Dipper Pines' journal, August 31st. Today is mine and Mabel's birthday. Yup, finally made it, twenty-one years old. So, I guess it's time for booze central! As Wendy called it when she turned twenty-one years old. I really don't have anything big planned. Probably celebrate at the Mystery Shack with Mabel, Hunter, Willow, Stan, Melody, Ford, Soos and Wendy. Speaking of Wendy, I can't believe it's been two months since Wendy and I got together. Yup. Everything is great. Totally not regretting or missing Pacifica. There are some problems I really should have checked up on that I did a few weeks ago. Such as searching for the Golden Guard known as Comet who is probably going to try and kill one of us someday but I couldn't find her. Me and Wendy the other day tried to find the BIg White Wolf but unfortunately I couldn't find any sigh of them. Makes me wonder if they even wish to be seen. Anyway, here are some adventures we had. I had to help Anne Boonchuy out with getting the 8 and a half President, Quentin Trembley back in Gravity Falls. Last I saw of him, he was having a tea party with the woodland creatures and King George III whom Anne also dealt with. We went to a camp near the lake known as Camp Krystal where we had to fight an immortal masked killer who really doesn't like teenage couples. Thankfully, Willow buried him underground with her plant magic. We also had to break up a fight between Slender Man and his brother during Pride Month. So, yeah, very, very eventful. Hope nothing eventful happens today. And the blue shard? Still safe.

Dipper, whom was in his pyjamas and bedroom, had just finished writing in his journal in the early hours of the morning. Once he had done, he closed the journal and placed a pen back in his drawer. He looked around his bedroom to see nobody was there watching or in attendance. No one but his sleeping girlfriend.

He smiled lovingly at her before he looked to his robotic hand. He touched the palm of it and saw that inside was the blue shard that he was protecting. In all the months since it escaped the Demon Realm, Dipper had it with him the entire time he just didn't tell anyone fearing that someone might look into their mind and find it.

He then heard the sound of his girlfriend groaning since she was about to wake up. He quickly closed his hand, to hide the shard and quickly got back into bed.

He wrapped his arm around her and kissed her head. "Good morning." Dipper said.

Wendy made a moaning sound. "Good morning. Oh and happy birthday." She turned to her boyfriend and kissed him on the lips. "It's like five in the morning. Were you writing in that journal again? Why do you even do that?"

"In case someone I trust in the near future wants to read my adventures." Dipper said. "Maybe a kid if I ever have any."

"Don't think far ahead into the future, Pines." Wendy retorted while patting her abdomen. "These six are not ready to go just yet."

Dipper chuckled. "You're right. They won't be. Not while I'm around anyway!"

He began to attack her abdomen with kisses and nibbles, causing Wendy to laugh and scream. "Dipper! Don't make me….Ahhh!" But Dipper wasn't listening as he continued. Luckily after a few more seconds, Wendy managed to get him to stop by grabbing his head. "Mabel is still asleep. So let's do the same."

Dipper chuckled. "Right, of course. Sorry."

"But, laying in bed is part of the plan I have for today."

"Huh?" Dipper asked.

Wendy reached into the drawer next to her side and pulled out a piece of paper. "Plans."

Dipper began to look at the list of plans Wendy had prepared him for his a,aging twenty first birthday. "Lay in bed, super breakfast combo, arcade, restaurant and bar, nature walk and then….Woah!"

Wendy cringed. "I'm sorry! I guess I got carried away! I was about to erase this and I guess I forgot. I know you probably want to hold off of it, after Pacifica and I never wanted to pry because of it. But I want to do what we haven't done yet. Unless you know, you want to?"

Dipper looked skeptical but then smiled. "Sure, why not? I mean, we are dating, we might as well."

"Yup. So, let's start with the first thing on the list!" Wendy declared before instantly falling back to a sleeping position with Dipper following along.

"You know, it's strange that Mabel didn't hear us." Dipper remarked.

"Yeah, she must be one helluva heavy sleeper." Wendy remarked.

But at the Shack, Mabel was banging on the door. "Soos! Grunkle Stan! Flapjack! Great Uncle Ford! Clover! Chyro! Melody! Hunter! Willow! Anyone home?!"

Grunkle Ford was the one who opened the door. He groaned as he wiped the eye bags away from his eyes. "Mabel, it's like five in the morning. Why are you here?"

"Uh duh! Mine and Dipper's birthday!" Mabel replied. "I'm here to plan the surprise party."

"Uh….I don't know if that's a good idea." Ford said. "It's your surprise party as well, wouldn't you be ruining your own surprise?"

"Of course I would!" Mabel replied. "That is why I have the memory eraser gun."

Ford sighed. "Mabel, I don't think that will work."

"It will!" Mabel assured her uncle. "After all the improvements you've done to it, why wouldn't it?"

"I mean, you remember what happened to Fiddleford right?" Ford pointed to Old Man McGucket whom was eating some pie from the trash.

"Man, this tastes good! What pie is it?!" McGucket asked Ford. "I wanna splatter some in my face!" He shoved the pie into his face, causing the pie to splatter all over his face and beard.

"You see?" Ford asked his niece. "No Great Uncle Ford, I'm only going to do this once. It will be to forget that there's a surprise party and using the memory gun for future ideas."

"That's….Okay, I guess I can let this fly." Ford said. "But did we need to do this early?"

"Yes!" Mabel reached into her pocket and pulled out an air horn that she pushed, causing a loud scream. "Wake up everyone! Wake up!"

Hunter and Willow arrived downstairs in their respective Cosmic Frontier pyjamas, looking tired. "What's going on?" Hunter asked.

"Birthday planning time!" Mabel exclaimed before pushing on the air horn again, causing Ford to cringe.

"I wish I had Stan's hearing aids." He said to himself.

Back at Dipper's house, Dipper woke up after a nice two hours nap to smell the smell of what smelt like bacon. He looked to the spot next to him where Wendy would have been sleeping, but instead of Wendy, he saw Pacifica, smiling at him in her pyjamas. Specifically, a pyjama shirt that read 'Geeky girlfriend.'

"Happy birthday, you dork." The illusion said.

In that moment, Dipper had realised that this would indeed be the first birthday he will have without Pacifica. Someone whom was there for every one of his birthdays since he first came to Gravity Falls.

This fact made him stare at the spot with sadness until he remembered bacon. "Coming, Wendy!"

When Dipper arrived in the kitchen he saw what looked to be French toast with bacon in-between the five layers. With syrup oozed on top.

