Chapter 2

Los Angeles, California

LAPD SWAT Headquarters

LAPD SWAT Commander Robert Hicks was in the office when the alarms went off. He saw Sergeant Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson rush in.

"Commander, what's going on?"

"I'm not sure. Let's go to the comm center."

They walked into the communications center, the operational hub for LAPD SWAT. The grim faces of his best team. He saw Sergeant David "Deacon" Kay and Officers Dominique Luca, Victor Tan, Jim Street, Zoe Powell, and Alexis Cabrera.

"Those explosion's weren't random. They hit Long Beach and the Mayor's official residence." Street said

"This seems like a terrorist attack," Hondo said

He saw Commander Hicks put down his phone

"It's bad. Washington DC and New York were hit as well. I got confirmation that a NATO Counter Terrorist Unit will be aiding us."

"NATO Unit?" Tan said

"It's worse. We have reports of gunfire from armed Insurgents."

"We know who they are?" Deacon asked

"No. Get year gear including gas masks. We have reports of Chemical weapons." Hicks said

Team Rainbow TOC, Hereford, United Kingdom

"Sir." The intelligence analyst said, "Keller's Team just landed at LAX International Airport."

"Good." Said Bishop "Inform all Law Enforcement agencies the identity of the domestic terrorist organizations."

"Understood sir."

He stood there in the TOC wondering what their next move was. Wondering what the endgame was for them. Why now? He left the room and went to his office to make a secure phone call.

Keller and his team immediately went to work. Getting their gear and equipment ready. The tarmac was lit up with police and military personnel given the recent developments. He looked toward his teammates. Men and Women he trusted.

"Six, we just landed. We're headed to where the Officer in Charge is."

"Copy that Keller. The OIC is Police Commissioner Donald Gordon."

"Copy that. I think I see him. Keller out."

The team of operators moved to a mobile command center. They saw a young police officer, probably a week out of the academy. He wouldn't let them move.

"Excuse me" he heard Michael Walter, his team's heavy gunner say "We need to speak to Commissioner Gordon."

"I can't do that. He's busy and we don't know who you are." The cop said

Keller felt a migraine in his head, thinking of the idiotic bureaucracy plaguing the United States Government. This attack was the culmination of multiple Intelligence failures. Keller decided to speak.

"He's expecting us."

They proceeded to move past the uniform cop and entered the command center. The Commissioner looked at them and breathed a sigh of relief.

"You must be part of the special response team."

"Yes, Sir. You may not know our identities and our mission. But we are going to hunt down those responsible for this."

"Understood commander. Proceed with your mission. We'll send in a backup unit if you need it."

"Copy that. Alright guys, let's move out and get to work."

Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States

Armed men in black uniforms moved silently toward the shipping containers. The attacks by the True Sons and Last Man Battalion were the perfect distraction for what they were about to do. Looking at the green container, they opened it. Inside were the chemical weapons needed to commence the real attack on the United States. Most of them knew this was a suicide mission, but the leader of the elite strike team had other plans.

Felix Alexeyevich Sokolov looked at his men. Handpicked by him personally for the operation. Provided intelligence by that American in Congress. Of course, he had an escape route if things went south.

"Men, you are being well compensated for this mission. A mission that will bring about a new world order. Load the canisters into both vans. We will strike now. Operation Wolf's Teeth will begin"

They took 10 minutes to load the chemical weapons into the vans. Got their weapons and gear ready and prepared to rain destruction upon Los Angeles. One of his men approached him.

"Kestrel, the men are ready to begin."

"Excellent."
