Disclaimer: I don't own pokemon

Somewhere in a country far from the other regions, there was a castle surrounded by a forest. Throughout the area many pokemon roamed. Inside the castle was a pink room decorated with well crafted furniture, the dresser had flower patterns carved into it with a mirror attached to it. The nightstand held a flowerpot on it with roses inside along with an alarm clock. On the edge of the room was big bed with see through shades attached, the bed had a white cover along with matching white sheets, and under the covers was a young girl no more than 9 years old with midnight blue hair, she was wearing a matching blue nightgown and the young girl was gently holding a pokemon egg close to her chest. Next to her sitting in a chair was a young woman dressed in a fancy suit with long blue hair, and she was holding an old book reading the young girl a bedtime story, one that she had read many times before.

"Satoshi and Akari have reached the top of the mighty mountain coronet and entered the temple of sinnoh walking deep inside far from their first time inside having faced the mighty pokemon called Sinnoh but now they face an even greater challenge.".

"Once they reached their desired location Akari reached into her bag and pulled out a odd flute and so did Satoshi both purple color with exception being the tip being red multiple holes covered the two they were the azure flutes the two brought the flutes to their lip's and played a song together. It's said that the song's melody could be heard all across hisui and the beauty of the song brought tears to Pokemon and humans alike and when the final note was sounded a white light appeared in front of the two and consumed them. When the two visions return they see they are no longer in the temple but a battlefield and standing across from them staring them down was one who brought them here both to the battlefield and the temple itself, the creator, the original pokemon that had created all others Arceus." the woman told her.

"The two watched in awe at the sudden appearance of this pokemon, but Arceus then let out a roar of rage, it was like the entire world was shaking in fear at the power of Arceus and they must face that power now as both pulled out one of their pokeballs." The woman described

"And with that the legendary battle had began, with Satoshi calling upon his Typhoshion and Akari her Mamoswine, Satoshi had called for a Fire Blast, Typhlosion roared and released a blast of fire that took the form of a fire Kanji however Arceus's golden rings had changed to red and the fire attack was then absorbed, although shocked Akari called for a Ice Beam with a powerful cry and fired a power ice blue beam at the origin pokemon but just like with Typhlosion fire blast arceus golden rings reacted changing to light blue this time as the attack is absorbed like the last one." the woman said as the little girl shaked under the covers scared for Satoshi and Akari.

And a few minutes later the woman had reached the climax of the story. "The battle had cost them most of their pokemon, all the two had left were the very pokemon they had been with each from the start the two and trust the most was powerful as they made their last stand against Arceus," the woman read, the little girl held the pokemon egg a little tighter, she became nervous hearing the heroes were being overpowered.

"But as all seemed lost, Satoshi and Akari's bonds with their pokemon and each other had given them the strength they needed, and Akari called upon her Piplup to use it's bubblebeam ro attack and just like before, Arceus's rings had turned to blue and it began to absorb the attack again however it was the opening Satoasi was looking for and he called out to his partner Pikachu to use the some bubbles to get up to Arceus, seeing there chance Satoshi called for his partner's most powerful move, Volt Tackle Pikachu began to descend at a fast rate as it was enveloped in a electric vail, before Arceus could react it was smashed in the side hard by a power pulse of electricity, as the dust settled Pikachu had emerged heavily damaged but Arceus had not gotten up, and with that the two trainers and their partners had saved the land of Hisui and beyond,"

"Yeah," the girl cheered.

"However…" she said in a grim voice, which made the little girl stop cheering. "Their celebration was cut short as the ancient pokemon had risen to its feet, the two heroes and their partner's prepared to continue the battle, but they were cut off by an unfamiliar voice that came out of nowhere "be at ease the battle is over you have won." saliva mother said in the most booming voice she could make.

This confused Satoshi and Akari before they turned to the ancient pokemon, both thinking that a pokemon couldn't speak however the pokemon had spoken again, introducing itself as Arceus. The two heroes were confused, Arceus began to tell them about how it's rage was ignited "a human had desturbed the balance of not just Hisui by trying to control me and the other pokemon cause of his greed and selfishness I figured all humans were the same, but battling you two, I can see that you all truly care for each other and your pokemon, for that I leave the world in your hands along with many others like you," And without another word Arceus then left the heroes leaving the world up to them and their pokemon to keep the world peaceful for all humans and pokemon, the end." she finished before closing the book.

"That was my favorite part," the girl smiled. "Can you read it again mom?"

The girl's mother could only chuckle. "Salvia, I've already read it twice,"

"I can't help it mom," Saliva smirked. "It's my favorite story about our ancestor and her friend, I want to be as strong as Akari,"

Salvia was the Princess of her country Shirogane, her family was involved in the colonization of Hisui which would be named Sinnoh as it was known in modern day, her ancestor was known as Akari who was the youngest of her family was left behind for her family had a important mission they need to accomplish so she was left in the care of the pearl tribe, which her ancestors played a part in creating, before they left telling her they would return for her. Over time as she stayed with the tribe and learned about the wilderness and the pokemon that lived there along with the tribes deity called Sinnoh who they believed represented space, hence why the pearl tribe valued expanding their territory, while she stayed she met a young man called Satoshi who belong to another tribe in Hisui the Diamond tribe, who also worshiped Sinnoh as well however they believed that Sinnoh represented time hench why they spend most of their time on working with some kind strange techniques or in modern terms Aura perfect this style both tribes were at odds with each other, Satoshi was kind and brave and had saved Akari from danger despite her being a pearl tribe member however at first Akari didn't trust Satoshi based on what her tribe told her, but eventually they became friends and eventually fell in love however they knew that with their tribes at war with each other they could not be together. But then came the incident involving Arceus along with three others that forced the two to brave the dangers of Hisui and in the end like the story they had succeeded in quelling all four pokemon bringing peace to the region and the world along with ending the conflict between the tribes, thus earning them the two the title of heroes of legend.

"One day you will," Saliva's mom smiled before she leaned over and kissed Saliva on the head. "Right now little heroes and princesses should be asleep," she then tucked Saliva in bed before she turned off the lamp. "Good night Saliva,"

Saliva yawned before replying. "Goodnight mommy," and with that her mom left the room, the sleepy princess turned to her pokemon egg and kissed it. "Good night pokemon egg, I can't wait to see you hatch," she said before she began to drift off to sleep.

A few minutes later, a faint glow enveloped the young blunette's face. Her eyes slowly opened and noticed her pokemon egg had begun to glow faintly. Saliva quickly sat up and held her egg close to her face.

"Oh, it's hatching!" Salvia smiled, she couldn't wait to see what it would be as she set the egg down on her bed.

The egg glowed brighter until the shell cracked, and a small head emerged from the shell followed by stubby arms and feet. The newly hatched pokemon yawned before looking at Saliva and couldn't help but smile giddily.

The pokemon smiled and let out a happy cry. "Togepi!"

"Oh, you are so cute!" Saliva voiced happily, rubbing the newly hatched pokemon against her check making Togepi giggle happily. "I got to tell mom and dad you hatched,"

Saliva got out of bed and grabbed her newly hatched Togepi, and left her room. She swiftly ran through the halls to her parents' room, but she stopped hearing shouting from a cracked door, it was a large wooden door with her family's symbol carved into it. She peaked through the crack and saw her parents along with the council arguing over something.

'What's going on?' Salvia thought to herself, as she held Togepi close as she listened in.

"Our scouts have searched all over Sinnoh and still have found no sight of the boy," one of the council members said.

"We need to find him, the reincarnation of Satoshi," another member said.

Saliva was surprised to hear Satoshi's name, and something about reincarnation. The young girl could only continue to listen in on the adults conversation.

"Even if we find him, how do we know he'll be as young as Salvia? He could be a teenager for all we know," a councilwoman argued who had long red hair tied into a bun, her Stern eye's in color green wearing a simple blue robe.

"Or what if he hasn't been born yet and we are wasting our time searching when we should be doing what needed to be done years ago!" Councilwoman quickly followed up, clearly angry slamming her fist down nearly causing Saliva to yelp.

Salvia's father, who was well dressed and wearing a royal blue suit, with matching pants and black dress shoes he had short black hair and dark blue eyes, wasn't affected by the slam and held up his hand quelling their argument. "We can wait no longer,"

"Are you sure?" Saliva's mom asked. "What if we wait one more year and expand the search to other regions? He could be in one of them, didn't you find papers saying that some members left by ship?" Asking the council man clearly not happy about what's happening around her.

"Will you stop coddling that girl" shouted the council woman, clearly very angry and irritated. " you will get us all killed if you don't stop coddling the reincarnation of Akari!"

"Her name is saliva!" the queen shouted in anger. "She isn't Akari, and she certainly isn't a tool for the prophecy and you're thinking about forcing her to start training so soon, she's only 9!"

"If we keep waiting then she will be killed because she wasn't prepared, which will be the end of everything. Do you want that to happen Queen Alita!?" the councilwoman countered etting in face of Alita

"Enough!" Saliva's father said moving the concill woman away Alita. "I will not tolerate you talking to Alita like that, and one more like that and you'll be imprisoned!" he warned her.

Salvia flinched, she had never heard her father threaten someone before and it kinda scared her, including her Togepi which she gently rocked to calm it down.

"But King Arondight, we must be prepared with the boy not found, we must begin the training regardless," the councilman said, who had tanned skin, brown hair and eyes were softer then councilwoman with blue eyes and was wearing the same robes as the woman but his were more red ."we have no idea how much time we still have left for all we know it could only be a year we have to make use of every second we got left wisely." Trying to reason with king and queen

King Arondight sighed before speaking. "I regret to say, we must have Salvia undergo the training,"

Queen Alita looked at her husband in disbelief. "You are joking right? Please tell me aren't going to force Salvia to train,"

King Arondight looked at her and gently caressed her cheek. "I don't want this anymore then you do, I want our Salvia to grow up without this prophecy, however this is unavoidable" he said with a heavy heart, Alita could only sniffle and reluctantly turned away from him.

"Starting tomorrow, Princess Saliva will be undergoing her training. Is everything ready on your end?" The king asked as the queen looks away

"Of course we've been ready for over a year." The council woman said though clearly she want say more but the king warning makes her bite her tongue as councilman picks up where she left off " We got best their are in our entire country and out that money could buy ranging from scholars, combat trainer's, medical experts, and of course pokemon tutor's."

