal training area, hitting one another, taking short breaks, and going back at it. It was fun for the first couple hours, but now the boy just felt like this was getting nowhere.

Turning himself into a pin cushion, Mirko had to back off to not impale herself. "Clever, the stuff your body makes is much tougher when it's still connected to you."

"I get that training is important, but I do that all the time already." Eijiro sucked the spikes back into himself, finally having a moment to talk to his host. "Are we going to do other stuff, like patrols or police companionship?"

"Huh, not many know about that second one."

"My friend is a big hero nerd, and he's going into the business side of it."

Lifting up her foot to see the small trickles of blood on it, the woman brushed it away as she went over to grab one of her brand's sport drinks from the mini fridge. "Not my fault no one can take a hit from me. Seriously, pretty much all my interactions with villains for the past two years have gone down in one hit. You though, I actually can work up towards a goal."

"And what's that?"

"To kick strong enough to break your face."

Woah, talk about manl-WAIT he liked his face! "What about opponents you can't kick?" Eijiro tried to steer the training some other direction, Mirko crushing the drink in her hands to swallow it in one go.

"You talking about that frozen freak?" Her icy glare narrowed at him. "He got lucky."

Eijiro had to admit Izuku did get really lucky being out of control. "Ok, but still, he could just phase-"

"You wanna know what we're doing here?" She snapped, getting an expectant nod in return. "I'm making sure you'll live, because when we go out there I'm not protecting you, and you better not hold me back."

"Yes ma'am!" With renewed vigor, Eijiro followed the woman as she brought them through her agency. She brought him to a more secure room, filled with whiteboards and photos set up with strings and magnets. He immediately spotted a few of them, recognizing various photos from the 'Frozen Mothman' eating things, fighting the heroes, and a couple of them cropped around the dial on his chest.

On the next board, was photos from the sports festival. Photos of him next to Izuku, some of Pony and Reiko with them, and some blurry ones of the omnitrix.

Oh shit.

The more he looked around the more he saw how much investigation this woman had done. The incident she responded to with Reiko taking her to the leader of the League of Villains after getting pummeled, copies of Izuku's PQE photos, reports from when Izuku was supposedly 'kidnapped' around the same time as the 'Frozen Mothman' was sighted.

"I didn't pick you just because you've got a flashy quirk." Mirko grabbed a folder from one of the many scattered about the cluttered room. Tossing it over, Eijiro was quick to grab it, but not so much to open it.

Inside were photos of each of his classmates, the ones that had been spliced. Before and after photos, either pulled from social media from parents, themselves, or class photos. Even Aoyama and Ojiro! He always saw Mirko as someone who just showed up to take down villains, but damn she wasn't the number five hero for nothing.

Wait, were these Himiko's photos from before?

This woman had terrifying investigative skills.

"This is one of the deepest rabbit holes I have ever found." Mirko loomed over the boy as he felt stiffer than his usual rocky self. "I was just trying to figure out how to get the guy who ate my car, but somehow I ended up chasing down several things that didn't make sense. Quirk experiments, villain's targeting kids cause PQE's to raise a small super army, or bodies being swapped out with genetically enhanced clones. I don't really believe any of them, but I don't have solid proof about what really happened. And don't bullshit me about some quirk singularity theory or awakenings, because those are more rare than someone with a criminal background getting into I-island. And they certainly don't focus around one kid in particular."

She tapped on the photo of Izuku, the boy awkwardly holding his hand over the omnitrix before it got updated.

"You've been close to him for years." She kicked him into a chair, not that it hurt him physically but mentally he was starting to freak out. "I'm not the only one looking into this. Somehow this got the HPSC to pay us double to find answers. Hawks, Endeavor, Gang Orca, we're all pulling our resources together but none of them had the guts to pull one of you aside and figure out what the hell is going on."

Slamming her foot against the wall and kept it there, Mirko leaning down to close off all thoughts of escape as the rabbit embodied the soul of a predator. "So you're going to tell me everything, and if you hold anything back you will be interfering with a high priority investigation, and arrested."

*Knock Knock* "Excuse me Mirko!"

Her assistant's soft voice called out from the other side of the door, Mirko rolling her head towards its direction with pure malice. "I PUT MY PHONE ON SILENCE FOR A REASON! WHAT THE HELL IS IT?!"

"Principal Nezu and company!" Her assistant squeaked out on the other side. "The HPSC also tried calling you, but they said this was top priority!"

Top priority? The Hero Public Safety Commission never used that term. There had never been a foreseeable problem, or threat that could be categorized beyond everything they were doing at the moment.

Pulling her foot out of the drywall, Mirko stomped over to answer the door. The small mouse woman who worked the front desk scurried away at her appearance, leaving her to stare down at the white fuzz ball who ran UA.

"Hello Mirko!" He greeted politely. "I hoped I wouldn't disturb you, but I just wanted to check on your progress with one of our students."

"Cut the crap rat." Mirko spat out. "You could have done that over the phone."

"You weren't answering." A deep masculine voice with no hint of joy retorted, stepping into view. He was a massive black American wearing a crisp black suit with a matching silk tie, a permanent frown on his face with a pair of sunglasses to hide his eyes. There wasn't any hair on his head, the only thing sticking out in his outfit was a golden earring on one of his ears.

After an eternity of trying to stare down the man into intimidation, Nezu interrupted by entering the private room right under her legs. "Ah hello Kirishima, I hope you've been enjoying your learning experience."

"Um, sir? What are you doing here?"

"Assuring a productive evening!" Nezu cheerfully answered, looking over the board. "Hm, looks impressive how far you've gotten Mirko. It looks similar to the progress I got within twenty minutes of starting this puzzle!"

"Oi." The rabbit heroine marched in, about to grab the Principal by the scruff of his neck until the man stepped right behind her. "This is my investigation that I've been working on for weeks!"

"Oh, my apologies." He held a paw up to his snout, holding back a chuckle. "This must be embarrassing."

"Mirko." Agent Bubbles announced in a firm tone. "We understand you were assigned an investigation alongside other heroes to look into the Frozen Mothman and anything connected, but you are hereby dismissed."

