Clara Oswald is a reporter for the Times. In a startling bit of circumstance, she meets Doctor John Smith; a wealthy man whose wife is on trial for murdering two people in the past month. Deciding to do an article on the man, Clara begins to uncover more things than she wishes to. What happens when a murderer finds a new victim?

AU: The TARDIS, in a last, ditch effort to save the Doctor before the Big Bang Two, throws the both of them beyond the Time Vortex itself and into a parallel world where the Doctor is granted one last chance to say goodbye to the person whom he has always loved - Rose Tyler. But will he tell her this? (Also mentions TenToo and a general sense of Pete's World.)

Pete has gained control of Torchwood London and has began to rebuild it with some help from Torchwood Cardiff. A new Torchwood needs new agents though and thanks to Toshiko's computers they have found two excellent candidates. Established 10/Rose

I wanted to write about the Doctor and Rose having a normal, married life but then thought that nothing they ever did was normal. It stands alone as a story but follows the 'Tales From Pete's World' universe.

The Doctor plans on visiting Barcelona, but a spanner is thrown into his plans when the TARDIS has other ideas, and lands in July 1944, in Anne Frank's annex. One-shot.