"And our best scientists are almost finished with 'them'," another councilman added. "Just got to get the last unique feature down. It proves a challenge to say the least but it will be well worth it and the two will be one of a kind pair and no one will ever be able to replicate them, not even us."

"Then we are ready to begin, tomorrow Salvia will be infoma and will immediately begin training," King Arondight announced. "Along with the beginning search of other regions, we confirmed that the clan's members went to use whatever resources we have available to find him."

"Yes, your majesty," everyone said.

Saliva had heard enough she ran back to the room as fast as her little legs would carry her tightly hugging the egg pokemon against herself, she didn't understand all of it, but sounded like she was going to be forced to do something she didn't want to do, unknown to her this was only the beginning.

In a classroom a young woman with short purple hair and light green eyes was writing on a chalkboard. She wore a long science coat, over a purple buttoned vest and long coned skirt with black high heels.

"Next is the legendary pokemon, Suicune, a pokemon said to have the ability to clean water along with it, representing two important qualities. Can you tell me what those are?" she asked, she didn't hear a response. The young woman turned to see the Princess was looking out the window daydreaming.

Salvia had just turned 14, she had on a royal blue dress and whiter elbow length gloves, and white mid heel slippers. Not long after the night she had heard her parents and council's final decision, she was forced into training along with her newly hatched Togepi. The council had gathered some of the best tutors, savivlists, medical experts for both humans and pokemon alike and many others she had an education most could only dream of. But it all came at the cost of her freedom for the last 5 years of her life, at first she was ok with it but overtime she had barely had time to play or enjoy anything and she feels like she loses more of her freedom every year that goes by. But it wasn't all bad at least she had her togekiss which she raised from a small baby Togepi (though she had to fight keep her being one very few arguments she had won and just barely) into a powerful fairy type pokemon, along with her assigned maid and only true friend Freesia but despite all that she just felt so… trapped.

"Miss Saliva," she said politely, but the Princess didn't hear her. "Princess Saliva, pay attention!" she said with a firm voice, making Saliva jump a bit from her pokemon tutors elevated voice. "Now that I got your attention, the question was if you knew what Suicune represents?"

"Umm, Suicune is both the embodiment of the north winds and compassion of pure spring waters. It also has the power to walk across water and purify dirty water with one touch, and is said to be the closest of the Legendary beasts to the legendary pokemon Ho-Oh," Salvia answered.

The tutor stares at saliva for a second before clearing her throat "Very good, now we will go over the other two legendary pokemon like Suicune," the female tutor said.

Salvia sighed, and prepared for another all day session. After finishing her pokemon studies, her next "class" she made her way to her room, along the way she ran into her maid and trusted friend Freesia. " Hello lady Saliva, I have your clothes for your next class." In her arms is a bundle of clothes she is very familiar with "how was your previous class with Ms Julia?" two chatting as they walk to saliva's room.

"It was… educational as always," Saliva answered, putting on her best smile. As they reach her room, she opens the door for Freesia.

"I'm happy to hear that," Freesia said as she walked into the room, but she knew that Salvia was not being truthful. "Here are your survival clothes Lady Saliva," She said, placing the garments on her bed. "Is there anything else you need?"

"No, that will be all, thank you," Salvia politely answered.

Freesia bowed before she left the room, Saliva look at the clothes it was an outfit that the councilwoman Karen had made, the same woman who had argued with her mother the night she had eavesdropped on their meeting who she official met that following morning and was one of handle full people who controlled her life other's being her parents, and Gabriel the councilman who decides everything from what she wore to what she ate even when she slept honestly if Karen could control her more bodily actions she wouldn't put past her to make a schedule for them.

Salvia sighed she had almost no control in her life and she had hated it, as always she pushed it to the side, and decided to get dressed. A few minute she was now wearing a short dark blue (similar to her color) variation of a kimono with the selves having a slight puff to them and a being lighter blue along with bottom of kimono and near eri (collar) a black obi along with brown wool belt with pouch connected to it, black leg stockings with light blue socks that came with wool made shoes treated in such way make much more durable a red scarf and finally a white cloth made to help keep her hair in place and out way. making it incredibly similar to what Akari had worn in her portraits.

Salvia although she hated her training she didn't hate the suit at all, it was almost like she was Akari herself when she looked into the mirror. She had been wearing it ever since her training had begun and as the years had gone by it had basically become one of her favorite outfits to wear.

'Alright, time to go to training,' Saliva thought with slight reluctance, as she left her room to meet her survival tutor.

Saliva sigh's using a towel to wipe her forehead as she speed walk back to her room having just finished her training this time she was task with avoid her teacher pokemon and prevent them capturing her for last 2 hours straight and said pokemon included a houndoom, arbok, machamp and a ursaring who at least were told not use any their moves to against her cause that be next week lesson.

So to say she was relieved that it's time for her 1 hour of free time is a understatement of course Karen left suggestions on what she should use time for (review of previous and upcoming lessons) but thankfully she couldn't force what she did in this hour and she excited to see togekiss they could watch some contests, practice moves they wanted to or just simply relax it's their choice and all she had do was get changed and then they could decide.

'Oh sweet heaven, I finally got a chance to rest,' Salvia smirked, she was going to enjoy her hour break and nothing was going to stop her.

"Good afternoon lady Salvia," a young man's voice called out, which somehow sounded degrading despite how polite words might sound.

Salvia internally sighed, before turning to see the source of the voice, was a young man around her age about 2 years older. He had short dark brown hair with dark green eyes, he wore a black two tailed coat with a white dress shirt underneath along with black dress pants and white dress shoes.

"Good afternoon to you as well, Vrain," Salvia replied, trying not to sound annoyed.

Another thing she had to deal with besides her studying and training was having to deal with potential suitors, as a princess she knew her parents and the council members would arrange her to meet princes from other regions in hopes of her getting married. But it was just another thing they had taken away from her the choice to marry who she wanted to, Salvia wanted to marry for love and not political means and Vrain Slade was one of the worst of the suitors. He was a prince of the kingdom of Argentum, a country located near the region of Kalos, which his family had powerful connections to, and from what she could tell his parents sought their union because of her family's connections and ties to Sinnoh and few other regions though if they were anything like their son she wouldn't be surprised if they had more devious reasons that she doesn't know of.

For him she could tell that he wanted herself for her looks and nothing more which made her reject him however he refused to take no for an answer. And she didn't have to guess why he was here at the moment. Her parents had not met him officially since they put themselves into their work, her mom focusing on finding Satoshi since her training started and her father keeping the peace between the council members and his wife on top of keeping the kingdom running.

"I was hoping you would like to take a walk with me through the palace garden?" Vrain asked.

"Thanks for the offer Vrain, but I have just got done with a session and I only have an hour of relaxation before I have to attend the next once, and I was hoping to spend it with my Togekiss," Salvia trying to be as polite as possible without giving off a hit of disgust in her voice.

"Oh so does that mean you need to change? I wouldn't mind helping you out with that dirty clothes and I know many ways that can relieve stress that we can do in an hour" he purrs, completely ignoring what she said that he didn't want to hear and already testing her patients.

Salvia glared at him and turned her head. "No thanks, I am old enough to change my own clothes, and I have other means to relieve my stress thank you very much Vrain," She told him as she tried to walk past him but Vrain grabbed her arm stopping her.

"You don't have to play hard to get, I'm trying to be helpful to my future wife," Vrain said in a calm yet forceful voice.

What's a good weight estimate? Nothing too big or too small 120? You know I don't think it matters

Saliva snatched her arm away from him with ease. Thanks to her physical training she had since she was 9 , Salvia was strong enough to lift a good amount of weight 120-140 at best, while the heaviest thing Vrain has ever lifted was his pokeballs. "I am not your future wife, and I am no trophy for you to touch or observe, so please leave me alone or I'll personally escort you out of the castle," she was normally calm and polite, but when it came to Vrain he brought out her more angry then she liked.

Vrain thought she bluffing and he got up to her face and said in quite voice "Look just make this easier for both us we will be together it's a fact the sooner you accept that the more fun it will be for both us and I will being taking your hand and we will be going to your room to relax together!" As he reaches for her arm again but this time saliva counter's and grabs his arm, twists it and forces it behind his back and no matter how much he struggled, he was unable to even move an inch from his current position showing Salvia one in control right now.

"You have no control over me, and I will not be going back to my room with you!" Salvia growled before she shoved Vrain to the ground. "And if you try to grab me again, I'll personally break your arms,"

She then turned her back to him and began to walk away, Vrain had gotten back to his feet and glared at Salvia, he was stunned that a frail looking princess was able to not only force his arm behind his back, but also shove him to the ground his pride was bruised along with her daring to reject his advances on her, No one dares reject him and he would not take this sitting down..

"If you don't want to spend time with me willingly? How about we settle it in another way?" Vrain suggested with a devilish smirk. "I challenge you to a pokemon battle,"

Salvia stopped, she turned around and glared at him, as he continued to talk. "If I win you have no choice but to has fun with me in your bedroom and you will marry me,"

Saliva just frowned, he dare challage her to a battle with stakes like him having fun with her and she would agree to marry him, "You can't be serious? For what reason would I agree to such one sided deal?" Forgoing any form of politeness at this point no longer caring with him.

"And if you win I'll leave the castle and never bother you again," Vrain smirked, unknown to Salvia, Vrain crossed his fingers behind his back.

Salvia looks at a nearby clock and see's she all already lost 10 minutes of her hour break and aftering thinking for a second debating using what she knows sigh's "Fine meet me out in the courtyard I will be out in a minute." As Saliva leaves to go get Togekiss, Vrain smiles while this wasn't how he planned to get her, but he had prepared some pokemon for this possibility soon she would know her place under him.

Salvia then arrived at the courtyard, it was a large area capable of holding very large parties for people and pokemon alike, it had a flower field with many kinds of flora growing nearby with tons of pokemon roaming around freely and a huge lake. Saliva had changed out of her training outfit and was now wearing a light blue dress and white elbow length gloves and low heel slippers along and on her head was a white tiara that was embedded with a few jewels. With Salvia was Feesia who would be acting referee for the battle, on the end of the courtyard was Vrain who looked smug and overconfident as far as Salvia could see.