The breakfast itself looked rather appetising and really well made. "What's this?"

Wendy suddenly showed up behind him and wrapped her arms around his chest. "It's your birthday, I thought you could have a breakfast that is bad for your health. I call it 'L'extravagance du petit-déjeuner d'anniversaire.' I thought since it was French toast it could use a French name."

Dipper chuckled. "You do realise French toast was made in Rome, right?"

This fact made Wendy groan. "Awww! I learnt French for this?!" She made a bit of a scowl due to her mistake.

"Hey, breakfast still looks amazing." He gave his girlfriend a kiss on her frustrated brow. "Come on, I'll share this unhealthy breakfast."

"Come on Dipper…"

"Wendy, it's my birthday, I'm insisting that you, my girlfriend, share the dish you made for me with me." Dipper said. "Because quite frankly, it looks too good to waste."

Wendy was about to argue but then she shrugged her shoulders. "Alright. I'm gonna be so fat after this." She and Dipper shared a laugh before the two sat down and began to eat the birthday breakfast.

While eating, Dipper stared at his girlfriend lovingly. Even though he didn't have Pacifica with him to celebrate, he is still glad that he had someone else to help him get through this day.

But in that moment, the smile he felt tasting the buttery and greasy dish, was gone as he had another flashback to his birthday last year.

It was his twentieth birthday. He was laying in bed dreaming about him possibly discovering the secrets of the Bermuda Triangle. But what he didn't expect when woke up was to smell, the scent of burning.

In an instant, he jumped out bed, not caring to put on a shirt or pants, just leaving his tighty whities on as he ran into the kitchen.

When he arrived, he saw his girlfriend, Pacifica, standing by the stove trying to put out a flaming frying pan by hitting it repeatedly with a towel.

"Why won't you go out?!" Pacifica exclaimed.

"Pacifica!" Dipper ran in with the fire extinguisher in his hand and motioned her to move aside so he could put the fire out. He did just that and looked at the pan to see what looked to be burnt bacon. "Okay, I'll have some fried eggs with that."

Instead of laughing at Dipper's joke, Pacifica groaned in embarrassment. "Not again!"

Dipper just laughed. "I really admire the gesture. But…"

"I'm sorry!" She huffed in frustration. "Every year! Every year I try and cook something I always end up destroying it."

Dipper just sat next to his girlfriend and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "Listen Paz, I'm just glad you're okay."

"But why can't I cook?!" Pacifica asked. "You make amazing things for me when it's my birthday, I just wanted to make it up to you. Even though I know I fail, I still feel like I could do it. But I end up just burning everything."

Dipper kissed his girlfriend on her cheek. "Don't worry about it. I don't care if you can't cook, I still love you for you and you don't need to repay me at all. But you know what you can do on my next birthday?"

"What's that?" Pacifica asked.

"Never, ever cook for me again." Dipper replied with a stern look. "I may be an author but I'm not made of money."

Pacifica chuckled. "Okay, babe. Is there anyway I can make it up to you?"

"Free breakfast at Lazy Susan's?" Dipper asked. "Abuse your power a bit?"

Pacifica playfully narrowed her eyes at her boyfriend. "I'd be playing a dangerous game, Pines."

"Says the girl who single handedly took out a gnome army with just a few kicks." Dipper retorted.

"But you know, there's something else." Pacifica said. "You're not exactly wearing anything besides those whities."

"Huh?" Dipper looked down and turned red in embarrassment. "Oh man!"

"Relax." Pacifica assured him as she took his wrist. "You don't need to." She gave him a flirtatious look. "It's your birthday. Let me give you a bit of a gift."

Dipper was at first surprised but then he gave a grin that was a sign for her to go ahead. Then, the two began to kiss as they got out of the seat and towards their bedroom. While they did, Dipper helped her out of her pyjama shirt before they closed the door.

Dipper ended his flashback with a sad looked as he reminisced his girlfriend's awful cooking. Sure it was amazing that Wendy was an amazing chef, but he missed the days when his girlfriend would screw up his breakfast or dinner. That imperfection made her perfect to him.

At the Shack, Mabel was running around the Shack with a megaphone in her hand trying to make sure everything was up to perfection. With the food, the cake, the decorating and the entertainment.

"People! People! Let's go! Let's go!" Mabel yelled. "Wendy is distracting Dipper with her list so we have about five hours till he gets here!" She ran into the kitchen where Stan was cooking. "Keep cooking Stan! We need the party food to be warm when they arrive!"

"I could just make this a couple of hours before they arrive." Stan said.

"No!" Mabel argued before running to her next target which was Willow, whom was on the other side of the kitchen making sandwiches.

"How many sandwiches do you even want?" Willow asked as she showed Mabel the 65 sandwiches she made.

"Make a dozen more!" Mabel screamed before moving to her next target.

"Is she like this on her's and Dipper's birthday all the time?" Willow asked.

"She's crazy but not this kind." Stan replied.

Mabel's next target was Hunter, whom was sitting on the floor blowing on some balloons. The exhausted Grimwalker was currently blowing his 32nd until Mabel came out of nowhere. "HUNTER!" The sudden appearance of Mabel caused him to blow on the balloon so hard that it popped. "More balloons!" She ran away to her next target while Hunter just sighed.

"And just as I was getting sleep." Hunter said. "Flapjack, wake me up." The Grimwalker looked to his right before he heard a tweet coming from the other side to see Flapjack. "Oh, there you are."

Soos walked into the Shack with a lot of potato chips in his arms. "Soos!" The sudden appearance of Mabel caused Soos to drop the chips. "More chips!"

"Oh dude, I already wasted 80 dollars for them." Soos groaned.

"Keep going Soos!" Mabel yelled through the megaphone before continuing to run around the Shack to give orders. "Slender Man! Put on the decorations!"

Slender Man, whom was outside of the Shack using his tentacles to hang the decorations. "I am!"

Then Mabel, ran near the bathroom. "Ford! Make sure we got plenty of toilet paper for the guests!"

Mabel then ran in the kitchen again where Splendor Man was busy baking a cake. "Splendor Man, more sprinkles!"

Mabel then ran outside to the garden where Grenda was on the phone. "Grenda! Where is that entertainment?!"

"Im trying to get them!" Grenda exclaimed. "But just because I'm a princess doesn't mean I can get PINKBLACK for everything!"

Mabel finally ran into the living room where the seven month pregnant Melody as sitting on the couch with Chyro standing up to rub her shoulders.

