'Wh-What happened?' Dodger asked.
He touched his chest, feeling the pain. Something didn't feel right. He was touching his actual skin.
The Certified Worker tries to remember who the events that cause him to be on the floor. The diamond was hovering on it own with bolts of electricity. The kid was freaking out at the sight.
His eyes shot open, and he sat up, looking at the tool table. The diamond was gone. "Where did it go?"
Slowly getting back on his feet, Dodger saw his shirt with a big hole. He began to tear up as it was his favorite Space Jam shirt. "M-My shirt. Oh, man."
He delays his crying for another time when a sound of a scream of his name. "The kids! Oh shit."
Running out the basement with a sense of urgency, Dodger charge through the kitchen and living room. He was so concerned that he didn't notice something in his way. He bumped into it and fell on the wooden floor. His body was hurting , and it felt like a love tap.
Looking up at the blockage, the Kid was 10 seconds away from freaking out. "What the hell?"
Standing over him was a cow standing on its hind legs, giving him a scold look.
"This is a fever dream. Yeah, it has to be!" Dodger said out loud.
He would quickly learn that he was wrong when the bipedal bolvine picked him off the floor by his shoulders and toss him over the living room table.
"NOT A DREAM! NOT A DREAM!" He told himself, wincing in pain.
The table was flipped over, and cow pick Dodger up again, slamming his head to the wall beside them a few times before pulling back it's arm.
Dodger gave the farm animal a painful smile. "I ate more chicken. What more do you want from me?"
The hoof was on it to the Kid's head. Thinking quickly, Dodger kick the cow in the crotch. He fell on his feet and began to strike the hurting animal with punches to the midsection and head, backing it to the wall.
Grabbing the horns, he slams his left knee, breaking the snout of the bolvine and knocking it out.
"Tough...beef. You'll be a good steak."
Dodger stumbled over the animal and went upstairs to check on the kids. Busting up and entering the rooms, he was struggling to hold his fears. He checked under the beds, closets, drawers, and anything the kids could hide in from bipedal cattle.
'Outside. They could've left here' he thought to himself.
After running downstairs and over the unconscious cow, Dodger exits the house and skids to a stop. The farm was dark with green mist lighting it up, giving him an eerie feeling.
"Not a fever dream. But I think I could be in a very scary movie."
Turning to his car, the van they arrived in was still here. His brown eyes shrink into pinpricks. The kids were gone. Nowhere to be found. Digging through his pockets, he pulled out his phone. During dinner, he got Lori's number in case the boys were in trouble.
Unfortunately, he didn't have service. "Oh no. What the hell is going on?"
A sound kept ringing in Dodger's ears, which made him look for the sound. It could lead him to the kids. Well, he hopes that he can.
'Look up' a feminine voice told the Kid, which caused him to turn around.
"Who's there? Lori?"
'No. Someone who wants to help you find them. Look above the house.'
"Above?" Dodger questioned. He did what he was told and looked to the night sky above the Hunnicutt Home. He felt his stomach twist and his mind racing.
"Okay, great, Dodger. Listening to a stupid voice in your head got you questioning everything now."
Above the house was a huge UFO. There's no way everyone was up there. Right?
"Okay, lady. How do I get up to...the UFO?" Dodger asked out loud.
'Go to the roof' she told him.
"This night can't get worse, right? Stupid diamond shocking me, 3 boys and a girl being abducted, cows beating me up and to top this off, a UFO is here. Either this is the weirdest X-Files episode or something."
'What are these X-Files?' The voice asked.
"No time to explain. Let's skiddaddle skadoodle. We got people to save."

Liam, Clyde, and Lincoln were huddle next to each other in the corner while Lori paced around the jail cell they were inside.
"I...I can't believe this" said Clyde, his body shaking. "Zach was right, and we all laughed at him."
Lori raised her arm high, looking at her phone for service. "I just need to alert someone where we are. Ugh dammit! I got nothing!"
"We're going to die. We're going to die. We're going to die" Clyde repeated.
Lincoln held on to his friend. "No, we're not. We'll find a way out of here."
Footsteps alert the older sister to stand in front of the boys. In front of their cell were three astronauts with a weird looking gun in their right hand. Two of them aim the weapons at the kids while the middle person unlocked the cell.
"Our boss wants to see you."