"This will be a one on one battle with the victor being decided by knockout. Do both parties agree?" Freesia says before first looking at her lady "I agree," Saliva says calmly before Fressia then looks at Vrain. "Of course beautiful, and maybe afterwards if you like to join us in my wife's room you're more than welcome." Vrain says much annoyance and frustration of both Saliva and Freesia.

"That won't happen, cause when I win you will be out of my castle," Salvia remarked, turning to Freesia and nodded.

Freesia nodded back and began to explain the rules. "The match between Princess Saliva and Prince Vrain will now begin, the battle will end when either side's pokemon is unable to battle, and with that let the match begin!"

"Togekiss, Time to Shine!" Saliva shouted as she threw the pokeball.

In a flash of white light, Togekiss appeared with a smile on her face. "Kiss!" she called out.

Vrain pulls out an Ultra Ball. "This will be easy, my soon to be wife!" As it releases a goodra who looks around little before getting a bored look on its face "goooooodra." The goodra said, releasing a yawn before looking at something on the left of the battlefield.

"Now goodra uses dragon rush!" Vrain orders and Goodra completely ignores what he said and walks away to the nearby flowers, lays down and starts sleeping.

Saliva, freesia and togekiss just stare at him with blank looks and he tries to salvage both his pride and battle "Goodra returns to battle. Goodra get over here now! You stupid slug come back here now!" As he goes from trying to get goodra to return to battle to insulting the pokemon.

Saliva can easily see what happening Vrain must have paid someone to either give him their Goodra or raise it for him she wouldn't be surprised if first time two saw each other and given he really doesn't battle or have any experience raising pokemon the goodra see's no reason to listen to him and decide to go nap.

"Prince Vrain, if Goodra doesn't return to battle you will automatically forfeit the match," Freesia informed as she pulled out a stopwatch and started it. "You have two minutes."

Vrain grits his teeth as he runs over and starts pushing and kicking Goodra, yelling as loud as he can but Goodra keeps sleeping unaffected by his actions "one minute prince Vrain." Freesia states as Saliva sighs in relief clearly goodra isn't coming back to battle even if vrain had hour he still wouldn't get goodra listen and willingly come back to battle that when she hears "Gooodraaa!" She looks back to Goodra seeing it standing back up with an aura that she was familiar with (not literally seeing it) one of angry as Goodra stood back up, Vrain then smiled thinking that Goodra was finally up and ready to fight. "Good now get back over their and use" he didn't get chance finish and Goodra slams him with its tail knocking him away "What are doing you stupid sl-." Again he didn't get to finish what he is going to say because he sees Goodra gather energy in its mouth forming a green ball of compressed energy before firing it at vrain (dragon pulse) who just dodge's it before Goodra starts firing off dragon pulses in rapid succession in pure anger.

"Stop it Goodra, I am your master and I order you to stop attacking me!" Vrain ordered.

However Goodra didn't listen as it fired more dragon pulses at the Prince who desperately kept evading the attacks, as the Dragon pokemon began to chase him around. Saliva just looked at the scene and found it both amusing and annoying at the same time, but it also made her worry for the surrounding area, but more for all the people and pokemon that could get hurt.

That when she sees one stray dragon pulses head straight for freesia and acting quickly she jumps and pushes Freesia to ground with them avoiding the attack she then sees more dragon pulses damaging the courtyard, destroying the nearby flower beds and the wild pokemon desperately trying to avoid being hit even few coming close to hitting her home.

"This needs to stop, or else my home and most of all the people and pokemon will get badly hurt," Saliva said as she helped Freesia to her feet. "Togekiss! We need to stop Goodra now!"

"Toge kiss kiss," Togekiss nodded as she flew toward Goodra who was still chasing Vrian flies in between two and togekiss fires offs aura sphere at its feet to draw it's attention letting Vrian finally get away and catch his breath saliva then turns her attention to vrain while togekiss keeps the goodra attention on her.

"Now while it's distracted, return the Goodra back to its pokeball!" As Saliva turns her attention back to Goodra who has started firing dragon pluses at Togekiss who is flying up in air to both avoid them and hopefully prevent them from hitting anyone else.

"I don't need to return Goodra, it just needs to be taught its place," Vrain remarked. "Goodra, I am your master! And I order you to obey me at once."

In response Goodra fires a orange ball of energy up in to the the sky that as it reaches as high as it could go explodes and start rain multiple small balls of energy down upon them like meteors

"That's a Draco Meteor!" Saliva exclaimed. " togekiss try to destroy as many of them as you can." "kiss kiss" togekiss responds as she fires off rapid fire aura spheres trying her best to meet train request saliva turn to Vrain "Return Goodra now before someone gets injured or worse killed" she says and if he refuses again she just take the PokeBall and do it herself " I can't I lost it's ball while it was chasing me." He says, raising his arms above his head.

Saliva just shook her head, realizing there was only one way to stop Goodra. "No choice, Togekiss, use Fairy Wind!"

"Kiss!" Togekiss called out, as it flapped its wings generating a gust of pink wind.

The pink winds began to push back Goodra and since it was a fairy type move it was very effective on the Dragon type. But the goodra simply powered through despite the damage and fires off another dragon pulse at Togekiss which does land and thankfully doesn't appear to do much damage.

Saliva during battle couldn't help but question why sudden change in Goodra's actions, before it just wanted to sleep but now it flies into a berserker rage why? Pokemon don't just suddenly change unless their cause she guesses it has to do with Vrain since it targeted him first but what did he do to enrage it so much? When Goodra turns it back to them and she sees "it" is a fairly large rock embedded in the Goodra's that asshole must've stabbed it with that rock to "Get it to listen to him" at least she knew what problem was now how to fix it?

Saliva thinks for a moment then knows what she needs to do "Togekiss keep Goodra back to us ok." Togekiss nods and fires another fairy wind to keep Goodra in place. Saliva then bends over and makes a rip in the bottom of her dress freeing her legs up some and taking off her heels she is gonna need mobility and stability for what she is about to do. Then she breaks into a full sprint heading straight for Goodra.

"My lady!" Freesia shouted fear at what her princess was doing.

As Salvia ran towards the enraged Goodra, who noticed her turned around and fired a few Dragon pulses at her. Thanks to her training she was able to avoid the attacks, the Goodra then swung it's tail at Saliva who leaped over it and landed on the ground next to it and saw her opening while it was just finishing swing it tail she jumped and landed on it back grab on as tight as she can given it was covered in slime but she just needed to hold on for only few moments to grab the rock and pull it out.

However Goodra's frantic movements made it even harder for her to get a firm grip on the rock.

"It's ok, you won't be in pain any longer," Saliva had told Goodra, as she got a firm enough grip and with one mighty tug she had pulled out the rock, and just like that Goodra had stopped thrashing around, its body relaxed and dropped to its knees.

Salvia hopped off Goodra before she began to gently rub the Dragon pokemon's snout. "That's right, no more pain right?" Saliva said in a gentle voice.

Goodra nodded. Before it licked Salvia's face which made the princess giggle at the affection Goodra was giving her.

"Aren't you a sweetheart?" Saliva smiled.

"Damn, dragon pokemon it's your fault this happened, you ruined my chance to win," Vrain shouted at Goodra.

Saliva glared at Vrain. "Goodra isn't to blame here, it's you! When you attacked him you lodged a large rock into his neck, which made him go berserk and in the process. and look at what you did to the field and courtyard and you almost damaged my home as well!"

Grit his teeth reached into his pocket and pulled an ultra and used it to return the Goodra into it! "You said you lost his pokemon ball!" Getting extremely angry questioning why on earth he didn't use it?

Vrain frowned in anger. "I refused to surrender because that stupid slug couldn't handle a little rock in it's neck." Saliva one eye twitches at sheer stupidity she is hearing from him.

"Let me get this straight, you challenged me to battle with a pokemon that clearly didn't listen to you? And wedged a rock into his neck when you weren't getting your way, and then when he went berserk outright and lied to us about losing his pokeball so you didn't have to surrender when clearly the battle ended when Goodra went berserk because of your actions?!"

"I'm still in this battle, I just need to find another pokemon," Vrain remarked, not willing to give into the rules because his pokemon couldn't follow orders.

"No. with what has happened you automatically forfeit the match, and as per you and Lady Salvia's agreement you will be removed from the castle," Freesia said.

"I refuse to leave! I will have you as my bride," Vrain said stubbornly.

Saliva closed her eyes and shook her head. For she knew he wouldn't have keeped his promise."I knew you would do this, so while I was preparing for the battle, I had Freesia alert the guards to escort you off the premise,"

Suddenly a group of guards walked onto the courtyard all, wearing heavy suits of armor. The leader walked up to the Vrain and grabbed his arms. "By order of Lady Salvia I am to escort you off the property."

"You can't do this to me!" Vrain shouted as he struggled against the guards' holds, as they began to drag him away. "I'll be back, Saliva I will have you as my queen I swear it!"

Seeing that Vrain was out of sight, Saliva sighed happily that it was over. She then looked around and saw all the damage to her lovely home, it was damaged, and many of the pokemon were still shaken by what happened. "Freesia, I want you to get a pokemon doctor out here to check up on the pokemon incase they got hurt,"

"As you wish, Lady Salvia," Freesia bowed.

"Also what time is it?" Salvia asked.

"It's five minutes till 4 my lady." She said in a quiet voice knowing why and feeling sorrow for her lady.

Saliva just groaned, she had wasted her entire break time dealing with Vrain. "Oh darn it, why me? I have a rare hour break and Vrain messes everything up!" The Princess was sad that one hour of relaxing was wasted. she was looking forward to relaxing with her Togekiss and watch some contests on her tv, but no she had to have accepted a battle and spend most of her time trying to calm down the dumb prince's Goodra that didn't even like him. That and she had to make sure the pokemon weren't hurt and prevent minimum damage to the courtyard.

She sat down on the grass putting her head against her knees. She just can't take it anymore, the constant classes or training, practically never seeing parents anymore, the pressure Karen keeps putting on her, the fact she is reminded every freaking day that the fate of the world lies on her and she can't fail that she needs to be Akari not Saliva it's just too much.

