"Good… get ready everyone because its going to be a real drama filled chapter… as a small recap, thanks to a recording, Emerald, Maite, and Izzy found out they are in restricted space, and since the Valor coming after them is a Military grade ship, they more or less fear that instead of a rescue, they may just get blasted out of the sky above the planet is over and BOY this gets Emerald, Maite, and Izzy very distrustful of those like Cedric, Hammond, and Kendra given that Cedric has high Military clearance, Hammond has a similar thing, and Kendra is just straight up cryptic in some things… all in all, looks like some will have to do a bit to regain trust given that right now, Emerald was turned into a King Necromorph in a matter of days, Maite was raped by a Black Dragoon, an evolved Dragoon, Izzy maybe missing Nicole either dear or worse, Azure was more or less broken unless she can recover, and don't even get me started on other stuff… point is… this chapter is well over the halfway mark in this Dead space video I'm using and most likely Atomsk as well… so if we speed things along, should be done with DSML 1 soon… how soon?... well not sure given how erratic of a thing we do with keeping to the story… either way enjoy the chapter because this will be a more lemon filled one than last time… which… didn't have any lemons at all." TME said before sweatdropping as the scene shifts to Cedric while he tried to get in contact with Emerald again but couldn't given Emerald destroyed his Rig. and didn't know that.

Cedric growls when he couldn't get nothing but Static on his end and when he tried to call Izzy and Maite, he got nothing but a blocked signal from the duo… and right now Onyx was hoping Cedric would calm down as she pats him on the back as the duo walked more down the hall as they got closer to Lillum's Hive.
"Easy there… getting angry won't help and right now they could be thinking of less than peaceful thoughts… pretty sure you would get in an argument if you tried to go after them right now." Onyx said to try and get Cedric to see reason.
"Maybe… but I shouldn't be ignored as I need to know their whereabouts." Cedric said.
"At the Comms array, can't get much more detailed than that, listen Cedric, I'm not saying this to piss you off or mess with you but you need to relax, worrying about them constantly will only do you badly in the end… trust me, worrying on where that Black Dragoon fucker is even now still puts me on edge but I am not trying to let it consume me… right now you just need to focus on relaxing and making sure Azure, when she wakes, doesn't feel messed up on what she did because Maite told me that she was still feeling off after what that Dragoon fucker did to her… and she only had a short time compared to Azure so Azure maybe more messed up than Maite… hopefully we won't have to use Lillum when she returns to fix Azure but… better brace yourself for the worst if Azure tries to get to her… ugh… Master…" Onyx said while shaking her head in disgust in Azure trying to go back to the Black Dragoon in a worst case senario.
This made Cedric frown.
"I don't want that to happen. I just hope Lillum's hive has something to stop the pregnancy of that fucker."
"I'm not sure unfortunately so we would have to ask, but given Maite isn't having signs, pretty sure Lillum does have something… for now we should get walking since were lagging behind." Onyx said when she moved to walk faster than Cedric for a moment.
"Hey." Cedric said as he tries to keep up.
Onyx on her end blinks when she looks back at Cedric while she watched him catch up to her.
"Yeah?" Onyx asked when she figured Cedric wanted something.
"Nothing. You were walking ahead." Cedric said.
"Ah… well lets make sure we don't slow down… sooner we make sure Azure is in a bed, the better, she will be out for a bit thanks to that medicine used on her so she maybe awhile." Onyx said as she walked next to Cedric with crossed arms leaving Cedric with his thoughts as she walked next to him.
'Fuck… I really hope the damage wasn't lasting. What if Azure wants to go back to that fuck… and keep the baby?' Cedric thought as he can still remember when Azure kissed the Dragoon, calling him Master and of course… the sex.
As Cedric stewed in these thoughts, the scene went to Emerald, Maite, Izzy, Leonel, Lillum, and Fido as they worked their way deeper into the Comms array section of the ship while following Izzy to get places since she had a Guiding becon on her.
As they followed her getting a number of items from places, they entered a large massive room in Zero-G that connected to the lower room with all the messed up comms dishes… and many Necromorph enemies.
Emerald cracks his knuckles at this while he looks coldly at the enemies.
"Ready to fight ladies and Fido?" Emerald said while he cracked his neck.
The group just nod their heads as they were ready.
This results in Emerald, Lillum, Leonel, and Fido jumping through the air while flying in the Zero-G area to various Necromorphs… this happened as Maite blasted some Necromorphs near her while Izzy focused on the Comms array by removing various destroyed dishes so she could focus on getting the good ones in a proper order once things were calm…ish…
It was somewhat a rough fight but Emerald and co were victorious as Fido ripped the limbs off of the last Necromorph.
