Danny and Bowsette sat at the table, surprised by the amount of ready food.
"Poppa..." Bowsette sighs.
Danny blinks, wondering how much food Bowser got them. The said man soon walked on, smiling.
"I inform your parents that you're eating here and they are proud of the A you've gotten." He told him.
"Thanks, Mr. Koopa," Danny said.
"Danny, I told you to call me Bowser. A friend of my daughter is a friend of my family." Bowser said, sitting down.
Bowsette sighs, wondering if he will ever back off. She loves him to death, but he can sometimes be a bit pushy.
"Poppa..." She started.
"Now, now my dear, we have plenty of food. So please, eat as much as you like." Bowser said, smiling.
'We're going to have to talk after Danny leaves.' Bowsette thought, sighing.
Danny grabs his plate, still confused on why Bowser was treating him so nicely. However, he knew it was not a good idea to question them if they didn't want to talk about it. Bowsette sighs, ready hoping she could tell Danny about her feelings on her own terms. Then there was Sam. Bowsette could see it on Sam's face. She didn't like what her father was doing and thought she was just another Paulina. Too bad for her, Bowsette was smart about her money. While Danny didn't see them, Bowsette spotted Sam causing after them as Tucker follow behind. She knew Sam was up to something, as she has heard how Sam reacts to other girls that liked Danny, and Tucker was mostly dragged for the ride.
'That girl really needs to get over herself. As far as I know, Danny is a free person. She doesn't own him. I rather not have to hurt her if she doesn't get her jealousy under control.' She thought.
Bowsette started eating, not noticing Danny looking at her.
'You know, for someone that was mean a month ago, she's actually really nice and pretty.' Danny thought, looking away.
Bowser notices Danny looking at his daughter and smiles. He was aware that Danny had no clue about a girl liking him thanks to a few people in his life. His parents were a bit into their research to explain a few things and lots of the so-called A-Listers kept all kinds of girls away from him. However, he know that one girl liked him and she was a bit controlling. He soon heard something beep and sighs.
"Excuse me," He said, getting up.
"Is everything okay?" Danny asked.
"Yes. There's something I just have to take care of. I'll be right back." Bowser said, fixing his tie.
"No funny business, okay?" He added, making his daughter blush.
"POPPA!" She shouted.
Danny wasn't sure what he was talking about, but he had a good feeling that it was something he didn't want to find out.
"Got it," Danny said, nervously.
With that, Bowser walked from the dining room. He walked towards the camera room and looked at one of the screens. He saw Sam and Tucker at the gates with Tucker looking annoyed and Sam growling to herself. He was well aware of Sam's actions and it seems even after the warning both he and Bowsette gave her, she didn't listen. Bowser also knew that Tucker was mostly dragged into this so-called saving Danny from others because she refuse to admit her feelings to the boy.
However, he could tell that Danny was starting to get some feelings towards his daughter, and he wants her to be happy. If Danny chooses not to seek out a relationship with her, then that's fine. At least he knows Danny cares about his daughter and his parents were not like that PLUMBER'S family.
Taking a breath, Bowser wastes no time in heading for his gate. It was only far to give them a warning and make sure that Sam DOESN'T try this again.
Main Gate,
"Come on Tucker! How long does it take to hack a gate?!" Sam groans.
"This is far more different than I'm used to!" Tucker groans, tired of this.
Sam groans before turning away.
"I can't believe this! Just who does that girl think she is?! Playing on everyone's feelings like that?! She should have just told everyone the truth from the start! And Danny?! How could he trust her like that?! Is he crazy?!"
Tucker groans, knowing the real reason Sam was complaining. However, he felt a shadow cover him and looked up before he paled.
"Um, Sam?" He said.
"And her father?! What is he thinking using his own daughter like that?! Yes, I don't like how the A-Listers and the teachers act, but there are better ways to deal with that! They have no right to use their power like that." Sam said, not hearing him.
"Sam?" Tucker said, again only for a hand to be placed on his shoulder.
"MS. MANSON!"
