Enjoy.
"Hmm. Hmhmhm."
Tod laughed as he stood in front of the chained up Master Hand, with his arm Buster Sword out.
"So it turns out that all your smashers are alive. That might make you a little happier." Tod looked at his blade, dawning a serious look after. "Now, I gotta ask you something. You remember when you were the only one left back in America? You shot two energy blasts, at first I thought they were attempts at attacking us. But honestly, you're not stupid. Those were signals weren't they?"
He used his other arm and put a hand on one of his fingers. "Who were the signals for? Where did they go?"
"I…won't tell you." The giant hand said. "You're not winning this fight, Dade."
The hybrid raised an eyebrow. "Dade? Oh right, you still only know me by that name. Just call me by my real name, Tod. Now just cough it up. Who, were, those, signals for?"
"I'm not telling you."
"Wrong answer." Tod proceeded to shove his Buster Sword arm into Master Hand's center.
"Agh!!" The hand grunted. "No…I'm…not saying anything."
Tod took his blade arm out, letting out a small sigh. "Whatever, I'll get you to talk one way or another. Not like any of your smashers'll take me down when they can't even get out of any of the universes they're in. And that oughta give me enough time to gain the Dimension Star."
"You won't get the star. You don't have the key."
Tod's stopped, as he quickly turned around. "What do you mean?"
"Without Mario, you have no hope of gaining the Dimension Star." Master Hand explained. "He is the only one who's ever been able to find it, no-*cough* one else has ever found it."
The hybrid looked at him, before his eyes squinted and a smile formed in his face. "Ahhhh. Mario? I should've figured, it's a star of course he knows about it! Then I guess he's my number one priority."
Tod's ears perked up as he quickly turned around, but he only saw Antasma. The only other one in the room with him and Master Hand.
"Vhat is it?" The nightmare bat asked.
Tod shook his head and sighed. "Nothing, thought I heard something."
He was right to hear something, as there was sand behind one of the walls.
We are brought to one of the most well known countries today, Egypt.
The sun was blazing at 11:00 in the morning, where many of the people were walking through the sands to communicate with others and many tourists were checking out the sphinxes and pyramids.
But why were we in Egypt? It didn't seem like anything paranormal or dangerous was going on.
That's because there was a portal up in the sky, father away from the tourist attractions and any of the cities.
Two figures fell out of the portal, as they began descending towards the ground.
Pit and Phosphora, you know them already. In their spider suits.
"AHHHHHHH!!" Both of them screamed as they continued falling.
The demigoddess shook her head rapidly, as she began floating in the air to stop herself from hitting the sand.
"Woo." Spider-Phos let out a sigh of relief. "That was close." She began descending towards the ground at lightning speed pace, as she dusted off her hands. "Easy peasy."
DNNNF!
Pit wasn't so lucky as Phosphora. Since Palutena and Viridi weren't around, the angel couldn't use the power of flight at all. Which is the exact reason he landed face first on the sandy ground.
Phosphora's eyes widened, as she put a balled up fist to her mouth. "Ooooooh. Ouch."
The angel didn't succumb to the sand as he planted his hands in the ground and started pushing them against the ground. Attempting to pluck his head out like Princess Peach's turnips.
His demigoddess friend zipped over to his wings and grabbed them, tugging hard on them. "Don't worry Pitty! I'll help you out."
She pulled continuously, before finally pulling the angel out.
"Ah! Air!" Pit exclaimed as he raised his hands up. "Oop, think I've got sand in my undies."
He looked down at Phosphora, who was still holding him and staring up at him.
"Um, Phosphora? Can you put me down please?" The angel politely asked.
The demigoddess rapidly nodded her head, putting him down on the sand. "There."
"Thanks!" The angel grinned as he took of his spider mask. Turning to look around at the area that the two had found themselves on. "Where are we?"
"I dunno." Phosphora said as she took off her own mask and waved her fist. "But it's super hot, and sand's getting in my socks."