Togekiss flew next to Saliva, a sad look on its face as she rubbed against her with affection. "Kiss, Togekiss,"

Saliva turned to Togekiss and gently rubbed her head. "Thanks, I know I'll always have you at my side, Togekiss," Salvia said, before turning to Freesia. "And you as well Freesia, you and Togekiss are my only friends in the whole world,"

Freesia sat down next to her lady and smirked. "And I consider you a friend too, Lady Saliva," she had known Saliva for a long time, and she considered the young princess as the little sister she never had, and like any older sister all she wanted was Saliva's happiness.

"My lady, if you would hear me out? I think I know what you should do though I'm sure you will like it." Freesia having a very serious look on her face one saliva hasn't ever seen before today.

"What is it Freesia? I trust your opinion." Freesia takes a deep breath and says. "My lady, I think you should run away."

Saliva woke up in a dark blue tent she then yawned, before rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. The princess was now in a forest in Sinnoh famously known as Bewilder forest known for its Stantlers who use their horns to confuse unsuspecting people and pokemon leaving them lost in forest for days, weeks even months unable to escape their illusions.

Luckily her training covered pokemon like them that can mess with one's senses or perception of reality plus Togekiss' safeguard protected her from the effects making traversing the forest was not too bad for her.

'I should be get ready,' Salvia thought, she slipped out of her night shirt revealing her slender body, she wore a matching dark blue bra and panties and then began to change into her regular clothes, after a few minutes she exited out of the tent wearing a cut blue jeans, black sneakers, white blouse with red squares on cut collar, a straw hat with most of her hair flowing behind her with two strand on either side of her head with two gold clips holding them in place and a white duffle bag with pink circles on the ends.

Salvia smirked, she liked the outfit very much. It was stylish and made it easier for her to maneuver. She looked around and saw no Stantler, she took out her pokeball and called out Togekiss.

In a flash of white light, the fairy pokemon called out with excitement. "Togekiss, Toge,"

"Togekiss, would you please keep watch for the Stantler for me, while I put my tent away?" Saliva asked her partner. Who nods then uses safeguard on herself with shimmer appearing around her which will protect her from the wild Stantlar's illusions.

Saliva smirked, and began to take her tent down and neatly folded it up. And then put it inside her bag. "Alright, Togekiss we're all set to go, we should be out of the forest by afternoon," she then pulled out a medium size rectangular gadget, that was dark blue with some red markings, a small gap near the end to act as a handle to grab and hold it, a end eye in the center with symbols for fire, water and grass right above it with white lines that had slightly pulse to it is seen on back specially the handle.

This was the Poke Slate, the most advanced portable gadget that her country had produced, a combination of the best scientific and engineering minds her country had gathered, far more advanced than any pokedex to date. It was one of a pair, the second one being meant for Satoshi's reincarnation and was red in color. Salvia hadn't truly figured out how it work for most of the settings were locked and she had no idea how to unlock them, the features that were available to her at the moment was the standard Sinnoh pokedex along with a map of the Sinnoh region, all other regions and the national pokedex were also locked.

Saliva activated the slate and a map of the area was shown to her. "Alright, if we keep heading north we should be out of the forest in no time," she said looking at the map, before she placed the Poke Slate on the side of shorts, she and Togekiss began to make their way through the forest.

After about 30 minutes, and occasionally running into a few Stantlers but they had no problem thanks to Togekiss's safeguard, looked at the slate when she heard something, like a person's voice.

"You hear that Togekiss?" Saliva asked her partner.

"Kiss," Togekiss nodded.

She and Togekiss made their way towards the sound, as they peaked out of a push she saw a boy her age and a Turtwing on the ground attempting to swim? Surrounded by a group of wild Stantlers and she noticed their horns were glowing. Well that explains why they're trying to swim away.

"We gotta help them, get their attention, Togekiss," Salvia told her partner.

"Kiss, Toge." Togekiss nodded before flying at the herd of stantlers.

"Use Fairy Wind to prevent them from using their hypnosis!" Saliva shouted.

Togekiss began to flap its wings and created a gust of pink wind which ascuried the horned pokemons vision while canceling out the hypnosis. And the herd ran away out of fear, with the Stantler gone, the boy opened his eyes and saw Saliva who looked at him like she had seen a ghost.

"Dawn?" the boy uttered which surprised Saliva as he got to his feet. "How did you get down here so fast? And did you change your clothes or something? And where did you get that pokemon? he asked, confused.

Salvia didn't answer, all she did was look at the boy, for he greatly resembled Satoshi in the portrait. But he was just wearing modern clothes he had a black vest on that had yellow line going across his chest with collar being light blue and what line on the very bottom and a white shirt underneath it with the sleeves coming out the side, he had on blue jeans, his shoes were red on front and black on the upper and sides finally on his head was a hat that was red on sides and brim, black in middle with a half a pokeball on it that was blue but his face and his black spikey hair part which was covered by his hat he looked identical to Satoshi. Was he the reincarnation of Satoshi, the one her family has been looking for? And he called her Dawn, who could be? a traveling companion? sister or girlfriend? but Salvia pushed that all aside and spoke.

"I'm sorry, but I am not the one you call Dawn, my name is Dusk it's nice to meet you," Salvia answered using the same name Freesia chose for her before she had run away. "I must says You and your Turtwig were enjoying your dirt bath though," she chuckled

"Ahh, yeah," The boy said, while sheepishly rubbing the back of his head. "My name is Ash, Ash Ketchum and this is Turtwing,"

"Turtwig" grass type said happily to her.

Salvia smirked and bent down to Turtwing. "Aren't you a cute little guy," she said while gently petting Turtwing's head which the grass pokemon enjoyed.

"What is this pokemon?" Ash asked, taking out his standard red pokedex and scanned Togekiss.

"Togekiss, the Jubilee Pokémon and the evolved form of Togetic. It is said that Togekiss never appears where there is conflict." Ash's pokedex informed.

Before Salvia/Dusk could speak again, a Wild Stantler walked up to them. Before Ash and Saliva could react a burst of flames hit the stantler pushing it back.

"Huh?" both uttered, and they turned to see the source of the flames was a chimchar and with it was was boy around their age, he was wearing jacket over a light blue shirt the jacket it self had two a blue on main body and ends of the sleeves the other a navy blue on the main sleeves and at bottom of the jacket with two pockets one each side, then his pants being gray standard pants, his sneakers have light blue on top navy near bottom, his being a shade of purple but what caught her attention most was the look on his face the harsh glare he had reminded her of Karen.

"It's Paul." Ash said.

"Paul?" Salvia/Dusk questioned.

"Chimchar, use Flame Wheel!" Paul called out.

Chimchar gathered up fire in its mouth then it began to spin engulfing its body in a fiery wheel, before charging at the Stantler, which the deer pokemon screamed in pain, as it was then engulfed in flames.

Paul then took out a pokeball. "Pokeball, go get it!" Paull shouted as he tossed it at the enflamed Stantler, and with a flash of red light it was caught in the pokeball. As it hit the ground it wobbled 3 times before it chimed indicating that it had been captured.

"He caught the Stantler," Salvia/Dusk stated, unsure how to feel about it normally she be happy thinking of the bond they could form something she hoped she could do with other pokemon (all ready having a strong bond with togekiss) herself but that stare just left her on edge.

Paul picked up the pokeball and scanned it with his pokedex, however he frowned showing he was disappointed. "Get lost." Paul said and tossed the pokeball up in the air and in a blue light the Stanter was released before it ran off.

"Hey, I thought it wanted to be friends," Ash said, questioning why Paul couldn't have given stantler a chance.

"Friends are just… useless." Paul retort turning his back to them

"I would have to disagree." Saliva/Dusk said."Friends are what can get you out of bed, they can make you feel like you do anything, they can even make you go further than you could ever imagine." Saliva/ dusk said proudly as her Togekiss comes over nuzzles against her as she returns the affection with some pets.

Paul stopped and looked at Salvia/Dusk, and just huffed. "Those the words of a pathetic loser," he said rudely before he continued on his way, while Salvia just glared at his retreating form, Paul had reminded her of some of her suitors most of all Vrain with his attitude and how he treats his pokemon.

"Hey! Get back here you can't just say that to a girl like that!" Ash shouted but Paul was already gone, he then turned to Saliva who he could tell she was agitated. "I'm sorry about what Paul said, and he is completely wrong,"

Salvia/Dusk shook her head. "Thank you, but you don't need to apologize Sir Ash. and I've dealt with similar people in the past." Paul reminded her of many people she knew, most of all Karen and Vrain, pushing the thought aside and she turned to Ash. "So how did you and Paul got lost in the forest Sir Ash,"

Ash was a little confused at being called Sir, then again he's met many well behaved people along his travels so he can only guess that she was raised to be that way.

"It's a habit I picked up as a child. I have love stories of old, especially legends so I often used the term `sir and lady." which was a lie technically Saliva/Dusk thought.

"Well that's ok," Ash smirked. "And to how I got here, me and Paul were in the middle of a battle, however a group known as Team Rocket who tried to steal Pikachu, tried to take my pokemon and then we caught in an explosion that thrown us off a cliff and into a lake and we've been wondering here for a while,"

Saliva/Dusk thought for a second team rocket that sounded familiar "Isn't that group from Kanto? Why are they all the way in sinnoh after your Pikachu?"

"Team Rocket is out to steal pokemon, those three have been chasing me, Pikachu and all my friends ever since my journey began, Kanto, the orange islands, Jouto, Hoenn and now here," Ash answered.

"That sounds horrible Sir Ash," Salvia/Dusk commented, feeling bad for him being chased throughout every region by the same gang because they were after Pikachu.

"Actually, how did you know the team rocket is from kanto?" Most people he meets aren't familiar with team rocket or know who they are less so that they are from kanto.

"Well, My teacher had taught us about dangerous groups outside Sinnoh, wanting us not to get fooled by their tricks. He actually had a saying knowing the threat is half the battle" Again not a lie one her instructions went out their way to teach her about groups like those even highlighting some of their more major actions.

"Wow, you must be well informed about everything, I bet you're one heck of a trainer," Ash said impressed.

