"I know, that's why I need your help, declares Rose. "I understand where you both are coming from. Let me see what I can do, however, not making any promises," says Alberta. "Yeah, yeah. I know as I am fully aware you will do your best," comments Rose. Victoria stays silent and listen to the way they are interacting with each other. She can see there is a relationship with goes beyond teacher and student. However, she cannot pinpoint exactly what. Who knows maybe in the future Rose will be comfortable in sharing her secrets with her. She wants to be her close friend and confidant not only due what Rose means to Dimitri but also because she feels Rose rarely trusts people and if she lets you really in then it means having lifelong friend in her & you have something which makes her trust you indefinitely. She gives such a strong vibe of not only that but oozes confidence in everything she does. Not to mention, she has heard so much about the great Rose Hathaway and what all she has accomplished! Victoria is well aware, there are some things only meant to showcased on superficial level and some things only for the inner circle. It would be remarkable if Rose considers her a part of her circle as well as Victoria truly feels Rose is part of her family.
While Victoria was musing about Rose, Alberta finishes her discussion with Rose by declaring "I will get in touch with you as soon as possible with the status."
"Lets go Victoria, see you soon Alberta," declares Rose.
"Kirova, I have to discuss regarding new roommate of Rose," starts Alberta only to be interrupted rudely by Kirova – "Not going to happen!"
"I believe the least you can do is at least listen before rejecting the idea," remarks Alberta. "Why would I listen to something so absurd? You are well aware the troubles Rose get into alone. Just imagine what she will get into, if she has a roommate?" says Kirova. "What does her having a roommate has to do with the situations she gets into? I purposely, didn't say troubles, as there are always two sides to a coin and you have never been objective when it comes to Rose," states Alberta. "What? How can you speak to me like this? You don't know everything to make such remarks," responds Kirova.
"I know enough to say what I said, anyhow, let's not get into this as it will not be good for you in the long run. Would suggest you to stop, before it's too late," comments Alberta. "Fine, continue the topic of Rose's roommate," remarks Kirova.
"As I was saying, the roommate would be Victoria Belikova. This request has come directly from herself as she feels Rose would be the most suitable person to help her adjusting in our school," informs Alberta. "Why her though? How come she knows Rose when she joined us a day ago itself?" questions Kirova. "I am not privy to every detail, however, I feel Dimitri must have introduced them as he is mentoring Rose & Victoria is his sister. Not to mention, it would be beneficial for you if Victoria stays with Rose," continues Alberta. "How so?," ponders Kirova.
"Easy, Victoria can help in keeping track of Rose's whereabouts which will essentially mean you will have eyes on her," lies Alberta to get her to agree. Alberta quickly realizes it's going to be more difficult than she earlier thought as the discussion continues for another long 45 minutes before Kirova reluctantly agrees for Rose to have a roommate. After the tiring conversation with Kirova, Alberta happily informs Rose that Victoria can be her roommate for the duration of the stay & how she lied to Kirova that Victoria would be the spy for her to agree to the arrangement to which Rose laughs uncontrollably.
