This is a crossover of The Giver by Lois Lowry, and Dr. Who, obviously. An alternate ending of the Giver is written here, one in which the Daleks run Jonas' Society who instituted sameness, removal of color, etc. The Doctor intervenes and saves the day. I wrote this years ago, however I hope you enjoy it.

After traveling with Donna for a while she decides to go home but before leaving she gives him some words that make him think that maybe he shouldn't have let a certian someone get away.

Soon upon waking up in this new world they find themselves in they soon discover that sometimes stories have become real and that they must find eachohter once again.

Set in The End of Time (AU) the Doctor chooses not to regenerate, because he wants to live, and decides to fight the radiation poisoning and find a cure. After enlisting the help of Donna, they search to find another version of the Doctor willing to donate the bone marrow he needs to survive - but it seems other versions of the TimeLord are not willing to tamper with the timeline..

We know from Steven Moffat and the unfilmed short P.S. that Amy and Rory found each other after Angels Take Manhattan, but the details of their life are not very well filled in. This one-shot retells their first meeting after being zapped back in time. This is based largely off a picture on Pinterest, if you recognize your work let me know so I can credit you!
