Later that night, Jack and Carmella had finally managed to reach the ship. Its looming shadow poking out into the fog. Jack squints his eyes in thought before getting closer. He managed to slip inside by moving some of the loose boards out of the way. He looked around seeing that he was in the Captain's Quarters. On the bed was a skeleton holding a magnifying glass. After Carmella made a noise, he went and pulled her up into the room as well.

"Ponce de Leon," Jack said before heading over to the bed.

"If forty pirates dreamt forty nights of treasure, it would not match the contents of this room," came a voice from the shadows.

"You," Jack muttered as Barbossa stepped out of the shadows.

"You." He replied.

"No…" Jack said as he unsheathed his sword. Seeing as the two men were going to sword dance, she went and stood by Ponce de Leon. She shook her head and sighed from their childish antics. "...You…" He continued.

"I was here first," Barbossa said. "You, why are you here?" He asked.

"Blackbeard sent me," Jack answered. "Why are you?"

"Silver chalices for my royal liege," Barbossa said sarcastically.

"Oh, Please," Jack said with a sigh before swinging at the man. As he moved, the boat started to sway as coins started to roll to the other side.

"Back back! We need to balance it out," Barbossa hissed. All the while, Carmella went to sit up on the front end of the bed, watching what they were going to do next. She wasn't phased by the sway . As Jack backed up, Barbossa continued to explain, "The whole ship will slide!"

"Once again, I wonder about how this ship got all the way up here," Carmella said in thought, though the two older men just looked at her before shaking their heads before looking back at each other.

"Right, then," Jack said as he went and sheathed his sword. He then held his hands up to show that he was unarmed. "What if we each choose an item of approximately equal weight?" He asked. He then reached over and grabbed an item from the table. As soon as it was lifted, the boat began to sway once more.

"Put it back!" Barbossa snapped. "We touch NOTHING!"

Jack quickly put the item back to its rightful resting spot, and soon the boat settled back. Though as it regained balance, a box appeared from underneath the bed where Carmella was sitting. The noise got all of their attention and Jack looked at it.

"What about that?" He asked as the box showed a picture of chalices on the top.

"The chalices," Barbossa said in thought before moving back so he can try and get the box to him.

"Oi! Why do you get to look first?" Jack asked as he scurried towards him. As he got to where Barbossa was, they made a switch and where Jack used to stand, Barbossa made his way to.

"Fine, then," Barbossa muttered as Jack had his foot on the box.

Before he was able to stand in the same spot, he fumbled to the ground and against the wall. In reaction, the boat began to tip, sending Jack towards Barbossa. He managed to twist his body enough to hit the wall with his back before sliding down to sit next to Barbossa. The box made its way over to them before being kicked away by Jack. Carmella quickly put her foot down onto the box when it came her way so it wouldn't be tossed from side to side with the boat.

She sighed as the two men crawled their way to where the box was and kneeled on either side of the box. "Are we done behaving like children now?" Carmella asked as she looked down at the two. They each just gave a small nod as she took her foot away.

"Together," They both said in unison as they opened the box to reveal the chalices gone. In their place were hunks of rock.

"Rocks…" Jack said in disbelief.

Barbossa looked up at him and muttered, "The Spanish."

"They're ahead of us, mate," Jack said as they looked past Carmella and to the skeleton of Ponce de Leon. "I shall have a look at that map. If it's what I fear…" They quickly managed to slip onto the bed. Each on the other side of the skeleton. Jack had quickly thrown a coin to the other side of the room for good measure. Carmella just turned her body to watch them.

Jack then looked at the spread out map. He touched the paper as he spoke, "I wonder why they left this behind." He went and tried to move the map, but the movement jostled the skeleton, making the head turn to Jack.

"Don't touch the map," Barbossa whispered as if the skeleton could hear.

"Oh…" Jack said before moving the map back to its original location. The skull then moved back as well.

Carmella's eye twitched a little at watching the bones move. "That's..creepy.."

The small nod from Jack gave her the affirmation that he may have thought so too.

"They know the path, but I can also see where they'll most likely make camp," Barbossa said as he looked at the map once more.

"So..we work together for now?" Carmella asked her two father figures with her arms crossed a bit. Her eyebrow raised.

"If we must," Barbossa said reluctantly before a thought came to his mind. He then narrowed his eyes and turned to look at Jack. "By the way, where be Faye?" He asked.

Jack sighed before muttering, "Blackbeard. She is being used as a hostage." A string of curses from all around the world came out of Barbossa's lips. "I'm going to get her back, but we are going to have to work together to get the chalices first. So where do you think they made camp?" Jack asked.

"Just follow me," Barbossa said reluctantly as the trio carefully made their way out of the ship.

As the night went on, Barbossa had sent word to the rest of his crew to meet at the location. The trio were in the underbrush as they looked upon the encampment. Gibbs and the rest of his crew who were still alive, had just arrived. "Jack! Carmella!" Gibbs said rather happily seeing the two alive. Gibb's voice was too loud and Barbossa tried to shush him by waving his arm. The older man quickly stopped before getting down to Jack's level. Carmella leaned over to give him a hug in welcome.

Jack looked over to him, "Gibbs, I was just on me way to break you out of jail." He said with a smile.

"Hmmm," Gibbs said, knowing all too well that was a lie.

"You stole my map," Jack said before flicking the man's nose.

Gibbs winced and rubbed his nose before seeing that they were missing one lady. "By the way? Where be Faye?"

Barbossa, Jack, and Carmella sighed and muttered, "Blackbeard." The comment made Gibbs quite sad and he grew a little solemn.

After a moment of silence had passed, Barbossa whispered, "Right. Best be started." One by one, they all started to get up.

"Olé," Jack whispered with a small smirk.
