Exploring East Province Area Three
Once everyone ate, they exit the cavern to continue their adventure.
"So, what will you guys do now?" Lincoln asked the Arvens.
"We're gonna look for where the fifth Herba Mystica is, since you've seen where the Titan Pokemon is in the Asada Desert." said Naranja Arven.
"What about you?" asked Uva Arven.
"I'm thinking we can hang out here and explore for a little bit, maybe get in some training for our Pokemon." said Lincoln.
"Yeah, we want to be ready for our future gym battles." said Stan.
"Well, I have to get back to Levincia and upload that intense Titan Pokemon battle." said Naranja Iono.
"Do you really have to go?" asked Leni. "I'll bet Linky wishes you could stay with us a little longer." Lincoln does in fact looked a little upset.
"Hey, Iono has a responsibility to her followers." said Ronnie Anne with a smirk. "She should definitely go back to Levinicia."
"Couldn't she send the video to the other Iono with her Rotom Phone and have her upl...OOOF!" Bobby started to say before Ronnie Anne elbowed him in the stomach. Naranja Iono glares at Ronnie Anne.
"As much as I want to spend as much time with Linky as possilbe; I'd feel bad about making the other Iono do all the work herself." said Naranja Iono.
"I understand." said Lincoln. "Maybe we can stop by Levincia now and then and hang out more." Lincoln's sisters agree to that idea.
"That would be so awesome!" said Naranja Iono. She then walks over to Lincoln and gives him a kiss on the lips strong enough to leave both of them breathless, making Lincoln's sisters hardly able to contain their delight, and making Ronnie Anne growl. "That's to tide you over until the next time we see each other."
"Thanks, Iono." said Lincoln with a blush. Naranja Iono starts walking back towards Levincia, giving Lincoln a wink as she does. Seeing this, Ronnie Anne steps in front of Lincoln and glares at Naranja Iono who glares back at her.
"So, should we do what we did yesterday when we helped your family and friends?" asked Stan.
"Yeah." replied Lincoln. "I'll be with Clyde and Ronnie Anne."
"I'll help your grandfather." said Stan.
"I'll help Luna and Sam." said Kyle.
"I'll help Lucy." said Kenny.
"I got these two lovebirds." said Cartman as he looks at Lori and Bobby who were holding hands and looking into each others' eyes.
"I want to go with Ed." said Lana as she was hugging him and breathing in his stench.
"Me, too." said Lynn.
"I will accompany Lisa and Lola." said Edd.
"And I'll help Leni and Luan." said Eddy.
"Hey, I want to train my Pokemon for a bit; so, can Lily stick with you, Lincoln?" asked Butters.
"Sure." said Lincoln as he straps Lily to his chest. Lily giggles in response.
"I'm gonna train my Pokemon, too." said Trent.
"Looks like we got plans." said Lincoln. Just then, Lincoln, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, Butters, and the Eds' Rotom Phones rang. They fly out and turn on, showing Professor Sada and Professor Turo.
"Hello, everyone." said Professor Sada. Lisa walks over to Lincoln's Rotom Phone and looks at the screen.
"Greetings, Professor Sada." said Lisa.
"Lisa Loud? Why are you there?" asked Professor Sada.
"I came to accompany my brother on his adventure." said Lisa.
"I assume that's why you wished to know where the Paldea Region and Naranja Academy were?" said Professor Sada.
"Your assumption is correct." said Lisa.
"Anyway, we called to let you know we detected another power surge from your Koraidons and Miraidon." said Professor Turo.
"Did they consume more Herba Mystica sandwiches?" asked Professor Sada.
"Yes, they did." said Edd.
"Did they get another cool ability?" asked Stan.
"Yes." said Professor Turo. "They can jump higher now."
"Sweet!" said Kyle. The boys hop onto their Koraidons and Miraidon and had them jump as high as they could. They do so and they jumped hundreds of feet into the air.
"Awesome!" said Cartman as they landed back on the ground. The boys hop off the Pokemon and returned them to their pokeballs.
"Keep trying to find the Herba Mystica and they might regain their full strength." said Professor Turo.
"We will." said the Arvens.
"Be careful, son." both professors said at the same time. They end the call, leaving everyone to continue their adventure.