Pit put a hand to his chin, squinting his eyes to look closer at the area around them. He spotted a sphinx near them as well as many pyramids.
His eyes widened while a smile lit up on his face. "Ohhhh I get it! We're in California right?"
Phosphora blinked. "No…Pitty. Why would you think we're in California?"
"Because it's sandy!" The angel pointed to the ground. "Just like the beaches in California, and look at those huge props!" He pointed at the pyramids and the sphinx. "I think they're filming a movie with those or something."
Phosphora let out a small giggle. "Silly Pit, I think we're in Egypt. All the sand and structures? Definitely Egypt."
Pit's eyes widened, with a fast nod of his head. "Ohhhh yeah that makes more sense!"
"We must've ended up in a different universe when we got separated from everyone else." The demigoddess said. "But why Egypt? Is this place even in our own universe? Or is it a different one?"
Pit shrugged in response. "Maybe! But I've gotta admit that the structures look nice."
Phosphora nodded. "Doesn't look like much is here, let's get out of here."
"How? We don't have the Greater Sacred Machine anymore." The angel pointed out. "We can't go anywhere! We're stuck here! Forever!"
That's when he started running in circles with his hands grabbing his head. "We'll never see Skyworld again! Every universe is gonna end! We're all done for!"
"Pit.."
"I'll never see my mom or dad again!"
"Pit…"
"Viridi will be sad!"
"Pit."
"I can't breathe!"
"PIT!" Phosphora yelled as she put a hand on her shoulder and slapped him across his face. "I'm the demigoddess of lightning! I can literally go faster than the speed of light which'll let us go to other dimensions! Geez!"
The angel stared at her, his face was dimming down on from his hyperactive and panicky state. "Oh. Woo. That's a big relief then! Uhh, Phosphora?"
Their faces were closer to each other, as the demigoddess' eyes widened when she realized they were close.
Both has blushes before Phosphora pushed him to the ground.
"Woah!" Pit exclaimed.
"Oops!" The demigoddess' eyes widened. "Sorry Pit."
The angel hopped up on his feet and smiled. "It's alright! Thanks for snapping me me out of it! Anyways we oughta get out of here and—"
"Yusaeidu! alraml yuhajimu!" Yelled a nearby man as he yelled at one of the pyramids, soon enough crowds of both people of Egypt and tourists.
"I thought coming to Egypt would guarantee no danger!" Yelled a tourist with a camera. "Since when does sand move like that?"
Phosphora and Pit looked at each other, both pulling on their masks.
"We should actually go check that out!" Pit pointed at where they were running.
"Mmm. I dunno…"
"Phosphora! What if it's one of Dade's villains?"
The demigoddess let out a small groan. "Okay okay! Let's go." She put her hand out and shot an electric web, gliding through the air as Pit shot out his own web.
Meanwhile by the pyramids, a certain plumber was running through said pyramids and jumping over structures.
It was Mario, suddenly taken away from the Rest Area and now brought to Egypt.
"Mama Mia. I can't a catch a break!" Mario exclaimed as he jumped over a block while being chased by a large mass of sand. "How'd I even a get here?"
Suddenly a piece of the pyramid crumbled to the ground, putting a huge obstacle in Mario's path.
The plumber's eyebrows raised, as he then glared at it.
"Okay!" He took out a Mega Mushroom and crushed it as he grew giant. "Let's a go!"
He tackled into the structure as he went right through it, rolling onto the ground after and turning back to normal size.
Mario landed on his feet with one hand on the ground, as he turned around to look up at the sand mass. "Hm, that a worked!"
The sand mass came at him again, but he dodged out of the way as it went under the sphinx and starting forming into something.
Mario stood up as two figures flew through the air and landed on the bottom area of one of the pyramids.
They were in an area where three pyramids were surround a square arena. Where a sphinx was on the other side and where the sand was forming.
"Woah!" Pit exclaimed when he turned to the plumber that they were near. "Hey Mario!"