"DISMISSED?!" Mirko spat as she shouted in his face. "I'M NOT A TOY SOLDIER YOU HERE ME?! I'M A TOP HERO-"

"Who does not have authority in these matters." He interrupted cooly, lowering his sunglasses to stare her in the eyes with warning. "Are we clear?"

"No, we're not clear." She tried standing taller to get into his face, but his stature was too large for that tactic. "America doesn't have jurisdiction over Japanese hero procedure."

"I'm not representing America." He replied more harshly. Placing his sunglasses back on, he gave a nod towards Eijiro before taking a card out of his suit pocket. "Call me if you have any more troubles regarding people who aren't minding their own business."

A little confused about what was happening, Eijiro just accepted the card.

"The President will be calling again shortly." Agent Bubbles informed Mirko as he stepped out of the room.

The woman's ears twitched, hearing mention of the woman in charge of the HPSC. She was personally handling this?

"We wish you both the best of luck!" Nezu waved as he followed the man out. "Stay safe!"

*click*

Eijiro stared, Mirko stared, because both of them had no idea what was happening but it was important enough to where the people in charge of them were intervening.

"I think I need to make a call." Eijiro said numbly, the woman nodding her head in agreement.

"I think we both do."

The streets were warm and bustling, Pony in her hero outfit navigating through a crowd or two as she followed her mother through. Naturally a foreign hero caught some attention, especially with how her mother seemed to embrace the 'sexy' cowgirl persona. Before she had no thoughts about it, but now as she patrolled the streets with her it felt off. Maybe that's just because she was her daughter.

As her mother made a turn, her body seemed to run on autopilot as she kept in line. It was naturally like this, the child following wherever the parent was going. Only this time, the natural instinct was not helping.

"I think I'm lost again." Her mother spoke in english to not alert the crowd. "Come on Pony, I need you to take the lead here. You're more familiar with Japan than I am."

"Only around Musutafu." Pony expressed. "Other than that I need Dad or Izuku to show me around."

"Speaking of." Her mother glanced over with a teasing smile. "I hear you made some progress with that boy?"

"Who did you hear that from?! Not that it's untrue, or sort of true, maybe true to be or not to be-"

The way she tripped over her own words around the subject amused her mother greatly, Pony shutting up before she dug the hole any deeper.

"I heard it from you."

"When?!"

"How about the other night when you woke your father up from screaming?"

"I did not scream!"

"That's right, you squealed like a preteen obsessing over a vampire romance flick. What's the newest one called? Darkfall?"

Pony pouted heavily as she stomped ahead, taking charge and leading them ahead. After a couple seconds of steaming she managed to cool down enough to continue the chat. "It's not like anything can happen soon. He's grounded and I won't get to see him outside of school for a while."

"Are you making plans?" Her mother genuinely asked, Pony fidgeting with her fingers as the topic went deeper.

"We're trying."

"You both are?" Leaning down to touch her horns against Pony's. "Sounds like you both want this."

"I hope."

"Well I know. Mother's have a special sense for this kind of thing."

Pausing to take a picture with a fan that spotted her mother Cow Lady, Pony did her best to live in the moment. Her heart refused to cooperate, sending her mind to try and see if it was possible. Izuku might still not be ready, and was possibly pushing himself out of his comfort zone too much too fast.

She didn't want to rush anything, even if it's weird that he had kids while they were together, sort of. They were in the same physical place kind of together.

It only reminded her how busy Izuku's life was and how much time he dedicated to others. Was she being selfish to ask for more of it? And if she was going to be a hero, who knew how much time she would have to spare to be with him.

What she needed was a sign, like an obvious in your face sort of kind that they should be together.

"Hey Pony." Her mother pointed towards a somewhat rough looking biker themed joint. "I'm starting to get a little hungry, you think they got some good beef over there?"

"I hope." Pony sighed as she followed her mother in. It was hard finding an American styled place that actually had authentic food instead of an 'American' inspired place that wasn't a Mcdonald's. She was hoping to have something familiar that would heal her soul.

Her mother entered the place like she belonged there, the atmosphere filling them with nostalgia for home. As real as it was, Pony noted that there were a couple heroes here on their own break.

"Looks like we found the perfect local hang out joint!" Cow Lady announced as she went over to the counter. Once she spotted the jukebox, she gave Pony a nudge towards its direction and pointed with her chin. "See if they have anything good over there."

"Hello ladies." A handsome slim man in a form fitting suit approached, spotting the horns and the American heritage instantly. "It's a pleasure to make the acquaintance of Cow Lady and Rocketti."

"You a fan?" Cow Lady smirked as she looked over the options, seeing one laced with plenty of smoked cheeses.

"You know my hero name?" Pony was more surprised to hear that uttered. As far as she was aware she made no public announcement of it, or had the popularity of it to spread that fast.

"I have an inside source." He had a twinkle in his eye as he saw Cow Lady's eyes drift to something behind him. After working here long enough, he knew where each menu item was. "I'll have your order out soon."

The woman was surprised, but decided to play his game. "And what if you get it wrong?"

"Then it's on the house." The man challenged before glancing over to Pony, who didn't need to see where she was looking to know what she wanted. "Same with you Roketti. I think you'll find our selection of Green Day to be enjoyable to listen to."

He quickly filled up two beverages, one a tall glass of apple cider for Cow Lady and shorter glass of orange cream soda with extra milk for Pony. Leaving the two in stunned silence as the noise of games and drinks were passed between others.

"He must have a mind reading quirk." Cow Lady took a short swig of her drink. "Or he's just a professional international stalker."

"He seems familiar." Pony hummed, trying to place the face with the outfit.

"Stalker then." Cow Lady laughed. "At least he's putting his skills to good use. Go on and load up some Green Day for us, and maybe some Red Hot Chili Peppers to throw into the mix."

Accepting the pocket change her mother had, Pony sighed as she saw it was in American currency. Making her way to the machine, she prayed it would still work.

"It accepts American coins."

"Oh, thanks Izuku."

….

