Now that Izuku had some clarity of mind it was time to get to work…right after getting some food."Damn, I didn't notice how hungry I was til now" It seemed as if Izukus's stomach would start eating itself unless he got some food. With an odd craving for chocolate, Izuku decided to visit Mrs. Chen before going home "I hope that mom made dinner tonight" Izuku thought as he gobbled down his chocolate bar at lightning speed.
"MOM IM HOME" Inko Midoryia instantly knew who walked in, maybe it was a 6th sense but she always could tell when her baby boy was around. Seeing Izuku walk into the kitchen brought a smile to her face. "Izuku dear dinner will be ready real soon, I am making Chicken Katsu with Tonkatsu sauce, will you set the table?" Inko watched as Izuku got out the utensils, plates, and cups before watching in slight awe as her baby boy downed the biggest glass of water she had ever seen in her life.
"Izuku-kun save some room for food honey." Izuku looked up and saw her slightly disapproving stare. "Sorry, mom I am just super hungry and thirsty, I will probability end up eating seconds anyway" Izuku added. Izuku couldn't remember the last time he was this hungry, the second his mom gave him his plate he devoured it leaving no crumbs before getting up and getting seconds…then thirds…then forths…
"Izuku!" Inko exclaimed "Don't you think you have had enough? I know you love my cooking but this is ridiculous!" Inko watched as Izuku gave a sheepish grin before clearing his plate and grabbing another glass of water. "Sorry about that mom I did say I was hungry, didn't I? Truth be told he still felt a little hungry but his mom made it clear he was done eating. "I am going to get some work done making my workout plan to become a hero! It is about time I get serious."
Inko watched as her son walked towards the bathroom. "Izuku-kun was very hungry today…WAIT is he starting puberty? No, he should have already started, he must just be going through a growth spurt… ya that has got to be it" Inko quietly squealed "That means my baby boy will get a girlfriend then wife then TONS of grandbabies" Oh they grow up so fast.
Izuku got a quick shower, brushed his teeth then started creating his workout plan. "I need good nutrition, cardio, and flexibility to go along with strength training, mom will do most of the nutrition. Just a few tweaks to my diet and eating habits should go a long way, cardio after strength training and flexibility training every day with more depth on rest days, ya this is looking good." Izuk smiled as he worked.
Izuku continued to work on his schedule until he got the first two months figured out."Now all I need is stuff to do strength, maybe I could find something at Dagoba Beach? People are always throwing out good stuff." With those thoughts in his head, Izuku slipped into his bed, excited to start tomorrow. "Things are finally looking up"
Izuku woke up with more energy than he had in a while. Getting dressed he ran into the kitchen to greet his mom and eat a few helpings of breakfast. "GOOD MORNING MOM" Izkku exclaimed "Do you think you could start making these meals for me?" Izuku said while he slide a paper over to her. "It would be a lot of help to my hero's journey" Izuku smiled at her.
Inko looked at the paper noting the color-coded, neatly organized, detailed list of dishes that all seemed to be abundant in carbs and protein along with the large serving sizes. "Wow, Izuku you really did some research didn't you? Seeing Izuku nodding in acknowledgment she went on "Some of these dishes look challenging and expensive though" Out of the corner of her eye she saw Izukus pleading eyes how could she say no to those eyes. "But I suppose it won't hurt to try them out."
Izukus smiled brightly before finishing his 3rd plate. "I'm going to Dagoba Beach today, I got my phone as well so don't worry about me," Izuku said as he put away his dishes and started walking out "Come home before dark please Izuku." He heard before he closed the door.
Stopping to get some chocolate and a sandwich from Mrs. Chen for later Izuku continued walking until he got to Dagoba Beach."Let's see if anything good is here" Izuku thought as he started sorting trash, before realizing that it would just be easier to clean up the trash.