Instead of yelling at her through the megaphone, she lowered it and gave her a gentle smile. "And Melody, you just sit here and wait for the party." The female twin walked away, leaving Melody somewhat relieved.

"Least we got off easy, eh Chyro?" Melody said with a smile.

Chyro just hung his dead down. "I've barley been here for the last few months."

Meanwhile, Wendy and Dipper were at the arcade playing some games together. They were playing Fight Fighters at first with Dipper playing Rumble McSkirmish and Wendy playing Donna Matrix. Dipper's character was close to beating Wendy's character.

His character performed a bit of a pile driver on her, causing Wendy to do a mock gasp. "Pines! How dare you hit a woman like that!"

Dipper chuckled. "Wendy, I'm an equal opportunist."

"Yeah well, so am I." Wendy said before she began bashing buttons and moving the joystick like crazy. Which made her character do a tornado spin kick, before a barrage of punches and then wrapping her bare legs around Rumble's neck and she began to choke him, causing his health to go down.

"Oh you cheating…" Dipper playfully narrowed his eyes at his girlfriend.

"GAME OVER! DONNA MATRIX WINS!" The game announced.

"Okay, well done, Wendy." Dipper said before turning to the game. "And thanks again for the game Rumble."

Rumble stood up and stared at Dipper while jerking his body amount. "It was honourable to be played by you!"

Donna turned to the screen. "And as for you, hot stuff."

"I have a girlfriend." Dipper said to the game character.

"I was talking to your girlfriend." Donna said, causing Wendy to blush a bit.

"I'm flattered, but…I have a boyfriend." Wendy pointed to Dipper.

"Can I get involved with what you have?"

"Thank you, but we're leaving!" Dipper declared before him and Wendy left the Fight Fighters machine, walking past a couple of kids who looked baffled.

"Was that strange couple talking to video games?" The girl asked.

The boy smiled and pointed his finger at her. "I knew they were alive sister! Guess you owe me." The girl sighed before reaching into her bag and pulling out a dollar before handing it to her brother.

While walking, Wendy wrapped her arm around her boyfriend's arm. "So, what game is next?"

"I was thinking…." He then noticed a first person shooting arcade with plastic guns sticking out. "….Rent of the Dead."

"A zombie first shooter, nice." Wendy remarked as they approached the game. "Got quite a high score on that."

"So do I." Dipper said. "Okay, whoever has the lowest score, is paying for drinks."

"You're the birthday boy." Wendy pointed out. "I'll just pay for drinks."

"Ah, but like you said before, it's my birthday." Dipper said. "So I'm allowing our skills to decide who gets the chance to pay for the drinks."

Wendy picked up the gun and span it in her hand. "Alright, you're the boss."

Dipper followed suit and shot at the screen to start the game. "RENT OF THE DEAD! EVICT! THOSE! ZOMBIES!"

And so the game began, Dipper and Wendy play the landlords children who must terminate all of the tenants in their building, who have all been turned to zombies. The game began outside a huge building that is being housed by zombies.

"Alright, let's blow some heads off!" Wendy said. "Now I remember how this goes, a zombie suddenly shows up behind the double doors."

And in a sudden instant, Dipper suddenly got the first shot with a bullet to the zombie head. Which caused a huge boost in points. "Oh, that's surprising." The surprised Wendy remarked.

When they entered the building, they were greeted by a hoard of zombies. Wendy took them down with just a few shots while Dipper kept getting singular headshots.

After about 12 levels of the hotel, they made it to the top where they took on the last hoard which ended with Dipper getting the final headshot.

"DIPPING SAUCE WINS. GAME OVER!"

Once the game was over, Wendy saw that her name was around 7 names below the top winner, PlatinumPaz while Dipper's name was just one below.

"Okay, how did you do that?" Wendy asked.

"What?"

"That! I've played this game multiple times and I usually get the high score." Wendy said. "Not that I'm jealous but…"

Dipper laughed. "I learnt from the best." He looked at the leaderboard and saw that PlatinumPaz was on top, unchanged for years. He stared at the name with sadness in his eyes and frowned. "The best."

He flasbacked to years earlier, specifically, on his 14th birthday with her. They decided to spend some time together by going out to the arcade before the party at the Shack. They finished Fight Fighters with Dipper winning with his signature character, Rumble McSkirmish. While Pacifica's was Harriet Toughmen.

"Aww! What?!" Pacifica exclaimed in shock.

Dipper shrugged his shoulders. "I guess fighting games aren't your thing."

Rumble laughed at Pacifica's expense. "You suck! You suck at fighting!"

"Don't do that, Rumble." His wife, GIFfany from Romance Academy 7 not Romance Academy 8 said. "She did her best. Or more her worst." She laughed along with her husband.

"Come on guys, be a little bit nicer." Dipper said.

But Pacifica grinned from ear to ear. "Dipper, don't listen to them. They just underestimated me. It's okay. Because they don't know how good I am at Rent of the Dead."

"You do shooters?" Dipper asked.

"Come on dork!" Pacifica nudged her boyfriend's arm. "We've been dating for a month, I thought you'd know me by now!"

"Alright, alright." Dipper said. "Show me what you got."

Like the the match from the future, Pacifica managed to beat her boyfriend with a huge high score, causing him to be impressed. "Teach me." Dipper said.

Pacifica just grinned and placed her hand on her boyfriend's shoulder. "You're going to learn from the best." She kissed him on the cheek.

Dipper snapped out of the flashback and stared at the name with a frown. He just shrugged it off and walked out of the arcade with Wendy following behind.

Back at the Shack, Hunter and Willow were balancing on their Palismen and painting the banner that would read 'Happy birthday Dipper and Mabel.'

Hunter was painting one side blue to represent the blue pine tree he used to wear while Willow was painting the other side rainbow coloured to represent Mabel's colourful personality.

Hunter dipped the brush in the can and realised he was out of blue. "Hey Slender Man, I'm gonna need more paint."

"I can't do two things at once!" Slender Man said. "I'm trying to scare away the vermin." On the ground, Slender Man was using a bottle of spray to try and back Quentin Trembley, King George III of England and Sev'Ral Times. "Back! Back I say!" The feral humans made hissing noises before running away in all fours. "Humans have gotten so feral over the years."

Willow used her magic summon a vine that elevated a bucket of paint to where Hunter was. "You know you could just fly down and grab it."

Hunter tried to come up with a good excuse but then sighed as he couldn't think of one. Willow laughed at her boyfriend. "In a bit of a lazy mood?"