"Should we get started?" asked Lincoln.
"Yeah!" everyone cheers out. Everyone goes off to explore the area. With Lincoln, Clyde, and Ronnie Anne; they were all training their Pokemon, while Lily was sitting on Lincoln's unrolled sleeping bag while playing with her Tandemaus and Azurill.
Lincoln's Skeledirge, Floette, Palafin, and Dragoniar grew stronger during the training, his Pawmot learned Entrainment, and his Lycanroc learned Crunch. While he was training, he spots a couple of Gimmighouls and grabs their coins.
"What are those, Lincoln?" asked Clyde.
"Gimmighoul coins." said Lincoln. "Eddy needs them to make his Gimmighoul evolve."
"How many does he need?" asked Ronnie Anne.
"I'm not sure." said Lincoln. "But I figured I'd help him out with that."
"We'll keep our eyes open for them also." said Clyde.
"Thanks, guys." said Lincoln.
Ronnie Anne was stepping up her training, mainly driven by her desire to beat Iono, Mela, and Nemona in order to show Lincoln that she was better than them and she should be his girlfriend. Her Sandile learned Swagger and Crunch, her Shellos learned Body Slam, and her Rockruff grew a bit stronger. During the training, her Sandile began to glow.
"Hey, my Sandile's evolving!" said Ronnie Anne. Lincoln and Clyde watch as Sandile began to change. When Sandile stopped glowing, Sandile was taller, she had hands and now stood on two feet. Lincoln points his Rotom Phone at the evolved Sandile.
"Krokorok, the Desert Croc Pokemon, and the evolved form of Sandile. Protected by thin membranes, their eyes can see even in the dead of night. They live in groups of a few individuals." said Lincoln's Rotom Phone.
"This is so cool." said Ronnie Anne.
Clyde's Kirlia learned Life Dew during his training, and even though Chewtle didn't learn anything right away, something just as good happened. While Chewtle was training, he froze up and started to glow.
"Hey, guys!" Clyde says to Lincoln and Ronnie Anne. "Chewtle's evolving!" The three gathers around Chewtle as he started to change. When he was done, Chewtle was a lot bigger, he was a darker shade of blue, his shell was made of rock, he had sharp-looking teeth, his lower jaw was squared, along with being pale yellow, he had a tail that had two spikes coming out of it, and coming out of his forehead was a flat, double-pointed horn. Lincoln takes out his Rotom Phone and points it at the newly evolved Chewtle.
"Drednaw, the Bite Pokemon, and the evolved form of Chewtle. Its massive, jagged teeth can crush a boulder in a single bite. This Pokémon has an extremely vicious disposition." said the Rotom Phone.
"That is so cool!" said Lincoln. "And this says that Drednaw is part water type and part rock type. This also says he learned Rock Tomb when he evolved."
After Lincoln picks up Lily and straps her to his chest, they all continue to explore the area. As they do, they keep their eyes open for any Gimmighoul Roaming Forms in the area. They found several and grab their coins. Ronnie Anne sees a pokeball that was that was black, white, and red on top. She walks to it and picks it up.
"Hey, Linc, what kind of pokeball is this?" asked Ronnie Anne, showing Lincoln the pokeball.
"If I remember right, that's a Timer Ball." said Lincoln. "It has a better chance on catching a Pokemon, depending on how long you battle it before using it."
"Awesome." said Ronnie Anne, putting the Timer Ball in her backpack. As Clyde was looking around for more Gimmighoul coins, he sees a reddish-brown, tortoiselike Pokemon with a large black shell walking by.
"Hey, Lincoln, what's that Pokemon?" asked Clyde, pointing at the Pokemon. Lincoln takes out his Rotom Phone and points it at the Pokemon.
"Torkoal, the Coal Pokemon. It burns coal inside its shell for energy. It blows out black soot if it is endangered." said Lincoln's Rotom Phone.
"I'm going to catch this Pokemon!" said Clyde, getting the Torkoal's attention. Clyde turns towards his Drednaw. "You up for a battle, Drednaw?" Drednaw nods in response. They both face Torkoal. "Okay, Drednaw, let's try your new Rock Tomb!" Drednaw becomes surrounded by white energy and multiple gray rocks form above him. They fly at Torkoal and hits it, dealing super effective to it. The Torkoal suddenly jumps on its side while tucking its head and legs inside its shell and rolls towards Drednaw while its shell was covered in fire. It rams into Drednaw, but not doing much damage to him.