It took about 10 minutes before Izuku noticed something was up, lifting up an old golf bag that was full of sand and rocks should have been difficult for him, but the 50lbs(22.68 kg) bag felt like nothing to him. "I know I am scrawny but I don't think that eating 2 big meals would let me lift this with such ease." Izuku then went over to an old fridge that he thought would be too heavy to move before slowly picking it up to his waist and then dropping it down. "What the hell? That fridge has to be like 275 lbs (124.74 kg) I know for a fact that I should not be able to lift this. Izuku thought with confusion
Izuku's face slowly stretched into a grin, then a full blow ear-to-ear smile. There was only one explanation in his mind "I HAVE A QUIRK" Izuku yelled out to the empty beach. "Will my strength go up as I train my body? Why is it just now showing itself? Does that mean I can move and jump fast as well? Or is it just a slight strength boost?" Izuku muttered under his breath. Analyzing someone else strength quirk was different than having your own. "Now is as good a time as ever to test it" Izuku moved more trash around before he made a small clearing to test his long jump. Looking down at broken children's playground equipment at the end of the clearing Izuku guessed it was about 32 feet away(9.75 m) before settling his feet for his standing long jump. Izuku crouched his body before exploding forward. Izuku realized too late that he was going to crash headfirst into the old swingset and could only watch in agony as he saw the metal bar of the swingset zoom toward his face.
With a loud THONK sound, Izuku collided face-first with the skinny metal bar his momentum carrying his legs and lower body upwards as he fell head-first to the sand. Izuku landed with a soft thud and lay there as he felt his forehead open up with a small trickle of blood rolling down his head, once the fuzziness of his eyes cleared up along with the headache receding Izuku finally had the mental clarity to understand his actions.
"I AM SO STUPID, THIS BEACH OBOUSLY ISNT SAFE AND I HAVE NO IDEA THE LIMITS OF MY QURIK ARE," Izuku thought before coming to a realization, "I am just going to have to clean up the beach more, it could be my cardio and strength training, 2 birds with one stone! Boy am I smart" the irony lost on him.
Izuku sat up and softly touched his forehead before finding out he was completely healed, no small cut or anything. "Regeneration, my quirk is cooler than I thought, I will become the best hero I just know it!" Izuku got up and started flexing his underdeveloped muscles he had the U.A. entrance exam in the bag.
"MIDORIYA"
Izuku jumped at the sudden voice and started looking around for whoever called his name, "W-w-here a-are y-you? Izuku stammered out looking in all directions for the missing person.
"I am inside of you"
A deep, distorted, slightly scratchy human-like, voice played in Izuku's ears, the voice said each word with such power and intimidation it was 100X scarier than anything Bakugo could do.
"J-j-just shows your f-face, telepathy is such a cool quirk to have," Izuku said to the empty beach. Hopefully, this was not a case like the sludge villain where a gross monster tried controlling his body.
"I AM NOT A GROSS MONSTER I. AM. VENOM."
"I am sorry I called you a monster, please just tell me where you are" Izuku frantically shouted, before noticing a small black tendril forming in his palm, slowly wobbling upwards about 1 foot into the air, little white vein-like lines could be seen just under its wet looking skin.
"I am the conscious of millions of organisms and you are our host"
"Izuku didn't say anything for a moment, trying to find the right words to ask this "Venom" "Does this mean you aren't my quirk?" Izuku asked, he really hoped that this was his quirk and he was just a really late bloomer. He did not want to anger the sentient creature that currently was residing inside his body.
"We found you that slime ball was just our ride but now we are one"
"Slime ball? Are you talking about that villain from yesterday?
"You humans are uniquely hard to bond with, now that I have you I see my chances are impossibly low to find another."
"Is it because I am quirkless?" Izuku asked. It would make sense to struggle to bond when quirks are so versatile and with only 20% of the population being quirkless, even less as the age demographic goes down it would seem impossible to find a good match in anyone under 45.
"Yes you are a weak loser, Midoriya but with me, we could be so much more"
Izuku thought about what the symbiote said. To him, it sounded as if Venom needed him and as much as he didn't want to admit, he needed venom. "Alright Venom you help me become a hero and I will let you stay in my body, do we have a deal?" Izuku said in his mind hoping the creature could hear him. His trusting nature not wanting to see the risks.
"Deal"
Izuku's eyes fogged over for a split second before his left arm jerked over to his right wrist and an impromptu handshake happened. With the partnership started Izuku really could feel Venom spread himself all over his body, his lungs, calf muscles, and brain along with every other body part slightly ticked for a second as Venom made himself comfortable.
