American News Anchor: Some U.S military analysts believe America is already in a state of war with acts of terrorism.
The television transitions to another news network. The news headline with " A WAR CRIMINAL RISES." Footage shows mass shooting in the unnamed city.
British News Anchor: Are terrorists seeking innocent lives?
The television transitioned to another news network. The newscaster showed the 9/11 attack footage of the World Trade Center buildings in New York and the terrorist bombing in Bali, Indonesia on October 12, 2002.
Australian News Anchor: More than 150 casualties from both terrorist bombings have been evacuated to hospitals.
The television transitioned to a previous news station. Magnetic tape was seen spinning; a footage of AQ soldiers executing hostages was shown.
American News Anchor: A senior White House official has warned that a major terrorist attack could lead to World War III.
The Seal of the President of the United States appears on the television. A CIA Special Activities Center Field Commander is heard calling President George W. Bush.
CIA SAD Field Commander: Mr. President, we have two names linked to the 9/11 attack and Balinese bombing: Fawzi Al-Qasem and Zaelani Bin Kareem. Just give the word.

ACME agents Ivy and Zack are heard speaking on phone call.
Ivy: Are you sure we can trust to the police, little bro?
Zack (on phone): At least he believe on us. We'll be fine. This is not Virginia, big sis.
Ivy: Gimme a break!
A phone is heard beeping. A lighter is seen being lit. Ivy is seen sitting alone in a bar, and the song "Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N' Roses is heard playing. Ivy is holding a burning picture of Zaelani Bin Kareem and throws it into an ashtray. A man in a jacket approaches her.

Agent: He's in his apartment, but he's well protected. I can keep my men out of the area for at least ten to fifteen minutes. I hope you brought an army.
Ivy: We brought enough. Pleasure doing business, agent.
Ivy and the ACME agent shook hands before the agent walked away.
Ivy: Better pick up the pace. Zack's waiting for me.
Ivy leaves the money on her table.
Ivy: I'll not let him down.
Ivy exits the bar. Zack is seen opening the trunk of a black car and wearing his bulletproof vest. He chambers the suppressed M1911 pistol with the red dot sight and 5mW laser sight.
Ivy: You'd better pick up the pace, little bro. The clock's ticking to catch Zaelani.
Zack: Hey, Ivy! I've got lots of party favors in here. Check it out.
Ivy grabbed an suppressed USP .45 Tactical handgun and a bulletproof vest from the trunk of the car before putting them on.
Zack: The bastard thinks he's safe.
Ivy: That piece of crap is a lot of things, but safe isn't one of them.
Zack: Do we really need to catch this guy alive?
Ivy: Zaelani has the intel we need. All unnecessary non-intel things will be trashed away. The apartment's just ahead.
Ivy and Zack reach the gate towards the apartment.
Ivy: Agent brought us ten to fifteen minutes - we'll need him alive and unharmed fast.
The siblings walked through the gate and reach the building. Inside the house, some terrorists are seen watching a movie.
Zack: Let's help them ring in the New Year.
Ivy and Zack open fire on them through a sliding glass door. The terrorists scramble to get their weapons to return fire.
Ivy: He's getting away!
Zaelani is seen running.
Zack: There's Zaelani!
Zaelani runs upstairs.
Ivy: He's heading upstairs!
Zaelani exits through a window and runs on the roof. One terrorist charges at Ivy. She either kills him or uses him as a human shield. More terrorists arrive to help Zaelani escape.
The siblings chase after him on the rooftops and battle their way to capture him.
Zack: We can't let him get away!
Zack fires a few rounds at Zaelani.
Ivy: Hey, we need him alive!
Zack: I wanna get a clean leg shot!
Ivy: Negative, we can't do that! He's bolting!
Zack: Man, this guy is fast!
Zaelani jumps off one building and on to another. Ivy and Zack slide down the roof and use it to leap after Zaelani. Ivy shoots the terrorists who were waiting for Zaelani. Zaelani all alone.
Zack: Nowhere left to run, Zealot.
Zaelani: You don't understand--
Zack punches Zaelani in the face causing him to fall on the ground.
Zack: It's your turn, sis.
Ivy grabs Zaelani threateningly and begins to interrogate him.
Ivy: Where's your friend Fawzi? (pulls a combat knife then points it to him) Tell me where or your life will go away.
Zaenal: I… I just handle the money. I have no idea where Fawzi is.
Zack: I don't think you are lying right now!
Zack throws the wounded terrorist he shot off the building. The terrorist falls onto the street below and dies.
Zaelani: You Americans have rules, you have rules!
Zack: You took innocent lives. The rules have changed.
Ivy: You have to talk or your life is gone. Where is Fawzi?
Zaelani: (scared) Wait! He's in Iran! He's meeting someone at Mehrabad Airfield on the fourth of January, afternoon!
Ivy: Who was? Who was Fawzi meeting with?!
Zaelani: I swear to Allah, I don't know! They only communicate through Morse coded messages!
Ivy: Alright... you are coming with us.
Zaelani: Wait-
Ivy punches him out cold and pulls him away from the ledge.
Ivy: Alright, let's load him up. He'll find his voice soon enough on the court.
Zack dials the CIA Director's phone number into a cell phone and passes it to Ivy.
Zack: Lemme know if he's imprisoned for good
Ivy: Sir, We have Zaelani. Fawzi's at Mehrabad Airfield in Tehran, Iran.
The Chief of ACME is heard talking to the CIA Director on the phone. A map of Los Angeles is shown.
Chief: Zaelani is out of the picture.
CIA Director: How long before we get Fawzi?
Chief: My team arrived in Iran a few hours ago… they should be in position shortly.

