[Nice to meet you, mister Cale-nim, sir! I am a huge fan of your work!]

Cale Henituse stared a the newest message he received on his interdimensional-communication-mirror, unimpressed. It seemed like all the Worlds became suddenly chummy with him, after he saved Xiaolen from destruction.

"What do you want?" he asked coldly.

[My champion needs a little bit of help. Mister Cale-nim already knows my champion. You've met him before. Remember Avatar Aang?]

Cale let out a deep sigh. Yes, he remembered the kid. It wasn't long ago since that time the God of Death dragged him and two other unlucky souls into an interdimensional void for a little 'get together'.

(That bastard still owed him for that. Everyone had been extremely freaked out over his short disappearance – Cale was lucky they didn't destroy anything major while he was gone.

...Key word being 'major'.)

"So, Aang's in trouble, huh?" Cale rubbed his face tiredly. 'When will I be able to slack?!' he thought with despair. "Explain the situation."

[Basically, Ba Sing Se – the biggest city of my World – has fallen, and the Fire Nation won the war, and Aang died.]

"WHAT?!" Cale stood up, clenching the handle with a tight grip. "Aang's dead?!"

[Oh no, don't worry, he's alive! His friend healed him-]

'Couldn't you just say that first?!'

Cale shook the mirror with a furious look on his face. "Don't test me. Tell me everything."

Nervously, the World did.

Some time later in Caldera, during the solar eclipse…

Princess Azula sat on the throne in the Firelord's underground bunker, waiting for the rebels to arrive.

"What's taking them so long…?" she muttered to herself, frowning.

She new their plans from her infiltration as a Kyoshi Warrior back in Ba Sing Se. She was certain they wouldn't have missed the opportunity to attack the Fire Nation capital. Even if they suspected she new about it, they simply couldn't afford to miss it.

The rebels were being led by simple, backwater savages in the end. A bunch of children and runaway soldiers. It's not like they had an experienced Commander on hand or anything.

And yet…

"Did those idiots get the date wrong or something…?" Azula wondered, smirking. But something in her gut told her that wasn't right.

And yet, the eclipse came and passed quietly, without anyone making an appearance.

"Looks like they're not coming after all..."

Suddenly, a messenger ran into the chamber.

"P-Princess! Urgent news from the palace!"

While the Fire Lord was hiding away in a different location, all most urgent news were to be delivered directly to the Princess.

The girl glared. "Well, what are you waiting for? Speak up!"

"T-the treasury…" The messenger was sweating. "Someone robbed the royal treasury completely!"

Azula immediately jumped to her feet. "What?!"

"Also!" The messenger looked like he was going to faint, as the firebender looked about ready to shoot him with lightning on the spot. "I seems we… we lost the entire main fleet…!"

"How could we just loose the main fleet?!" Azula shouted in disbelief. "Was it the rebels?"

"No… It's just… gone!"

Did someone steal an entire fleet of warships?!

"Right now, there is a riot going on out in the streets! Apparently Crown Prince Zuko has vanished! They say he went to join the Avatar!"

Azula grit her teeth. "Isn't the Avatar supposed to be dead?" At least officially, even if she had long suspected that wasn't the case. But the Avatar didn't even show up for the eclipse.

"They say that he survived! And that Prince Zuko went to join him in order to stop his father f-from…" The poor messenger seemed like he wished for nothing more than an earth bender to make the ground swallow him right now. "From committing genocide against the Fire Nation colonies!"

Azula literally breathed fire from anger. Did Zuzu spill father's plan to burn the Earth Kingdom to the ground for the entire world to hear?!

"Then what are you fools doing? Go and suppress those idiots at once!"

"B-but, Princess, the soldiers are joining the citizens in mutiny! They are rising protests and threatening to stop paying taxes for the war effort!"

"Ha! It's not like…" Azula trailed off, realization slowly dawning upon her.

Empty treasury.

Disappearance of the warships.

Mutiny.

Without those things… there was no way the Fire Nation could continue suppressing the Earth Kingdom rebellion. In fact, it's only only the matter of time before the Fire Nation loses control over the Earth Kingdom and all their progress in conquering the world.

But, there's no way Zuko or the rebels could have orchestrated something like this! Not her foolish brother, and definitely not the dumb twelve year old of an Avatar he merrily set off to join!

Who the hell could even come up with such a crazy scheme?!

"I can't believe you came up with such a crazy scheme!" Sokka exclaimed in disbelief, shoving noodles into his mouth. The non-spicy variant, of course, because the amount of spice the Fire Nation used was insane.

Not that it seemed to stop Cale, who calmly ate his portion of extra hot fire noodles without so much as a blink. As if Sokka needed any more proof that this man was absolutely nuts.

(Meanwhile, Cale admired how much the Fire Nation cuisine reminded him of South Korea. It was pretty nice.)

"...Teach me your ways, you marvelous lunatic" Sokka whispered with stars in his eyes.

"After dinner," Cale responded with a nod. 'Children need to eat well first.'

Needless to say, it didn't take long before the war was completely over.

By the time Zuko took the throne, Cale re-distributed all the stolen Fire Nation treasures for the sake of world restoration. The people admired his selfless generosity, having no idea that the World who hired Cale to help the Avatar paid him handsomely in multiple mines of rare minerals that couldn't be found anywhere in his old world.

Aang, who was the only one in the know, didn't really care, since he was an Air Nomad and material possessions didn't interest him all that much.

Zuko, on the other hand, would forever have a faint suspicion that somehow, he had been scammed along the way.

I'm planning to add another bonus for "My Hero Academia". I probably won't write anything more for this fic tho. But still, I hope you enjoyed this small installment!