Salvia had a slight blush at the comment but composed herself. "Why thank you Sir Ash, but truth be told, I'm am only a beginner myself this is my time journing on my own," it wasn't a complete lie, she had been trained and had gain a lot of experience from all her teacher but this was actually her first time truly being out and about as a trainer not counting training.

"Don't count yourself out, if it weren't for you, me and Turtwing would still be under Stantlers Hypnosis," Ash said genuinely.

Saliva/Dusk smirked, but before she could comment she heard two low rumblings, she looked Ash and Turtwing both chuckled nervously. And she giggled and knew exactly what they were feeling. "You both must be hungry? I have some food that'll hold you two over until we leave the forest," Saliva/Dusk said, as she reached her duffle back and pulled out a sandwich and a can of Pokemon food.

"That's very kind of you, is there anything I can do to repay you?" As Saliva/Dusk hand's half of the sandwich.

"No need, I enjoy helping people," Salvia/Dusk smirked, she then took out two bowls and poured the pokemon food into them. Soon only Togekiss began to eat, while Turtwig didn't. "We should finish quickly, in case more Stantler appear and other pokemon too." Knowing there are pokemon more dangerous than Stantler in this forest.

"Agreed," Ash nodded, and then turned to Turtwig who pushed his food to Togekiss much to fairy confusion "Is there something wrong Turtwig?"

" ," Turtwig said, shaking his head acting as if he didn't want any.

"You should eat up Turtwing, growing pokemon needs to eat good food," Salvia/Dusk said.

Togekiss then pushed the dish back to Turtwing with its wings only for Turtwig to once more push the dish back to Togekiss.

"Togekiss," Togekiss uttered, confused.

"Your Turtwig is one stubborn pokemon," Saliva/Dusk commented.

"Yeah, wait, is that why you didn't want to dodge back in battle with Paul right?" Ash asked, having clicked when Silva/dusk said that.

"Turt." Turtwig closed his eyes and lowered his head confirming Ash's suspicions, but its stomach growled making the grass pokemon blush.

"Ahaha, you can't fool us, we know you are hungry," Saliva/Dusk giggled.

"Toge, Togekiss," Togekiss said, pushing the bowl back to Turtwig, even offering one piece of her own food to try with a smile.

Turtwing looked at the bowl and the piece of Togekisses food, and accepted both of them. He took the piece that Togekiss offered and ate it, which made the fairy type happy before he began to chow down on his own food.

"See, isn't it good turtwig? Thanks again, Dusk." Ash said as two ate their food.

" It's no problem." Saliva/dusk said as she and togekiss ate theirs as well.

"Now listen turtwig we're all friends, you don't have to act as if we are all stranger's. I only ask you to dodge because it was the right thing to do." Turtwig nod understanding his intentions before

"Friend? But we just met and you think of us as friends?" Saliva/Dusk asked, aside from Freesia she had no friends her age since she lived a very sheltered life.

"Well you helped me and Turtwig when we were in trouble with the Stantlers, you're helping us get out of the forest and you shared your food with us so you're ok in my book. " Saliva stared at Ash for a second looking for any signs of deception or alternative motives but all she saw was pure kindness and honesty.

"Why thank you, Sir Ash, I've never had a friend before aside from my friend Freesia back home but you're my very first friend since I've left home," Saliva/Dusk smirked.

Both trainers and pokemon quickly ate, before they began to walk through the forest. When suddenly they heard a rustling in the bushes, suddenly Stantler poked its head out.

"Dusk! Turtwing! Togekiss whatever you do don't look into its eyes!" Ash called, covering his eyes with his hands, and tried to run away.

"Wait! Sir Ash, look out for that..!" Salvia/Dusk called out but it was too late and Ash slammed face first into a tree. "Tree…" Salvia/Dusk finished with anime sweet going down her forehead as Pokemon just looked at what happened.

Suddenly some buzzing came from the tree where Ash had hit and a swarm of Beedrill came flying at them. "Ahh!" Both trainers and pokemon scream before breaking into a spring running as fast as they could, while Wild Stantler just looks at them with anime sweat going down its head.

Meanwhile not far from them Ash's friends Brock and Dawn were looking for him and Turtwig but they haven't had any luck so far.

Brock was wearing a green shirt with a sleeveless jacket with the upper part being brown and pockets with the the lower half being orange, his pants being tan and his shoes being a mix of blue and white with blue laces and inner aspects being blue while the outer parts where White except right down the middle which was white, his hair was brown and spiky with his skin tone being on darker side.

While Dawn had a short dress which had few different colors that made up it black made up most of the color including the straps, with pink cover the bottom and some white were her chest was also she had on pink boots and black knee socks, a red scarf was around her neck, her hair was a midnight blue That hanged mostly on her back with two strands by her face held in place golden color hair clips finally she had a white hat that had half of a pink PokeBall on her head.

"Still no sign of Ash, I hope he's ok," Dawn said starting to get concerned for ash and Turtwig

"I hope so too, but Ash has been in much worse spots before and he's come through in the end," Brock stated.

"Pika, Pi," Pikachu said in agreement,

"Ahh!" A distant pair of screams had gotten their attention and they looked in the direction of screams and they saw Ash and Turtwig along with a girl who looked exactly like Dawn but she had on different clothes and a pokemon they weren't familiar with flying close behind.

"It's Ash," Brock smiled.

"But who's that girl with him, and she looks like me," Dawn said in a confused tone.

But then they saw what was right behind them, an angry swarm of Beedrill in hot pursuit

"Beedrill!" Both Dawn and Brock screamed as they joined Ash and the girl in running away from the angry insect pokemon. Then as the group tries to escape ash runs into what feels like a large furry wall and is knocked onto the ground as what he hit stomps its foot and that alone causes the Beedrills who were chasing them to retreat.

Ash looked up and gasped at the sight of an Ursaring, but it was much bigger than any Ursaring he had seen in the past, he knew that an normal ursaring was around 5.11 some reaching 7 at best, but this Ursaring stood at 10 ft tall and it had bright red eye.

"I've never seen a Usaring that large before." Ash said in fear.

Dawn then brought out her pokedex and began to scan Ursaring, "Ursaring, the Hibernator Pokémon. An excellent tree climber, it snaps trees with its front legs, and eats the fallen fruit." Dawn's pokedex said.

"It's an Alpha Ursaring," Salvia/Dusk said out loud, she had studied about Alpha Pokemon before, they were pokemon much bigger, stronger and more aggressive then normal pokemon and they were rare, only one was born out of 100 pokemon.

The Alpha Ursaring roared in anger, Ash could look up in fear. Turtwing then leaped at Ursaring clamping down on his head making the hibernation pokemon roar in pain flailing its arms around trying to get Turtwing off.

"Turwig stop!" Ash shouted as he attempted to grapple with the Ursaring despite the size difference between them.

"Wait, you shouldn't do that!" Salvia/Dusk shouted in fear.

However Ash was thrown to the ground and Turtwig was knocked into a tree. The Alpha Ursaring turned to Ash and was about to attack, but Turtwig delivered a strong blow to the alpha which seemed to only anger the Ursaring who attempted to swipe at Turtwig who jumped to dodge.

"You are good at dodging afterall," Ash smirked, happy Turtwig dodged the Alpha Urasaring's attacks.

"Togekiss, lend a hand, use Aura Sphere." Togekiss nods and fires an aura sphere at Ursaring which Hits causing an explosion and a dust cloud to conceal him.

"Good Move," Brock said.

"What do you mean?" Dawn asked Brock.

"Ursaring is a normal type pokemon and fighting type moves are super effective against them," Brock explained.

"Really?" Dawn asked.

As the smoke cleared, the Alpha Ursaring was still standing tall, but had taken heavy damage because of the Aura Sphere. It glared at the trainers and pokemon in rage and let a powerful roar that sent a shockwave through the surrounding area almost causing the group to be knocked off their feet and hitting togekiss knocking her back.

"Togekiss!" Saliva/Dusk shouted in concern for her partner.

Ash covered his face from the shockwave, surprised by how strong this ursaring was. "Pikachu use Iron Tail! Turtwig use Razor Leaf!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu shouted, as its tail glowed white before smashing iit's tail against ursaring's head causing it to stagger back. Turtwig followed up with Razor Leaf with it doing several front flips releasing dozens of leaves that hit the Alpha Ursaring hard.

"Nice combaniation you two," Ash complimented, Pikachu and Turtwig

Togekiss had recovered from the shockwave, and was ready to continue. "Drive it back Togekiss, use Extreme Speed!"

Togekiss flew at the Alpha Ursaring, its speed increasing to point as if she disappeared and reappeared slamming into Ursaring; the force from the impact caused the Alpha Ursaring to skid back a few inches; it quickly recovered and attempted to grab her.

Thinking quickly Saliva called out a command. "Use Fairy Wind to put some distance between you and Ursaring!" Salvia/Dusk shouted.

Togekiss quickly flapped its wings creating a gust of pink wind that not only moved her away from the Alpha Ursaring's grasp while also doing slight damage. Ursaring roared and fired a Hyper Beam which caused the group to run away from the blast as it created a large explosion. The group continued to run as fast as they could while the Alpha Ursaring was hot on their trail, and soon they were out of the Bewildered forest.

"We finally got out of that crazy forest!" Dawn shouted.

"But so did Usaring," Ash remarked as he and others tried to desperately keep out of the reach of the Ursaring.

That's when they saw Paul and Chimchar. "Look out!" Paul called out.

"It's Paul!" Ash uttered,

The group then scattered, leaving Ursaring wide open for an attack. "Chimchar, use Flame Wheel!"

Chimchar gathered up fire in its mouth then it began to spin engulfing its body in a fiery wheel, before charging at the Ursaring , which caused the already weakened Hibernation pokemon screamed in pain, as it was then engulfed in flames.

Paul then pulled out an black pokeball with a U on it. "Ultra Ball, Go get it!" Paul threw black and yellow pokeball at alpha.

The Ultra Ball hit the burning Alpha pokemon which absorbed it in a green light. The Ultra Ball hit the ground and began to shake a few times before it chimed.

Paul then goes to pick up the ultra ball as he takes out his Pokedex to scan the Ursaring inside to see if he is worth his time.

"He caught Ursaring," Dawn smirked.