"Izuku?!" Pony jumped as Izuku was standing beside the machine. He was wearing his new casual outfit he always did when he helped in heroics. Except this time he was wearing a black biker jacket with a single green line along the side with a ten on his shoulder sleeve.

"Hey Pony." He gave a casual wave, acting like he didn't just show up out of nowhere.

"What are you doing here?!"

"I'm on my internship. This is Cueball's agency."

"Really?" She gazed around the place, starting to notice a couple of details. The larger amount of heroes here did seem odd, and some of the betting boards did seem specifically for hero work. "Guess that makes sense. So wait! That guy who knew what we wanted-"

"Thin Man, her sidekick." He affirmed with an added nod.

"I knew I recognized him!" Pony threw a couple of quarters in the machine, flipping through the options as something else hit her. "So hold on, you told him what we like to eat?"

"We had a conversation about Americans after half of the meals I requested were from there, and I mentioned some things about you and your mother since you were also on internships. It's a little scary how good he is at making you talk."

"Seriously, I thought my mom was about to launch an investigation on him!"

The two shared a laugh, all the stress leaving their system as they were together. Pony managed to find a couple of songs and added them to the list. "So I take it it worked?"

"Yep!" Izuku happily announced as he walked her back to where her mother was at. "I think right now I'm debating with my mother over whether or not my kids need clothes."

Two Izukus, something she only saw in dreams but was currently a reality. How many times could he duplicate? How many could she be with at a time?! Nearly falling into a dream she would never escape she shook the thoughts out of their mind and tried to return to the present. "Should they?"

"I caught one of them putting socks on his hands and antennas the other day."

"Rumi?"

"Rumi."

"That explains it all!" Cow Lady called out once she spotted Izuku, waving him over to join them. "You're the inside source. What are you doing here?"

"He's here for a business internship." Pony explained, confusing the woman.

"At a biker diner?"

"It's Cueball's agency."

"I heard my name!" The woman stepped out from around the back, stuffing a wad of cash into her pocket. "Welcome to a little slice of home my American friends! I trust Thin Man already got your orders?"

"We'll see." Cow Lady was still looking forward to a free meal after all.

"Then behold." Thin Man placed the plates of food before them, indeed getting their order right. "That will be-"

"On me." Cueball handed the man a couple of her recently acquired winnings. "I imagine we'll be getting future business from them now that they found us."

"You bet." Cow Lady was already giving her attention to her food, humming in delight over the nostalgia. "I'll be sure to leave a tip."

"I look forward to your generosity." Thin Man thanked the woman before going off to tend to the new customers.

"Make yourselves comfortable, play a game if you have the time." Cueball gestured towards the pool tables. "I'll make sure Izuku has time for it, but right now we've got some folks to track down."

"Sounds like hero work." Cow Lady noted as she wiped some ketchup away with a napkin. "You're in business right Izuku?"

"I'm in the business of heroics." He answered honestly. "I should get to know every part of it."

"Even the dangerous ones?"

"They find me eventually." He said like it was a normal thing.

"If it was anyone else I wouldn't believe them." Cow Lady then turned to her daughter. "But from what I've heard you've had more experience than most graduates get. Good luck."

"Thanks." He seemed really happy to her, more so than normal. Was it because he could share the workload between more of himself, or did he enjoy what he was doing here a lot more than his normal assignments?

"Oh and Pony?"

"Yes?" She was absorbed by his eyes, falling into the casual joy he just radiated making him seem even more attractive.

"Thanks for stopping by. I have to take care of some stuff but I'll see you soon, ok?"

"...kay." Was all she could mutter as he followed Cueball back to their work.

"Come on." Her mother nudged Pony as she finally took her eyes off Izuku. "At least drool over the food."

Was she? Wiping her hand on her mouth, she nearly screamed when she saw that she had been drooling! CURSE THESE HORMONES!

Space was seen as an infinite dark void, where objects were scattered tens of thousands of lightyears apart. Scientists could only conceive of voyages that would take generations in order to reach the next system over.

But for Itsuka, she knew there was so much life out there can could arrive at any moment.

Hovering in a pink bubble above the Earth, her father floated next to her in the same sphere.

"I never thought I would get to see it like this." Kendo admitted, mixed with fear of the unknown but also awe of it.

"You will see it all in person, one day." Her father tucked his hands into his pocket, breathing deeply as he glanced over to her. "Our kind are one of the few that can travel without the need for starships, and while you're still limited by the needs of your body I'm sure you'll overcome them."

He promised her so much. A greater power, opportunities, duty to life, and she wanted it.

"There's not many of us left." Her father muttered aloud, a deep sadness filling his voice. "We used to be gods, helping to shape and create worlds, guiding civilizations. Once they became independent we would swear to never interfere."

"Really?" Itsuka looked over to the man. "But I thought you were like an interstellar pro hero."

"Circumstance has forced my hand." In resolve he kept his eyes forward. "We don't age, but we can die under certain conditions. Many civilizations face an energy crisis when they begin their journey to other systems. Since we are beings of pure energy, we were seen as a valuable resource. They betrayed our trust, our compassion when we saw their struggles. A meeting was called between species requesting our aid and our people….that's when they sprung their trap, capturing us to fuel their machines of war. They nearly annihilated themselves, my kind used as fuel until not a spark remained."

"That's why you're after the omnitrix." Itsuka realized as she felt pain for him. "You saw what they would do with that power."

"And I cannot let it fall into their hands again." He answered, reaching out to pull Itsuka into a warm embrace. "I only had hopes that somehow I could have a child to carry on the memory of my people, and like a miracle you were made. One of the reasons why I love your mother so much. I need the omnitrix, for our kind to live in this universe."

Itsuka hugged him back, guilt rushing through her as she used it to avoid looking him in the eye. She wanted to tell him so bad that she believed she knew where it was, but she was unsure of how we would retrieve it. Without a doubt Izuku proved himself to wield it with kindness, never using it as a weapon but to help those around him. He gained her trust before her father did, and she wouldn't forgive herself for exposing him before she could explain it all to her father.

She understood them both, and kept a secret for both of them, but if she was going to help then she would have to betray the trust of one of them to tell the other.

