I have been wanting to write this, ever since I fouhd out the ending of SecretvWars where Reed Richards makes Lylla and Rocket forget about each other, like they never knew each other which makes me annoyed so I decided to write this after talking to my best friend, Kaley as we were talking about Lylla and Rocket involving Secret Wars so I had to write something, plus I ship Lylla/Rocket hard ore especially aftervVolume 3.

So while at a Midsummer ball on Wondergore which Rocket isn't looking forward to until he rubs into a female-otter named Lylla and a beauitful thing starts.

"You excited about the party tonight, Uncle Rocket." Floor asked, making Rocket smirk at both her and her brother, Teefs as they were hanging out but they were talking about the annual ball which everybody on Wondergore was talking about only Rocket hasn't been looking forward to it like every year being the crown-prince it was part of things and Floor and Teefs's parents were helping King Herbert set up for the party so Rocket was watching his niece and nelhew like normal so had taken them to the indoor playgrouhd at the mall which was one of their favourite places to be as he could climb, swing and get energy out along with Teefs and Floor.

"I guess guys, but see you guys are excited, huh." Rocket replied to them softly, but having fun with them was making him forger about the party knowing it would be more fun for them, getting to stay up and have treats seeing one of his dad's servants there saying he had to get ready for the ball seeing Bun-Bun and Wal-Rus there glad that things were calm so Rocket was leaving for his dad's penthouse apartment seeing Herbert there seeing he was here so he could start getting ready for the party.

"You excitted about the party, my prince, I've got the feeling this year's ball might be special." he told him.

"If you say so dad, but was having a blast with Teefs and Floor." he told him.

"I can tell, you love watching them and they adore you being their uncle." Herbert replied to the male-raccoon seeing him nodding in reply putting on his tux taking deep-breaths hoping his dad was right, leavijg arriving at the party seeing others dancing, eating and having a good tine relieving him.

"Owww, watch the tail-" he heard an annoyed voice say making Rocket nervous but his brownish eyes widening seeing afemale-otter in a purple dress but his heart was skippijg a beat, but Herbert was noticing his prince interacting with that female-otter

"Ohhh I knew this would happen someday, but need to make sure, then give him the talk even if it embarrasses the both of us." he said mingling with guests sighing.

"S-Sorry I stepped on your tail, what's your name." Rocket asked her with nervousness in his voice.

"You have a pretty name, Lylla and my nane's Rocket." he said surprising her by his response that he was being charming being curious, asking his name.

"Rocket." he replied to her seeing her grin.

"Cool name, Rocket you want to hang out." she said seeing him nodding, makijg Herbert surprised this was happening so was letting this be, knowing they'd have to talk about this knowing it was makihg Rocket enjoying the party feeling Lylla take his paw dancing not paying attention to the criwd who were cheering but Lylla was lost in Rocket's brownish eyes blushing which he found cute.

"I'm a Guardian of the Galaxy, Lylla and kick tail." he told her.

"That's awesome and helping against my brother who's running Half-world into thegroundcand volunteer atvthe hospital helping Half-Worlders that need help." she said seeing her mom who was a party animal making Rocket chuckle at this making Lylla giggle at this seeing Rocket chuckle at this, knowing this was a good thijg beginning, asking her what brought her to Wondergore

"My mom wanted me to enjoy my youth and in honesty was nervous about this, but glad I'm here." Lylla told him.

"Me too." Rocket told her while they were dancing and hanging out making Teefs and Floor grin at their uncle dancing with Lylla hoping he'd introduce her to them when they huhg out.

"We have to wait and see guys but yeah, they're gonna be awesome if they're meant to be." Wal-Rus told them seeing Bun-Bun nodding in reply at her husband's thought thinking about them older.

That next morning, Rocket began to stir softly as it was late morning after the party smiling thinking about Lylla realising she'd given him his phone number remembering they'd huhg out together hearing voices leaving his room heading to the kitchen, his brown eyes widening seeing Lylla there with her mom making Herbert chuckle realising he'd been exhausted after the ball he'd let him sleep in seeing Lylla grin seeing him with bed fur as she was tired herself after last night, so coffee was helping and maybe some more rest seeing Rocket agreeing on that seeing his dads joining them making Rocket guess they wanted to talk to him about Lylla making his furry cheeks go pink

"Morning Rocket, my mom and yourvdads were talkijg about things, but hungry." she told him seeing Herbert there with Zeke grinning and explained they and Lylla's mom had been talking so had decided that Lylla should spend time here saying she needed time to be young which Herbert understood as he worried about Rocket too

"Mmmmmm, pancakes which are really good." Rocket said drinkijg coffee as it was waking him up mentally like Lylla seeing her enjoying the pancakes and coffee alomg with Lylla's mom noticing he amd Lylla were bonding as she could use a friend, only Herbert and Zeke knew it might be something more and maybe she might become Rocket's queen if the stars aligned making Lylla's mom understand

"I'm gonna go explore, you guys hang out." she told them leaving.

"That's cool, your mom's exploring but you okay." Rocket asked Lylla.

"A bit tired after last night guessing you feel the same." she replied to him.

"Ummmm, we need to talk, Rocket is that okay." Herbert asked.

"Okay." Rocket told him leaving Lylla be.