The plumber's eyes widened. "Pit?! Phosphora?! When a did you get a here?! And…are you two still in a those outfits?!"
"No time to explain." Phosphora sternly said, pointing at the forming sand mass. "Look!"
The sands formed into what appeared to be a man, a man made out of sand.
The man was in his thirties. He had brown flat hair and wore a green striped long sleeve shirt with khaki pants.
Flint Marko, A.K.A the Sandman. One of Spider-Man's enemies or allies at times.
He raised an eyebrow. "Spider-Man? Wait, spider people?"
"Yeah! We're huge fans of Spider-Man!" Pit raised his fist.
"Who's a this guy?" Mario asked the two.
"Flint Marko." Phosphora answered his question. "Has connection to Spider-Man, met him when he used to be a bank robber. Then he got sand powers and basically can shape shift any part of his body with sand. He's actually not a terrible guy, even if he commits crimes. Or whatever."
The plumber just stared at the demigoddess in a bit of surprise, as she lowered her eyelids and looked to the side.
"Pit and I would also read the comics together, okay?"
Flint put his hands to his sides. "So…you two ain't Spider-Man, but you've got suits like him."
"These are our own suits, we made em ourselves!" Pit's wings then flapped. "Good thing I made holes for my wings to poke out."
"Wings eh? Pretty neat." The man made out of sand then put up his hands up. "Now listen, I don't want to hurt anyone. I'm here because—"
He was interrupted when Pit pointed at him. "Not so fast! You're here to steal some amazing treasure from the tomb of the sphinx! And terrorize the people while you're at it, I bet Dade sent you to take over Egypt!"
Sandman slightly nodded, understanding the angel's point of view. "He did send me, but I'm not going to actually hurt anyone or steal any-"
"Well not on our watch!" Pit shot out a web towards the sphinx and swung towards Sandman with a foot out. "Take this!"
The angel's foot landed directly in his stomach, but it went right through Flint's body as the man's body was like sand.
Literally.
Pit looked at Sandman with wide eyes, while the latter was smiling.
"Heh, nice try kid. Now let's just talk about this and-"
"Hragh!" The angel didn't let up as webbed Flint in the face and pulled him down. "Phosphora now!"
The demigoddess was already airborne as she had one hand out. "On it!" She blasted out a bolt of lightning from her hand which hit Sandman as soon as Pit webbed himself out of the way. "Direct hit!"
"Did you see that thunder?" Pit pointed at Sandman as Phosphora landed next to him.
She looked at him in slight disappointment and worry. "Pit, you still can't SEE thunder."
Sand started coming back to Flint as he stood back up and cracked his neck. "Not a bad move, honestly. But can we just not fight and I can explain myself?"
"No!" Mario exclaimed as he threw a fireball at Sandman, throwing more and more at rapid fire. Soon enough this turned him completely into glass! "That should a do it."
"Good thinking Mario!" Pit praised the plumber.
But the glass wasn't enough to hold Flint Marko as he immediately turned back to normal.
Phosphora pointed at him. "He's still moving! Get him!" She ordered as she and her angel boyfr-I mean friend charged forward.
But Sandman looked up at them, and he didn't look happy.
"Alright that's it!" He put out one hand which turned into a giant sand hand, stopping Phosphora in her tracks while turning his other hand into a hammer hand.
He proceeded to hit Pit in his jaw and launch him into the air. "AHHHHHH!!" He screamed while ascending.
"If you won't listen, I'll beat the sense into ya!" Sandman slammed Phosphora to the floor, before throwing her towards one of the pyramids.
Mario took out a Fire Flower and in no time became Fire Mario, as he was running and rapidly chucking fireballs. "Then let's a go!"
Sandman expanded his body using sand as he came towards Mario, attempting to bash him with hands in the shape of sand maces.
"Heeeragh!" He exclaimed as he slammed both hands right at Mario, but the plumber quickly dodged to the side. "Guess you are the real Mario. Dade's got it out for you the most."
