Chopper's little and weakened body trembled as the ground seemly gave out under his feet and he lost his balance falling face flat on the floor. If Luffy lost, then there's no chance for them to live! The little reindeer's careful mind easily registered the sudden change in the environment and sounds despite his own muffled sobs. He slowly raised his head, but his teary eyes made it difficult to see his surroundings and he brought his little hands up to his face to try and clean his sight still sniffling uncontrollably. The ground wasn't like that just two seconds ago… He forced his tears back looking at the grass that were tickling but also hurting his open wounds.

What happened?! Chopper jumped in panic looking up and around for Kaido, the samurais, anyone! But he was meet instead with trees, an open sky and a blinding sun. It was night, he was so sure of it! Maybe he was finally starting to lose it… He furiously shook his head. Now wasn't the time. His friends need him, they were surely hurt and Luffy…! Was definitely alive. Just like everyone else, he just needed to find them and then they could together understand how to get back to Onigashima.

But what if I was knocked out by Kaido's haki? That means he won! Chopper slapped his face twice with both of his hands. If that was the case, then way bother moving him away and not killing him? He quickly gave another look around: none of the plants in sight were known to him and it only made his anxiety grow. "Gaaaaaaahh!" He didn't go into fully panic mode just because he didn't have enough energy…

The orange haired navigator felt her body quickly being pulled upward and then a strong sense of void gave her nausea alongside a horrific falling sensation, even thought she was still glued to the ground covering her eyes and trying to process what just happened.

Nami just couldn't believe it!

That oversized snake! How dare he?! Luffy can't die to someone like him ever, he is going to be the pirate king.

She furiously wiped her tears away while slowly sitting up from her fetal position, touching her forehead trying to shake off the abrupt dizziness and muttered a half apology and thank you to… the bird guy. Now wasn't the time to remember names, she needed to find Luffy and punch him hard for making all of them believe he died! She suddenly realized that she got no response and finally started to notice the change. There was too much light, and indeed the sun was brightly shining up in the sky: she diligently mentally checked her knowledge only to confirm that no, that wasn't a single phenomenon that could explain the sudden change night to day in a blink of the eye. She instinctively grasped dirt between her fingers trying to stay upright. No Marco, no ruins, no Tama! No Kaido! Well, that's a relief. And still Nami suddenly made another terrifying observation: she was hurt, alone in an open field Celestians knows where, vulnerable to literally any kind of danger.

The big and frightening skull sitting on the top of Onigashima wasn't so scary anymore in contrast to the vibrating green she found herself surrounded with. She took a deep breath trying to gather her thoughts when her eyes fell on a familiar color that stood up clearly against the grass and dirt covered ground. "Tama!" Nami shouted jumping into action, tripping on her own feet and falling trying to get up before running towards the small child as fast as her injured body let her.

The first thing Luffy's mind registered was undeniably a strong excruciating pain all over his body and a strong dizziness made him scrunch up his face even more. What had just happened…? Right, he just lost.

Again.

He let out a pained growl. When he finally managed to open his eyes a blinding light made him struggle to adjust his already out of focus sight, and surprisingly they weren't met with an open sky but he could see the foliage of the trees surrounding him occasionally offering him their shadows. Was he even alive? A painfully fit hit him hard into his chest likely wanting to confirm that yes, he was indeed alive and suffering for it. Luffy coughed and tried to move his hands while his mind was running wild to explain just how I have got here in the first place. Did the raid fail? He greeted his teeth and a scowl find his way into his features when he discovered that the simple movement of closing his hand hurts. He wasn't strong enough.

Again.

Where is everyone? Momo, Tama, Pedro…! He forced himself to sit up and put his knuckles on the space between his spread-out legs. He still couldn't bring himself to give up yet: now he first needed to find his friends and how hurt are they before coming up with what to do next.

Mh… His heartbeat sounded funny.

Sanji just jolted awake only to feel some strange force pulling him back that made his head spin. He grasped the sheet covering him breathing heavily. "Luffy…?!" He couldn't understand the weird feeling his Observation Haki gave him, but something is different. Radically changed. And as if that wasn't enough Luffy's voice was… The blond's visible eye shoot wide open as he realized he was holding his jacket and that surely this isn't the place I feel asleep in.

Yet he could distinguish some of his friend's presences somewhere not too far… And where did the ladies go? Focus, stupid cook. He mentally slapped himself for using that stupid marimo's voice to bring him back on track. Okey, right, crewmates first. And by that he meant sweet Robin and Nami of course. And Luffy, just because he got a bad feeling for his reckless friend and captain.

I'm joking! He grunted reminding that he cared for all of his friend without preferences to the worried voice in the back of his head. Thankfully enough well rested he got up and swiftly wore his ruined jacket making sure none of his bandages came off in the process. Is this some part of Wano? Sanji thought while walking out of the crumbling house he woke up in only to be met with what seemed like the aftermath of one of some cruel pirate's looting. He felt the urge to smoke all of the sudden.

Somewhere…?

A woman cried out in pain and moved to hold her head, but the act was abruptly stopped by the rattling iron chains that were keeping her in place.

Heavy footsteps echoed inside the large dark room as a tall silhouette walked just outside of the prisoner's cell, hands behind his back.

"Whatever you're trying to do…" Despite the obvious pain she was in her voice was loud and clear without any trace of doubt. "It won't work!" She panted heavily resting her hands on her knees and rose her head to meet her interlocutor's eyes.

"You sound so sure of yourself young lady. It has started already" said woman shivered and tightened her grip while slightly crouching on herself, refusing to show any more weakness, and replied, voice just above a whisper. "I have faith".

The man stopped walking and only the sound of the buzzing machines could be heard for a couple of seconds. "We'll see where that faith will bring you". He finally answered after a while.

"You obviously wouldn't know" She smiled confidently before the pain returned haunting her.