"I guess." Hunter said. "Hey Willow, do you know when you're birthday is?"

Willow began to ponder. "Well, I did some research and I noticed how different the Human Realm months and Demon Realms months are."

"Explain." Hunter said.

"Well….Today is the 31st of Auguts but today in the Human Realm is the 31st of August." Willow explained. "Then that means next day will be Steptemper which in the Human Realm is September. And I will turn 15 at that point."

"Oh cool." Hunter said. "I'll try and remember."

"And what about your birthday?" Willow asked. "Do you know when it is?"

Hunter began to ponder when his birthday was. "I….I really don't know. I know I'm turning 17 at some point, I just don't know when."

"Well, is there any specific day you'd want it?" Willow asked. "How about we share our birthdays?"

"As much as I think it'll be sweet, it just doesn't feel right to try and upstage my own girlfriend on her special day." Hunter explained.

"That's fair." Willow said. "I wouldn't have mind but it's fine if you don't want to share birthdays with me. I just want you to be comfortable with whatever date you choose."

Hunter began to think about when he'd like his birthday to be. It was a difficult topic since Belos would just tell him what age he was and he wouldn't question it so this was difficult. That's when he remembered the last time Belos declared his birthday which turned out to be Octaober 25th.

"Last I checked, Belos said I was 15 on the 25th of Octaober and on Earth it's…."

Willow smiled at her boyfriend. "October 25th. Guess we have another birthday planned."

"What's that?!" Mabel yelled from the ground.

"My birthday is October 25th!" Hunter yelled in excitement. "I have a birthday!"

"Great! Slender Man, we're gonna need you for another birthday!"

Slender Man gasped. "Oh come on! Another birthday! How many feral humans do I need to keep an eye out for?!" He then noticed Quentin digging through the trash. "Hey, back off Mr President! Back off!"

"Make me!" Quentin hissed before Slender Man just sprayed him in the face. "Eh!" He sprinted away like a big cat before jumping into the bushes.

Meanwhile, Dipper and Wendy were at a bar and restaurant trying Dipper's first ever bottle of alcohol in his entire life. Even though he was offered brief sips throughout his entire life, Dipper always made a vow to save it for his twenty first birthday.

The bartender handed the couple a glass of beer. "Okay, Dipper, you ready to enter the dark side?"

"I've visiting my Grunkle for years. I've been in the dark side for years." Dipper said. "I'll just be entering a darker one." Dipper took a sip of the beer and then spat it out. He coughed while Wendy patted him on the back. "And now I wish to exit it."

"Relax…" The bartender, whom was a man with grey messy hair said. "….Happens to first timers all the time."

Wendy laughed. "You'll get used to it. It just takes a few sips." Wendy then drank her glass with one big gulp without ever taking a breath. She exhaled while Dipper stared at her in amazement.

"How?" Dipper asked.

"I learnt from the best." Wendy retorted, calling back to what Dipper said to her back at the arcade.

"Ha ha." Dipper did a fake laugh. "Least you handled it better than Pacifica did."

Wendy slightly tensed up a bit but then smiled. "What did she do?"

"Well, it wasn't on her twenty first birthday….."

Dipper flash backed to when he and Pacifica went into a bar on his twentieth birthday. Pacifica had brought a glass of beer with a fake ID designed by Grunkle Stan.

She had decided to drink beer after losing a bet to her boyfriend, Dipper. "Come on Pacifica." Dipper said, encouraging his girlfriend. "You promised you'd do this."

"I will!" Pacifica whined. "I've drank plenty of chardonnay without my parents looking. Beer is technically the same as charddonay!"

"It isn't." Dipper said.

"Look, I can do this in one gulp." Pacifica said before taking the glass and taking a huge, ginormous gulp. But she could only manage halfway as she began choking. "Uh! Tastes like barley, water, hops and yeast!"

Dipper just laughed at his girlfriend whom just playfully narrowed her eyes at him. "Oh! If you're so tough, then drink it!"

"Come on Paz, you know I'm saving it for my twenty first." Dipper protested with his hands raised.

She leaned in. "Then you better promise to take a big gulp next year."

Dipper chuckled. "Okay, I promise."

Once the flashback ended, Dipper looked at the beer in guilt over not fulfilling the promise he kept to Pacifica. Then, he noticed Wendy was staring at her phone with a surprised look on her face.

"Oh no." Wendy said.

"What?!" Dipper responded.

"Luz just survived a drowning today." Wendy said.

In that moment, Dipper began to panic. "What?! Is she okay?! Why did she do it?! Did she too it deliberately?"

"No, according to the news report, she suffered a cramp." Wendy said. "But thankfully, her girlfriend saved her."

Dipper sighed with relief. "Least she has her." In the last few months ever since the haunted woods incident, Dipper had this fear that Luz was about to commit suicide due to the guilt she felt about not saving Pacifica. But he was afraid he'd just make things worse.

"You seemed awfully worried about Luz." Wendy remarked. "Is everything okay? Is she okay?"

Dipper had to come up with an excuse as fast as he could. "Well…You know, she needs to see Eda and save King after all."

"Good point." Wendy said. "I mean, we could do it, I guess it would make more sense for her to do it."

"Yeah." Dipper agreed. "So, what would you like to order?"

"Hmm, give me a minute on that." She replied.

As Wendy skimmed through the menu, Dipper began to worry for Luz since he knew what Luz was going through but didn't know how to talk to her about it. If only he knew what to do.

Back at the Shack, Ford had set up a laptop so their friends from LA and Gravesfield could wish Dipper a happy birthday. When he turned on the screen for the FaceTime call, Anne was already on screen with an arm cast on.

"Hey Stan." Anne said.

"Ford." Ford responded. "It's Ford."

"Oh yeah, that's right. The hot Stan."

"What?"

"What?"

"Never mind." Ford said. "I already got that from Pacifica."

"Wait what?" Anne asked.

"Let's forget about that." Ford said. "Where are the others."

"Beach day." Anne replied. "I'm hoping Grime doesn't fight a shark again. He got a lot of flack from animal rights activists."

"Alright, now I know you're ready, I'll try and the Gravesfield team." Ford began to call the Gravesfield team and in just a few shorts seconds, a panicked Amity answered.

"Ford, this is not a good time!" Amity screamed.

"What do you mean?" Ford asked.

Amity turned the camera to see K and Camila trying to hold Marcy down on her bed as she struggled. "Do not provoke me! Do not provoke me!" Marcy cried.

"Amity, what's happening to Marcy?!" Anne asked.