"I probably should be getting back to mom" "Alright Venom our first step to becoming the best hero is cleaning up this beach, that way I become stronger." Izuku looked around the beach, it would probably take a good year to clean up the beach alone but with the help of Venom, who knows his potential. It would also serve as his first heroic act.
"Hey Venom are you hungry? What should we have for dinner tonight now that I know Im eating for 2" Izuku said as he cleaned off his face in the ocean water and started walking back home
"Phenethylamine"
Izuku sighed as he took out his phone to find out what food had this compound in it. On his walk home, he found out that chocolate had the most and that Venom was the reason for his recent chocolate craving, but plants with high protein such as beans, nuts, and seeds had Phenethylamine along with raw egg whites that had decent amounts. Some tweaking to his dietary plan was due to help accommodate his newfound partner.
Izuku was laying in his bed as he replayed how his evening went. Getting home, showering, fixing his schedule then accidentally making his mom have a heart attack.
FLASHBACK
"HEY, MOM GUESS WHAT MY QURIK MANIFESTED!" Izuku shouted across the apartment to his mom. Keeping Venom as his quirk and not millions of organisms of unknown origin was simpler to explain.
Meeting Izuku in the kitchen Inko saw her favorite and only son "That's amazing Izuku! Do you think you could show me?" Inko watched as Izuku concentrated before summoning a snake. "AHHHH IZUKU YOU KNOW IM AFRAID OF SNAKES!" Inko yelled in surprise and fear, jumping back 10 feet before calming down as she looked at Izuku's laughing face.
"It's okay mom it is not a snake it's my sentient quirk named Venom!" Izuku then educated his mom that Venom was too weak to communicate which was a half-truth, Venom did say he needed a strong host. "He said that he needs high-protein plants to eat so I will make some slight adjustments to the diet plan" Calming down his mother was easy. He did not want her to fuss about all the chocolate he planned on eating. Dinner was an enjoyable affair as always and his mom stayed to watch Izuku's Hero network before both decided to turn in for the night
PRESENT
If everything went to plan Izuku would be more than strong enough to be a hero. "Hey Venom, I am getting excited," Izuku said as he drifted off to sleep. Feeling the oddly satisfying sensation of Venom swirling under his skin. A small smile on his face.
2 months later everything was going to plan, and Venom was getting stronger by the day, they were finally going to do a full in-depth examination of just how much growth happened in 2 months.
Along with the superhuman strength and healing factor that Venom gave Izuku, Venom also helped his immune system, muscle fatigue, and various other body functions, basically letting Izuku have extreme physical growth at little to no cost. Izuku and Venom were also strong enough to enter a "Gear 1" mode that Izuku affectionately named.
Gear 1 lets Izuku control enough Venom to cover two of his limbs or create two tentacles that Venom controlled as a second pair of arms, increasing his strength 5 fold. Izuku particularly liked having 2 extra arms to help move trash even when they would misbehave every now and then, but sometimes more condensed strength was more important. Venom also was more observant than Izuku sometimes moving his body for him as a sort of "Danger Sense"
"Hey Venom I got a small vacation with mom coming up so I would like to get a lot done today" Izuku said while using Gear 1 to pick up a smashed car and move it to the "Junk Yard Pile"
"Tell your mother to make more Tater Tots" Venom's deep voice reverberated in Izukus's head as Venom controlled his limited symbiosis limbs to help support the car.
Izuku sighed eating more frozen tater tots was not what he wanted to do after his workout "Tell you what Venom, if we clear out this pile of trash so that I can see the sand then I will ask mom to make some tater tots for you, Deal?" feeling Venom pulse in his body showed that it was a deal. Cracking his knuckles the duo began to work.
Izuku was mildly surprised when they actually saw some sand at the end of the day, he thought it would be another 2-3 days before they got to the bottom, Venom really wanted the tater tots. Sitting down to rest before his walk home Izuku finally asked the question. "Where did you come from Venom, because you said that you are not a quirk? While we are at it what are you trying to do here?" These questions had been at the back of his mind for a while, but Izuku was almost afraid of what the symbiote wanted, knowing his sadistic and violent nature.