When this happened, Izzy was able to focus as Emerald rubs his head when he got back with the others and watched as Izzy place the Comms dishes in a certain order.
"Man… not sure if I should be glad Izzy is with us for this or I wished I learned more on engineering since it looks like Izzy doing all of this alone and I feel bad we can't help her." Emerald said while Izzy smiles when she finished things.
"Don't worry, just had to puzzle these things in a way to make a strong signal happen, now that this happened, we should be able to get a signal out to anyone nearby." Izzy said while the Comm's array activated and Kendra's voice was heard over the Comms.
"Hey guys, good news, everything is working. Get back to Communicatings and send our coordinates." Kendra said.
"Right… though quick Question Kendra… since you're talking and stuff, I need to ask… you say you didn't know about this place being prohibited space, but since you, Hammond, and Cedric are high ranking people, you being under Hammond and maybe Cedric, how come you never heard of this place being in prohibited space?... pretty sure if we were going on a maintenance mission with guarding people like Izzy, how come you never checked to see if the Ishimura was someplace it wasn't?... you were the main info person of the group even before we left for the Ishimura and none of us heard anything about this being in prohibited space until now… and Cedric, Emerald, Azure, and I were your security… if it was a simple run in and patch, why the guards unless you three knew something which required the firepower?" Maite said with a hard to read tone.
"Before you snap at me Kendra… remember that since we are pretty much on a monster infested ship, calling a possibly hostile ship in to try and help us and they could blast us out of the sky… ever consider your hired help would turn on you and try and get answers from one of you?... and yes… that is a threat… I got raped by a monster, my boyfriend got killed and turned into one so he wouldn't stay dead, and if this rescue mission doesn't work out, whats to stop me from coming to you, Hammond, and Cedric to kick your collective asses HARD for getting us into this sitauation in the first place?" "I don't know what to say for this Maite. We just get orders and follow them. I don't know if Cedric and Hammon knew but I still don't trust Hammon. Cedric… is a mystery."
"Yeah well if shit hits the fan more than it has and Emerald, Izzy, and I have to do something else insane or annoying because you won't move to a more guarded place or to Lillum's hive so we can talk in person or you do something physically for once besides typing on monitors, you better get ready for more than just a simple talk if we meet again, and believe me, considering all the sex I had, pretty sure you can bet I'll make sure your held down while Emerald does his thing or maybe a random Necromorph since you and Hammond are starting to be pains in my ass." Maite said before she hung up on Kendra.
Izzy blinks in surprise.

"I get everyone is on edge but to me… that Kendra woman and Hammond are the ones we should be careful of."
"Maybe… for now we should get to the Comms panel and start things officially…" Izzy said before she jumped in the air and moved to follow Emerald, Maite, Fido, which left Lillum with Leonel alone and Lillum looks a bit worried since she wasn't sure if Emerald was going to be OK with her and more.
Leonel holds her hand in comfort.
"Don't worry Lilly. Emerald will realize his mistake."
"*sigh* it's not Emerald that made the mistake, it was us since we never considered what may happen if a Military class ship came by and potentially blast the Ishimura from the sky, his anger is justified, he is at least holding back in snapping at anyone aside his own rig." Lillum points out that Emerald's anger was justified since the lack of info may make things more complicated and the luck the group had… would mostly mean Emerald, Maite, Izzy, and others would have shitty times soon.
Leonel sighs.
"Yeah I get your point. But if he does hurt you in some way, I will kick his ass."
"Leo, we both know it's not in Emerald's nature to harm me… still it's sweet of you to be protective." Lillum said when she kissed Leonel on her cheek before she moved to jump after the others.
Leonel blushes a bit before she went to follow the group.
As she followed the group, they got back to the main room with Izzy was working to get the Comms array working now that things were set up properly.
After a bit, a screen popped up and there was a stranger in armor speaking.
"This is USM Valor… Broadcasting all frequencies to the USG Ishimura. In response to your SOS, we picked up your escape bod, Number 47, and are on route to your position. This message will repeat every 30 seconds until you respond."
The second the screen went off, the group blinked.
"Escape pod?" Izzy said though Maite's eyes widened as she realized something.
"Oh no…"
Emerald's eyes widened as well.
"Wait… didn't one of us say something on an escape pod getting launched?... don't tell me…" Emerald said while he quickly looks to Izzy.
