The Doctor and Rose have been in a relationship for a while when the unsuspecting Time Lord gets exposed to a chemical agent that leaves him mostly immobile; thankfully the effects are only temporary. It's up to Rose and Jack to take care of his day to day needs, which includes bathing and Rose discovers that a frisky Time Lord and a dash of soap make a very potent mix.

The Meta-Crisis 10th Doctor, the 11th Doctor's Ganger, a bunch of other "Time Lords", and Rose go on a series of adventures in Pete's World that, mocks Moffat, inconsistencies, and Doctor Who itself.