"That's a good thing about being part water and part rock, they're very resistant to fire." said Lincoln. Torkoal's head and legs pop out of its shell, and it lands on its feet.
"I'll say." said Clyde. "Okay, Drednaw, use Water Gun!" Drednaw sprays water out of his mouth, and it hits Torkoal, dealing super effective damage. Torkoal tucks its head and legs back into its shell and spins around rapidly. It flies towards Drednaw and rams him, but not dealing much damage. Torkoal lands on its feet and it begins surging with energy. "Drednaw, Headbutt!" Drednaw walks up to Torkoal and hits its head with his, damaging Torkoal. Torkoal drops on its belly.
"I think you can catch it now, Clyde." said Lincoln. Clyde takes out his last pokeball and throws it at Torkoal, hitting it and sucking it in. After it wiggled around, it clicks, indicating Torkoal's capture. Clyde picks up Torkoal's pokeball.
"Yeah! I caught a Torkoal!" cheered Clyde.
"Way to go, Clyde." said Lincoln. He uses his Rotom Phone to look up Torkoal's information. "This says your Torkoal's a girl, she knows Ember, Smog, Withdraw, Rapid Spin, Smokescreen, Clear Smog, Flame Wheel, Protect and Lava Plume. She has the White Smoke ability which prevents any of her stats from being lowered by an opposing Pokemon's moves."
"Awesome!" said Clyde.
As they walked by a river in the north part of the area for more Pokemon to add to their teams, Clyde sees something shiny in the dirt.
"What's that?" asked Clyde. He walks over and sees it was a teal-colored stone. He picks it up and dusts it off.
"What's that?" asked Ronnie Anne. Lincoln thinks back to his studies at the Naranja Academy and remembers what it was.
"That's a Dawn Stone, Clyde." said Lincoln.
"What does it do?" asked Clyde.
"It's an evolution stone, like Kenny's Fire Stone and Water Stone." said Lincoln.
"You mean this can make some Pokemon evolve?" replied Clyde.
"Exactly." said Lincoln. "And I think your Kirlia can evolve to his final form when he's touched by that."
"Really? Should I use it?" asked Clyde.
"That's your decision to make; not mine." said Lincoln. After some thought, Clyde looks at his Kirlia and holds the Dawn Stone out to him.
"Kirlia. Would you like to use this to evolve?" Clyde asked Kirlia. He nods and reaches out to the Dawn Stone and touches it. He began to glow and change right before their eyes. When he finished, he was a lot taller, his upper body was green while his lower body was white; his arms and legs were longer, a teal-colored crest was on his head, he had bladelike protrusions coming out of his elbows, and he had a red protrusion coming out of his chest and back. Lincoln points his Rotom Phone at Clyde's newly evolved Pokemon.
"Gallade, the Blade Pokemon, and the final evolved form of Ralts. When trying to protect someone, it extends its elbows as if they were swords and fights savagely." said the Rotom Phone.
"Awesome!" said Clyde.
"Yeah!" said Ronnie Anne. Lily giggles and claps while Lincoln looks at more information about Clyde's Gallade.
"This says he now knows Slash, Feint, Aerial Ace, and False Swipe also. He has the Sharpness ability which makes his slicing moves a lot stronger." said Lincoln.
"Cool!" said Clyde.
"So, what should we do now?" asked Lincoln. Ronnie Anne pulls the pearls she got from the Tera Den she caught Rockruff in.
"Can I sell these pearls, Lincoln?" asked Ronnie Anne. "I can use the money to buy some pokeballs."
"Sure. You should also buy some Potions to heal your Pokemon in case were far from any Pokemon Center." said Lincoln.
"Sure, Lincoln." said Ronnie Anne. Lincoln looks at the map of the area on his Rotom Phone. "There's a Pokemon Center near here. Let's head over to it." They all start to walk to the Pokemon Center, with Ronnie Anne was holding onto Lincoln's arm and nuzzling his shoulder, making Lincoln blush.
'Man, I hope Iono doesn't find out about this.' Lincoln thinks to himself.