"I come from across the stars, and I wish to DESTROY MY ENEMIES!" Venom yelled out into the mind of Izuku making him wince slightly, his hearing becoming more sensitive over the last month.
"But do you really have enemies? Izuku wondered. If he was an alien what has humanity done to him to make him have enemies?
"Midoriya" Izuku's head perked up, Venom rarely called him by his name, and when he did it was important "We are one, your enemies are my enemies and my enemies are your enemies" Izuku mused over the answer for a few moments before asking a new question "Who are your enemies Venom?"
"I am not the only one of my kind, absorbing a rival is the easiest way to get more powerful and I, unfortunately, am not the strongest"
Izuku was shocked, if Venom was not that strong compared to the rest of his kind, what would they do face-to-face with one? Luckily it seemed Venom was one of a kind here on Earth, "Alrignt Venom, let's become the strongest person ever and the best hero ever!" Izkuku said with excitement, his ever-trusting and helpful personality instantly coming up with a solution to both their goals.
"NOW YOU ARE GETTING IT. WE WILL DEVOUR OUR ENEMIES AND RIP THEIR HEADS OFF THEIR BODIES!"
"WHOA VENOM TOO FAR" Izuku exclaimed before laughing off the strange alien's sadistic tendencies. Feeling the symbiote's disappointment Izuku added "No killing unless I say so" in hopes to quell Venom's emotions.
"Fine" Venom grumbled out, but he would have to eat before too long.
"Let us head home Venom" Izuku said to his partner, getting out his cell phone to ask his mom to make tater tots for Venom, they made a deal after all.
Naomasa Tsukauchi was having a bad day, first, he overslept and was running on caffeine from his coffee, then the Cheif told him of the developments on the Shie Hassaikai case, but now he is being sent out to meet up with a fellow detective named Hada Masahiro to question some suspect serial killer., Tsukauchi had wished he had never said yes to helping him out, but the Tsukauchi owed a favor so here he is now. Masahiro was a bit too rough for Tsukauchi but when you are dealing with multiple small gangs constantly at war it made sense to be a bit rough and tough.
Taking a drag off his cigarette Tsukauchi finally arrived and got out of the car to greet the Detective the two men then exchanged simple pleasantries before walking to the viewing room on the other side holding the jittery man. "Alright detective the suspect says that he was being controlled and we found out that there might be some truth to it. Given the nature of the crime and the circumstances surrounding it, we want a second opinion."
"Alright Detective Masahiro I will do my best," Tsukauchi said before reading the details of the case. "Name: Seto Kenji Quirk: Raincloud…can create small raincloud to follow him around" Tsukauchi walked into the room to see a gaunt man with a nervous tick. Steeling his resolve Tsukauchi started asking the first question "Seto Kenji do you know why you have brought in today?" Tsukauchi asked, his voice even and flat, he has done this countless times before. It really was a hassle coming all the way out here to do it some more.
"No you fucking government pussies took me when I wasn't doin' anything wrong"(Truth) he spat out. This guy seemed like the run-of-the-mill drug-addicted average Joe, that Tsukauchi had seen hundreds of times. He was however speaking the truth. "Do you know who these guys are by any chance Mr. Kenji? Sliding a piece of paper with pictures of three guys' faces on it.
"Never seen them guys my whole life" Kenji said (Truth) Tsukauchi sighed this case should have been open and shut, a simple sloppy murder case where the murderer left too much evidence behind. Maybe there was something with the controlling theory. "Is this not you walking into their apartment then?" A TV in the corner turned on and footage from a CVS camera mounted on the edge of a local laundromat showed Kenji slowly trudging down the sidewalk and into the rundown apartment before walking out 10 minutes later.
