Chapter 1

Planet Zeenu was once a peaceful planet. An odd green planet with a spike in the middle of it. Zeenu was rich in resources of agriculture, metals and the advancements in technology. Making the planet an excellent trading partner in the galactic trading organization. However, all that changed when the Virions invaded and declared war.

The Emperor of Zeenu looked upon his planet throughout his royal chambers windows. His soldiers, the lucky ones, returning to the safe dome of the capital city of Zeenu from another battle. The capital, Tsuyo and seven other cities in Zeenu were protected by force fields as one of the last havens of Zeenu. It has been this way for almost a year since the invasion occurred. Morale was at an all time low. Dorkus, his royal advisor has made it clear that they had no chance of victory. However, there was no such thing as surrender to the Virions. They travel throughout the galaxy arriving on any planet, declare war on said planet and kill as much of the population as they can. There are only two outcomes in the end when the Virions invade; the planet either becomes apart of the empire with its remaining occupants as slaves or the planet ends up being destroyed. No planet has ever defeated the Virions. King Eon was well known throughout the universe as a mighty warrior. All seemed lost for the Zeenulians except for one thing that kept them going throughout the war. The mythological bearer of peace, prosperity and joy whose arrival is foretold in the Book of Great Goodness.

The Emperors thoughts were interrupted as his royal advisor approached him."Your majesty the seer has arrived" the Dorkus said.

The Emperor straighten himself and nodded to the guard "Very well bring her in now."

The seer entered the royal chambers and knelt before the Emperor "Greetings Emperor,I have news for you that may please you."

The Emperor looked upon the seer. She was in her twilight years, her skin a pale purple color and wrinkled, with only a few strands of gray hair left on her head. Her back hunched over and her arms hung over her torso. However, it was her eyes that was the most captivating, for they held wisdom and power in their depth. The Emperor was anxious to hear what she had to say since the last time the seer came to see him was when she had a vision of the bringer of peace.

The Emperor waved his hand towards the seer giving her permission to speak.

"Your majesty as you know my previous premonition showed me a blurred image of the bringer of peace. I did not see his face but from what I could tell he is humanoid built and most definitely not of our world. Today I have been blessed with a new premonition about the bringer of peace. He will come from the sky in a ship and crash near the capital. While not a warrior in practice he can be trained to become the greatest fighter Zeenu has ever seen. I cannot foretell when he will arrive my lord but he will come soon enough and when he does the tides of the war will shift to our favor in time. He will fight King Eon five times, barely surviving each encounter but coming back stronger each time. The war will be long I'm afraid but with the passage of time the bringer of peace will grow into a leader and a warrior to end it. I do not know how he will do it but the war will end in a great battle with the bringer of peace leading the Zeenulian army against King Eon's army. It will be then the two will have their final fight" said the seer.

The Emperor sat silently as he listened to the seer and absorbed the information. While there were many questions he wanted to ask, he knew that the seer said all she could about her premonition.

"Seer tell me one thing, do we win in the end" asked the Emperor.

"I am afraid I do not know that my lord. The war will be long, lives will be lost on both sides but in the end it can go either way" said the seer. Seeing the Emperor look dishearten the seer spoke once more. "The bringer of peace can still succeed my lord. As I said he will be our greatest fighter but it is his heart that will be his greatest weapon. The choices that he makes will make an impact to the war effort" said the seer.

Doubt still plagued the Emperors mind but the seer's words had given him hope that not all was lost and that they still had a path for survival and victory. The Emperor thanked the seer for her time and had a guard escort her out of the chambers.

"Your majesty perhaps we can still open lines of communications with King Eon once more. Make a deal with him. Perhaps offer the planet and all of its remaining resources this time in exchange of us leaving Zeenu with our lives. He is not known for being merciful but he has spared people from time to time " asked Dorkus.

"Dorkus you know King Eon only spares people so he can toy with them again later. We either die quick and free or die slow as slaves to a tyrant. The fact that we have survived this long is unheard of and that must be a sign to not surrender. We must keep fighting until the bringer of peace arrives" said the Emperor.

"And if he never comes my lord" asked Dorkus.

"You doubt the seer."

"Of course not my lord. However, I must advise you that most seers see possibility and though this ones premonitions have come true in the past it is possible that this time around may not be the case. I do not see the point in putting our faith in a being that may not even exist. Why dwindle what little time we have on false hope" Dorkus said.

The Emperor turned to look at Dorkus and then towards the window "At this point Dorkus false hope is all we have to live on.''

Little did they know that 4.1 million light years away on a planet called Earth the bringer of peace would soon make an appearance.