The famous plumber gained a look of skepticism. "Me? Dade wants a me the most? Why?"
Flint then slammed two hammer fists together. "Don't know, I'll tell you more if you stop this pathetic fight, and just let me explain."
"That…" Mario did a backflip and landed back on the ground. "Isn't a bad idea. Don't a know why I acted out like a that."
Sandman shrugged while he shrunk back down to normal size. "It happens."
"Oh no no!" Pit exclaimed as he was still high in the air. "I'm gonna fall flat like a pancake again! Why?! Why can't I just have the power of flight on my own?"
Suddenly someone flew down from the sun, quickly grabbing Pit by the back of his spider suit and holding him in the air.
"Oh please just let me fall already!" Pit continued to yell.
"Alright." The teenager said as he let go of Pit's suit, before immediately grabbing it again. "Nah I'm joking."
"Ah! Oh snap, is it true?" The angel asked as he looked everywhere. "Can I finally fly without Lady Palutena or Viridi's powers? Oh boy! This is a dream come true! I've finally become a big angel and-"
He turned around and stared at the flying teenager, the one that was holding him.
This teenager had a mix of blond and brownish hair, he had a white unzipped jacket as well as a blue scarf. Along with brown pants and what appeared to be a singular angel wing on his back.
He also had sandals on.
"Oh." Pit said, he didn't show it but he was a bit disappointed that he wasn't the one actually flying. "Thanks for saving me! Who are you?"
The teenager gave him a thumbs up and a smile. "No problem, my name's Andrew. And could we please get back down because I don't think my one wing can't hold us in the air this long and we'll definitely fall together if we don't get down."
Pit nodded. "Yeah! Let's go."
Andrew lowered to the ground while flapping his one wing and still holding onto Pit.
"Alright. So let's a talk." Mario said as he and Sandman were starting their conversation.
"Okay, so Dade basically found out that you and all your other friends are alive." Flint explained to the plumber. "And he wasn't happy, so he sent every villain he had to different universes where'd they'd get rid of him."
Mario listened, nodding his head. "But he a promised everyone an entire a universe to a themselves."
The man made out of sand nodded. "He did, but he wanted each one to conquer a universe one at a time so they didn't gain more than he had. If they each conquered one at once they could overpower him."
"I a see." Mario understood. "But why does he want a me the most?"
"Because you're his key to the Dimension Star, only you've unseen it. And he now he wants you the most." Sandman looked at his hand. "Guess it's a pretty lucky coincidence that you're here."
Mario raised an eyebrow out of suspicion. "But why a tell me all of a this? What do you gain?"
Flint shook his head. "Don't want anything, I wanna help."
"You? But you were with a Dade's army!"
"I know, but I only joined because he broke me out of prison. What he's going to do is gonna hurt a bunch of people. And I'm not up for that." Sandman answered. "So what do you say? Can I help you guys in stopping him?" He held out his hand.
Mario stared at the older man's hand, not sure if he should shake on it or not.
But he did, shaking Sandman's head with confidence.
"Alright, I a trust you."
Flint smiled. "Good."
"Okay Sandy!" Phosphora exclaimed as she flung towards the two and landed on the sand. "Got the sand outta my ass and now I'm kicking yours!"
The demigoddess stared at the two, looking at Mario. "What the hell Mario? He's literally the bad guy!"
"No, he's not a with Dade." The plumber put both hands up. "He wants a to help us."
Her eyebrows raised in response. "Oh, okay then. Are you sure?"
"I assure you lady, I'm not up for harming other people." Sandman put up a hand made of sand. "Just had to knock some sense into you two, speaking of which. Where's the angel kid?"
"Here I am!" Pit said as he caught the attention of the others. "This kid helped me out."
Andrew put the angel on the sand, as he stood next to him. "Yeah, he was pretty high up."
Mario and Phosphora squinted at the half angel suspiciously.
