25 years before the main story…but luckily she meets a variant of my future dusk gamer oc Abslam, warrior and spirit chandler and future dragon master and she has a awsome power based on the power of a awsome OC made by RubberPeen in a story called "Wild card in MHA" where his oc can manifest special powers from cards based on his imagination…yeah my OC can do the same but it also includes the gamer system, at what level…I will show as I go so lets go
First hand: the Cosmic lottery winner
Field like area with hills and broken houses there was a girl, a girl with very light tanned skin, brown hair that cold be similar to Mallow from Pokemon, blue eyes and dressed a black crop top with a yellow mini shirt revealing her crop top and belly and had on a blue and yellow with a black buckle belt holding up a pink skirt and a pair of black and red boots and red gloves with black fingers and a blue sachel. Around her wrist was a white braclet and on her ankles were two daggers with a hilt that one can put a card in and a blue sachel with a card holder on the strap that had a open eye with a infinate symbol in its pupil as she raised a hand to cover her eyes "Sees what a bright day to day, but we got a long way to go to our destination right Abslam?" She asked looking over her shoulder at a figure. It was a young man of 20 with blonde-orange hair dressed as a warrior with a padlock choker around his neck and had a sword on his back nodding "Right Kadee" he said as the now named Kadde looked forward.
Kadee vo: my name is Kadee I am 16 years old and I won the very rare cosmic lottery meaning a god chose me to be teleported into a fantasy world with special powers, it was weird and I thought you needed to die to get reincarnated but turns out I didnt need to.
It then changes to a school setting showing Kaedee but dressed in a school girls uniform as she was drawing on a tablet. "Lets see some new monsters and spells to help Akido against the dreaded ice witch, maybe some dragon weapon" said Kadee as she heard people crying over Nagestas death as she saw a group morning over a shrine to a boy with dark black hair and yellow eyes as dark whispers about a girl name Stephani and how she forced him to suicide as Kadee watched and sighed 'a boy like him wouldn't commit suicide he was full of life and knew how to back away from someone, especially Stephani who wasnt interestied in him' she thought as she walked to class though she was mentally borad a bit wanting some excitement in her life.
"Kadee chan, Kadee chan" yelled a voice as she turned and saw a boy with red hair and was effeminate with red rimmed glasses in the male uniform "Uko what's up?" She asked "What's up is that I managed to get the role and you heard the gossip about Steph, can you belive that?" He said pouting "I belive it is the jelious people who just dont see that Steph isnt interested in guys and Nagesta is to happy to want to off himself and see the clear picture, someone push him and killed him" said Kadee "People are soooo stupid" said Uko as Kadee went back to drawing "I have to agree on that" she said as she felt that her school lacks one thing…common sense and that only she and her freind Uko have it, as well as Steph dispite being a blonde she has at least a head on her shoulder that she hides
Kadee vo: Stephanie is the most popular girl in all the school, she is liked because of her looks and sharp mouth, though I know her deeper secret

The day continued on as Kadee watched Uko practice during drama as she continued on her story blueprint as school finished for the day as she sighed "Another mundane day done and over with" she muttered as she walked up to a two story home as she stepped into the house as the chaotic noise of having 6 siblings 3 sisters and 3 brothers…all of which were spoiled by her overly dotting step dad and birth mom, carefully avoiding her siblings as she made to her in closet bedroom (Like Lincion loud's room) as she took off her uniform "Another monotonous day…and its gonna be a stirring for a few days with Negestas supposed suicide. I will miss him even with his Kamen rider obsession, but he and Uko really did get along super well with there love of Kajju" she said as she swapped into her PJs as she laid on her back to rest before it was time to sneak down to get something to eat…however her phone started to ring.
"Huh what was that?" She wondered as she picked up her phone and checked and saw she got a message "Strange who texted me?" She wondered as she answered it.

