To all readers-I'm reposting this again because I'm ready. I want everyone (especially one reader in particular) to that I don't like being rushed when I'm writing. I like to write at my own pace and have each chapter up to my standards. If you dont like the way I write any of my fanfiction, then you dont have to read it. Its strictly your choice whether or not you read any of my fanfiction at all.

After the defeat of Devimon by both Angemon and Kyubimon, the eight children received a transmission from a mysterious old man. "So, you children are the digidestined. You must be strong to have defeated Devimon." said the old man.
"Who are you?" asked Tai.
"A friend of Devimon?" asked Matt.
"Fear not, for I am a friend to all and yet I am a friend to none." said the old man.
"I can't believe it, that there are other human beings besides us in this world." said Sora.
"I am human and yet I am not human." said the old man.
"I don't get it." said Keiko.
"This is confusing." said Mimi.
"No, my name is Gennai. I couldn't send you this transmission during your battle with Devimon, but now the lines are clear and only 10 cents a minute." said Gennai.
"But just who are you and where are you?" asked Izzy.
"I'm speaking to you far away from File Island, across the ocean on the continent of server." said Gennai.
"Talk about a long-distance call, how long have you been here?" asked Sora.
"Since before the beginning until after the end." Gennai answered.
"Are you the one who got us stuck here in the digital world?" asked Mimi.
"It was not I." said Gennai.
"Then who was it?" asked Mimi.
"It was…I don't know." said Gennai, causing them to groan.
"But mister Gennai, sir, do you know what we need to do so we all can get home again?" asked T.K., holding Patamon's Digi-egg.
"No I don't." Gennai replied.
Well, why not?" asked Keiko, holding Renamon's Digi egg.
"Boy, you're a regular fountain of information, aren't you." Tai said sarcastically.
"I'm sorry I can't help you but the eight of you can be of help to me. Please come to Server and defeat our enemies. As the digidestined, I have faith in all of you." Gennai tells them.
"That's crazy when we don't know your exact location." said Izzy.
"Good point, I forgot you from out of town." said Gennai. "Let me create a map for you on your computer."
"What if your enemies are humungouszoid?" asked Joe. "Do you think we can beat anything tougher than Devimon?"
"Not presently but if your digimon can digivolve once more you might be able to do it." said Gennai.
"So we can digivolve even more?" asked Agumon.
"Yes, but you'll need something special to do it. If you have the tags and crests, you digimon will be able to digivolve even further." explained Gennai as he showed them a picture of a tag and crest.
"Please tell us where we can find these tags and crests." said Gabumon.
"The crests are scattered about and can be located throughout the continent of Server, and the tags were secretly sealed away somewhere by Devimon." said Gennai and his transmission starts to break up.
"Come quickly, I'll be waiting on Server." said Gennai and then he was gone.
"He's gone." said Tai.
"What was that?" asked Mimi.
"Gennai's transmission ended rather abruptly." said Tentomon while Izzy checks his computer.
"Well, at least he was able to send us a map through before he got cut off." said Izzy as he pulls up the map.
"I hope he's alright, but what's our next move gonna be?" asked Sora.
"I've got a fool proof plan; first we'll eat something then after that, I'm open to suggestions." said Tai.
"Great plan, Tai. Way to go." Keiko said sarcastically. Later that night, they were all sitting by the waterfall, talking about what to do next. Matt, T.K. and Gabumon sat near the water while Mimi sits next to Izzy as he types away on his computer, looking at the map. Joe, Sora, Tai and Keiko were sitting on the ground with their backs to the trees.
"That was delicious." said Agumon.
"I was so hungry." said Biyomon.
"My stomach is full and now I'm ready for lunch" said Tentomon as T.K. and Keiko rubbed their Digi-eggs.
"T.K.? Keiko?" Matt asked as he walks over to them.
"Oh, I was just wishing that my Digi-egg would hurry up and hatch so it could grow up already." said T.K.
"Don't sweat it, lil' bro. When your digimon hatches, it will be the coolest one yet." Matt tells him as Gabumon walks up.
