Hurt: A TRANSFORMERS X POKÉMON CROSSOVER!

June 2023.

"It's over! Ash Ketchum is the Pokémon champion!" That hurt…. I ran to my knocked-out Pokémon—Charizard and fell to my knees, I squeezed my eyes shut and buried my head into my Pokémon. I felt like I'd failed as a trainer… All of the dedication, all of the hard work I've done, all of the sleepless nights I'd had at home and at base studying and reading everything I can. absorbing all of the information I could so that I could become a Pokémon trainer, was wasted on this one stupid battle!

I lifted my head up. I saw my friend—Samuel Witwicky kneeling beside me. He wasn't a Pokémon trainer, but he was there for support. As well as his guardian, Bumblebee. My fathers, Captain William Lennox and Ironhide couldn't be here for me. They were on a mission to capture a Deception.

I felt like I'd failed…. Failed my team, failed my friends. but. worst of all.

I felt like I've failed my parents…

Sam didn't say anything but gave me a hug. I cried, all the emotions came pouring out. Ash ran up to congratulate me, on a battle well done. Ash walked up. I was still on my knees, Sam was rubbing my back in support for me.

"Hey, that was a good battle!"

"Ash, I don't think this is a good time right now." Sam said, still comforting me. Ash nodded, he understood what he was going through.

"What are my parents going to say?! I'm a damn failure, Sam!" I sobbed into his arms. Sam felt bad, he's seen Pokémon battles on TV, and when a trainer loses it's devastating to witness.

"And it's near my birthday too!" I sobbed again, hugging Sam.

"Lance…. It's okay. there's always next year…" I was too distraught to say anything.

Sam and I both went back to Bumblebee. Sam turned him on. Bumblebee drove us back to Los Angeles. which was a six-hour drive. I was silent through the whole drive—I stared at my Poké Ball and I sighed. Sam's phone rang, it was my dad, Ironhide.

"Hey man what's up?"

"Hey, I just want to tell you guys that we're home. We watched the battle."

I tensed up. my heart is racing. I was about to throw up in Bumblebee.

"Okay, we're going to be home, bye dude." he hung up the phone, I had my Poké ball clinched to my chest, my eyes were closed as we were driving back to LA.

I opened my eyes. Sam drove still. We were almost back to my house. I stretched and yawned. I looked out the window and saw the familiar buildings of Los Angeles. our home, where we were born and raised…

I was scared to face my parents.

Sam parked in the Lennox's driveway, I stepped out of the Camaro, grabbed my backpack, along with my Poké Balls. I looked over and saw the black TopKick in the garage. Sam opened the door and walked around Bee.

"You wanna stay out here?"

"Yeah-" I struggled to speak. "-I think I'm gonna be sick!" I ran to the grass and threw up. Sam watched. Someone ran out, wearing a black T-shirt and jeans.

"Lance!" Ironhide yelled out as he ran to him. Sam was helping him. Sam saw the weapons specialist's holoform walk up, I looked up and saw him. I backed up, the sadness still consuming me at the moment. right now, I was scared. My breathing became shaky and ragged, then everything went black.

I woke up a few hours later, he was on the couch, William saw him and walked up.

"What happened?" I asked.

"You passed out. After you came back from your battle." Will sat by me.

"Oh…" I said, sighing. I looked at my hands sighing again and looking up at William.

"What's up, dude? you seem off ever since you got back…"

"I'm fine. thanks." I said sitting up, he went upstairs to my bedroom, I opened the door to my room. It wasn't fancy, but I had blue walls, a few Pokémon posters on the wall and a gaming setup, with a PC inoculated that my friend, Jonah got me for my birthday last year. I closed the door and slid my back to it. I removed my Six Poké Balls from my belt and set them beside him, I put my head in my arms and closed my eyes. Tossing my SnapBack to the bed. I sat there for a few minutes. I pulled out my badge case and saw all the eight gym badges that I've earned. I had a fit of rage, I got up and yelled, throwing the badge case across the room.

I was breathing heavily. But it wasn't enough. I walked to my bed and grabbed my aluminum baseball bat and started smashing everything I can in my room, yelling out all my frustrations and smashing stuff I started screaming, A few tears were rolling down my face. I gripped the bat tighter and continued.

I was done, my entire room was destroyed—except my gaming PC. I was panting heavily, I got up, I needed to treat my Pokémon now. they didn't have any Pokémon centers here so he has to treat them himself. I released my Pokémon and treated them. I grabbed some barriers and fed them to my friends to help them regain their strength.

"Pika, Pikachu!" I smiled and hugged my Pokémon back. Everyone was out of their Poké balls—except Charizard because he's too big to fit in my bedroom. He can fit in the house, But not my room. I walked downstairs and went outside with my Pokémon, I let Charizard out of the house and gave him a Petra berry to regain his strength as well.

I went into the house and grabbed some bandages, I went back out the house with bandages and disinfectant and started treating my Pokémon. "Star!" Starly winced and moved his left wing.

"Sorry, Starly. but I need to fix you." I said softly, my five other Pokémon waited to get treated by their trainer.

Will walked outside to see me treating my Pokémon. He knows that I've been studying Pokémon medicine, but I'm no medic like Ratchet. But I have the experience treating my own Pokémon when they're hurt.

"Okay… Come on Sylveon, you're next."

"Syl." She walked up to him, I grabbed a spray bottle that was in my backpack. I sprayed the rubbing alcohol on the Pokémon's wounds. "Shhh, I know it hurts…" I soothed her as I bandaged her up. Sylveon nuzzled her trainer and wrapped her ribbon life feelers around him to give him a hug, he smiled and leaned into her.

"I love you." Sylveon smiles as she lets go. I treated my four Pokémon left and got them all inside.

"We feel awful about your battle with Ash." William said, we were at a restaurant. I was allowed to bring my Pokémon inside—it was one of those Pokémon friendly restaurants in Los Angeles. I found one and I was beyond excited. I haven't taken my Pokémon out since yesterday. And when I got my first Pokémon Charmander—I found him on the streets of LA, hurt really bad. His breathing was raspy and his tail flame was almost out. It disgusted me to see anybeing—Human or Pokémon in that condition.

"Pika!" I woke up and rubbed my eye.

"Pikachu, what's up?" I asked, sitting up and yawning.

"Pika, Pika Pi!" He said. I gasped and got up. I changed my clothes into a NEST T-shirt, Jeans and he slipped on my converse high tops.

"Guys!" my Pokémon woke up as I grabbed everyone's Poké balls. Pikachu told his friends what was going on and grabbed my board and belt that had my Poké balls attached to and my backpack.

I ran out of the room. Will and Ironhide were both asleep, so I rushed downstairs. went into the garage where Ironhide was recharging in his alt form. I opened the doors, put my board down and skated down the driveway.