Sam jumps before turning around and seeing Bower Koopa. He groans, having heard everything Sam said about him and his daughter.
"I send my daughter to Casper High to finish her school years but I also heard what the school does with their students. I had her bring back proof of the school's misguided ways, but I didn't FORCE her too! And I told you at the school that I don't give out my threats lightly. I was trying to get your school to change their tune., not misusing my power as a business owner." He growls.
Sam wanted to say something, but Bowser spoke before she could.
"And lastly, my daughter didn't plan on anyone's feelings. I didn't even tell her to act like that! I raise her to be better than I was growing up! And one last thing!" He said before getting close to Sam.
"If my daughter wants to spend time with Danny, then so be it! She's not playing on his feelings. She's not some doll I shaped up to be a perfect girl. If my daughter wants to seek out a relationship, then I'll support her all the way." Bowser said.
"WHAT!?" Sam shouted.
"My daughter has the right to choose and so does Danny. If you think I going to let a jealous girl get in my daughter's way of finding her love, then you better hope that you DON'T cross me!" He warned her.
"I'M NOT JEALOUS!" Sam shouted before flinching under Bowser's glare.
"I know everything about you and your family. I know, you have feeling for your friend. I know you CAN'T stand any other girl even looking at him. My POWER is looking out for my daughter and finding which people I know I can trust to watch her over. However, I'm leaving this whole friend choice to her. Let me warn you, TRY anything with my daughter, I will know and you will see the side of me that I chose to never become. This is your last, WARNING Miss Manson." Bower told her.
"As for you, Mr, Foley," He said, turning to Tucker.
"I find your skills to be impressive. My home is hackproof with the best that can offer. Of course, I'm always updating. I was thinking about hiring you when you're older," He said.
"Really?" Tucker asked, surprised.
"Indeed, I only ask you to stop trying to hack my home. I could also tell you didn't want to be here." He added.
"How?" Tucker asked.
Bowser smirks before pointing to one of the statues. A closer look showed a tiny camera in its eye. Both Sam and Tucker blinked, surprised.
"That also means I have caught you both trying to break in and trespassing. However, I will give you both a warning this time. Try to break in again and I'm calling your parents, understand?" He said, making Tucker nod.
Sam wanted to say something, but Bowser stopped her. She was on thin ice right now, and Sam was going to break it if she tried anything else.
"Fine," She said, not liking it.
"Now, head home, both of you." Bowser said before giving Sam a look that said, "Don't push your luck".
Sam sighs before she and Tucker left. Bowser sighs, clearly not happy with Sam. However, he knew he would that if Sam push herself too far, then she'll do more damage than she thinks.
Meanwhile, with Danny and Bowsette,
Danny ate his sandwich before looking at Bowsette.
"Say, Bowsette?" He asked.
"Yeah?" She said, eating her chicken leg.
"What to hang out after school? I mean, away from your mansion?" He asked, blushing.
Bowsette looks surprised before turning away to hide her blush.
"Sure! I was hoping to spend more time with you... after our class project." She said, quickly adding the last part.
'Work your way up. You did it before.' She thought.
Bowsette smiles to herself. She wanted to win Danny's love and be his girlfriend, but first, she must become his friend. Just like how she did with Mario.
And stopping here. I focus a bit more on Sam, Tucker, and Bowser for this chapter, but I did make sure to have Danny and Bowsette in. And remember, The Koopa Family has lived in Amity Park for a few months, so Bowser and Bowsette know just about everything about everyone. Bowser knows what Sam might try to do if Bowsette and Danny start dating, he's aware that Tucker doesn't like being dragged along. He knows Danny has no idea that Bowsette likes him, but he takes a backseat, most of the time. Since he wants Danny and Bowsette together, he's helping them get together.
Just trying to play off that fathers can be helpful and annoying at the same time. Too bad, I can't say the same about my dad since I barely know anything about him and my mom doesn't tell me much about him when I ask.
If you wondering why I haven't updated my Chompette story, I've been a bit more into this one. I didn't forget, I just decide to focus on this one for now.