"Exactly." said T.K., looking over at Keiko.
"I'm in no hurry for my Digi-egg to hatch." she tells him. "She'll hatch when she's ready. I won't force her if she's not ready."
"Okay everyone, now that we've stuffed our faces, what are we gonna do next?" asked Tai.
"You know what we have to do; we have to Server and save Gennai from his enemies." said Sora.
"Well, according to my calculations of longitude and latitude, I say Server is quite some distance from here." said Izzy.
"I can't swim across the bathtub, let alone the ocean." said Mimi. "I'll never make it."
"We won't let you sink to the bottom of the ocean, Mimi." said Keiko, holding her Digi-egg close.
"Why do we have to go anyway?" asked Joe. "What I mean is Devimon's gone from the island. The black gears have disappeared too. We've been once around this island so we pretty much know where everything is, we wouldn't have to worry about food or water."
"What are you saying?" asked Sora.
"Why should we believe what this weirdo, Gennai, says? What I mean is, how do we even know this place, Server, really exists." said Joe.
"What are you thinking? If we hang around here guys, we'll never get back home." said Tai.
"I don't know, Tai, Devimon almost got us." said Sora. "Maybe we shouldn't go at least we know what we're up against over here."
"And even if we wanted to go, what mode of transportation could we utilize?" asked Izzy.
"We don't even know what the fashions are like on Server." Mimi added.
"Maybe we should stay here a while longer and think this through." said Matt.
"What's with you, man?!" yelled Tai, annoyed at what they were saying.
"Let's do it!" yelled T.K. and Keiko, making everyone look at them.
"T.K." said Matt, looking at his little brother with a confused look on his face.
"Keiko." said Tai.
"We don't know what kind of danger will be waiting for us, But let's see." said T.K. "I'm sure that Angemon would say the same thing if he were still here. So I'm going."
"I agree with T.K." said Keiko, hugging her Digi-egg close to her. "I know that Kyubimon would."
"We'll go too." said Agumon. "If we had the tags and crests, we'll be able to digivolve again, right? Once we transform into our new shapes, we'll be able to protect you for sure."
"You the mon." said Tai.
"Sora, so what do you say?" Biyomon asked, looking up at her.
"Our chances for success are extremely high." Tentomon told Izzy.
"Don't worry, Mimi. I bet we'll be the prettiest flowers on all of Server." Palmon happily told Mimi.
"Don't worry about me. I'll swim to Server." said Gomamon.
"Come on. Let's do it." Gabumon tells Matt.
"Hmm, let's go." said Matt.
"Count me in." said Sora.
"Okay, I'll go. I'm convinced." said Joe.
"Well, I'm not staying by myself. I'll go too." said Mimi
"Alright, its unanimous." said Izzy.
"That's great! We're going to Server!" shouted Tai as everyone cheered. The next morning, they were up and ready to go. "Pepper Breath!" shouted Agumon, firing a fireball at one of the trees, knocking it down.
"Timber!" shouted Tai, once the tree falls.
"Blue Blaster!" shouted Gabumon, attacking another tree.
"At our current rate, it'll take us forever to build a raft." said Izzy.
"Don't worry about it, Izzy. It's not like we're in any kind of hurry." Sora assures him.
"That's right! Don't be such a downer, Izzy." Mimi said to him but looked out the corner of her eye to see that someone was coming.
"Leomon!" screamed Izzy, seeing that he was walking towards them.
"I heard that you were all going to Server." said Leomon.
"How did you know?" asked Mimi.
"Oh, you know us monsters." Leomon tells her. "We love gossip, so I decided to see if you needed help with anything."
"You mean you'll really help us?" asked Sora.
"I've got some friends who want to help as well." said Leomon and looks over his shoulder to see Centarumon, Elecmon, and Mojyamon walking their way.
"Hey Keiko, look! Its Elecmon." said T.K., seeing their friend.
"Yeah, hi. What's up." said Elecmon.
"Mojyamon! And Centarumon too!" shouted Tai.
"Monzaemon." said Mimi, laughing.