"Sorry Ford, I don't think we'll make it!" Amity said. "Just keep safe!"

The screen then cut to black as the orange eyed Marcy tackled Amity, causing Ford and Anne to panic. "Marcy?! Marcy?! What's happening." For brief moment, Anne's eyes briefly flashed a bit of blue.

"I don't know, we just have to trust that Luz has it handled." Ford replied.

After finishing their meal, Dipper and Wendy were walking and talking in the forest together having a nice little nature walk. During their walk they passed a lot of beautiful sights such as two deers running together, birds tweeting, a bear drinking from the lake and Quentin Trembley running along with Sev'Ral Timez running beside him like he were an alpha wolf leading his pack.

The couple soon stopped by the edge of a hill to look out into the distant sunset. "Wow." Wendy remarked.

"Yup." Dipper said.

"I've seen a sunset multiple times from multiple locations and directions and from this perspective, it's about the same." This comment surprised Dipper. "But you know what, it's still beautiful."

He smiled at her before kissed her head. "One of my favourite places in Gravity Falls."

"You know, I just noticed today that you seem to blank off and stare off into space for like a few minutes." Wendy said.

"What do you mean?" Dipper asked.

"Like this." Wendy gave a blank stare and began to stare off into the distant. "It's like you're shutdown. Is everything, okay?"

Dipper gave a forced smile. "Of course I am, I'm in the forest with my beautiful girlfriend enjoying my twenty first year on this world."

He smiled for a brief moment until he began to reminisce about his nineteenth birthday with Pacifica.

The two were staring off into the distance while their arms were wrapped around each other. They had been like this for the last few minutes, just staring off into the distance while in silence.

Pacifica nuzzled her boyfriend's shoulder which made Dipper smile and kissed her on the head. "So, how did you manage to get a house for yourself?" Pacifica asked. "You're nineteen now."

"Huge revenues from my books." Dipper said.

"Did you really need to make a book based off of what went on in my mansion?" Pacifica asked.

"Well, it was one of my favourite mysteries." Dipper admitted while scratching his back. "Mainly because….Well….It's when you fell for me, right?"

Pacifica laughed. "Oh please! I didn't fall for you, there!"

"Explain that hug." Dipper retorted.

Pacifica gasped. "Didn't I pay you not to speak of that?"

"You should know I was probably going to tell someone." Dipper said before kissing her on the head. "Especially if it's that same girl that bribed me."

Pacifica huffed. "You…" She shoved him, causing him to lose his balance.

But what he didn't have control of, was the fact that he had his hand on Pacifica, causing him to inadvertently drag her along with him down the hill. They tumbled down the hill, hitting bushes, some mud and even accidentally running over a random rabbit.

When they got to the bottom, they were both covered in grass stains, mud and even a few twigs got stuck in Pacifica's hair. And the position they were in; Pacifica was laying on her back while Dipper was on top of her.

When he pulled himself up, he noticed how close he was to Pacifica's face and looked kind of blown away. When Pacifica opened her eyes, she began to blush at how close her boyfriend was to her face. But then pulled a flirty grin at his face.

"What's gotten you surprised, Pines?" Pacifica asked.

"From where I'm looking at, you're even more beautiful." Dipper replied.

The former heiress blushed before her and him began to share a kiss. But as the kiss continued, the kiss got a bit handsy as they began rubbing their hands all over their bodies. In that moment, Dipper reached down to the hem of her girlfriend's shirt and began to lift it.

But then, she stopped him and pulled out of the kiss. "Dipper, not here. Let's take this back at your place."

"Just so you know, I have no bed." Dipper said.

"Do you have a couch?"

"Yes."

"It'll suffice."

Dipper picked her up and began to carry her bridal style back to his house all while giving each other random smooches.

Dipper once again, snapped out of his flashback and stared at the distance in sadness. Wendy, not being dumb did notice this and stared at him in worry.

"Dipper, is something wrong?" She asked.

"Huh? No, I'm fine." Dipper said before he accidentally shoved Wendy in her back, causing her to lose her balance.

Before she fell, she grabbed Dipper by his collar and pulled him down with her. They tumbled down the hill together while holding on to each other. They managed to avoid the bushes, some mud and even a random rabbit. When they got down to the bottom, they weren't covered in anything whatsoever. Dipper laid on the grass while his girlfriend rested her head on his chest.

When Wendy stirred and woke up, she got a look at her boyfriend and her face instantly blushed red. She may have been dating him for a couple of months, she never realised how handsome he was up close. He really had grown up from a geeky and awkward kid to a geeky and awkward adult who happened to be handsome.

"What?" Dipper asked in confusion.

"You know how handsome you are?" Wendy asked. "Especially from this position." She pressed her lips to Dipper's, causing him to be surprised. But he soon returned the kiss and the two began to rub their hands all over their bodies.

In that moment, the kiss got more passionate which made Wendy wanting a little more. She reached down the hem of his shirt and began to lift it.

In that moment, he got some control and managed to stop his girlfriend from lifting it up further. He just smiled at her and said, "Let's just continue this at your place. After all, it is the last thing on the list before the party."

Instead of arguing, Wendy just smiled and stood up. "Good idea, Pines." She helped Dipper up and the two began to walk up the hill so they can do the final thing for the day.

Back at the Shack, everything was looking great. Grenda managed to get PINKBLACK to be the entertainment. And currently, she was yelling at them with Candy being her translator for both of them.

"If you dare leave, I will execute you!" Grenda screamed.

"Nega gamhi tteonamyeon cheohyeonghagessda!" Candy translated for the girl group.

The singers all seemed terrified of the Queen of Austria. "Na museowo." (I'm scared.)

"Choedaehan ppalli hangug-eulo dol-agagessseubnida." (We'll be back to Korea as soon as possible.)

The food was out and ready with there being a warm fan blowing on them so they wouldn't lose their warmth and the cake made by Splendor Man a double layered rainbow cake with the birthday twins on the top holding glasses of beer signifying they were old enough to drink.

"Okay everyone our parents will be here in fifteen minutes so let's get prepared!" Mabel yelled. "Slender Man, Splendor Man, masks on!" Slender Man and Splendor Man put some dog masks on their faces. "Hunter, Willow, hide those ears!" Willow covered her ears with her hair while Hunter covered his with a cap. "Chyro, play dead!" Chyro placed himself by the wall and pretended to be dead. But more specifically, a bit of art made by Ford. "Stan, Ford, who are you?!"