"Yeah, but for how long?" Ash stated. "If Paul doesn't like them he just releases,"

"Yes, he only keeps them if they are strong and have good moves," Salvia/Dusk commented, however she knew Paul wouldn't pass up on an Alpha pokemon, with how strong that Ursaring is she knew he wouldn't give it up.

Paul just smirked. "No bad, I'll keep this one," he said before putting the Ultra Ball away, satisfied with the pokemon inside.

"Hey Paul, what was that pokeball you used?" Ash asked, he had seen different pokeballs before, back when he, Brock and Misty had traveled through Jouto but not one like that.

"Hmph, you must be more pathetic than I thought if you can't recognize an Ultra Ball," Paul scoffed.

"Ultra Ball?" Dawn questioned.

"They're a more powerful version of the PokeBall and even more so than a great ball." Saliva/dusk explained.

"There's a Great Ball too?" Ash uttered in surprise.

"I've heard of them, they are very helpful when catching more difficult pokemon, and there are other pokeballs that have different effects on pokemon that are caught with them," Brock informed.

"Wow, those do sound more useful," Ash said.

Paul just scoffed at Ash. "You're really pathetic just like that weak Turtwig you still have, didn't you learn from our last battle? How weak it is"

Turtwig glared at Paul for the insult, Ash walked forward before he spoke. "You just don't get it Paul, if you work with your pokemon they'll get stronger."

"That's right, you only catch pokemon who are powerful from the start, but if you work hard and nurture them, they can become even stronger." Saliva/Dusk said with Togekiss nodding in agreement, she and Togekiss have been through thick and thin the Runaway princess had fought hard to keep her friend in the past, when the council tried to take Togepi away so she get a (proper pokemon).

"Let's battle once more Paul," Ash said, calling Paul out.

"Forget it, you can't win," Paul said, turning his back to the group.

"What's wrong, are you scared?" Ash taunted Paul.

Paul stopped and turned around. "If you want to be humiliated again, then let's battle,"

Ash and Paul stand across from each other with their respective pokemon standing in front them, turtwig with ash and chimchar for paul

Dawn didn't pay much attention to the battle, she looked at Saliva/Dusk, she looked exactly like her with the exception of their clothes, she could have sworn she had a long lost twin sister.

"Excuse me, well I don't know how to ask this but you look like me, and well…" Dawn said, not sure how to ask without being rude.

"It's ok, Ash mistook me for you when we met, and I'm just as surprised as you," Saliva/Dusk said, understanding Dawn's confusion.

"Ok, my name is Dawn and this is my pokemon Piplup," Dawn introduced herself and her partner.

"Pip piplup." He said with some pride.

"And my name is Brock," Brock introduced himself.

"It's nice to meet you all, my name is Dusk and this is my partner Togekiss," Salvia/Dusk smirked.

"Kiss, Togekiss," Togekiss said happily.

"Dusk? It is almost likelike we are twin sisters," Dawn chuckled, at their names Dawn and Dusk.

"Yeah," Salvia/Dusk chuckled, hard to believe the name Freesia told her to use was the opposite of Dawn's name, it was ironic and fed into the idea they were twin sisters.

At that Time Ash and Paul were ready to begin their battle. "Your move," Paul told Ash sternly.

"Turtwing, use tackle!: Ash called out,

Turtwig rushed at Chimchar with a strong burst of speed.

"Great here we go again." Paul said not impressed. "Chimchar Dodge, then use scratch,"

On command Chimchar jumped into the air out of Turtwings reach, ready to use scratch.

"Turtwig dodge it." Ash called out.

Turttwig did as told and dodged Chimchar's scratch which smashed into the ground.

That made Dawn and Brock gasp in surprise. "Turtwig did it this time,"

"Turtwig didn't dodge before cause it was being stubborn, but it looks like it put that aside," Salvia/Dusk smirked.

"Pika!" Pikachu cheered.

"Togekiss!" Togekiss cheered as well.

"And now use Razor Leaf!" Ash said wanting to push the advantage.

Turtwig began to somersault, firing multiple sharp leaves at Chimchar.

"Use Ember!" Paul quickly called out.

Chimchar quickly countered with its ember attack creating multiple flames, the attacks collide resulting in a small explosion. Saliva/Dusk looked amazed both Ash and Paul were very skilled, she had seen battles like this on her tv when she had her free time, and even with the disadvantage Ash was doing a good job adapting to the situation.

"Turtwig use bite!" Ash called out.

Turtwig lunges forward at Chimchar with its jaws wide open.

"That Turtwig is pretty fast," Brock smirked.

"Sure is," Dawn agreed.

"Amazing," Salvia/Dusk complimented, impressed by the grass type's speed.

However Paul called out to Chimchar. "Chimchar, use Dig!" Paul called out.

"Smart move, having Chimchar use dig to avoid the attack. While also making it harder for Turtwig to dodge since he won't know where the attack is coming from." Salvia/Dusk admitted.

Chimchar quickly dug into the ground avoiding Turtwig's attack, the Grass pokemon then stopped near the hole. "Now use scratch!" Paul called out.

"Turtwig," Turtwig said as he turned his head, unable to tell where Chrimchar was.

"Turtwig can't tell where the attacks are coming from!" Dawk said in worry.

Suddenly Chimchar shot out of the ground with a smile.

"Turn around!" Ash called out.

Turtwig turned to see Chimchar but it was too late as the fire type delivered a powerful scratch to the grass type sending him flying back.

Thick fast Ash called out to Turtwig. "Turtwig, use a bite!"

The grass type quickly recovered, and lunged at Chimchar.

But Paul called. "Use dig" and Chimchar retreated underground.

Turtwing stopped in front of the holes, confused again.

"Chimchar dodged again," Dawn stated.

"Dig is a good move for when you need to escape and counter at the same time, Sir Ash and Turtwig need to stay focused," Saliva/Dusk informed.

"Now use scratch!" Paul called out.

Chimchar pops up out the holes taunting Turtwig with funny faces and waving its butt at the Grass Type pokemon who couldn't keep track of the Fire Type pokemon. Just then Chimchar jumped off the ground and began to attack Turwig with multiple scratch attacks, hurting it before the fire type pokemon retreated back into the ground.

Ash who has had enough called out. "Enough of this! Turtwig aims Razor Leaf at the holes!" turtwig then fired his leaves into one holes chimchar had made which made Chimchar leep out of the ground holding its butt.

(Play Underdog Beyblade G Revolution)

"That's not bad," Paul complimented under his breath, before calling out another command. "Quick Ember!"

Chimchar then fired its ember attack at Turtwig. Ash quickly called. "Turtwig in the hole!"

Turtwing quickly jumps into the hole dodging the Ember.

"Nice, Jumping into the hole was a good idea," Brock smirked.

"Yes, but I have a feeling it might work against Ash and Turtwig," Saliva/Dusk said in a grim tone,

"Alright right," Ash smirked.

However Paul also smirked, leaving Ash confused. "I thought you might do that,"

"Huh?" Ash uttered baffled wondering what Paul was talking about.

"Chimchar aim Ember at that hole," Paul commanded.

Chimchar did as told and fired its ember into the hole, the result was Tutwig blasted out of whole by a jet of fire.

"Just as I thought Paul used what Ash used earlier against him," Salvia/Dusk said.

"And with its weakness against fire attacks, Turtwig took a hard hit," Brock stated.

"Now Turtwig use Synthesis," Ash said.

"Turtwg," Turtwig said, its body began to sparkle.

"Not so fast, use a flame wheel," Paul called out.

"Chimchar!" Chimchar exclaimed as it shot flames out of its mouth, before doing a somersault before it was engulfed in flames as it sped towards Turtwing.

"Turtwig, back in the hole!" Ash called out.

Turtwig looked back at Ash confused why he would want it to do that again knowing what could happen.

"Trust me!" Ash said.

Turtwig nodded before he jumped into the hole avoiding the flame wheel.

"Why would he do that after what happened last time," Dawn questioned.

Saliva/Dusk started out on the battlefield hoping whatever Sir Ash was thinking would finish the battle in the next move if not…

"Chimchar aim ember at the hole and wrap this up," Paul called out.

Chimchar moved in front of the hole and prepared to attack, however Ash quickly called out to Turtwig.

"Turwig, now bite!" Ash called out.

With that Turtwig lunged out of the hole, and bit down on the fire type's head causing Chimchar to grit his teeth in pain.

"Alright!" Dawn cheered.

"No, Sir Ash shouldn't have called for a bite," Saliva/Dusk said in fear.

Paul smirked. "Chimchar, jump into the hole,"

Chimchar jumped in hole with Turtwig still attached, which confused Ash.

"What's he up to?" Ash questioned.

"Sir Ash! Get Turtwig out of the hole now!" Salvia/Dusk called desperation in her voice.

"Flame Wheel! Now! Paul shouted.

"Turtwig out of the hole now!" Ash called out realizing the danger he was in.

But it was too late as pillars of flames shot out of the holes, in one of them was Turtwig and Chimchar. However Chimchar landed on his feet while Turtwig landed on his stomach in pain after the damage he just took.

"This is not good, one more attack and Turtwig is done." Salvia/Dusk said in concern.

"Turtwig! Are you alright?" Ash asked his partner.

Turtwig struggled to get to his feet, but he was now standing tall.

"Aren't you done yet?" Paul taunted,

"We're done, when we say," Ash said. "Turtwig tackle attack!"

Turtwig charge's forward despite his exhaustion refusing to back down like his trainer.

"Wait Sir Ash, Turtwig is too weak to continue!" Saliva/Dusk said "Please stop before Turtwig is seriously injured." Pleading with hopes he will listen.

Saliva/Dusk words cause ash to pause and take a close look at turtwig and realize saliva/dusk is right. "Wait, Turtwig stop. Turtwig halt's looking at Ash as if asking what is with Ash then turning to Paul " Paul I surrender you win." Sacrificing his pride for the safety of turtwig.

Hearing that causes those around him to each react differently, Chimchar starts to celebrate his and his trainer victory, Paul gives ash glare, saliva/dusk/Brock/Dawn all sighs in relief for turtwig and turtwig himself looks somewhat saddened by hearing that.

"Stop saying that you shouldn't celebrate victory against an opponent you were always going to win against." Paul said, causing Chimchar to stop celebrating and get a little saddened by his trainer's word's.

