Davis has managed to win against Michelle and cleared Pokemon Grand Orientation. Now that it's over, our heroes are heading back to the Centros Region, but it might have to wait for a moment.

"It looks like the boat that would take us back to Centros won't be ready for a while." Cletus said. "Looks we're going to stay here for a while."

"Fine with me." Davis said. "I mailed my trophy ahead so we don't have to carry it around."

"Where'd you mail it to? We don't exactly have a home." Imperialdramon whispered.

"The only place I could think of is Professor Oak's lab." Davis whispered. "I don't think he'll mind holding it until we can think of something else." Either way, it looks like our heroes will still be on the island for a while. Of course, there's always the chance there's a little adventure on the island.

(Davis' voice) Admire and Anger

Since they're stuck on the island until their boat can take them back to Centros, they hit town and had a look around.

"Since we're going to be here for a while, we can stock up on some supplies." Cletus said as they had a walk through town.

"Molly! Molly!" They all looked ahead of the road and saw a girl with brown hair in pig tails and wore a red flowery dress. She looked like she was having a problem as she seemed worried about something. "Molly! Where are you?"

"Excuse me. Is there something wrong?" Davis asked as they all went over.

"Hold on! You're Davis, aren't you? I saw your battle with Michelle."

"Yeah, that's me. Is there a problem? Maybe we can help." Davis offered. "You're looking for someone named Molly?"

"My name is Cassie. Molly is the name of my Frillish, but I can't find her anywhere. I'm really worried." When she said her friend was a Frillish, Davis pulled out his pokedex to learn more about it.

"Frillish, the Floating Pokemon. A water and ghost-type. It holds invisible stingers in its arms and legs to paralyze its foes and drags them down into the ocean."

"Hold on for a second." Cassie said. "That's what a boy Frillish looks like. My Frillish is a girl, so it would be pink." Davis rechecked his pokedex and was able to see what a female Frillish looks like.

"We'll help you find her. She has to be somewhere around here." Tetsu said. All of them agreed to help out and they all started searching. "Molly! Molly!"

"Where are you, Molly!" Cletus called.

"Molly!" Imperialdramon called.

"Molly! Where are you?!" Davis called.

"Rodney!"

"Rodney?" Davis questioned as that was unusual. He looked and spotted a boy with perfectly combed brown hair wearing a blue sweater vest over a white shirt and brown pants.

"Rodney! Where are you?!" The boy kept calling as it looked like he was looking for someone as well.

"Excuse me. Are you looking for someone?" Davis questioned.

"I am. Hey! You're Davis, the guy that beat Michelle! It's nice to meet you. My name is Marty. I'm looking for Rodney. Rodney is the name of my Frillish."

"You're looking for a Frillish, too?" Davis questioned as he thought that was rather a big coincidence. "Is your Frillish a boy or a girl?"

"Mine's a boy." Marty said.

"So, it would be blue. Both a boy and a girl Frillish are missing?" Davis questioned as he found that rather weird.

"Davis! Guys!" Tetsu called. "Over here! I think I found something by the water! I think you might like this!" All of them hurried over to where Tetsu called to them. Tetsu ushered for them to come over and he looked rather happy about what he found. All of them took a look and saw a boy Frillish and a girl Frillish in the water. It looks like they were having fun as they were playing together and seemed really happy.

"Rodney/Molly!" Both of their trainers said, but that was when they realized each other's presence and were shocked to see each other.

"So, they were with each other the whole time." Davis said.

"I'll say. Take a good look there." Tetsu said as they spotted Rodney swimming over to shore and grabbed a hidden set of flowers for Molly and Molly loved it. "Look at that. Those two are in love." All of four of them thought that was an adorable thing to see, but they're trainers sure didn't. Both of them walked over and grabbed their respective Frillish to keep them apart.

"Keep your disgusting Frillish away from my Molly!" Cassie said.

"Like I want my Rodney going anywhere near that thing." Marty said and both of them took their Frillish away from each other no matter how much their Frillish begged for them to be together.

"What was that?" Tetsu questioned.