Kadee stared at the message "This feels like a graphic novel type of buisness…but the idea of crossing into another world *thinks about her life and how boring it is and how spoiled all six her siblings are* sounds like fun…but what about Uko? I dont want to leave him behind" she started as she got another ding

At that Kadees eyes widened as she felt herself be warped to someplace as she landed on her back as she quickly got up in shock as she looked around. The room she was in reminded her of the class select option from "Bofuri" as she saw a young women dressed in a gold and silver victorian like dress with silver hair with a braid tied under a waterfall of silver hair held back bay a headband with a heart and the roman numerals for seven and beautiful silver eyes as she curtsied "Hello there Kadee, my name is Lavenza" she said as Kadee stared…and stared…and stared "You are stunned I understand seeing a god is pretty shocking especially if you are still alive, I remember Corrin a big fan of the ben 10 verse who was excited, though my foolish sister gave him the body of a highbred at least he got the omnitrix he wanted and a system to help him grow" she said as Kadee just stared and then pinched her arm "Oww, ok not dreaming and *kneels and bows* I am sorry if there is a head god the boss for sinning and cussing in your name please dont lighting strike me, please dont lightning strike me" she said as Lavenza laughed.
"Oh you are so funny Negesta was right to say you are funny" she said as Kadee looked up "Negesta? You met him is he ok?" She asked as Levenza nodded "She is he met a polite god and was reincarnated with the power of the Kamen riders, though I dont know why he wanted also the power to switch genders" she said as Kadee rolled her eyes "He wanted to become the lady Kamen riders the over zealous fan" she said shaking her head as she sighed and got serious faced "This is a big question but, is there a chance I can meet Nagesta again?" She asked "you can, he has been hanging out with a person that is in a world where I am sending you the world of the cardinal heros (Kadee: wait rising shield hero?) A alternated version of it but yes, the spellbook heroine has been attracting a crowd of powerful players that had died or were chosen by the cosmic lottery to come to that world that I can tell she will become a demi-god and her comrads her pantheon over time *Looks away* Maybe for the best since some of the gods in God haven are starting to become spoiled *Looks at Kaede* but I assure you the spellbook heroine is a very kind soul, even having a army of monsters that treat her as a goddess due to her kindness and the people who joined her as a equal dispite her age" said Lavenza "well how old is she?" Asked Kadee wanting to know just in case she is asked to join "she is around 19 a fresh college student (Kadee: so she is 3 years older then me) but she is respectful that even the older members treat her with respect as a leader" she said as Kadee wondered
"Do you want me to join up with her and help her against the waves of destruction?" Asked Kadee "If you can but also…I have a second mission because I know will find away into that world, I want you to help the one with the power of Gatcha take down the corruption of that world" she said as Kadee hummed
"Wellllll….I'll do it as long as you email what is going on in my new life otherwise Uko would freak out and worry about me" she said as the god smiled "Excellent, now that you accept as a goddess I will grant you any power you request and also *snaps her fingers as a circle of weapons appeared* give you a starting weapon set but fair warning, what you choose that will be your main weapon you can equip" she said as Kadee looked at each of the weapons from large great shields, to a sword and shield, a mace, mages staff and book or just a book and daggers.
"So a quick question I can have any power I want?" She asked "With in reason" said Lavenza as Kadee smiled "Then, I want the power similar to the oc in "Wild card in MHA" I want to make my own spells and summons with cards" she said as Lavenza smiled "Reading your mind of the story you were planning I see no issue with that *waves a hand and two items appeared, one a ARK-V duel disk in its dorment form which was a rust red color, the other what looks like a yugioh card deck, but on the front is a Eye and in its pupil is the infinity symbol* this [Infinity card deck] is part of our line of infinity items, infinity chalk, infinity pens, infinity rope you name it it will have a infinity possibility you can use these for your cards and this duel pad will allow you to store your creations, as well as have some features I am sure you will recognize" she said giving Kadee the items as she was grinning big as Lavenza placed a hand on her head as Kadee glowed "This is to go with your system, I gave you the power to be able to enter all types Of Miasma to avoid its side effects and the gift to see and collect raw mana" she said as Kadee got a notification screen to show it was true