MEHRABAD AIRFIELD
TEHRAN, IRAN - JAN. 4, 2005
Ivy is seen setting up her silenced M14 EBR while Zack sneaks through the hangar's gate.
Zack: The target's should be ahead. Let's get this thing done.
Ivy: Priority is to ID Fawzi before things go hot.
The siblings head up a tower that overlooks the airfield, and a cargo plane is seen on the runway; terrorists are seen loading crates onto it.
Zack: Ivy, check it out.
Ivy gets her binoculars to scan for Fawzi.
Zack:Any sign of Fawzi?
Ivy looks for Fawzi through the binoculars.
Ivy: No.
A SUV truck is seen entering the airfield.
Zack: Left side, a truck.
Ivy: Fawzi might be in the truck.
The truck stops near the cargo plane.
Zack: I can't make out his face yet.
A man wearing a formal uniform, presumably Fawzi, steps out of the truck. Fawzi is seen talking to two people inside the truck. Fawzi pulls out his Browning HP and shoots his associate, who is wearing an Iranian Army uniform, and the driver of the truck. He holsters his gun and heads towards the cargo plane.
Zack: What the hell?! He just iced everyone in the truck! That's gotta be Fawzi!
Ivy: Wait for it, I need a positive ID.
Fawzi stops to talk to an associate of his on the cargo plane and Ivy gets a positive ID on him.
Ivy: That's our target, time take him out.
Ivy pulls out her M14 EBR sniper rifle and fires a shot. The shot hits Fawzi's associate instead of Fawzi. Fawzi and the other terrorists realize that they are under attack.
Zack: Hell, we missed him! We can't let him get away!
The cargo plane is seen starting up.
Ivy: That plane's ready to take off!
Zack: Quickly, get to that truck!
The siblings rush to a pickup truck that is parked on the runway.
Zack: Hop in!
Ivy jumps in the back of the truck and pulls out a mounted Kord heavy machine gun.
Zack: Ready?!
Zack gets in and Ivy taps on the window to tell him to get going.
Ivy: Go get him!!!
Zack floors the truck. Terrorists in trucks pursue after them and open fire. Ivy returns fire at the terrorists.
The plane is to far away from them and is almost ready to take off.
Ivy: Damn it! They're getting away!
Zack: We're not done yet. Plan B. Ivy, deploy the AGM.
Ivy pulls out an UAV controller and the UAV fires the AGM missile.
Ivy: AGM's set!
Ivy guides the missile to the plane.
Zack: Take out that plane!
Ivy detonated the missile and destroyed the plane. The cargo plane lost control and crashed to the ground.
A SUV crashes into them and launches over them before dropping back down to the ground. Another truck rams them, and Zack shoots the driver of the SUV. Their truck spins out of control, causing Ivy to fall out of it. One of the plane's wings is about to fall on her, so she has to shield herself.
Screen goes dark.
Ivy manages to survive and wakes up. Zack rushes over to Ivy and helps her up.
Zack: We've got Fawzi.
Wounded Fawzi is seen crawling out of the plane wreckage.
Ivy: (to Fawzi) You should have forgiven the innocent people for what you did.
Fawzi: (to Ivy and Zack) Terrorist? It was never about terrorism. Her plan is already underway and you won't be able to stop her this time.
Zack: Stop who?
Fawzi: Carmen Sandiego.
Ivy: Where on earth is she?
Fawzi spoke his final words.
Fawzi: (laughs maniacally) Where? All this time, and you didn't even know where she is! Carmen... want to see the world... burns...
Fawzi died.
Zack: Same crap, different day as ACME detectives. Let's sweep this tarmac for a jet fighter and get the heck out of Tehran. The IRGC will be here any minute.
Zack began to search the tarmac. Ivy followed him.
Ivy: I'm coming for you, Carmen! No matter where you are...