"No clue." Davis said as they all thought that was rather strange. How could their trainers keep them apart?

...

A Restaurant

"I just can't get over what we saw just now." Tetsu said asked as they all hit a restaurant for food. "Those two Frillish seemed so happy together. How could their trainers keep them apart?"

"It did seem rather weird, but it looks like those two trainers can't seem to get along." Davis said. "They didn't really look like they were happy to see each other."

"Excuse me." All of them looked and saw their waitress come over. "I couldn't help but overhear. Are the two you're talking about Marty and Cassie?"

"You know them?" Cletus questioned.

"Everyone knows about those two." The waitress said. "Those two have known each other since they were little, but always had trouble getting along. Somehow, they ended up always together. They were in the same class, same lessons, and they even shared the same birthday. They soon got real competitive with each other, tired of sharing so much, and that soon turned into resentment towards each other. You can imagine how upset they were when they ended up getting the same pokemon."

"You mean their Frillish." Tetsu said.

"That's right." The waitress said. "Despite how those two can't stand each other, their Frillish are really happy with each other. The problem is that since their trainers can't stand each other, it's hard for their Frillish to be happy together."

"That is too bad." Davis said.

"It's not just that, it just isn't right. It's not fair to their Frillish." Tetsu said as he felt so bad for them. That was when he looked out the window and saw Rodney floating by. "It's Rodney." He alerted the others. "Let's go. We have to see this." He got up and got out of there with the others wondering what got into him.

...

Rodney

Rodney was out on his own once again and found himself at a house. Rodney was calling out to someone and it was Molly that came out on a balcony. It was almost like Rodney was performing a serenade. As for Tetsu and the others, they kept themselves hidden in the bushes and saw the whole thing.

"Aw... Look at those two. It's almost like Romeo and Juliet." Tetsu said.

"Let's just hope this has a happier ending." Cletus said.

"What are you two talking about?" Davis questioned as he didn't quite get it. They all just kept watching the two Frillish act like they're in love until a load of garbage fall right on Rodney. That was bad and unexpected.

"Get out of here!" Cassie called as she wasn't happy to see him. "Molly, come inside and away from that thing." She said as she pulled Molly inside with Rodney feeling miserable.

"Rodney!" Marty called as he hurried over and took Rodney in his arms. "That horrible girl did this, didn't she? Cassie, you really are the worst! Come on, we'll just find you an even better Frillish. You don't need hers." He said as he carried Rodney away. Seeing this made Tetsu and the others feel even worse for them.

"Those two care more about fighting than they do about their Frillish." Tetsu said. "We have to do something."

"I don't know, Tetsu. Is it really a good idea to get involved in something like this?" Davis questioned.

"I'm actually with Tetsu, but I see your point Davis." Cletus said. "If we're going to do something, we're going to have to be careful with what we do."

"How when those two can't stand each other?" Davis questioned.

"Davis, you have a girlfriend. What would you do in a situation like this?" Imperialdramon questioned.

"I don't know. Tai never had a problem with me dating Kari." Davis said.

"Really? I overheard once that he would skin you alive if you ever broke her heart." Imperialdramon said with Davis getting shivers run down his spine.

"Back to the actual problem we're dealing with, we need to do something to help them." Tetsu said as he tried to think of something. "We need to get those two together and have them see this is what's best for their Frillish. I think I might have an idea."

...

The Next Day

Tetsu put his plan in action. All of them kept themselves hiding in the park and would just wait until Marty and Cassie show up.

"Are you sure this will work?" Davis questioned.

"Sure did. I wrote both of them a letter pretending to be the other." Tetsu said. "I asked both of them to meet the other here asking to put their differences aside for the sake of their Frillish. To sweeten the deal, I gave Cassie a bouquet of flowers and Marty a box of chocolate."

"Here they come." Imperialdramon said as they saw them coming. The two Frillish were with them and they seemed happy to see each other again as they raced towards each other. It seemed like it was going according to plan.

"What is this?!" Marty and Cassie shouted as that was unexpected to Tetsu.

"You gave me a letter saying you want to put our differences aside, but you sent me flowers? You know I'm allergic!" Cassie shouted as she threw the flowers right at him.