"Mabel, sweetie, why can't we just tell your parents who we are?" Stan asked. "We've been keeping this secret for nearly ten years and I can't keep playing Stanford when your parents visit."

"Do you want them to start asking questions about the weirdness in Gravity Falls?" Mabel asked.

"You do have a point, Mabel." Ford agreed.

"How long do me and Splendor have to wear these?" Slender Man asked.

"Until they leave." Mabel replied.

"Aww man!" Slender Man groaned. "That'll take forever!"

"Quit whining!" Splendor Man complained. "These dog masks make us cute!"

"Everyone before I wipe my memories so I can surprise myself with my incredible handiwork, I just want to say thank you for your efforts and I hope the next stage of my plan goes as well." Mabel said.

"Next stage?!" Stan exclaimed.

"What do we have to do?" Willow asked.

"Nothing! Just interact with my parents and make sure I'm surprised!" Mabel replied. "Now, hit me with that memory gun, Ford!"

Ford, though reluctant, pulled the memory gun from his coat and approached his niece. "Mabel, you do realise what overusing this will do, right?" Ford asked.

"Don't worry Ford, I will never do this again." Mabel assured her Grunkle.

"That's what you said, last year." Ford said.

Mabel looked baffled by that comment. "Wait, what?"

But before she could ask, Ford hit her with the memory gun to make her forget setting up the surprise party and using the memory gun again.

After being hit, Mabel opened up her eyes feeling groggy and like she had a hangover even though she hadn't been drinking at all. The first thing she saw were bright shining lights but when her vision became more clear, she gasped at what she was seeing.

"Surprise!" Everyone exclaimed, causing Mabel to gasp in surprise as tears fell from her eyes.

"Wow! This looks amazing! You guys didn't need to do this!" Mabel exclaimed.

"Well, we did!" Stan said.

"And we had no help whatsoever!" Hunter exclaimed. "I mean, you certainly didn't have a hand in this!"Willow nudged her boyfriend to the side so he wouldn't give away more information.

Meanwhile at Wendy's shack, Dipper and Wendy had just entered. "Welcome to my humble abode, dude."

"You're saying it like it's the first I've been." Dipper remarked while smirking.

"Well, it will be your first time in the bedroom." Wendy said.

Dipper grinned with embarrassment. "Well…."

Wendy in an instant, narrowed her eyes at her boyfriend. "What were you doing in there?"

"Well, you remember how you had Pacifica house sitting for you while you and Don…"

"Ron." Wendy interjected.

"…Don, went on vacation?"

"Yeah?" There was a moment of awkward silence before Wendy put the pieces together. "Oh! OH! Dude!"

Dipper groaned. "Sorry! Sorry!"

"Well, least the sheets were clean when I got back." Wendy said. "Because I needed them to cry on after Don cheated on me with that purple haired science whizz!"

Dipper had no idea what to say about this and just stared at his girlfriend for a few awkward seconds. "So…Do you want to…"

"Come on, doofus!" Wendy interjected before she and Dipper got into a heated kiss. During the kiss, the two took their shoes off and then their socks and moving from the kitchen to the corridor that led to Wendy's bedroom.

She helped Dipper out of his shirt as they entered the bedroom and collapsed on the bed together. They continued kissing for a good while while Wendy began to get out of her jeans that she tossed aside.

While he briefly pulled out of the kiss to unbutton her flannel shirt, exposing her abs to him. In that moment, they briefly stopped kissing so Dipper could kiss his girlfriend's amazing and rock hard abs.

The impact of his lips made Wendy exhale, like she were in some kind of paradise. But then, she felt some water dropping on her abs. She at first thought it was his drool or something worst but then she realised what they were when she heard Dipper breathing heavily. She sat up to see her boyfriend was staring at her body while tears fell from his eyes.

"Dipper?" Wendy asked before Dipper just sat on the bed with his head hanging in shame.

"I'm sorry Wendy, I can't do this." Dipper said.

Wendy soon followed suit and shuffled closer to her boyfriend. "I'm sorry, I knew I shouldn't pressure you into this."

"You never did." Dipper said. "I just feel what we're doing is wrong. What I'm doing is wrong. Not just this, but….us."

Wendy seemed saddened. "What are you saying?"

"Wendy, you're probably going to hate me, but all I saw during what we were about to do was me and her." What Dipper said made Wendy realise something important.

"You're still not over Pacifica?" Wendy asked.

"I never was." Dipper replied. "I thought if I tried dating again then maybe I'll have some form of relationship to make me feel less lonely during my process. But, I feel a part of me is betraying her. Because all I saw throughout our relationship was me and her. I'm sorry Wendy, I'm such an idiot."

Instead of being angry, Wendy placed her hand on his bare shoulder. "Dude, it's okay. I…Felt things weren't working out either."

"Wait, really?" Dipper looked surprised. "Why stick around?"

"Because I didn't want to leave you alone, dude." Wendy replied. "I wanted to feel like I wasn't a rebound. But every time we kissed, I felt off."

"So did I." Dipper said. "I guess you felt like you were betraying Pacifica as well?"

"Strangely enough, yeah." Wendy said. "What will happen to us now?"

"Wendy, I hate to say this, but…I still need time to mourn." Dipper said.

"So, I guess you needing time to mourn is also a sign for us breaking up?" Wendy asked.

"No, I mean more like, space." Dipper said.

"Needing space or taking a break is just a nice way to say we're breaking up." Wendy pointed out.

"I think you're right." Dipper agreed. "But maybe if we're still single and I'm at a much healthier mindset with my mental health, then would you give it another shot?"

Wendy gave Dipper a sad smile. "Yeah, sure." She kissed his cheek before standing up and walking out of her bedroom. "I'm going to the party."

She was about to leave until Dipper stopped her. "Do you want me to stay, dude?"

"Um…You can't exactly go out to the party looking like that."

Wendy looked down and saw that she was close to being half naked and blushed in embarrassment. "Sorry. And what about you?"

"Well….I think I just need some time to myself." Dipper said. "But I'll see you at the party."

Wendy gave him an empathetic smile. "Okay, dude. Don't wait up for me." She entered her bedroom and then threw out his shirt. "And don't forget this!" Dipper managed to catch it and put it back on. "See you at the big party."

"Yeah."

Once Wendy closed her bedroom door, Dipper frowned with a form of guilt over breaking things off with Wendy like that. He had loved her when he was 12 and had dreamed of this very moment before Pacifica came out and made things different.

