On Sal's birthday, Luke was spending time with him. He could see Sal just stared into space more and more.
Jason groaned. It had been 6 days since the death of his friends. Melody took it hard, having had a little crush on Emma.
Jason goes to check on Luke, making it his mission to make sure Luke has his birthday this year.
Sal lost focus like usual. Luke helps him refocus.
"How old are you now, Sal?" Luke asked.
"15." he says.
"What did you want for your birthday?" Luke asked.
He thinks hard and points at a Star Wars card set. Luke smiles and gets it for him.
At party time, Sal played with the Star Wars cards when Lonnie came to see him. Sal smiled a bit and waved.
"Ready for my gift?" Lonnie asked. He nods as Lonnie gives him a box.
Sal opens the box to see a Millennium Falcon model kit and more Star Wars cards.
He smiled and hugged her. Stephen and the others give their gifts.
Later, Sal sees a piñata but shakes. He didn't want to hit the piñata. Hitting the piñata with a bat was a bad idea since the bat hit him in the face years ago.
He screamed and sobbed. Luke showed him the ribbons on the piñata and how they worked.
Sal calmed down as his parents comforted him.
"Tina, you need to eat." Whitney says.
"No. Lola sent me yet another video." Tina sniffed.
"Did you have friends other than her?" Whitney asked.
"No. Savannah always treated me like a human being. My siblings hated me for nearly beating Luke in one season. Lola still gives death threats at times and she's using Savannah to torture me." Tina sniffed.
At Sal's party, Luan just did a mime act with Benny, which Sal was fascinated with. Benny and Luan were an entertaining team now.
Soon, it was cake time. Luke brought out a Millennium Falcon cake that he made.
Sal had tears of joy as Luke set his cake before him.
Everyone sings to Sal, who thinks and wishes for Luke to have a good birthday as he attempts to blow out his fifteen candles.
Lonnie helped him as everyone cheered.
That night, Lincoln and Clyde were playing video games as Lola was still celebrating the death. She wouldn't stop.
"So um, your sister is still celebrating…" Clyde says, getting concerned.
"Let's focus on one thing, Luke. And you're looking at the man with the plan." Lincoln says.
"What's the plan?" Clyde asked.
"My idea? Take him to Winterland. It has the best hot chocolate and also skiing and there is a video game competition we can totally win." Lincoln says.
"Great plan!" Clyde says.
"Now let's get to work on planning his other days." Lincoln says.
But Luke had already planned the other days. He doesn't know the siblings interfered with those plans. But he'll find out eventually.
"Lola!" Lana says.
"What?" Lola asked.
"Enough with your constant parties, it's getting old." Lana says.
Luke heads to Fairway.
"I got us another concert for tomorrow." Chalice says to him.
Luke noticed how pregnant she looked. "I'm fine." she says, then tears up.
"My career is over!" Chalice sobbed. Luke begins to sob as well.
After a bit, Chalice calms down and thinks.
"What will we do?!" Luke cries.
"I don't know." Chalice says.
"They can't shorten the season this time!" Luke says.
"Oh, right…the only reason they did last year was because we weren't in it." Chalice says.
"I'll think of something." Lisa says "How about the season getting put on hiatus until January?"
Luke just cries. His career was as good as done and he knew it.
"Don't give up. Just because things are different doesn't mean your career is over." Lisa says.
"Oh, no, it's over, all right!" Luke says.
"It's your choice, Luke. Do you want your career to be over?" Lisa asked.
"No." Luke sniffed.
"Then it won't." Chalice says.
Luke then looks down sadly as Lisa holds him.