"I didn't sent you a letter, you sent me one with this chocolate! You know I hate chocolate!" Marty shouted as he threw the box at her.

"You are the worst!" They shouted at each other and started fighting again with their Frillish getting scared of all the fighting.

"Nice plan, Tetsu." Davis sarcastically said.

"I didn't think of a flower allergy, and who hates chocolate?" Tetsu said as he was bummed his plan didn't work. Marty and Cassie just could not stop fighting and arguing with each other. Their Frillish just couldn't take it anymore, so they took each other by the arm and just left the place. "Hey! Stop fighting!" He called as they all came out of hiding. "We were the ones who did this."

"He did." Davis coughed.

"We did this in hopes you two would get along so your Frillish could be together." Tetsu said.

"My Rodney/Molly with hers/his?! No way!" Both of them said as that seemed to be the only thing they agree on.

"Guys... Where did the Frillish go?" Imperialdramon questioned with all of them noticing the Frillish were gone.

"I think they ran off on their own. Maybe they were tired of all the fighting, too." Cletus said.

"We better find them before they get themselves into some trouble." Davis said with all of them thinking the same thing as Davis, Imperialdramon, and Cletus going on ahead.

"I can't believe my Molly would just keep running off like this." Cassie said as she sounded scared.

"Neither would my Rodney." Marty said.

"If you two cared more about your pokemon than you did about fighting with each other, this wouldn't have happened!" Tetsu called out and got them to realize how foolish and pigheaded they've been acting.

...

The Frillish

Both Molly and Rodney couldn't take the fighting anymore and tried to run off somewhere they could just be together. It might be a little scary, but they just wanted to escape from all the fighting. The two of them were just happy they could be together.

"There they are!" Both Frillish were surprised that they were already found.

"Molly!" Cassie called.

"Rodney, please wait!" Marty called, but neither Frillish wanted to hear anymore of it. That's why they both actually attacked their trainers by using Bubble Beam. Both of their trainers would have been hit, but Imperialdramon stood in the way and blocked their attacks.

"You two must have made them really mad now." Imperialdramon said.

"Settle down, Frillish. They're still your trainers. You can at least hear what they have to say." Davis said to get them to settle down.

"Molly, please stop running off." Cassie pleaded.

"Rodney, let's just go home." Marty offered, but both of them still refused to go with them.

"Can't you two see you're the ones who caused this?" Tetsu said. "Can't you see how happy your Frillish are together? They might be your pokemon, but they're not you. They have their own feelings, thoughts, and desires. Right now, all of them are saying they want to be together."

"You have to admit that it isn't really fair to either of them." Cletus said. "Why should they be apart just because you two can't get along?" Having them point it out is having Cassie and Marty see they've been acting rather foolish. They both care about their Frillish and they can both agree to that.

"Can't you two put your differences aside for them? Your Frillish could be the reason you two can finally get along." Davis said.

"Maybe they're right. Honestly, I'm tired of us constantly fighting." Marty said.

"Same here." Cassie said as they both turned to their Frillish. "Molly, I'm sorry I didn't think about your happiness."

"Same here, Rodney. We were acting selfish. Will you both give us another chance if we promise to try harder to get along?" Marty asked. They really do care about their Frillish and it seems like they both agreed because they care just as much for their trainers.

"Frillish!" Both of them wrapped themselves around their trainers and were getting them closer together. It looks like those two are going together for a long time. This love story really did have a happy ending.

...

Later

Now that the whole thing was resolved, the boat taking Davis and the others back to Centros was ready to go. They all jumped on and was on their way back with Marty and Cassie seeing them off with their Frillish.

"Bye, and thanks!" Cassie called.

"We promise we'll make sure our Frillish are happy together!" Marty said.

"Frillish!"

"You better or else we'll be back to really teach you!" Tetsu warned as the boat moved further and further away.

After bringing two young pokemon in love, and bringing their trainers closer together, our heroes have shown that sometimes one must put their own differences aside for the sake and happiness for another. Now, it's goodbye to the Galore Islands and back to Centros.