In her bedroom, Wendy buttoned her shirt up before sitting down on her bed and looking around her room for a brief moment taking in everything that had happened in the last few minutes. In that moment, her lips began to wobble before she began sobbing over breaking things off with Dipper.

Though she was okay with letting Dipper recover mentally, the fact that she ended things like that with him was still very heartbreaking for her.

Meanwhile at the party, which was at full swing with Slender Man, Splendor Man, Grenda, Candy and Soos dancing to some K-Pop, Stan eating the snacks at the buffet table while Ford was chatting with Mabel.

While Mabel and Dipper's parents, Richard and Amanda Pines were in attendance chatting with Hunter.

"So, how long have you been working at the Shack?" Amanda asked the boy.

"Around six months." Hunter replied. "It's just an internship."

"Wow, six months." Richard remarked. "That's amazing. Are your parents or legal guardians okay with this?"

"I don't have parents and my uncle would probably just scold me and hurt me until I gain a new scar." Hunter's response made Richard and Amanda shocked.

Willow saw Hunter screwing up the social interaction and quickly intervened. "Hey, hunny. Can you help me out?"

"Sure Willow. What?"

"How about not talking to these two?" Willow chuckled nervously before pulling him aside so he can leave them alone.

"Wow, poor kid." Amanda remarked.

"Uncle Stan says he had been through so much." Richard said. "Least he has a girlfriend to help him out."

Mabel walked up to her parents and smiled. "So Mom, Dad, how's the party?"

"Gotta say, your Grunkles did a good job." Amanda remarked. "And who are you strange tall slender friends wearing those masks?"

"Yeah, they're like Slender Men." Richard remarked. "Like, really Slender Men."

Mabel smiled. "They're just friends. And yes, they are slender men."

"Why are they wearing masks?" Richard asked.

"They just like them." Mabel replied. "Just some geek thing."

"Speaking of geek, where's your brother?" Richard asked.

"He should be arriving with his girlfriend any minute." Mabel replied.

"Mabel, is it okay for Dipper to be in a relationship?" Amanda asked. "I mean, after hearing what happened with Pacifica, it sounds like he needs more time to accept this harsh reality."

"Amanda, we discussed this." Richard said. "Dipper is a grown man. He is allowed to make his own decisions no matter how irrationally dumb or too soon it is."

"Relax, Mom and Dad, you'll love Wendy." Mabel looked over her parents shoulders to see Wendy approaching but with no Dipper. "Excuse me." Mabel ran up to Wendy with an excited smile on her face. "Wendy!" She noticed that Dipper wasn't with her and instantly became worried. "Wendy, where is Dipper?"

From the look Wendy was giving her, it appeared to be some form of sadness and acceptance. "Oh, he just needs some to think."

"How long did he say he'd be?" Mabel asked.

"I don't know. But before that…We ended things."

Mabel instantly gave Wendy an empathetic stare instead of making a joke or trying to find a positive outlook like her younger self would. "Oh Wendy…"

"It's okay." Wendy sniffled. "It happens. He was an amazing boyfriend who never treated me poorly." Tears began to fall from her eyes. "And he was probably the best." She instantly began sobbing into Mabel's shoulder which didn't go unnoticed by everyone in attendance as they stopped what they were doing to see what was going on.

They could see Wendy crying into Mabel's shoulder and wrapping her arms around her back as they fell down to the ground together.

Though Wendy knew a breakup was the best thing for the both of them, it was heartbreaking for her after being in such an amazing relationship that she knew might never work.

Meanwhile, Dipper sat alone on the edge of a cliff staring into the small town he had grown to love. A town filled with many people he had grown to care for. Grunkle Stan, Ford, Soos, Wendy and Pacifica, the one person he probably cared for the most.

Though he was grateful for Wendy being there with him throughout his birthday and showing him a fun and amazing day, it was a tad sad for him to break things off with her like that. But he had to. Because all he could think about was Pacifica. Whom had been there for all of his birthdays since coming to Gravity Falls. In that moment, he began to reminisce about what happened on his eighteenth birthday.

Him and Pacifica were laying on Wendy's bed in their underwear after what they did. Pacifica looked to be taking deep breaths while Dipper was still in shock over what had transpired between them.

He shuffled up to his girlfriend wrapped an arm around her back and placing a hand on her stomach. She smiled at her boyfriend and gave a nervous chuckle.

"So…What did you think?" Pacifica asked.

"Well…What is there to say?" Dipper asked. "We did it. I mean, I enjoyed what we did, but it still feels a tad weird."

"Totally." Pacifica agreed. "It was like some kind of…I don't know, drug trip. With our love and bodies. It was just…Weird, but maybe…" Her cheeks turned red. "…We could do it again. Some other day, if you want."

"Yeah, that sounds fine." Dipper replied while he unconsciously began to make circles around his girlfriend's belly button with his finger.

"Some birthday, huh?" Pacifica remarked.

"Yeah." Dipper replied. "How long do you think we should stay here before Mabel starts getting suspicious?"

Pacifica grinned as she used her hand to stroke Dipper's chest with her finger. "Let's give it twenty minutes. Let's just….Make out for a while. She is never gonna realise it."

Suddenly, they began hearing knocks coming from outside the house. "Dipper, Pacifica, what are you okay?!"

Dipper and Pacifica stopped what they were doing and began to panic. "Let's make it one!" Dipper and Pacifica simultaneously fell off the bed to get their clothes back on.

But their efforts were fruitless as Mabel had entered the room looking worried. "Dipper! Pacifica! I heard a bang is everything…..Oh!" When she entered the bedroom, she was greeted to the sight of her brother putting his pants back on while Pacifica had just picked up her shirt. Mabel got a good look at the both of them and instantly put the pieces together.

Instead of being disgusted, she began to squeal. "You two didn't?!"

"Mabel! Get out!" Pacifica yelled while getting her shirt on.

Mabel covered her eyes. "I'm not looking and it's none of my business! It's just…Judging by how you're inappropriately dressed…"

"Mabel! That is none of your business!" Dipper whom was partway dressed said while putting his pants back on.

"Okay! Okay! I just want you to know…"

"It's not a big deal!" Pacifica argued as she buttoned her shirt.

"Okay! Okay! I'll get out of your hair!" Mabel said before leaving the room. "You better promise me high fives."

"We are not promising you that." Dipper argued while putting his belt back on.

Pacifica sighed. "Guess I should have gone for shorter."

"Yup. She better not tell anyone or otherwise I will make her the villain of my next book." Dipper's little comment made his girlfriend chuckle.