Asked Kadee "You wont, you can use the raw mana in the air of the world of the cardinal heros to create your card creations but a fair warning that depending on the type of card you are making and what you have in mind to create, especially if you create a summon it will use alot of mana, if you use all the stockpiled Mana you had collected then the system will be force to use your HP as a substitute for the remaining mana you may need" said Lavenza as Kadee nodded "Gotcha which means I better be careful and make sure I have lots of mana stockpiled so I wont get a HP drain" Said Kadee as she placed the card holder on her hip as her eyes widened "Wait I need adventure cloths I am in my pJs!" She yelped "Dont worry we will get you into some unbreakable adventure cloths once you chose your weapon" said Lavenaza as Kadee happy sighed "Good that would be embarrassing" she said looking at her suggestions.
"I can only choose one weapon and with that weapon its all I can equip, I wonder if I can mod it to equip cards to boost it since magic spells will be casted via cards, I wonder if I can make magic that way" she pondered as she looked carefully at the weapons till she stopped at the daggers and hummed "Well, thanks to Uko I took gemastics to take a break from being a artist or reading so I have a strong agility and reflexes so maybe using a light weapon like daggers can be useful *Looks at the staff and Book* if I am using cards I can just use those to cast spells and if I get enough Mana to make a summon it would be worthless if I make a spellcaster" she said as she decided on her weapon "I will take the daggers if I can mod them to place cards in I bet I can cast magic or enfuse with magic" she said tapping air near the daggers as a screen appeared

"Dex and agility must means speed to attack and accuracy to use the weapon which fits what I did in gymnastics with strength and agility" she said as she pressed accept as a pair of simple iron daggers appeared in her hands as she did a few swipes

She asked as Lavenza hummed tapping her chin "Well that is pushing it…but what the hay some of the more "Corrupted" gods give cheats to those they life so please let me have your daggers I will take care of that" she said as Kadee gives her the daggers as Lavenza held her hand over the daggers as they glowed once they cleared on the hilts were sleeves that looked like a card can be put into it

"Now this will really help me out, thanks Lavenza *Lavenza then gives her what looks like duel gaze that belonged to Yuma but the colors were silver and a dark pink* what's this?" She said as Lavenza smirked "Something to help take down enemies better and now for the last part your stats" she said as Kadee equipped the duel gazer as a screen appeared

"So these are my status and the DEX and AGI, is it because I am a gymnast in my old world?, well glad for the boost but my MP…its horrid but then again I came from a magic free world so I guess understand able (Sees that she has 300) and 300 stat points that is waaaaayyyy generous" said Kadee looking at Lavenza as she shrugged "Well lets start with this, 30 in STR which means 10% damage increase, then 30 in Vit so that I can increase my HP to handle tough monsters so that is HP per 1 point in VIT and 30 x5 equals 150 so my HP increased to 280 and with every 10 Vit points added 3 is added to PDEF so that is 9, my Agi and Dex are good for now and if INT adds to MP and Magical defense and damage, I should add all 240 to it, that way I will have alot of MP just incase I go over the collected mana I have (Lavenza: still connected to your HP) then I will at least have a lot of MP for the cards I created" she said applying the remaining status points to INT and thus boost her MP "There now I am ready as a Swashbuckling mage" she said
"Glad for that, now all that is needed to get your adventure outfit and our portal master will take you to the land of rising shield hero" she said as Kadee smirked "Alright show me what you got" she said
Minutes later
Kadee looked in a mirror and saw her new outfit (It was the same as the intro) "heee, I get to wear a crop top and no fussy Step dads to stop me" she said laughing as she checked the card that Lavenza gave her to go to "Alright so the portal area isnt far I just need to give this to the guy in charge and I will be in the area where the hero of the spellbook is" she said as she walked forward to her destination
Kadee vo: my name kid Kadee I am 16 years old and I am going on a adventure with a magical power to create cards and cast spells with them though little did I know I wounded up while in the world I was supposed to be…
It then shows Kadee looking around in a wooded area not far from a sign that said "—Miles to Falcon reach" and while confused believing it to be the Dragon fable world a notification cleared that up.
"EEHHHHH I AM 30 YEARS IN THE PAST! OF THIS WORLD!"
I was 30 years in the past before the opening of the waves…life is unpredictable
Authors note: And that is chapter 1 of this story where the character has a card based power and she is 30 years in the past before the events of Rising shield hero in a land based on Dragon fable.
It maybe annoying but it will give her time to get up to Idoras level by the time she comes to the land
Next chapter Kadee ponders about what had happened and gets to work on practicing her new powers by collecting raw mana that she can see as she makes her way to a copy of Oaklore keep to get information on what was going on