"Who's this Pit?" Phosphora asked as she looked closely at Andrew. "He looks…familiar."
"Name's Andrew, it's nice to meet you all." He smiled with a small wave. "As you see, I'm a angel! Half that is."
Mario walked towards the teenager. "Where did a you come from Andrew?"
The half angel shrugged. "Dunno, I was just chilling up in my house and then I somehow ended up here. And…Pit is familiar to me. And so are you Phosphora."
Both the angel and demigoddess' eyes widened with slight surprise.
"How do you know our names?" Phosphora put her hands on her hips and squinted her eyes at him.
Andrew pursed his lips, looking to the side. "Well it sure is a long story! I'd better tell you later."
"Okay! How long will later be?" Pit asked enthusiastically. "Do you guys wanna…play a board game or something while we wait for that?"
Andrew and Phosphora smacked their heads at the same time.
"Pit…"
"Dad…"
"Dad?! Where?!" The angel asked as he looked around everywhere. "What did you mean by dad? Is someone's dad here?"
"Alright listen everyone I hate to interrupt your little confusing moments. But we're stuck in Egypt with no way out of here." Sandman said. "How we gonna stop Dade?"
Mario nodded his head in agreement. "We don't a really have any kind of way to get out of a here though."
Phosphora put her hand up. "Um, actually we do. As a lightning demigoddess, I'm super fast! Which means I can get us to a bunch of different universes in no time. But…I don't think I can carry everyone."
Sandman nodded. "I see. Huh?"
That's when the man made of sand started to glow orange.
"Oh!" Mario's eyes widened. "That glow looks a familiar."
That's when Flint Marko completely disappeared, surprising the others.
"Woah! Why'd he disappear?" Pit asked.
Mario put a finger under his mouth. "That's exactly what a happened to me when we defeated a Fawful and got on orange a crystal."
"What?" Phosphora raised an eyebrow.
"I'll a explain, but first we gotta get to a new a universe!" Mario raised his arm and pointed into the air.
"Right!" Pit exclaimed as he hopped onto Phosphora's back and wrapped his arms around her stomach. "Let's go!"
The demigoddess blushed, before turning back and sternly looking at the angel. "I'm not the Lightning Chariot you know."
"Oh." Pit seemed a bit guilty. "Sorry."
She giggled. "Nah, this is really the only way it'll work. Now let's jump into.."
"Wahoo!" Mario cheered as he hopped on Pit's back.
"Ow! Dammit Mario you ever heard of a gym?" Phosphora looked at him.
"I have a high a carb diet." He answered.
Pit looked to Andrew, who was standing next to Phosphora. "Come on Andrew! We gotta get traveling!"
The half angel shook his head. "Nah i'm good, I can do exactly what she can do." He said as he started rubbing his hands together, which creates electricity all through his body. "See?"
"Wow! You must've had some pretty cool parents!" Pit grinned.
Andrew looked to the side with a tiny smile. "Yeah, I sure did."
"Enough chitter chatter! Let's go!"
Phosphora and Andrew blasted off at the speed of light, leaving Egypt as a large amount of dust was kicked up.
Now we are brought back to the school, where Samus had arrived.
Everything was, odd. Straight up odd.
The bounty Hunter walked forward as she opened up the front door to the school, standing in front of what appeared to be a man.
A pixelated man with two dopey eyes, a green shirt, blue pants, and one strand of hair on his bald head.
"Oh, hi." He gave a weird wave as his arm was moving out of its joints. "Welcome to my schoolhouse."
The bounty hunter started at the bald man, looking back to a sign that was placed by the front door. It said Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, just like what it said outside.
She turned back to the bald man, assuming that he was Baldi. The one that owned the school.
"What?" Baldi asked he tilted his head to the side.
Samus turned around and put a hand in the doors, but they wouldn't budge one bit.
She then pointed her arm cannon at the door, firing off one blast.
But it didn't work.
This caused her to turn towards Baldi and look at him in the eyes.