"Hey, look its Frigimon." said Matt.
"And there's Meramon and the Yokomon!" said Joe. After being reunited with their digimon friends, they all got back to work.
"Fist of the Beast King!" shouted Leomon, sending his attack into several trees.
"Wow, Leomon." said Agumon, impressed by his power. After the raft was complete, the Agumon and the other digimon rode on it down a hill all the way towards the beach.
"Hey it works." said Matt.
"It's hydro-dynamically designed." said Izzy.
"I think I'm getting sea sick already." said Joe, just looking at the raft.
"We're not even on the water yet, Joe." said Keiko.
"Well Joe, you'll just have to deal with it." said Sora.
"Get a grip, Joe. It will have to do." said Tai.
"Believe me, that raft is strong enough to get you across the ocean." Leomon tells them.
"Thanks, Leomon. We never could have done it without you." said Tai when both Keiko and T.K gasped.
"What is it?" asked Matt and both Digi-eggs hatched.
"Digi-egg, you hatched!" T.K. and Keiko exclaimed as both little digimon jump into their arms.
"Poyo, Poyomon." said the little jelly Digimon.
"Pitch. Pitch." said the small little slime digimon with two small arms and two antennae.
"They're so cute." said Mimi.
"That's great." said Sora watching T.K. and his digimon laugh.
"Yay, yay! They did it!" said T.K. and Keiko.
"Poyomon is a jelly fish type digimon of a few words. But if his friends are in trouble, he's ready for action." said Tentomon as they then looked over at the other digimon.
"Pitchmon is a slime digimon. She's always full of curiosity." said Palmon, causing Keiko looks down at her digimon as it snuggles up to her.
"Don't worry, Pitchmon." Keiko said as she gently lifts her digimon to her face. "I will protect you until you digivolve into Nyaromon; I promise."
"Pitchmon!" squealed Pitchmon in delight as she curiously looks at Felicity, proving Palmon's point. Once they were on the raft, they said their goodbyes to their friends as they sailed away from file island. After twenty minutes goes by, Tai was looking through his mini telescope.
"I can't see anything." he said.
"I wonder how much longer this trip is will take." said Joe.
"Chill out, Joe. We just left." said Tai.
"The salt air is killing my sinuses and we've only got enough food for two weeks." said Joe.
"If we run out of food, we'll just catch some fish!" shouted Tai.
"Well, the one good thing is, its beautiful weather for sailing." said Sora.
"Oh, I don't feel so good." said Mimi.
"I didn't calculate these waves being so rough." said Izzy.
"Hey! Hey! Poyomon!" said T.K. as Poyomon bounces out of his hands. The raft slams on top of a wave, causing Poyomon to nearly fall off the side. "Oh, Poyomon, be careful." T.K. tells him and nearly falls off.
Keiko looks down at Pitchmon, who was wrapped in her light jacket. "Feeling warm in my jacket?" asked Keiko, in which she got a smile in return.
"Look! Tidal wave!" yelled Tai as a huge wave appears.
"That had to be 12 feet tall!" yelled Matt after it passes.
"18.3 to be exact." corrected Izzy.
"Was that another boat that caused that wave?" asked Joe.
"There was no boat that could cause that." said Tai.
"An island!" shouted Tai as they see something rising up in the water behind them.
"An island? Since when does an island have fins?" screamed Sora as she stands behind Tai and watches whatever it was dive back into the water.
"Heads up!" yelled Tai as the creature's tail fin appears and slaps the water, sending the raft into the air a bit. They finally get a look at the creature and sees that it resembles a whale.
"Whamon is a giant digimon who lives in the deep oceans of the digital world. Its Jet Arrows are unbelievable." said Tentomon.
"It was massive." Gabumon said to Matt.
"A Whamon are sometimes fierce, but I never seen one act this aggressive." said Tentomon. Just then, Whamon reappears, swallowing the raft and them along with it. Inside of Whamon, the raft was still heading down his throat.
"I hope we don't give him a sore throat." said Sora.