The impossible choice, tell Izuku she needed to give the omnitrix to someone he didn't know and potentially expose her father as an alien, or tell her father about Izuku and how he had what was very likely the device he was looking for.

Right now, she just needed to know who to trust.

"A PHONE CALL IS HERE!"

Shoving herself out of the hug, Itsuka scrambled to grab her phone. "Dang it! Sorry Dad, personal ring tone."

He only seemed amused, letting her use her primitive device. "I'll step outside for a second and do another sweep of the Earth."

Phasing through the wall of Itsuka's personal barrier, he floated off into the great expanse.

"All Might?" Itsuka answered, now alone in the emptiness with more shock about having a signal up here than anything. Her dad wasn't kidding when he said he upgraded their plan.

"Young Kendo, how are you?"

"I'm ok."

"Are you learning a lot from your father?"

"Yes, I am." She felt awkward, knowing that she accidentally distanced herself from the hero. Yes, he was the greatest hero, but of Earth. Her father was like the greatest hero in the universe! "I can do a lot more now, and I'm really close to flying like him."

"Good, that's good. Flying is a unique ability that many heroes wish they had. That includes me."

"Yeah, he's pretty awesome."

"I'd like to meet him one day, but I understand you two have a lot of catching up to do."

That was true. Each day she was learning something new about their race, powers, interstellar law and several things. "Maybe in the future, but we've been busy."

"I figured. We do not get to see one another as often as I hoped. I have given you One for All and it's my responsibility that you can use it before I retire."

"You're retiring?!"

"Not yet, but I fear it might come sooner than I wished. My power is fading, and I am currently down to almost two hours a day."

Seriously?! Before she even went to UA he could manage three hours, and he still could up to around when she started. But if he's down to two hours already, he might have to retire in a year at the latest.

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"It's not your fault young Kendo, I have faith you can carry on this torch I have passed on to you. I just hope we can find All for One before I am forced to rest."

Right, All for One still existed. She had honestly forgotten about him, about anything to do with One for All. She had a quirk that had so much power it could break her body, and she had neglected to get it under control.

"Have you had time to train with One for All?"

"Not yet, but I promise I'll bring it up with my Dad and-wait, is it ok if I tell him? About everything?"

"I'm not sure how well he would take it, and while I would like to meet him in person, One for All is yours now. I leave it to you to decide whether you trust him with this knowledge or not."

"Thanks All Might, I promise I'll get One for All under control, and I really think my dad can help."

"I'm happy that someone can, I feel I have failed as a proper mentor."

"It's ok! You're the number one hero. Everyone in Japan pretty much relies on you. You've already helped me so much, so take it easy. I've got it from here."

"You continue to prove to be a worthy successor, good luck."

"Thanks, you to and-"

Her phone began to blare, Itsuka pulling it away to see she got an emergency alert.

LARGE SCALE VILLAIN ATTACK: HOSU

STAY INDOORS UNTIL A HERO OR AN OFFICER CAN GET YOU TO SAFETY

"Kendo! Are you in Hosu right now?!" Sounds like he got the alert as well.

"No, I'm far from it."

"Good, let your father know to stay clear of that area for now. Goodbye."

He hung up, the urgency clear in his voice.

"Who was that?"

Her father startled her, Itsuka spinning around in zero gravity to see the man curiously looking at her.

"It's one of my teachers from UA." She could go into more details later. For now there was something more important. "Dad, something is going down in Japan. I know you could help but-"

"I'm not a recognized authority." He summarized with empathy. "It's alright, sometimes species need to figure out their own problems."

That didn't seem to make her feel any better, the father easily spotting it. "Look, why don't we go down and watch over the scene. If they have a hard time handling it, then I'll step in discreetly to give them some openings. Sound good?"

As soon as she nodded he grinned, holding her hand.

"Don't let go Itsuka."

Fires kept springing up through the buildings, the town bathed in an orange glow as destruction continued to spread. People ran from the sounds of explosions, police doing their best to manage the chaos as the heroes were tasked to try and end the danger as soon as possible.

A large bulky humanoid with a massive hunched back stumbled out of the rubble of another building. A multitude of spines covered its dark leather skin, tips smoking as they seemed to spark uncontrollably like fireworks. It hugged itself, bending down to stretch out the spines as their ends began to flare.

"Get back!" Death Arms shouted to those still around. "It's gonna-"

*KABOOM*

The spines launched out, detonating on impact for everything around it in a violent explosion.

But the hero found himself far from the scene, a knight in shining armor having rescued him.

"Ingenium!" The man gladly stood up to greet the hero. "I'm glad you showed up, a second later and I would have-"

"No time." The hero said as another smaller knight came rushing to a stop beside him.

"The evacuation is almost complete for the block!" Tenya reported behind his helmet.

"Good." Tensei nodded before returning his attention to Death Arms. "Is this the only one?"

"No, there's two others in the area." The man said as he grunted over the noise. "A big slimy one that's slow but extremely toxic, and another one that's hovering around the place and-"

*PEW*

A kaleidoscope of color exploded nearby, the three looking up to see something similar to a stone bat gnawing on a powerline with magenta shards of crystals cutting out of its skin at random positions. Electricity buzzed through its teeth, the crystals glowing brighter the longer it ate.

"That one." Death Arms pointed out. "It's going to be rough night."

"For them." The speedster hero announced with confidence. "Tenya, I'm going to try and get their attention and lead them to somewhere more empty. By then we should have some heavy hitter heroes to help. Go and do a sweep to make sure there's no one in their path."

"Understood!" Zooming off, Tenya Ida went to do just what his brother ordered. They may have been here originally on suspicion on the hero killer, but there was no sign of him for over a week here. Just as they were about to move on from the patrol to do more investigative work this happened.

These were nomu, no doubt about it, but they were nothing like the one at the USJ. These were more animalistic, and far more chaotic than the one from before. He had particular worries about the one that bore resemblance to Aoyama, and possessed similar abilities.

Could the creator of Midoriya's PQE be behind this or involved in some way? He would alert him of this alongside Aizawa sensei, and hopefully they could get to the bottom of this.