"You need seven notebooks if you want to exit my schoolhouse." The teacher answered. "Each notebook is hidden inside one of my classrooms."
Samus looked over his shoulder, seeing two doors on opposite sides of the hallway and yellow twin doors after them. She approached the twin doors and tried pushing them open.
"You need two notebooks before you can use those doors." Baldi said.
So the bounty hunter shrugged in response, opening one of the blue doors and walking through the classroom. Where most things appeared either blocky or pixelated.
She saw a bouncing notebook on the front desk, which only increased her curiosity. Samus put her hand forward to touch the notebook.
Suddenly she appeared in a pitch black room, where a giant green pad with white boxes was in front of her. And in the left corner was Baldi's face.
"Now it's time for everybody's favorite subject, math!" His lips were moving, but weren't syncing with his words. "Answer the three words correctly, and you might get something special."
Suddenly a small version of the green pad appeared in Samus' hands, but with a keyboard at the bottom.
"Type in the answers to the problem with the keyboard!" Baldi continued speaking. "Problem one, two, minus, five, equals."
Samus typed negative three into the box, a check mark spawning by one of the three boxes.
"Aha! You got it! Problem two…"
She quickly typed in the answers, getting all of the right.
"I can't believe it! You're incredible."
Samus stood there, giving a thumbs up before the pitch black room and the You Can Think Pad disappeared along with it. She was back in the classroom, no notebook in sight.
So she walked outside and saw Baldi, along with a floating quarter.
"You did great! Come here and get your prize." Baldi said, he wasn't moving at all. "A shiny quarter!"
Samus looked at the coin and accepted it, placing it in in the leg area of her power suit. It closed up. The bounty hunter then ran towards the other door and into the classroom, finding another hopping notebook as she was about to touch it.
Until she heard snoring.
"Gwwwwkaka! Gwwwkaka!""
The bounty hunter turned to one of the desks, where a fellow smasher appeared to be sleeping.
Falco Lombardi, Fox Mccloud's best friend and avian pilot of the Star Fox team. Snoring away with his head straight on the desk.
Samus suspected that he had somehow ended up on this school when they went into the black hole. So she walked towards him and tapped his head.
"Gwakaka-HUH?!" Falco shot right up with wide eyes and an expression that only a caffeine addict would have. "Where am I?! I'm not ready to go to school! What?"
He stopped as he saw Samus, who gave him a tiny wave.
"Samus? Where the hell are we?" The pilot asked as he got back up and stretched out his back. "I remember gettin' sucked up by the black hole, and I remember landing in this school. I was gonna grab that notebook for the bald teacher, but then I had a dream about Katt Monroe and-." His face became plain, "I'm just gonna stop there."
She nodded her head, pressing a button on her mask.
"I'm not speaking much, but we need to get all the notebooks in this school to leave. Maybe we'll find the others." Samus pressed the button again.
Falco smiled, aiming a finger gun at her. "You Gotcha! Let's answer them questions!"
Samus touched the notebook, as they were transported back to the black room.
"Problem one…" Baldi said.
Samus quickly answered the first two problems, getting both right.
"Great, job! Problem three."
Suddenly Baldi's voice was all glitchy, and the math problem wasn't even clear! It was all scribbled numbers to the point where even someone with the best vision couldn't see it clearly.
"Equals." Baldi said.
Samus used the visor of her suit to try and scan the text, maybe she'd be able to see what the hidden answer was.
But Falco didn't think the same.
"Eh let's just say zero." He typed the answer in as Samus was alerted.
Suddenly the music stopped playing, and Baldi's smile was turning upside down and he looked mad. And even the text on the think pad changed.
"I GET ANGRIER FOR EVERY PROBLEM YOU GET WRONG." Falco read. "Hm, in all caps too."
They were brought back to the classroom, as the funky yet assuring music from before was completely gone.
Only silence filled the halls. Yet it was soon filled with the sound of a smack.