"It's ok, Turwig." Ash told his saddened partner. "Winning is not worth your well being,"

"Turtwig," Turtwig said though knowing Ash was only thinking about him.

"You made the right choice Ash," Brock told his friend.

"Yeah, there's no shame in putting your pokemon's safety ahead of victory," Dawn said, even though she hadn't been a trainer long she wouldn't risk Piplup's safety over a chance at winning. "And I learned a lot,"

"Pathetic," Paul said, before recalling Chimchar.

"Hey don't you know, how to say anything nice?" Ash asked, not happy with Paul's words.

"Why would I say anything nice about a loser like you," Paul mocked before turning his back to the group.

"What is wrong with you?" Saliva/Dusk shouted. "You are completely rude, and have no respect for people or pokemon,"Paul reminded her of a lot of her previous suitors who showed no respect to people and pokemon.

"Like I care," Paul replied to Salvia/Dusk.

"Then how about we battle?" Saliva/Dusk challenged him.

"And why should I waste my time with another loser?" Paul questioned.

"I am no loser, don't you want an official victory?" Saliva/Dusk said, trying to play with Paul's emotions. "Or are you afraid you'll lose to a girl?"

"Toge, Kiss, Kiss," Togekiss also challenged with a determined look on her face.

Paul glared at Salvia/Dusk, while the others looked at Saliva/Dusk in awe at her courage and determination. "Fine if it shuts all you up at last." As he pulls a PokeBall and calls out chimchar again

"Chimchar!" Chimchar called out.

Salvia/Dusk looked at Chimchar and saw it was still Recovering from the last battle. "I refuse to battle Chimchar, it's still tried from the last battle and it wouldn't be a fair fight," she was concerned for the fire type pokemon, since it just battled Turtwig so it was exhausted. And Saliva felt like it wouldn't be fair to battle it while it was tried while her Togetkiss had fully regained its strength from battle the Alpha Ursaring.

"Hmph, pathetic," Paul frowned. "How foolish could you be? not willing to battle,"

"It's called being honorable, and it wouldn't be fair to take you out so easily with a weakened pokemon," Salva/Dusk countered calmly though she didn't notice the Chimchar flinching when she said that.

Paul scowled, she was getting on his nerves which didn't happen often however he returned Chimchar, and pulled out a Great Ball. he said the pokemon's name first then stand by for battle

"Fearow, stand by for battle." Paul shouted and threw the Great Ball. In a flash of golden orange light, a big bird pokemon appeared in the sky.

"Fearow!" Fearow crowded ready to battle.

The fearow was a large bird pokemon it's feathers were colors of brown with its main body and tail feathers being that color while one's on tips of it's wongs being a lighter brown, it's talons and peak were pink and both appeared to be incredible Sharp, and on top of it's head was a red coxcomb and it had fierce look in its eyes showing it was ready for battle.

"A fearow." Saliva said as she pulled out her poke slate which scanned and then created a three dimensional version of fearow flapping its wings. "Fearow the beak pokemon, its stamina has let it fly for an entire day without tiring using its broad wings and when attacking it will use its sharp beak to attack both prey and predators alike," a human-like voice said from her poke slate.

"What's that? It doesn't look like any pokedex I've ever seen," Ash said looking at the device in Salvia/Dusk's hands.

"Yeah," Brock agreed, also wondering the same thing..

"Ditto," Dawn agreed as well even if she only saw one version of the pokedex which was her own.

While Paul didn't say anything the dex did catch his attention.

"It's a new experimental one that a family member gave me while they were working." Saliva/dusk told them which like everything else she told them isn't a lie just not the whole truth.

"All let's get this over with Fearow use drill peck." Paul Shouted

Fearow screeched as it flew towards Togekiss while energy formed around its beak began to spin like a Drill.

"Togekiss dodge!" Saliva/Dusk shouted.

Togekiss narrowly dodged Fearow's drill peck as it tried to get some distance from the bird pokemon.

"After it." Paul ordered.

Fearow obeyed as it relentlessly flew after Togekiss who was able just stay one step ahead.

"Fearow, Giga Impact!" Paul shouted

Fearow was than engulfed in a spiraling purple energy sphere with orange energy streaks at Fearow continue its path towards Togekiss

"Fearoow." Fearow screeched as it was heading fast towards Togekiss before colliding with her

"Togekiss!" Salvia/Dusk shouted in concern.

Togekiss struggled for a second but it recovered and was ready to continue the battle with only showing minor injuries.

Fearow flew away for a moment before flying back.

"Fearow, Fury Attack now." Paul ordered.

Fearow attempted to get in close to jab at Togekiss with its beak to strike multiple times to wear down the fairy.

"Togekiss! Use Extreme Speed along with Spiral Updraft," Salvia/Dusk called out.

Togekiss suddenly increased in speed to the point of vanishing, dodging Fearow's attack before reappearing below it, as it began to spin at an alarming speed.

"That's a contest move," Dawn called out.

"Fearow, Agility." Paul ordered to increase fearow speed.

Fearow suddenly vanished and reappeared behind Togekiss.

"Now use the Hyper beam." Paul ordered.

Fearow quickly charged up energy before unleashing a devastating hyper beam from behind at Togekiss

"Quick Aura Sphere!" Saliva/Dusk called out.

Togekiss quickly turned around and fired an aura sphere at the Hyper Beam, the attacks collide and struggled for a moment before they exploded creating a smoke cloud which block out Togekiss's sight.

"Now close the distance, and use tri attack" Paul ordered.

"Look out!" Ash called out.

(Play BeyBlade G Revolution I'm not going down.)

Fearow quickly closed in on Togekiss and before Togekiss could completely recover quickly fired a blast of fire, lighting and ice at Togekiss knocking her out of the sky.

"Togekiss quickly use fairy wind to slow your descent" togekiss did so and fairy wind slowed her descent just enough to stop her from crashing into the ground, before pulling back up into the air.

"That was close," Dawn commented, wiping her forehead.

"This match is intense, both Paul and Dusk are very skilled trainers in their own rights," Brock said.

Saliva/Dusk sighed in relief that was too close as she turn her attention to Paul she has to admit he has bite to back up his bark he truly is a skilled trainer every action he does has a reason to it setting up his next move ahead until he knocks out his opponent it's been awhile since she togekiss been pushed this hard in a battle.

"I wasted enough time already." Paul said. "Fearow, Focus energy now."

Fearow then started focusing its energy

"Not so fast, Togekiss use.." Saliva/Dusk didn't get to finish.

"Now use Drill peck!" Paul ordered

Due to the speed boost from agility Fearow quickly flew to Togekiss and formed energy around its beak which started to spin like a drill and attempted to stab at Togekiss to knock her out.

"Togekiss quickly uses extreme speed to get up high in the air." Saliva/Dusk said

Togekiss uses the extreme speed to vanish as fearow was about to hit her.

"now use sky attack and dive bomb to fearow,"

"Giga Impact." Paul shouted

Fearow was then engulfed in a spiraling purple energy sphere with orange energy streaks As it flew up towards Togekiss.

As the two pokemon charged to each other, saliva/ dusk saw their opening. " Now togekiss move." Togekiss moves her body just enough to reveal the sun right behind her blinding fearow causes him to cancel out giga impact in panic.

"Smart move, she used the sun not only to cancel Fearow's Giga Impact, but it also allowed them an opening to deliver a direct attack," Brock said impressed.

"Fearow!" Fearow called out, blinded by the sun. As togekiss slam's into him. Focusing both to the ground causes a smoke cloud to cover them both.

All trainers looked on, wondering which pokemon had won the battle. A full minute past and out of the smoke Togekiss flapped out but was heavily damaged, barely able to stay in the air returning to Saliva/Dusk side of the battle field. And as the smoke cleared it was revealed Fearow was unable to battle.

"She did, she actually beat Paul!" Ash cheered.

"Pi, Pikachu," Pikachu cheered as well.

"Turtwig!" Turtwing cheered as well.

"That's amazing," Dawn smiled.

"Pip Piplup!" Piplup agreed.

Brock nodded. "They both did very well in that battle, Dusk and Togekiss are a strong team,"

Saliva/Dusk smile as Togekiss returns to her side using the last of her strength to keep in air Saliva catches her and hugs her. "You did great togekiss thank you."

As Togekiss gives her a tired but happy smile "Toge." she gave a tired coo.

"You did wonderful," Saliva/Dusk smiled as she gently rubbed Togekiss' head. "I'm so proud of you my friend,"

Paul is simply staring at the defeated fearow as Saliva/Dusk walks over to Paul " I admit that was probably one the toughest battles I have had, that Fearow has impressive abilities and moves and and your tactics were a challenging combo." Paul simply ignores her as he returns the fearow " honestly I wouldn't mind having another battle with you and fea " and mid sentence he releases the fearow again but this time it's a blue light showing he is no longer the pokemon trainer.

"What are you doing?" Saliva/Dusk demanded in shock.

Still ignoring her he tells the fearow "get lost." The exhausted fearow flies away from them toward the Bewildered forest.

"No, don't go!" Saliva/Dusk shouted but it was too late as the fearow vanished inside the forest.

"Paul, how could you do that?" Ash growled. "Fearow was still to tired,"

"It fought a great battle and that's how you repay it?" Dawn questioned and angered by what Paul did.

"You absolute idiot do you have any idea what you've done!" Saliva/Dusk screamed at Paul.

Paul didn't respond as he just walked away from the group.

But Saliva/Dusk quickly gets in front of him "No, you aren't walking away after the damage ecosystem of the forest release a pokemon who is foreign to the area there's no telling what kind repercussions the fearow will cause disturbing the balance the forest by introducing a new predator and that even getting in to the fearow it self how you didn't even let it recover from the battle at all before throwing him away!" Getting in Paul's face with a look of pure furry.

Paul simply gives her an uncaring stare before pushing past her and not even looking back at her as he says "That's not my problem."

Saliva/Dusk just glare at his retreating form, in all her life she has never met such a rude and uncaring trainer who also actually had skill which makes her even more frustrated with his attitude and treatment of his pokemon.

Saliva/Dusk sighs as she turns back to Ash, Dawn and Brock and does as she bowed her head to them. "I'm sorry, for my outburst." Saliva/Dusk apologized.