He could see the destruction coming closer, Tenya seeing his brother must be leading them towards his own position. The boy would have to be fast, making sure no one would be caught in the fight.

As he passed by a dark alley, he briefly saw a silhouette. Screeching his heels to a halt, the teen spun around and dashed over to fulfill his duty.

"Please evacuate the area immediately, there is-"

He stopped, seeing a figure lurched over the body of another with a knife just over their throat.

Stain, covered in red drabs and blades all over his body. The torn fabric worn as a mask over his face made his gaze even more pronounced as they locked onto Tenya.

Under the infamous killer, was a local hero dressed in very old styled leather garments with face paint.

Native, with the hero just six inches from adding another to his list of victims.

Tenya acted, his engines whining as he shifted gears faster than his body tolerated. Throwing his leg out Stain was forced to leap away from Native before having his chest caved in by a rocketing kick.

Skidding in front of the hero, Tenya felt his leg burning from the move. Nevertheless the man was saved.

"Native! Are you alright?!" He asked without taking his eyes off the villain.

"I..can't move." The man tried, his body limp and bleeding from the many wounds in his body. "Kid, get out of here!"

"No! I am to bring anyone I can to safety." Tenya retorted just as Stain threw a knife towards him.

Leaping to the side to avoid the hit, Tenya rushed the man in hopes he could somehow buy enough time for help to come or for an opening to get the hero to safety. Stain was dangerous though, to the point he didn't believe he could turn his back on him. Sprinting along the wall, Tenya jumped from it as he attempted to hit the man with another kick.

"I know why you're really here!" Stain mocked, pulling out his sword and dragging it down Tenya's armored leg. "Brother of a false hero, you have been trying to track me down for revenge! Pulled into a conflict no youth should be in!"

They had switched sides, Stain now between Tenya and Native. The boy was deeper in the alleyway, farther from saving the hero and from potential help. "My brother is better than that! He isn't one to be blinded by revenge, otherwise you would have been caught and brought to justice long ago!"

He rushed forward, pushing himself to move faster to shift the odds back in his favor.

Stain frowned as held his sword up to his mouth, his disgustingly long tongue licking the smallest speck of red on it. Tenya's body dropped, tumbling against the concrete as he fell beside Native. He tried to get back up, but as he failed to get control of his body he realized just how much danger he was truly in.

"I cannot tell if you are lying, or just loyal to a fault." Stalking forward, Stain rose his blade above the boy as Native begged for him to stop. "Either way, you both are rotten tumors that need to be culled."

*PING*

Tenya could barely see when Stain had moved, slashing at something that had thrown itself at him. Barely able to turn his head, he saw someone soaring in from above and land in front of him.

"Keep away!" Pony yelled with her hand to her chest, horns hovering dangerously around him.

"Oh?" Stain stared at her curiously. "An exchange student? What have you learned of the hero systems between Japan and America?"

"Enough to know I need to kick your butt!" Pony sent three horns towards him, Stain hitting them aside as he dashed forward. Just as he was getting close he could see her unwavering stance, not from conviction, no, she was looking behind him!

Stain ducked just before the horns he hit earlier could hit him from behind, and with his attention wavered Pony bursted on all fours to ram him in the gut.

His vest absorbed the impact, but the force still pushed him away as he gasped for air. "You take dangerous risks getting so close young one."

"I got you." Pony held up her fists, her horns orbiting her as she readied another attack.

"But I got you." Stain held up one of his knives, Tenya spotting it and fearing for her.

"Pony no! Don't let him-"

Too late, he had paralyzed the girl making her fall forward.

"Your confidence is your undoing." Stain was disappointed in the new generation, but it was short lived when the four horns from before still hovered in place before going down to move under the arms of Native and Tenya, sending them away. Stain threw out two knives in their direction, one sticking to a horn and another cutting into Tenya's shoulder.

"Pony!" Tenya called out despite the pain, the girl still prone as she commanded her horns to carry them as far as she could.

Now she was left alone, struggling to get up as her focus was in bringing the two others to safety.

"Admirable." Stain huffed in partial defeat. "Perhaps one day, you would have been a true hero. But you risk yourself too easily to save the others. Even if your intentions are pure, they have only allowed the disease to have more time to spread."

Pony grit her teeth as she kept Tenya and Native away, desperately screaming with her mind for her limbs to move as the man brought a knife near her face.

"I will not kill you." Stain assured her, then brought the tip of the knife to rest along her spine. "But your malpractice ends today."

"SWAMPFIRE!"

Heroes were rushing out of Cueball's agency, being called in by the emergency as everyone sprinted out.

"We're closing now people!" Cueball yelled out to the people. "Forget if you paid or not we need you all out NOW! Thin Man!"

"On it." The sidekick was already over the counter, grabbing belongings and handing them off to individuals to shove them out the doors.

"Head south!" Cueball ordered them. "The fight shouldn't come this way but the fire might!"

Izuku was scrambling to help in any way he could. Reiterating Cueball's directions to those who passed by him as he held the door open.

"Distress call received. Code Name: Rocketti."

Izuku ignored everything in an instant, looking down towards the omnitrix. The map was already zooming in, showing her position so close to the chaos but unmoving. There was no reason for her not to move, her quirk and style revolved around never staying in one place.

She needed help, and he knew he could give it to her.

"CUEBALL!" Izuku rushed over to the heroine who immediately snapped towards him.

"Izuku?! What is-"

"I need permission!" He demanded, his heart beating harder each second that he wasn't there. "Now!"

"For what?!"

"Please just, trust me!" He begged, willing to crash on his knees. "I have to do something but I might be spotted! I need permission!"

His panicked screaming, the desperation, Cueball wasn't sure why it was the case or how Izuku could even help. So, she did the only thing she knew would give her the answer.

"Should I give Izuku permission?!" Cueball hastily shook the eightball, which seemed to mimic her distress and slammed an answer along the glass.

""Yes Definitely.'" Was the answer she read, and it was all Izuku needed.

"Thank you!" He sprinted out of the double door, slamming himself through it.

