Spoilers for TOTK. The Demon King has been defeated and the princess returned to hylian form. Link and Zelda now have to move forward after their second cataclysmic event. How their relationship may change and what they do now, well, that's anyones guess. At least, until it happens. I was planning to do this after I finished the Superstar Saga, but I couldn't resist writing it, it is part of the Vortex Kingdom canon it follows an idea I had where not all world remained the same after they all fused together, and this is one of the products of it. Zelda has just been crowned queen of Hyrule. As such, she must now perform the ceremony of Royal Recompence, where she will repay the soldiers of the Hylian army for their hard work. With no other option, she must offer her body to the cause.

SPOILERS FOR TOTK ENDING With Ganondorf's death, Hyrule can once again breathe in peace. Zelda and Link want to resume rebuilding but the hardships they went through did not go easy on their mind. Following the story of Link as he leaves the only world he knows. Armed with a sword and companioned with his fairy, he travels beyond the forest to see places he can't imagine and meet new friends along the way.