"It's alright," Ash said. "I would've done the same thing, Paul is a jerk, he only thinks power is what makes a pokemon."

"Pika chu," Pikachu agreed.

"Turtwig, Tur," Turtwig also agreed.

"What Ash says," Dawn smiled.

"Piplup," Piplup nodded.

"Yes, having a passion for pokemon and seeing them as your friends, and I respect that," Brock said.

"Togekiss," Togekiss uttered while weakly rubbing its head against Saliva/Dusk's arm.

Hearing them all siding with her and her care for pokemon causes her to smile and even get a light blush." Thank you, that means a lot to me." Saliva/Dusk said.

"Your Togekiss looks like she could use some medical attention. Do you mind if I take a look at her?" Brock offered.

Saliva/Dusk looked at Togekiss, before turning back to Brock who showed genuine concern for her partner, she could tell like Ash, she could trust his friends. "I would like that very much Sir Brock,"

Brock nods as he walks up to Togekiss, and gently petted her which the fairy type cood happily. Before Brock reached into his backpack and took out an oran berry to help restore Togekiss' strength along with a super potion to help the fairy type heal her wounds.

"It's going to sting a bit," Brock told the fairy type, as he held up oran berry which Togekiss accepted and began to ate it feeling her's strength return, then Brock began to spray the super potion which made Togekiss flinch from the slight pain but her wounds were now clean.

"There you go," Brock told Togekiss. "I recommend you take it easy for a while,"

"Toge, Kiss, kiss," Togekiss said happily.

"Thank you very much Sir Brock, how can I repay you?" Saliva/Dusk asked.

"You don't have to pay me back, I'm just doing what any one else would do, beside you helping Ash out of the forest and you and togekiss helped fend off the Ursaring more than makes us even." Brock said with a smile.

"You're quite welcome," Saliva/Dusk bowed.

"Hey Dusk, during the battle you used a spiral spin, it looked like a contest move?" Dawn questioned.

"Why yes, me and Togekiss have been practicing for as long as we can remember," Saliva/Dusk answered.

"So your coordinator?" Brock asked.

"Well I would like to be one. I'm not one officially as it stands." Saliva/dusk explained

"From what it looked like I would have taken you for a full Gym Battle," Ash commented.

"Well, I've always dreamt of being a coordinator, but I always try to balance our coordination skills along with our batting skills too," Salvia/Dusk answered.

"So where are you heading from here Dusk?" Brock asked.

"I really don't know," Saliva/Dusk admitted, she never really thought about it that much. She just ran away hoping to be free from the constant studying.

"Then why don't you join us?" Ash offered.

Saliva/Dusk thought about it on the one hand traveling with them would increase the risk of her making a mistake and then figuring out she was not telling them the whole truth the backstory she and freesia made was designed with her having minimal contact with people not traveling with a group.

On other hand ask looking exactly like Satoshi can't be coincidence he could be his reincarnation that they been looking for and then their dawn who looks at exactly like her (physically) which also mean she looks identical to Akari like she does which brings up question that actually scared (if they both look like akari then who is the reincarnation?) Which in reality doesn't give her a choice she needs the answers.

"Are you sure I can come along?" Saliva/Dusk asked

"Sure, you've helped us a lot today, and the bond between you and Togekiss share makes you ok in my book," Ash said. "Plus anyone who can stand up to Paul is also ok in my book,"

"Pi, Pikachu," Pikachu agreed.

"Turtwig!" Turtwing agreed as well

"I'm with Ash. You're welcome as a part of the group." Dawn said with a smile.

"Hmm, I think it would be nice to have you around too," Brock said, also smiling.

"Togekiss," Togekiss said, telling Saliva/Dusk she should accept.

Salvia/Dusk nodded. "Ok, I would love to." Saliva/Dusk said giving them a smile

"Alright welcome to the group," Ash said holding out his hand,

Salvia/Dusk looked at his hand, she then took it and they shook hands. "Thanks for having me, my new friends,"suddenly her stomach began to growl which caused her to blush in embarrassment. She had just eaten not too long ago but it seemed that her battle with Paul had made her hungry again.

"Heheh, looks like you build up quite an appetite," Brock chuckled.

"Not just her, man I'm starving," Ash said, holding his stomach.

Then they hear the sound of Dawn and Brock 's stomachs as well. " We didn't actually get a chance to eat before with everything that happened " Brock said, scratching his head with a little blush of embarrassment on his face while simply looking down with her blush.

"Yeah, I say we all deserve some lunch," Dawn said.

Everyone agreed, they set up their table and Brock began to make a stew (again apparently she was told) Salvia/Dusk decided to help as well, she set up the some bowls for the pokemon and filling them with food, she then began to make sandwiches for them, as she was making them Ash tried to reach for one which Salvia/Dusk slapped his hand.

"No eating these yet, until the stew is done," Saliva/Dusk told him.

"Jeez, you remind me of my mom," Ash said while shaking his hand.

"She's right Ash, show some manners," Dawn said while giggling.

"Hahaha, very funny," Ash retorted.

Saliva/Dusk had finished the sandwiches while Brock had told them it would be another couple of minutes before the stew was ready, so Ash, Dawn and Salvia/Dusk were waiting for it to be done.

"So Sir Ash you mentioned you're from Kanto, what made you decide to come to sinnoh?"Saliva/Dusk asked, trying to make small talk while waiting for the stew to finish.

"Well… my dream is to become a pokemon master, and I've travel through kanto and few other regions to achieve my dream this would be the 4 pokemon league I've participated in, and I'm hoping this time I will win and then I'll be one step away from being a pokemon master," Ash explained.

"Wow, you must have gone through a great many battle along your journeys," Salvia/Dusk said impressed by Ash's dream and his persistence to keep trying despite defeats he experienced, it made her wonder what her dream truly was she always wanted to be a coordinator but she wouldn't call it her dream or at very least her main one, all her life she was being cooped up in her castle and was trained to counter a threat that was supposed to happen whenever, she didn't have time to think about a dream or anything thing like that she then watched people perform in contests when she wasn't busy with train she and seeing that she decided to wanted to become a coordinator but was that really her true dream?

"Yeah," Dawn agreed, also impressed by Ash's dream and his persistence. "You know it's my dream to become a world famous coordinator like my mom was," she said with pride.

"Trying to continue your mother's legacy?" Saliva/Dusk asked.

"Well, I wouldn't say that, I don't want to be just like my mom. I want to be myself and be a coordinator in my own right," Dawn said. She always looked up to her mom, as she wanted to be a strong and confident coordinator like her, but Dawn didn't want to be exactly like her mom. She wanted to be a coordinator on her own so people will recognize her for her.

That really hit close to Saliva/Dusk."I can understand wanting not to be compared and being recognized for your own merits." She could remember ever since that meeting it felt like she had to become her ancestor she needed to be Akari not Saliva at least to Karen.

"What about you Dusk? What's your dream?" Ash asked out of curiosity.

"I… uh," Salvia/Dusk uttered. "I don't know… I never really had the chance to think about it." Saliva/Dusk admits with an uncertain look on her face.

Ash and Dawn looked at her both sad that Saliva/Dusk didn't have a dream.

"That must suck, but don't worry maybe you'll find it while you travel with us," Ash told her.

"Yeah, who knows your dream might be just around the corner," Dawn said with a confident smile.

Saliva/Dusk looked at them in surprise, they were so supportive of her and they even believed that she would find her dream somewhere out there. Maybe she did make the right choice in traveling with them, she was happy she ran away from home cause deep down she believed that she had made some true friends today.

"You're right I shouldn't dwell on it. I'm sure I'll figure it out if I just take my time." Saliva/Dusk told them, gaining a smile on her face.

"That's the spirit," Ash smiled.

"And like I always say, no need to worry so you don't need to worry either," Dawn smiled as well.

"The stews ready," Brock called out.

"Alright!" Ash cheered, ready to eat.

"Is he always this excited about eating?" Salvia/Dusk asked Dawn

"I've only known him for so long, so I guess," Dawn answered, shrugging her shoulders. "But after a day like this you would be hungry too right?"

"I agree," Salvia/Dusk nodded in agreement.

Brock started to fill the bowels with stew and pass them out to everyone including the pokemon.

Salvia/Dusk took a sip and her eyes widened and she smiled. "My word, this is exquisite. I've never tasted anything this good before," she remembered all the meals she was served back home made by some of the best chefs in the world. but Brock's cooking would definity put theres to shame, maybe after this adventure she would ask Brock to come work at the castle if he could cook more delicious food like the stew.

"Thanks," Brock smirked. "That means a lot,"

"Yeah, Brock's an amazing cook," Ash smirked.

"I even had the same look on my face when I tried Brock's cooking for the first time," Dawn admitted.

Saliva/Dusk nodded as she took a look over to togekiss who was enjoying her food as well alongside the other pokemon who were very welcoming to her she could help but smile seeing that before continued to eat her own delicious stew "By the way Sir Brock, me, Ash and Dawn were talking about our dreams, what is your dream?"

"My dream is to become a pokemon breeder," Brock answered.

"That is a nice dream," Salvia/Dusk said, she remembered that some of her tutors were expert pokemon breeders, and she had learned alot from during her studies about pokemon species and about what moves they can learn and which moves would be passed onto the offsprings.

After eating their lunch the group began to clean up, after finishing Salvia/Dusk asked them something. "So where are we heading next?" Salvia/Dusk asked.

"Well we were heading to Jubilife City where a contest is set to happen and from there it'll be Oreburgh City for my first gym battle." Ash explained

"Alright, then I'm going to enter the contest too," Saliva/Dusk decided.

"Alright then let's head off!" Ash said, pumping his fist into the air.

Saliva/Dusk could smirk, she didn't know what the future would hold. But she knew her new friends would be there with her no matter what. She looked to the sky thinking about her Father, Mother and Freesia wondering how they were doing and what they would think of her right now? Especially her mother and Father. But Saliva/Dusk shook her head. It wasn't time to worry, it was time to be happy that she was free and was able to do what she wanted for a change.

'Watch me Freesia, I won't waste my new found freedom even for a moment, I promise,' Salvia/Dusk thought, looking at the sky seeing an image of Freesia's smiling face.