"Where is he going?!" Thin Man yelled as he was already listening to his personal radio about the updates.

"I don't know but I'm gonna find out!" Cueball chased after the boy, throwing off her jacket and rushing out into the street. She paused, looking back and forth as she couldn't find where he had gone off to. But, if this was Izuku, he was going to find himself at the center of trouble.

"Dammit! I hope UA doesn't fire me for this!" She rushed towards the direction she could only guess where her ward was while trying to contact Thin Man in an attempt to get a hold of the boy.

Izuku couldn't transform, not while he was still using an alien power, so he teleported close by as he ran to the scene. If his counterpart was truly him, then he would be here any-

"Over here!" The other Izuku sprinted towards him, the two ramming their bodies into each other to become one. Now that he was complete, Izuku could cycle through the alien options.

Not sure what he might face, Izuku decided he needed something adaptable.

Something with various powers and uses.

Something that could easily take a hit.

Something that could fight.

The dial rose up, displaying his alien of choice as he rounded the corner, seeing a man with a knife just over Pony. Slamming it down, he changed as he did something he knew would catch his attention.

"SWAMPFIRE!" He called out in his Methanosian form, hurling great balls of fire towards the man.

Stain leapt away before he could be hit, wasting no time in throwing more knives out towards Izuku. The boy released a stream of flames towards the weapons, melting them before they could land.

Extremely wary of this new opponent, Stain kept his distance for now. "You are a self centered hero to call out your own name in hopes of being recognized."

"I only did it to get your attention." Swampfire replied, narrowing his eyes towards the killer. "Do I have it?"

"You are a strange pro hero." Stain admitted, eyeing Izuku's appearance. "One with a mutation quirk, no clothes, plant like body but summons fire. The only question is are you worth keeping alive?"

"I'm tough to kill, and I'm not a pro."

Stain was alerted to the sound of the ground breaking under him, thick vines breaking out as they snaked around his limbs to bind them. He sliced at them, seeing Swampfire come in close to throw some punches. Bending over backwards Stain spun as he sliced across the plant man's gut.

"Stay back from him!" Pony warned. "If he licks your blood, you'll-"

"Too late." Stain licked his blade, recoiling at the taste of it.

More worrisome was how the man did not fall.

"Must only work with certain types." Swampfire muttered, noting how cautious Stain was now.

"You, are not human." The hero killer stated with certainty, and yet remained confused. "Are you a quirked plant? Is that why you cannot be a hero?"

"None of your business!" Swampfire blasted out more fire, getting closer as Stain bounded between fire escapes and walls to avoid being hit. "What is my business is you trying to hurt people!"

As Stain managed to get above the being, he drew his sword ready to cut him down. Only for four horns to return to knock him away and separate him from one of many blades.

"Pony!" Swampfire called out as he threw out a handful of seeds. A wall of plants emerging to protect her and capture the man. "Use your horns and get out of here!"

"I'm not leaving you!"

"I've got this, now go!" He threw a powerful punch, Stain twirling around and slicing the limb clean off.

Pony gasped, Stain bringing his blade up to Swampfire's neck as the two glared at one another.

"I've never met someone to taste the sting of my blade and not flinch."

"I bet you've never met someone who can do this either!"

Stain was grabbed by the dismembered limb as a long vine connected it to the stub on Swampfire's arm. The alien hoisting Stain over his head and slamming him into the ground. The villain felt the wind knocked out of him as more vines began to surround him and latch onto his body. He fought widely, cutting them as he pried himself to his feet. Four horns pummeled into his gut, pushing him further into the tangled plants.

"The world is polluted by the fallen hero system! You should feel outraged by their actions!" With all but one of his arms imprisoned, he continued to fight, stabbing into Swampfire's torso.

"Outraged by helping people?!" Swampfire walked further into the blade as he rose his hand to Stain's face. "I think someone needs a good nap!"

A gas sprayed from his palm, straight into Stain's face as he recoiled from the attack, until his body slumped in place, his head hanging as he ceased fighting.

"Gah!" Pony felt life return to her body, the girl rushing towards Izuku and staring at the sword currently sticking out of him. "Are you ok?"

Swampfire's body shifted, letting him face Pony without using his feet to turn around.

"Yeah, I'm good. It would take more than a blade to hurt-"

*SHWING*

Stain, very much alive cut Swampfire in half as he lurched forward. He rammed into Pony, Bringing his reddened blade up to the bisected alien.

"You are too dangerous to keep alive." Stain decided, cutting down the boy. Slash after slash he swiped through him, turning his body into mulch and getting pieces of him all over himself.

Taking advantage of that with a surge of strength, Swampfire regenerated his body on top of Stain's before making him release his sword.

"Just stay down!" Pulling Stain out of himself, Swampfire slammed the villain against the wall before delivering a heavy blow to his face. His face that didn't have a nose, so that's why he wasn't asleep.

Not taking anymore chances he kept his hand right over Stain's face as he threw more seeds into the wall. He continued to pummel the man into unconsciousness until his face was a bleeding mess and his entire body wrapped in a tight cocoon of vines.

No leverage, no more blades, no more fighting.

"Ugh, I can't believe I let my guard down like that." Swampfire sighed before looking over towards the blade he dropped earlier. Red, it was soaked in it.

But his blood wasn't red. So whose was-

A growing puddle reached the blade, one too dark and flowing too fast.

"Pony!" He spun around, whatever served as his stomach curling on itself as he saw her right leg detached from her body.

She wasn't saying anything, just shaking as she held the stump with her face growing more pale by the second.

"Nononono." He kneeled down, first aid coming to mind as his first instinct was to stop the bleeding. Then he saw his own hands, and what he saw these do in another memory that was not his own. "I can fix this, I can make this right."

Grabbing the detached limb, he fought through how unnatural the dead weight felt as he pressed it against the bleeding stub. Vines began to emerged from his arms, stretching into and around the wound as he winced at the sounds of the blood and bone being shoved back into place.

He wasn't sure how well this would work. The Highbreed were similar to plants but her? He had to try, so he focused hard and gave it everything he got. When he felt he could do no more, he let go and looked over to Pony.