Kenji seemed out of it but before Tsukauchi could say anything he suddenly spasmed before speaking out "That lookin' like me but I ain't 'member it"(Truth) Tsukauchi sighed again "This is not you Mr. Kenji? walking into this apartment?…those 3 men have been killed in less than 10 minutes and I can't even tell you how much damnable evidence is going against you! Eyewitnesses, DNA, and video proof! " Tsukauchi yelled out, but before he could go on Kenji yelled out "I ANIT IN CONTROL OF MY BODY YOU FUCKING COP"(Truth) His quirk signaling truth really showed Tsukauchi that even though it was him, his actions were not his own "What an annoying case, thank god I don't have to deal with it"
"Tell me about how you knew you did not have control of your own body yet could not remember when you weren't in control." Tsukauchi shot back, now that he knew there was a 3rd party, it was time to find out about them.
"Before you, asshole cops took me I been having bad dreams and I be sleepwalking or sum, I aint willingly do nothing"(Truth) Tsukauchi took in a deep breath thinking "some sort of hypnosis or voodoo quirk perhaps" Tsukauchi sighed for what seemed the hundredth time today "Thank you for your time Mr. Kenji" Tsukauchi said before grabbing his papers and walking out of the room to be greeted with the sight of Detective Masahiro. "What is his deal?" Tsukauchi said to the Detective
"Found him 3 blocks away from the crime scene, Officer Hopps thought he was dead too, but it turns out he was passed out, the victims' blood all over his body" Masahiro said slightly angry. "It turns out either Mr. Kenji really thinks that he is not in control of his own body…or you got a hypnosis maniac going around murdering people" Tsukauchi said. "I suggest investigating a 3rd party from Mr. Kenji, he may be a druggie but he did not lie one time" Tsukauchi sighed again at the stern face of Masahiro.
"A complete report will be sent to you by the end of the day and let me tell you, I think this case might be a doozy. Good luck Detective" Tsukauchi added. "I will have done my part now I must be getting back" Tsukauchi tipped his hat before walking towards his car. Masahiro watched the man start driving back to his city, one thought in his head "How the hell a weak dysfunctional man could cut off 3 heads and hide the weapon with such a weak quirk?... Unless he wasn't alone with the 3 men"
Kai Chisaki clenched his jaw as this unimportant goon was going on and on about something about 3 of his dealers being killed by beheading. "Beheading? Such a mess but who would do it? Re-Destro? No not his style, the rumored League of Villains? perhaps." The incessant pest still going on so Kai touched his face and a split second later the goon had his mouth sewn shut.
"Kurono!" Kai yelled out waiting patiently for his right-hand man to come over. "Push back my 2 o clock appointment with Eri and schedule me a visit with Carlton Drake. An incident has been brought to my attention…one that will take the delicate touch of my favorite privet investigator." Kai said thinking back to the now muffled subordinate. Drake will keep him posted on the beheading case and if he should get involved.
Walking into Carlton's office Kai slightly smirked at the man. Drake was as smart as some of the top scientists in quirk theory but unlike scientists he was charismatic, got the results he wanted, and most importantly he was almost qurikless. A simple fire-resistant quirk showed Kai he was not as diseased as his other subordinates.
"Ah, Mr. Chisaki what can I do for you today? I hope your quirk research is coming along nicely…I haven't had the time to help oversee it" Drake said as he pulled up a chair for Chisaki and Kurono.
Kai glanced at the chairs before continuing to stand "I need you to look into a case for me" dropping a copy of the official file that Kai had an informate get for him on Drake's desk. "Find out if this is an attack against the Shie Hassaikai and if so who did it" Drake opened the file to be greeted with the sight of 3 headless men. "I will get right on it Mr. Chisaki" Seeing Chisaki turn to leave Drake spoke up once more "When you find a way to get rid of quirks use it on the strong first" Growing up practically quirkless made Drake resent people with powerful quirks and Chisaki will even the score for most of them.
Kai turned and looked Drake in the eye before giving him a slow nod it was part of his plan in the first place "Do not fail me Carlton" With that Kai and Kurono left him to start his work." let's see what I am working with here" Drake thought as he started familiarizing himself with the case.

WHAT UP WHAT'S UP WHATS UUUUUUP!? I went on vaca this week so I don't have as much as I wanted but I still want to try to keep to a schedule. Izuku and Venom are influencing each other but slowing bonding and getting stronger who is this obvious 3rd member of the story? I also shot 100 golfing yesterday so I'm kinda bummed out but that's neither here nor there and shout out to everyone who read the first chapter.