"Technically, it's not the throat, it's the esophagus that leads to the stomach!" Izzy corrected her.
"Not the time, Izzy." said Tai, holding onto Agumon as Felicity buries herself and Pitchmon into his side.
"Yeah, he thinks we're fast food." screamed Joe, resting his back against the crate.
"So he really did eat us." yelled Mimi, with her arms around Palmon.
"This has to lead to an exit." said Sora.
"It does but you don't want to go there." Izzy assures her.
"This is damaging my hair, all the way down to the roots!" screamed Mimi.
"Use my roots." Palmon tells her.
"You're a plant!" countered Mimi. Just then, some kind of purple goo started falling from the top of Whamon's esophagus.
"What is that gross gooey junk?" asked Tai.
"Maybe they're antibodies! They're attacking us because they think we're germs or something." said Izzy. Just then, the raft exits Whamon's esophagus and enters a large area.
"Finally we've stopped. Is everyone okay?" asked Sora.
"I think so." said Keiko.
"Where are we?" asked Joe.
"Anatomically speaking, it's probably the stomach." said Izzy.
"The stomach? Isn't that where food goes after its chewed up?" T.K. asked Matt.
"Yeah." said Matt.
"But we're not whale food." said Keiko.
"He doesn't know that." said Tai, but then sees something coming towards them.
"Gastric juice!" shouted Izzy.
"What?" asked Mimi, confused by what he said.
"It's the acid in the stomach that dissolves the food!" Izzy tells her.
"We're melting!" shouted T.K., seeing the wood sizzling.
"Don't let it get on you!" Tai tells everyone as he wraps his arms around Felicity.
"We better get out of here before we give him a major ulcer." said Joe.
"Tai, look up there!" said Sora, spotting something at the roof of Whamon's stomach. As they all looked up, they see a black gear wedged in.
"It's a black gear." said Tai.
"That's why Whamon is acting so aggressive." said Agumon.
"Joe, they need your help." said Gomamon.
"Why me?" Joe asked.
"Someone can climb on these! Poison Ivy!" shouted Palmon as her vines reached the black gear.
"Right, I'll do it." said Tai and starts climbing on Palmon's vines.
"Be careful, Tai!" Keiko calls out. A light from Tai's digivice appears and destroys the black gear.
"Okay, I destroyed it." said Tai as he safely gets back on the raft. Suddenly, a huge white light appears underneath them and lifts the raft out of Whamon through his blowhole and back into the ocean, causing the raft to break apart.
"Sora, are…you…okay?" asked Biyomon.
"Yeah, how about you and Keiko, Tai?" Sora asked him as the three of them hold onto a log.
"Yeah, Sora, I'm good." replied Tai.
"I'm okay." said Keiko, looking down at Pitchmon. "Are you okay, Pitchmon?"
"Pitch." said Pitchmon, happy that Keiko wasn't harmed.
"Somehow we got out of there." said Agumon.
"Poyomon, are you alright? Talk to me!" T.K. said to his digimon, sitting on the log.
"He's fine, T.K." Matt assures him when Whamon swims towards them.
"Go away! Not again!" Mimi shouted at him.
"Sorry about that." said Whamon. "I must have had a tummy ache or something."
"It's alright. We all know it wasn't your fault." said Biyomon.
"That's right, it was a black gear inside you." said Sora.
"Those black gears are rude. I bet that's the last one." said Tai.
"I bet you're wrong!" Joe shouted at him.
"Thanks kids, I owe you one." said Whamon.
"Don't mention it, Whamon. It was our pleasure." said Tai. "By the way, do you know how fair it is to server?"
"Yes, it would take me five days, make that three and a half without traffic." said Whamon.
"Great, our raft's broken!" said T.K.
"We'll never get there, now." said Keiko.
"Are you going to Server?" Whamon asked.
"Yeah, we were trying to." said Agumon.
"I'll take you there myself. It's not every day your lunch saves your life." said Whamon.
"Really?" asked Sora.
"Yeah, alright!" shouted Mimi, letting go of the log and sinks into the water, but Palmon quickly pulls her up. Whamon dives underneath them and comes up with the digidestined on top of his head.