She had passed out already, but she was breathing. Her skin was still incredibly pale and she was feeling colder than she should be.

*CRACK*

"Ouch!" He recoiled after something hard hit his head. Looking up, he saw Cueball standing with a pool stick in one hand and tossing up a solid blue ball with a number two on it.

"They don't call me the trickshot hero for nothing, now back away from the girl." She said menacingly, tossing up the ball and rolling the stick over her shoulder, about to hit the ball in his direction.

"Wait wait!" He held up his hands in panic. "You gave me permission!"

"I've never met you in my life."

"You have! You had me make a matching jacket with you today since I stopped wearing my other one! You thought even though the colors were right with my shirt that it didn't look right with both of them having a back base and some green lines!"

The pool ball fell to the ground, Cueball standing in shock as she stared at him. "Midoriya?"

"I need your help." He picked up Pony in his arms, walking over to the heroine. "She lost a lot of blood, and I know I stopped the bleeding but her leg-"

"Paramedics are on their way." Cueball said, patting her earpiece. "Thank Thin Man for thinking ahead. What about that one?"

Turning back towards the mass of plants with part of a face trying to breathe through the trail of blood, he felt no regret for how far he went. "Stain."

"Stain, the hero killer Stain?!"

"Over here!"

Recognizing Tenya's voice, he saw despite the boy's injury he was leading a team of heroes towards the scene, who were making sure the ambulance could get through alright.

"Pony!" The boy ran towards them, double taking Izuku's appearance. "Did you save her?"

"I, I tried." Looking down towards Pony, he really did hope she survived.

"You did." Cueball assured, placing a hand on the much taller Izuku in his alien form. "Good job, hero."

"Cueball!" Arriving behind the boy was the hero Gunhead. "Who is this guy?"

"And excuse my rudeness." Tenya began. "But where are your clothes?"

"I gave him permission to act today." Cueball announced very clearly. "He helped save this girl's life."

"The ambulance is waiting." Gunhead motioned his hand towards it, Swampfire moving over to hand Pony off towards the paramedics. They were fast, already placing her into their machines as Gunhead shoved Tenya towards it.

"Now, go inside as we promised."

"Yes sir!"

Hopping inside, Izuku watched as the doors were shut, driving them away and leaving him behind. He felt helpless for her, but not for the rest of the district. "Cueball?"

"What's up?"

"There are still nomu out there right? I can help." He clenched his fist.

"I hear they're wrapping up already." She shared, but eyed his new form curiously. "But just in case, I hear there's one fellow they're struggling with. Come on, follow me."

*SKREE*

"SHUT UP!"

Mirko kicked the crystal bat to the road. Chunks of asphalt launching into the air around them. It wobbled as it got up, building up energy to release as it targeted one of the heroes.

A red wall emerged, deflecting the laser of light away as Eijiro rushed in. He jumped on top of it, putting it into a nelson hold as it tried to escape.

"Attention all heroes." Endeavor's voice came over the radio chatter. "Lethal force is authorized and recommended. Take these things out before they cause more damage."

"Hold it!" Mirko ordered Eijiro as she bounced off the ground towards it.

"I am!" He yelled back, the woman throwing all of her pent up aggression into it. It didn't take one, or five, but over fifty consecutive kicks until she managed to crack it open.

"GAh!" The woman fell on her rear as The pieces crumbled from Eijiro's arms. "That's it, I'm going to use those vacation days I've been saving up for years."

Nursing her sore feet, she listened with her ears for anywhere else that might need her before actually relaxing. "Stand down boy, looks like the others are handled."

Tensei dashed around the explosive porcupine, catching another array of needles and throwing them back at the monster. It screamed when it was hit, trying to find its footing as it reorientated itself.

"You just don't tire out do you." The speedster bounded from one foot to the other, the nomu shrieking in reply. "Fine, have it your way."

Curling in on itself and becoming an oversized grenade, it sent the fiery pins out to impale and detonate everything around it. Time seemed to stop, Tensei moving in faster than anything could see. He carefully maneuvered around each needle mid air, grabbing them, and jabbing them back into the beast. Catching each one he repeated the pattern until he turned the nomu into a pin cushion.

Fleeing the immediate scene, Ingenium watched as the creature exploded from the inside.

"Anyone else need assistance?" He immediately asked in his ear piece.

"Negative, two nomu remain and Endeavor is handling one of them with five heroes on the other." His operator answered.

"How about Tenya? Is he ok?"

"He's currently being taken to the hospital. No life threatening injuries. Stain is captured."

Good, last he heard he was going back to the spot he just escaped from to get help against the hero killer. He wished he could have responded, but by the time he heard about it Tenya was already in the company of several heroes.

Kind of pissed that someone else got Stain before he did, but if it meant a killer was off the streets he would be happy.

Still, he could help out the group of five with one of the last ones.

A roar emerged from within a building. The structure being pushed out from the inside from a giant mass resembling tar. The walls fell, pieces rolling off the semi liquid creature as dozens of eyes popped out from its surface.

It screamed when a torrent of flames rushed on it, but it only grew more agitated as it launched out several tendrils towards the source. When they got close enough to Endeavor who hovered in the air, the man increased the temperature and began to melt away the attack. The pieces only fell down, rejoining the large mass as it began to crawl back out into the street.

"Now." The number two hero calmly commanded, the creature suddenly encased in a glacier that appeared instantly.

"HIYA!" The giantess known at Mt Lady chopped the ice, breaking it into several pieces.

"Ow!" She whined as she stepped back, nearly crushing a car under her heel. "That was way harder than I thought."

"Look." Shoto below pointed forward into the chunks. "There is a center."

All the heroes looked towards where his finger directed, noting a skeletal orb split in half with a brain connected by wires to the outside.

"Is it dead?" Mt Lady shrunk down, knowing they tried this strategy before but failed three times.

"It stopped moving." Endeavor inspected the pieces, that would have normally broken through the ice by now. "What's the progress with the last one?"

Burnin came to his side, ready to report. "Ingenium is going to the scene, and there's apparently an authorized civilian aid there."