"What's that?" Falco asked as he looked around. "Let's get out of here first."
Samus nodded her head in response, both of them opened the door to the classroom and stepped out into the hall.
Falco drew his pistol. "Brace yaself."
The bounty hunter had her arm canon ready, as the two walked through the halls and aimed their weapons at different angles.
The smacking continued through the halls, as Falco checked the yellow doors.
He saw Baldi approaching them, he had a blank face and a frozen body. With the exception of a ruler in one hand.
He was smacking it in his other hand. A snack for every step he took.
"Well shit." Falco turned to Samus. "Baldi's chasing after us. Looks like he's gonna smack us with that ruler."
The bounty hunter put a hand on her chin, as she gave a hand sign to Falco.
"Got it." He nodded his head as they turned to the right and ran down the hallway, passing by lockers and school faculty doors.
"No running in the halls."
Said a flat pixelated figure, who looked like a human with a raised up arm. We'll call him the Principal.
Falco let out a sigh of relief. "Oh good, support. Ay man there's this weird bald dude trying to kill us, can you do something about that?"
The Principal walked towards them.
They were both immediately transported to another classroom, but this one had pictures of what appeared to be different people in the school.
They all looked weird.
"Fifteen seconds, detention for you." The Principal left the detention room without even moving. "When will you learn?"
Falco and Samus just stared at the door, before looking at each other.
Falco threw his arms down. "The hell was that for? What is this place?"
Samus then put a hand out before pressing on her helmet again.
"Do you hear that?" The bounty hunter asked. "It's the smacking."
"What about it?" Falco asked.
"It's faster, a lot faster."
The avian pilot listen closely to the smacking, it was indeed a lot faster than before. WAY faster. It was almost like Baldi got a huge burst of sugar in his coffee.
"Why the hell's he faster? We haven't answered any problems in those notebooks!"
Somewhere else in the school.
"Five, negative seventeen. Uhhhhhh."
Said the voice of a Skull Kid, but not just any Skull Kid. THE Skull Kid, the one with the Majora's Mask.
But Skull Kid didn't have access to it's powers anymore, it was merely a copy of it that he wore. So that he wouldn't be corrupted by it anymore.
He had three notebooks attached to his belt as he was answering math problems in another notebook.
He had gotten every single answer in each of the notebooks wrong.
He was now staring at a jumbled up problem, confused just like he had been with the other scrambled problems.
"Zero, it's totally zero." Skull Kid typed it in the Thinkpad. He got it wrong once again. "Aw dang it! Thought I had it that time!"
Skull Kid turned around and began floating out of the class, opening the door.
He shrugged. "Man, I don't even know how I ended up here. And these notebooks sure aren't helping me, I wonder if there are anymore here. Maybe I'll find them."
That's when he heard a voice that said. "I wanna play with someone!" It sounded like a demented little girl.
Suddenly a poorly drawn girl in a red shirt with a jump rope came towards Skull Kid. "Let's play." Her name is Playtime.
"Okay!" He nodded in agreement, as he got on the ground. "Let's play!!"
"Ready? Go!!" Playtime exclaimed as the jump rope starting moving over Skull Kid.
He jumped over when the rope came towards him on the ground, as Playtime continued each time he managed to jump over the rope.
"One, two, three, four." She said as the rope stopped going and she began moving away. "Wow that's great! Let's play again, sometime soon…"
Skull Kid watched her leave, but he seemed disappointed. "Aww that's it? I could've gone for twenty, oh well." He began floating through the halls to see what else he could find in the school, or what other people he could find.
"This whole place looks the same in each hall." He said. "Same doors, same lockers, everything! Ooh what's that?"
He saw twin yellow doors, as he went right through them and found himself in a cafeteria.
"Oh, good I'm starving!" The scarecrow exclaimed as he walked over to one of the tables. He saw what appeared to be a blue floating soda can and a floating pixelated chocolate bar.
Doc Louis would've grabbed that chocolate bar in an instant, if he was there.