"And will I be the heroine of your story?" Pacifica asked.

"I can try and fit in a beautiful woman with long natural blonde hair into the book who is sassy but is lovely and a badass all at the same time." Dipper's comments made Pacifica blush as she walked up to her boyfriend and wrapped her arms around his back.

"She sounds pretty cool." Pacifica said before she and Dipper shared a kiss with each other. After a few seconds, they pulled out and began to stare at each other with all the lobe on their eyes. "I love you, Dipper."

"I love you too, Pacifica." Dipper and her just continued to kiss on the spot before going to the party Mabel had set up.

Once Dipper finished flashing back, he had tears falling from his eyes and he was biting his lips. The pressure he was putting on his lips was causing some blood to ooze out quite a bit. In that moment, he screamed in the sky really high.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" He cried out loud and then he sobbed even harder. "AAAAAHHHHHHHH!" In that moment, all the grief he was feeling over Pacifica's death was let out with one petrifying and heartbreaking scream. "Ah! Why me?! Why her?! Why?! Why?! Why?! Why universe?! Why if all the people on the planet did Pacifica need to die?! Why couldn't it have been anyone else?! And why can't I help Luz?! Why can't I help her?!" He began sobbing harder than before over all the grief and guilt he felt all over his body. The guilt came from the fact that he couldn't save Pacifica and he is afraid that he won't be able to save Luz as well. "Why can't I stop her?!"

"Perhaps her fate has been set." Said a voice that Dipper instantly recognised. He looked at the cliff and saw a bright white glow that looked all too familiar. He looked up and sitting to attention and like a grand and majestic animal. It was the White Wolf he had been trying to find.

Dipper was in amazement at what he was seeing. His uncle was definitely right. Its majestic beauty was very hard to describe. "It…It's you!"

"You have been looking for me." The White Wolf said.

Dipper looked embarrassed. "Sorry."

"If you had my powers, you would be." The White Wolf replied.

"What do you mean?" Asked the baffled Dipper.

"Do you know why I am here?" The White Wolf asked.

"Not really."

"None know this, but I can see far into the future. I have had this power ever since I was born through the Big Bang. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every month, every year, every decade, every century and every millennium." The White Wolf explained. "Every moment in history I have seen before they happened and every small action I will perform or do or others will do, I have seen. Like this conversation we are having, I have seen it played out."

"So, you're here to make sure the time stream is intact?" Dipper asked.

"Maybe I am or maybe it's free will." The White Wolf replied. "But what I know is, you, Dipper Pines…."

Dipper was amazed. "You know my name?"

The wolf just narrowed their eyes at him. "What part of I can see into the future don't you understand?"

Dipper rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment. "Oh, right. Of course."

"What I know is, that I'm meant to talk to you about your grief." The White Wolf said.

"It's hard to get over Pacifica." Dipper said. "I just broke up with my girlfriend because my grief and love for Pacifica was ever consuming. Do I get over this?"

"You will." The White Wolf replied. "I can't say why or when, but on November first, your grief will end."

"And Luz…"

"She will not die, yet." The White Wolf replied. "She has much to live for. She needs to fulfil the destiny the universe set out for us."

"What do you mean?" Dipper asked. "What does Luz do in the future?"

"That I can not explain." The White Wolf replied. "I have already told you."

"No you didn't." Dipper argued.

"From my perspective I already told you but from your perspective you are to learn her destiny." The White Wolf explained. "As the universe has set her destiny out to her. Just like you were destined to help Pacifica out of her shell, like how Anne Boonchuy was destined to save another world, like how Stan Pines was destined to save Gravity Falls and like how Hailey Banks is destined to make sure that the future is set in stone by performing a bunch of random tasks."

"And do I need to be worried about her?" Dipper asked.

"Oh you do not want to be a part of her messy life." The White Wolf chuckled. "I mean, one of the tasks she needs to do to save the future is to kiss her best friend, Scott. And currently, Hailey likes Scott who she needs to kiss to save the future and he happens to be dating some rich girl named Kristie and to over complicate things his little sister happens to have a crush on Hailey. Oh wait, Kristie dumped Scott. Wow, that was fast! I thought it would have gone on one more season. Honestly, I stopped watching when the overcomplicated romance stuff started."

"Yeah, guess I don't need to be there." Dipper said. "So, now what? What is my future?"

"Well Pines, I think you know what to do." The Wolf began to walk away. "And I know what to do. See you soon Pines. We will meet for the first time."

Dipper quickly stood up and stared at the with a confused expression. "What do you mean we'll meet for the first time?!" But Dipper couldn't get an answer as the wolf strolled away.

In that moment, Dipper now had a ton of questions. Besides how does a kiss save the future, he also questioned what the wolf was saying about Luz's destiny. It did give him hope that she wasn't going to die due to her thoughts. But he had a bad feeling about her destiny for some reason.

He did the thing his gut was telling him which was to get back to the Shack to party. But when he arrived, it looked like the party had already been. He could tell due to Grenda sleeping on the broken buffet table, Slender Man and Splendor Man getting into a drunken fight and Chyro cleaning up the mess.

When Dipper entered the shack, he was greeted to Soos sleeping on the couch with all sorts of crumbs all over his lips.

He only assumed that everyone was asleep and was about to leave until he was stopped by Stan, whom looked like he was getting some late night soda.

"You missed your party kid, where the hell were you?" Stan asked.

Dipper sighed in sadness. "Sorry Grunkle Stan, I was….In a bad spot."

"I mean, woof! Talk about terrible birthdays, huh?" Stan chuckled. "A breakup. I mean, that's like dying on your birthday." He noticed his nephew looking down and gave him an empathetic look. "Listen Dipper, there's a piece of cake left in the kitchen if you want it. I mean, I think you should have it because it's your birthday. But ya know, do what you want." He walked back upstairs to go to sleep.

When he got into the kitchen, he saw a single slice of cake on a plate left for him. And right next to it, was a birthday card

He sat on the chair by the table and picked up the card. He opened it to see it said happy birthday and had the names of people he was close to inside. This included Mabel, his parents, Soos, Stan, Ford, Melody, Hunter, Willow, Slender Man, Splendor Man and Chyro. But one message at the end made him tear up a bit.

It was a small message from Mabel that read 'Happy birthday brother. I know grieving is hard, but remember the people that are still with you. Things will be better.'

"I hope so." Dipper whispered before he began to eat the cake, alone in the kitchen. With all the worrisome thoughts in his head.
