Welcome To Swallow Falls
It Had Been A Wild Day For Alex And His Friends, Marty, Gloria, And Melman, Only A Few Hours Ago, They've Left Africa And Fly To Their Home In The Central Park Zoo In New York On A Beaten-Up Plane With The Psychotic Penguins, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, And Private, The Goofball Chimps, Phil And Mason, And The Raucous Lemurs, King Julien, Maurice, And Mort.
They Crash Land And Were Now Stuck On A Food Infested Island In The Atlantic Ocean Called Swallow Falls With The Penguins Making A Rather Absurd Attempt To Fix It, Little Did They Know That This Place Was Really Strange That There Was A Forest With A Bunch Of Giant Food Than What They Possibly Would Expect.
As The Four Friends Wander Across The Island, They Come Upon A Colorful Rock Candy Place With A Bunch Of Food And Animal Combinations Called Foodimals, It Was A Sight That Made Their Jaws Drop, It Looked Like A Beautiful Dream That Came To Life.
"What Is This Place?" Marty Asked. "This Is Even Better Than My Mural Back At The Zoo."
"This Is Nothing Like San Diego," Gloria Said. "Not Even America Has An Environment This Colorful And Edible."
Alex Pieced Two And Two Together And Realized, "Guys, I Think We Might Be Dreaming."
"We Gotta Be!" Marty Perked Up.
"The Only Question Is Where In Atlanta Are We?" Alex Asked. "I Don't Remember Atlanta Being All Colorful And Having Giant Food Everywhere."
"Well, If I Know Anything, The Best Thing To Do Is Ask One Of The Food Animals About This Place," Melman Explained.
Alex And The Others Think This Was A Good Idea, But Each Other Hop On Top Of An Onion-Like Dinosaur's Head And Lifted Them Up And On Top Of A Rock Candy Pole When Suddenly They Spot A White Machine With Orange Lines With Green Vines Attached To It.
"What Is That Thing?" Melman Asked.
Alex Walked To The Machine As He Said, "I'm Gonna Check It Out."
Alex Was About To Touch The Machine As It Said, "Hello There!"
Alex Flinched Back And Crab Walked To Marty, Gloria, And Melman As He Said, "Um, Hello There, Who Are You And Where Are We?"
"First: I Am The Flint Lockwood Diatonic Super Mutating Dynamic Food Replicator, Or For Short, The FLDSMDFR, Second: You Four Animals Will Find Yourselves In The River, And Third: You Are Within The Big Rock Candy Mountain, What Are Your Names?" The Machine Asked.
"I'm Alex, And These Are My Friends, Marty, Gloria, And Melman," Alex Answered.
"And Where Are You Guys From?" The FLDSMDFR Asked.
Marty Walked Up To The FLDSMDFR And Answered, "We Came From Africa And We Flew Here On A Plane And Crashed Here When We Were Trying To Get Back To New York In The Central Park Zoo And Ended Up Here On This Island, We Have No Idea Where We Are And Now We're Wondering If You Can Tell Us."
"You Guys Are On An Island Called Swallow Falls," The FLDSMDFR Answered.
Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman Look Around To See That They Were In Swallow Falls As The FLDSMDFR Asked, "Oh, I Almost Forgot, Would You Like To See My Old Body?"
"Um, We Suppose So," Melman Answered.
The FLDSMDFR Showed Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman And They Flinch Back As They Saw That The Machine's Body Was Old, The Screen Was Cracked, It Had Burn Marks All Over It, But The Legs Were Surprisingly Still Straight.
"I'm A Machine Capable Of Creating Food From Water, Water Goes In The Top And Food Comes Out The Bottom," The FLDSMDFR Explained.
"Cool," Gloria Said.
"Exactly, You See, Six Months Ago, I Was Created By A Scientist Named Flint Lockwood, That's The FL At The Beginning, Because I Was Consumed A Lot Of Energy, We Went Into The City Power Plant For Electricity, But, Unintentionally, I Absorbed More Energy Than Necessary And I Went Flying Into The Stratosphere. My First Order Was The Create Cheeseburgers, I Absorbed All The Water Within The Clouds, And I Did A Rain Of Burgers," The FLDSMDFR Explained To Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman.
"Those People Must've Been Hungry," Alex Replied.
The FLDSMDFR Agreed With Alex And Said, "Yes, All They Had To Eat Was Sardines, And Sardines Are Super Gross."
"I Agree," Marty Replied.