"Let's go investigate." Endeavor quickly decided, already about to take off to see for himself. The civilian must be very powerful if they were approved to help take down one of these beasts.

The lanky humanoid's frame with backwards ankles and a long tail flickered, holding still in a nearly unbalanced pose. A pile of seeds were thrown towards its feet, vines erupting and intertwining around its frame. It's whole body glitched, punching Swampfire straight through his chest.

"Gotcha!" With his palms lit with flames, he brought his hands together to clap the nomu's head. It glitched again, escaping the attack and swiping him with its tail. Two pool balls were sent towards the back of its head, only hitting air as the nomu reappeared nearby.

"You sure this will work?" Cueball called out from a distance, only Swampfire actually engaging in close combat with this thing.

"It's already slowing down." The alien noted as he eyed the creature that didn't seem all that human. The first thing he did when he arrived was try to undo the damaged DNA, but the omnitrix couldn't match its base to any of the cataloged samples. Which meant this thing wasn't made from a human, but an animal. "It's range has dropped as well, so it's only a matter of time before."

He saw it glitch again, something passing right through where it was just a second ago.

"You need help?" Ingenium asked, before his head became light headed.

"Get out of the gas!" Cueball yelled towards the hero, who was already on his knees and fighting the urge to sleep.

The nomu glitched right in front of him with his fist primed, Swampfire diving forward to take the hit instead.

It didn't move, it stayed perfectly still, even when Izuku summoned some vines from the ground to trap it and carry Ingenium over to where Cueball was at.

*FWOOSH*

"Woah!" He backed up, the beast burning from a flame not of his own making. Then it began to trace after Swampfire, the alien jumping to the side to avoid the intense heat.

Looking up, Endeavor was coming down with fire licking around his hero suit, ready to finish the night's job.

"Wait!" Swampfire shouted towards him. "I'm not a nomu!"

The man didn't respond, only his eyes growing more heavy as he started to breathe in the gas that Izuku had been producing throughout the fight. Endeavor fell forward, being caught in Swampfire's arms. He walked out of the gas, bringing yet another unconscious hero towards Cueball.

"You gonna explain this?" Cueball asked the alien. "And I mean all of this?"

"Eventually." Swampfire whispered back. "But I need to go check on Pony as soon as possible, and my kids."

"Yeah, that makes-KIDS?!"

Before giving her a proper answer, he just sprinted off into a nearby alleyway and disappeared. One of the heroes tried to follow, but saw it was a dead end.

"Let him go." Cueball told the fire hydrant themed man. "He's had a rough night."

Above the fights, away from the prying eyes of local heroes, stood Itsuka and her father as the man carried them both just behind a cloud of his making.

"I'm glad it all worked out." Itsuka let herself relax slightly. "I remember that nomu at the school was made to kill All Might."

"Luckily the heroes prevailed." The man noted, still staring towards the last fight they managed to catch. They overlooked three of them, two of which had his daughter's classmates. The one rocky teen and the other one that could summon fire and ice. This last one, was strange. "Did you recognize that last one?"

"Backdraft?"

"No, the plant based man who wore nothing."

"I think he debuted tonight." Itsuka mentioned as she thought it over. "He seems like he'll be a good hero. His quirk is really versatile and he's clever with how he uses it. Weird how he isn't wearing anything."

"It might limit his regenerative properties."

"Yeah, crazy how he could just take a punch straight through his gut." The redhead wondered if he could use his plant like body to alter his shape slightly. Maybe this was his hero form?

"Yes, crazy." But her father kept his eyes on the scene, even after the new hero had fled. He had began to learn how varied the quirks were in this planet and how unique some body types could change within a single generation.

This being though, seemed to foreign, but it was not a race he recognized.

He would have to look into this.

Alright, one last chapter to wrap up Stain arc and then we'll go into the the final exams arc. It's going to go right alongside another arc I have planned, and then we'll go through at least three more before we get to the summer training camp!

While there was a point where Ben in Ultimate Alien managed to divide himself into Echo Echo into three human parts of himself, there were some design faults in his ultimatrix. I believe that the OG omnitrix already had a feature to prevent a personality split from something like this. Back in "Divided We Stand", when Ben's Ditto transformation was about to time out, the omnitrix stopped before it turned him human. I believe this to be a safety feature, and only when all the Dittos were in range did the omnitrix pull them together and time out.

This actually makes me wonder if the omnitrix itself could allow the user to fly without transformation. On Primus in Alien Force, the omnitrix flew upwards by itself, and in OG the omntrix lifted its user into the air to recombine the Dittos. If it can fly, and lift the user, then perhaps it can just straight up let the user fly? Kind of useless now that Izuku can access the powers of all his aliens now, but maybe I could have put it in earlier. What do you think?

Next chapter, I'll show how Tomura planned and how he feels about the results. Alongside some more x files kinds of things, some slice of life, and most importantly Pony's situation.

Please review on what parts you liked and where you see this story going! I love seeing your guys' predictions, especially when they're so close but so far from what I already have planned. It makes my twists feel more powerful knowing you don't see them coming. But if you do, I won't change them unless they're minor things that don't impact plot at all. Like someone picking out a new colored shirt.

Chronosign: It's actually a little more simple than that. Ben introduced Izuku to chili fries, and he liked them. Though if there was anything like that in canon I would love to explore that.

Preston2006: A new feature Azmuth installed in Izuku's updated omnitrix, was a quirk compatible function that allows Izuku to select an alien, and create a quirk factor to give himself or someone else based on that transformation. For example, instead of splicing someone with XLR* and making them look half alien, he could use the omnitrix to generate a quirk from that alien to give to the person. That way, they are fully human and have super speed. The only downside is that the quirk is not as strong as having half your DNA replaced with the species. Does that make sense?

Greatcloneman67: Do you trust him now?

Colossus Bridger: I leaked a little of his backstory, and hopefully it gets Itsuka to trust him more.

XXX777: Does this chapter answer your question?

SonicMax: Could you rephrase the question? What do you mean by "remains the kraaho's world?"
