Serenity stood in the doorway to her apartment, thinking about the memories she made here with Yugi, Yami, Tea, Joey, Tristan, and Joey's little sister, Serenity. She chuckled at the memory of meeting them all for the first time. Joey was talking about his sister in the classroom and she was a new student joining their class. When she introduced herself, they all gasped in surprise. Then she explained she was a new student and asked which of them was Yugi Moto because she was supposed to follow him that day to find her classes. From then, they taught her how to play Duel Monsters, and she became quite good. She even defeated Joey after Yugi helped him fix his deck. She thought about the day she had Yugi down to 100 life points when he zapped all 2000 of hers with Exodia. Soon after, Weevil had thrown the Exodia cards into the ocean.

Serenity had managed to find all the pieces of Exodia for Yugi, but he refused to take them, so instead she added them to her deck since they paired very well with the rest of her monster cards. She felt tears rolling down her cheeks. She wanted to stay, but she knew she couldn't. She and Yami had fallen for each other and now his journey with them is complete. He and Yugi have to duel in order for Yami to return to the spirit world for his eternal peace. She could not stay with the group because Yugi and Yami looked exactly alike, with Yami having a bit more blonde in his hair compared to Yugi. Serenity shut the door one last time, then knocked on her neighbor's door- who happened to be her landlady as well.

Serenity

"Well, I'm off. Here's my key." I handed over my key and a box. "If my friends come by, will you give them this, please?"

"Of course, dear. And I'm sorry for your loss." I told her I was returning home because my friend had passed on and I needed to go. I nodded my head in thanks and walked out the front door to the street. I was taking a plane to Cairo in order to get home. The fastest route will take me by the Game Shop. I dropped my letter through the mail slot on the door as I passed the store. I got to the airport, bought my one-way ticket to Cairo, and made my way to the corresponding gate. I didn't have to wait long to board. Once I took my seat, I put my headphones on and turned on my music. 'This is gonna be a long flight, so better get some rest. I can't wait to get home to Fiore and see Nii-san.' Shortly after that. I fell asleep. When I awoke, the plane was landing in Cairo, Egypt.

"The Valley of the Kings isn't too far from here, but I can't use that passage to get there even though it is the fastest.' I shrugged my shoulders. 'Well, let's see about finding a ride to the northern coast, then.' Before long, I had found a caravan of people who were heading that way and agreed to let me join them for the trip. We journeyed as far as we could with the remaining daylight, then-as the sun dropped below the horizon- we pitched our tents and made camp for the night. I knew we would make it to the coast by mid afternoon tomorrow, so I talked to the leader of the caravan.

"So, you have to continue down the coast tomorrow?"

"Yes, and I would like to purchase the camel I am currently riding on to continue my journey."

"Of course. The camel is actually free, so there is no charge."

"Thank you, sir." I returned to my tent and settled down for the night. I woke up to the smell of food the next morning, so I hurried and got dressed, took down my tent, loaded it back on the camel, and made my way to the fire pit. I ate the food given to me, cleaned the bowl, and returned it. Once everybody had eaten, we continued to the coast. I could smell the sea water before we were there, so I sped up to catch up with the leader.

"This is where I must depart on my own. Thank you so much!" The leader nodded his understanding, then I turned to the left to follow the coastline. ' I have almost made it. One more day and I will be back by your side Nii-san.' By nightfall, I made it to the port town of Alexandria- the modern port of the sister port of Hargeon- and secured passage to Hargeon on a ship that was returning that night. I slept during the ride and woke up right at dawn as we were pulling into Hargeon. I hopped off the boat after paying the captain for his services and made my way to the train station to purchase a ticket to Magnolia. But I needed more jewels as I gave the captain my last jewel. After stopping at a thrift store, I had just enough for a train ticket. I bought my ticket and found a spot on the train.

During the train ride, I pulled out my hooded cloak and put it on. I did not want anybody at the guild to recognize me before I could see my sister. We have similar colored hair; mine is paler than hers. Some people back in Domino City made fun of me because of it. That's how I knew I could trust Yugi, Tea, Joey, Tristan, and Yami. They stood up for me, but I could not bring myself to tell them I was-am- a wizard. A few hours later, the train stopped at Magnolia Station. I pull the hood up over my head and disembark the train. I look around and make my way to the guild hall. On the way, I run into Lucy, Natsu, and Happy.

'Crap! I hope my hair is covered. This is our first meeting since we battled all those years when Nii-san and I were still a part of Phantom Lord. I joined for a few weeks to save money in order to leave and go off on my own. We have talked via lacrima and gotten to know each other, so they know what I look like.'

"Hello, are you new to the city?" Lucy asked me probably because I am wandering around a bit.

"Actually, I am. Could you tell me how to get to Fairy Tail? I was hoping I could speak to the master," I lied a bit.

"We are members of Fairy Tail and are heading there ourselves. We are returning from a job. Follow us!" So the four of us set off for Fairy Tail. Once there, Lucy pulled me out of the way of Natsu kicking open the led me to the bar.

"Hey Mira, the job has been completed with some property damage. Can I get my usual and is the Master here?" The platinum haired woman turned to address Lucy.

"That's too bad. One Lucy original coming up and he is in his office."

"Thanks Mira. I will be back in a minute. Someone wants to talk to him." Lucy looked at me and motioned for me to follow her. She took me upstairs and to the masters office. I thanked before she walked back down the stairs. Once she was out of sight, I knocked on the master's door and entered when I was permitted.

"Can I help you?" Master Makarov had waited until I had sat down in one of the chairs opposite of him.

"Maybe." I removed my hood so my face and hair were visible. "Can I come home?" Makarov just stared at me with surprise before his face softened and tears filled his eyes.

"Of course, Siren. Welcome home." He came around his desk and gave me a hug. After we broke the hug, I had one request.

"I didn't see Nii-san, so can we wait for Juvia to return?"