"This is great." said Sora.
"This sure is a whole lot faster and smoother than that raft." said Izzy.
"Which means I won't get seasick." said Mimi.
"Now if only we could find those tags and crests that Devimon hid somewhere." said Tai.
"Did you say Devimon?" asked Whamon.
"Yeah, do you know him?" asked Tai.
"Well, I don't know anything about tags or crests, but a while ago, Devimon hid something deep beneath the ocean." Whamon tells him.
"Can you tell us where?" Tai asked him.
"It's on the way to Server, you can all ride inside me and I'll take you there, but no tickling." said Whamon and they all got back inside before Whamon dove down into the ocean.
Whamon continues to swim down towards the ocean floor and into an underwater cave, where he surfaces to let the digidestined out. "I'm so out of shape, I have to rest here for a while. I gotta drop a couple thousand pounds." said an out of breath Whamon.
"Thanks Whamon." said Tai and walked into the cave. After a little while, they spot something.
"What's that?" asked Joe.
"A convenience store." said Tai.
"That's weird." said Keiko. Suddenly, Tai hears something behind them.
"Huh? What's that sound?" he asked, turning around then sees a huge mole-like digimon with a drill for a nose appear.
"Drimogemon lives deep inside the earth, drilling tunnels." said Tentomon. "He uses his Drill Spin and Crusher Bone to wipe out his enemies."
"Ah! A black gear!" exclaimed Sora.
"I knew that couldn't have been the last black gear." said Joe.
"It is Lord Devimon's will that no one shall pass!" said Drimogemon.
"Tai, leave this to us digimon. You guys try to find the tags." said Agumon.
"I got it." said Tai as Drimogemon points his spinning drill at them.
"Tai, he scares me." said Keiko.
"Don't worry, I got you." he tells her, taking her into his side.
"Ha, you think that drill scares us? Think again! Gomamon digivolve to…Ikkakumon!" Ikkakumon shouted and starts fighting Drimogemon, but the explosion caused everything inside the store to shake and fall in the store around the kids.
"Drill Spin!" shouted Drimogemon as his horn collides with Ikkakumon's.
"Now's our chance." said Tai, grabbing Keiko's hand as he and the others ran towards the convenience store. Ikkakumon manages to win the struggle and pushes Drimogemon into the convenience store, causing the windows to break.
"Ikkakumon, you got him down! Get him!" Joe shouted to his Champion level digimon.
"Harpoon Torpedo!" shouted Ikkakumon, firing several shots of his horn at Drimogemon.
"I think it's time I joined the battle. Tentomon digivolve to…Kabuterimon!" shouted Kabuterimon.
"Crusher Bone!" shouted Drimogemon, throwing a bone at Kabuterimon who then dodges it in time.
"Kabuterimon, aim for the black gear." said Agumon.
"Electro Shocker!" shouted Kabuterimon, sending a ball of electricity at the black gear and destroys it.
"Poyomon, where are you? Poyomon!" T.K. called out, looking for his digimon. As he turns the corner, he spots Poyomon in between an opening of shelves.
"Oh, Poyomon, there you are!" said T.K. as he picks him up. "Come on, you can't stay in the store." T.K. then sees a box underneath him. "What's in the box?"
"Please forgive me for attacking you." said Drimogemon while digging.
"Excuse me, do you know where the tags are?" asked Gabumon.
"The tags should be in the convenience store next to the jerky." said Drimogemon. After T.K. shows Matt and the others the box Poyomon found, Matt opens it to reveal eight tags inside.
"The tags." said Matt.
"Just like the ones Gennai showed us during his transmission." said Izzy. Later, they set off once again on Whamon for Server.
"How pretty." said Mimi.
"Remember what Gennai told us, you guys. The crests are scattered throughout the continent of Sever." said Matt.
"And if we get both the tag and crest…" said Gabumon.
"We'll be able to digivolve once again." said Agumon.
"Then we'll just have to go out there and find the crests." said Tai as the sun sets in the sky.