"Now, As They Increased Orders, I Should Absorb More Clouds And Radiation Of Energy Increased, To The Point That My Food Has Mutated, And I Cashed Their Own Consciousness, Although, I Couldn't Control My Functions, Then I Expanded A Cloud Of Food All Over The World And Locked Myself Inside A Giant Meat-A-Roid, I Created Sensitive Food Genetically To Protect Me From The Intruders," The FLDSMDFR Continued.
"What Happened Next?" Melman Asked.
"My Creator Attempted To Stop Me When He Started To Spin Me, But The Communication Station Was Destroyed By Something Or Someone, So It Had To Come To Manually Turn Me Off. I Did Everything To Make Me Let Go, But I Couldn't, Before Killing Him, Throwing The Last Batch Of Clouds Which Was Missing, He Sealed My Hole Shut And Was Nearly Destroyed," The FLDSMDFR Continued.
"How Did You Survive?" Gloria Asked.
"I Don't Know, I Think It Was Just Luck, What Do I Know, Is That I Was Working Again And That A Company Wants To Catch Me For Something, It Was A Reason I Created The Foodimals, Would You Like To See Me Create Something?" The FLDSMDFR Asked.
"Go Ahead," Alex Said.
Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman Look Toward The Old Body Of The FLDSMDFR And Then The Screen Went On In Multicolor Tone Pixels.
"Marshmallow," Another Voice Through The FLDSMDFR Said.
The Vines That Were There Let Out A Ball Of Energy That It Was Gonna End Up In A Carnivorous Plant And There Came A Small Marshmallow, Then Begin To Swim And Nothing Appeared, A Family Of Marshmallows Licked One Of Them To The New, More And More Marshmallows Surrounded It.
"Mew," Said One Of Them.
Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman Look At The Marshmallows As Alex Said, "Well, There's Something You Don't See Everyday."
The Marshmallows Began To Make The Same Sound And Jump On The Lion, Zebra, Hippo, And Giraffe, Tickling Them, They Were On Their Feet, Others Were In Their Paws And Hooves And Some On Their Necks.
They Start To Laugh And The FLDSMDFR Was Glad To See Them Happy, It Felt Weird, But In A Sincere Way, It Liked To Feel It.
"Okay, Guys, Calm Down," The FLDSMDFR Said To The Marshmallows.
"Mew."
Alex, Marty, Gloria, Melman, And The FLDSMDFR Begin To Laugh, Marshmallows Fell From Them And Went Back, The Old Body Of The FLDSMDFR Turned Back On Saying "Burger", The FLDSMDFR Remained Down And The Glass Columned Up To What Looks Like A Cheeseburger With Fries As Legs And Sesame Seeds As Eyes.
Alex Quickly Hid Behind The Others In Fear, Because It Looked Like A Spider And It Was.
The Cheesespider Stood Still As Marty Touched It And It Behaved Like A Dog.
"Just In Time," The FLDSMDFR Said.
A Light Ball Arrived And There Was Cheese, The Cheese Left Baby Cheesespiders And All Of Them Come Up To Their Mother.
"This Place Must Be Way Better Than Madagascar, But Don't Tell Julien That," Alex Said.
The Four Mammals Look Around Amazed At The Paradise Of Food, Flamingos Made Of Mangoes, Chimpanzees Made Of Shrimp, Jellyfish Made Of Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwiches, Alive Strawberries, Blueberries, And A Tomato, Screaming Leeks, Elephants Made Of Watermelons, Sheep Made Of Sushi, Cantaloupes, Buffalo Made Of Meatloaf, Pythons Made Of Apple Pie, Crabs Made Of Cake, Cockatiels Made Of Fruit, Manatees Made Of Eggplants, Hippopotamuses Made Of Potatoes, Walruses Made Of Meatballs, Lemmings Made Of Lemons, Pickles, Wildebeests Made Of Beets, Pearl Onions, Bees Made Of Jelly, Crocodiles Made Of Tacos, Kiwis Made Of...Well, Kiwis, Carrots, Wild Scallions, Mosquitoes Made Of Toast, And A Sasquatch Made Of A Squash.

Alex Turned To The Machine And Answered, "Yeah, It's Cool."
The Four Mammals Start To Leave The Cave And Marty Said, "Well, We Gotta Go Now, Sorry We Have To Leave, But We Gotta Find Someone That Can Help Us Get Back To New York, We'll See You Later Or Something."
"See Ya' Too," The FLDSMDFR Replied.
Alex, Marty, Gloria, And Melman Walk Out Of The Rock Candy Mountain And Into The Foodimal Jungle, It Was Going To Be A Grand Adventure For Them.