"Izzy tell Kendra to get in touch with those guys now and NOT to open that escape pod!" Emerald said urgently while many had wide eyes at this bad turn of events.
Though before Izzy could to do that, seems Kendra was already ahead of that as her comm was open.
"USM Valor. Come in Valor." She tries to call but… no response.
Honestly this was not good and when Kendra mentioned opening the blast doors to boost the signal… she couldn't…
"Shit!... you guys there is something big on the hull of the ship directly above the comms Array… something Organic, I don't know what it is and I don't care, we have to get the doors open to transmit to the Valor, you should have a shot from an RDS cannon or something else with high firepower nearby, get to the Cannons and blow it into space, I'll link the Cannon's to Izzy and Maite's rigs when you guys are there." Kendra said as Emerald growls.
"One thing after a-fucking-nother… which way is the way we need to go!" Emerald said when he looks at Izzy and Maite mainly when they had guiding beacons in their rigs that can be used to find the fastest way to where they need to go.
Said duo didn't say a word as Maite uses her guiding beacon and it leads the group to a lift.
As they quickly got on, and were traveling, Emerald was wracking his brain on what could be blocking the hull from opening.
"Fuck… OK… given things… what are the chances were dealing with something similar to the Levaiathan we took out in that big area before?... or is it the same thing?... honestly with how I see flesh or something on the walls, its not hard to believe another one can form or maybe the Leviathan latched onto the ship?... what are the chances over the Comms arrays freaking doors so to speak." Emerald said while he worried on what to do if that was the case… fighting it in space maybe an issue even with some high firepower… Izzy and Maite have limited oxygen after all.
Lillum tries to calm him down.
"Easy Emy. We've gotten in and out of bad situations. We need to think calmly for now."
"I am Lillum… I'm trying to keep calm but given our luck, given that was a recording on a 30 second loop, who knows if the people on the Valor are alive or not, a Necromorph, a single one, can cause a ship wide outbreak… happened on the Ishimura with corpses and others, can happen here, honestly forget trying to get rescued… we may have to help people on the Valor if they are alive… hopefully we don't get the Valor rammed into us since who knows how big the Valor is." Emerald said when he was holding his head and was trying to sound calm but he did look worried since every event they had always had some kind of bad twist after moments like this and Emerald was thinking the worst events right now…
The rest didn't have an answer or don't know what to say but either way, they had to deal with some Necromorphs before reaching the elevator.
In no time after going through various hallways… well the group managed to make it to a section… when they exited… they were in space of all things and with a few cannons… however that wasn't the kicker… the kicker was the fact there was a large Necromorph on the hull of the ship and thanks to Izzy and Maite having helmets in space, could breath while O2 despensers were here and there but many were on guard when they saw that the Leviathan was actually attached to the ship.
"Fuck this guy again!?" Izzy said when she looks shocked by seeing the Leviathan again, guess they only harmed it enough to get it free from the last area it was in but was still latched onto the ship and pulled itself here thanks to the Zero-G environment.
"Yeah. Worst part… it breathes in space! Need some fire power!" Maite said.
"Thats why we have the cannons near us… Kendra link our rigs, we will take care of this monster… Emerald, cover us with long range attacks since if its the same Levaiathan, it will try and fire flesh bombs at us." Izzy said when she kept calm to try and not lose her cool.
"On it." Kendra said as she starts linking the rigs.
When this happened, Izzy and Maite went to separate Cannons while Emerald looks at the final Cannon and moved towards it… he may not be able to use it but him reforming his Necromorph arm into the Black Dragoon arm gave him serious firepower he could launch and he looks at Lillum, Leonel and Fido and gestures for them to cover Maite and Izzy since without them no way to use their own cannons… reason why Emerald didn't speak… well they were in space and in space no one can hear you scream… or talk in this case.
The duo nodded as the trio help protect Maite and Izzy in case some Necromorphs come.
This than results in the three long range attackers working to dislodge the Levaiathan… this was harder than it looked even with two Cannon's working to destroy some weakpoints while Emerald launched many explosive flesh spears and this was the most dangerous since unlike the Cannons which could risk in getting destroyed, Emerald was able to counter some attacks the Leviathan fired by using the Chimeric arm or the Black Dragoon's arm to fire fleshspears… Emerald did use the Chimeric arm to move flesh bombs and fire explosive flesh spikes… Izzy and Maite saw this and worked to take care of any enemy fired bombs when the Leviathan worked to do so… honestly unlike in the remake or original game, this was MUCH easier thanks to the fact two of the three Cannons were going off and Emerald blasting a number of flesh spikes into the Leviathan… honestly it was a shockingly lackluster boss battle when one by one, the Cannons and Emerald's explosive spikes pretty much left it near death and Emerald, Maite, and Izzy all aimed their attacks at the final core holding the Leviathan's life and when they unleashed the attack, the Leviathan fell from the hull over the Comms array and they were able to open and with barely any damage done to the group, all three Cannons were still intact and more or less a total victory for all.
As the carcass of the Leviathan floats in space, Kendra's screen comes up once the array doors were open.
"USM Valor, this is Kendra Daniels on the USG Ishimura, come in. Do not open that escape pod… Dammit respond!"
Though seems the group was too late when they saw that after the screen switched to the Valor… which was in Emerald, Maite, Izzy, Lillum, Fido who came out of the Ishimura, and Leonel's sight… well… the group had wide eyes when they saw on Izzy and Maite's rigs… well… corpses and blood with a Necromorph running wild while the Valor… never slowed as it approached the Ishimura.
"Oh… shit!... Run!" Maite called when she starts to use her Rig's suit to fly as fast as she can while Emerald used his tentacle arm to grab Lillum, Leonel, Fido, and Izzy and Maite who got close though as he was abou to rush into the Ishimura, the Valor pretty much Kamikazied into the Ishimura near the group which in turn knocked them back in an oxygen filled area… nuff said many were knocked out from the crash and in another part of the ship…
Many had to steady themselves when they felt the Ishimura shake BADLY just now while those like Lavender was supported by Cedric when he was next to her in Lillum's hive.
"W-What the hell was that?!" Cedric said just before the shaking stop.
As he recovered, seems his answer would be given when a large monitor in Lillum's hive lit up and seems this was because of Squishy, Lillum's regenerator, moving to pull some cables and plugged in others for emergencies… and many in the Hive saw the USM Valor pretty much rammed into the Ishimura and with a recording beforehand showing things, they saw Emerald, Maite, and Izzy fighting their own way to get rid of the Leviathan and them rushing to get back into the Ishimura right before the Valor crashed was a good sign… however given so close… probably took damage if they were flung into the Ishimura.
"Damn… can't believe this." Cedric said before he tries to call Maite or Izzy.
Unfortunately, either from them being knocked out, having damaged Rigs, or them blocking Cedric's calls, they were unable to pick up… thankfully Squishy managed to use some kind of rewiring and after the cameras changed a few times, Cedric saw that the group was safe in the Oxygen filled room before the exit to space, but were out cold on the ground right now… Cedric even saw that Maite and Izzy's rigs were sparking every now and than so they would have to get new ones and this meant no comms for them even if they woke soon.
"Shit… they maybe okay but I can't reach them… I need to go out and help them." Cedric said.
"How long would that take?" Onyx said when she got close.
"Remember we need to wait for Azure to wake, if you go, who helps her?... listen Cedric, you wait here with Azure, the moment she wakes and you make sure she is OK, you can go and join me and others I'll gather… I may as well go and head to where they are… I'll get a Rig and a few spares to make sure they don't have issues… given the Ishimura just took a ship that huge to the side that hard, pretty sure unless there are alternate routes, would have trouble getting there, could have messed up areas with no oxygen, no way to move around normally… no what you need is a Necromorph touch… and while I don't like to be used as a scout, can admit when I need to help out and more, don't worry, I'll make sure that they are OK… and unblock you if needed if they try and do that with the new Rigs." Onyx said when she wanted to help ease Cedric's worries.
Cedric knew that Onyx was adamant on this.
"Alright. Just be careful."

Cedric than remembered that the Marker fucked with peoples mines… if he wanted a closer look, would have to get a Necromorph or someone high level to get one for him to look at… still this momentary exposure was more than enough for something… well ominous to happen when Cedric felt off… right at this time, Emerald and the others were starting to come to inside of the room with Emerald waking first and Lillum second with Leonel third…. Though as Emerald starts to wake… he felt a sharp pain in his head and he yells as he gripped his head… when this happened, Cedric felt a sharp pain in his head bringing him to one knee as the Marker slivers glow ominously while Lavender and Lydia enter the room when they heard something.
As this happened, Emerald yells more while Lillum and Leonel were near him with some worry since they saw his chest glowing where the Marker fragment was, if one forgot, Emerald stabbed it into himself and now rests where his heart used to be, making it more or less the core of his body and this never happened before.
"Emerald, what's wrong?" Lillum said as Lydia and Lavender went to Cedric's side.