Skull Kid grabbed both the B-Soda and the chocolate bar as he left the cafeteria. He began floating down the hall, ready to enjoy his snacks.
"I can't wait to eat this." He said.
But suddenly he was stopped by something in the middle of the hall, or rather someone.
A weird looking big boy with a weird face, orange ball for a body, and weird looking blue arms and legs. He wasn't moving at all and there was text next to his head.
Skull Kid floated up and read the text. "This is a bully, wow!"
"Give me something GREAT." The bully said as the last word echoed.
Skull Kid looked up at him from the ground. "Ohhh, you wanna share? I'm really hungry but I can definitely share some of my-"
That's when Skull Kid's chocolate bar disappeared, as the bully disappeared along with his snack.
"Thanks for the generous donation." His voice echoed through the halls, Skull Kid looked around everywhere but he couldn't see the bully.
He blinked. "Oh, okay then. I'll just go somewhere else."
"I SEE YOU, FRIEND."
Skull Kid looked up and turned around, he saw a weird looking machine at the end of the hall. One that had wheels, two hands out front, a heart inside of the pipe cube body, and a head.
A machine called 1st Prize.
"Friend?" Skull Kid asked, a smile on his face. "Okay! I'll be your friend! Let's hug new friend!"
"I AM COMING READY OR NOR HERE I COME." 1st Prize began zooming down the hall towards Skull Kid, who had his arms out wide for a hug. "I'LL HUG YOU FOR ALL ETERNITY."
1st Prize was getting closer and closer to the scarecrow, who was ready for a friendly hug from the machine.
But right when he was about to receive one, someone stomped on him.
"URRAGH!"
Skull Kid saw Ganondorf standing in front of him, holding 1st Prize above the ground. Before slamming him to the ground.
"Aaaaaggh!" The demon king yelled as he began delivering heavy punches and kicks, tearing apart the science fair project during his barrage. "How do you like this?! You damn nuisance, chasing me down this dreaded place. I do not want a hug, or to be your friend!!"
Soon enough the demon king completely dismantled 1st Prize, as he dropped his pipes to the ground and let out deep breaths.
Skull Kid only stared at Ganondorf. "Why'd you do that? He was gonna be my friend."
He turned to the scarecrow and looked him in the eyes. "That, machine, has done nothing but follow me wherever I go! I had enough!"
Suddenly a moving broom entered the hallway, both Ganondorf and Skull Kid looked at it.
"GOTTA SWEEP SWEEP SWEEP." It said.
Ganondorf slowly walked towards the broom.
He picked it up, and snapped it in half with his bare hands.
"We are getting out of here." Said Ganondorf to Skull Kid. "NOW!"
Skull Kid nodded his head. "Okay! But how do we leave?"
That's when Samus and Falco approached the two, running from a smacking noise that had been behind them for a while.
"Oh hey! It's these two!" Skull Kid said.
"What have you two been doing?" Ganondorf asked with crossed arms.
Falco rubbed his beak with his arm. "We've been running from this bald guy all day. He's trying to smack us with a ruler just because we answered some damn math questions wrong!"
Samus then pressed a button on her helmet. "And apparently the EMMI are here too, and I thought I destroyed them all. And apparently he gets angry whenever math problems are answered wrong in notebooks."
"But he's been getting faster even though we only answered one wrong question." Falco explained.
Skull Kid slowly looked down at the four notebooks head had. "Ssssss, oooooh."
"What?" Samus asked. "Why oooooh?"
"I've sort of…been answering every problem wrong in these notebooks." The scarecrow told confessed to the two.l, as Falco's eyes widened.
Followed by a twitching eye. "Are you kidding me?! Didn't you pay any attention in school?"
"I've never been to school."
"Oh, right."
Samus shook her head. "We need to find that last notebook, once we do we can get out of here and find a way home."
"Excuse me, are you talking about this notebook?"
The four turned towards a young woman, one who had short blond hair, along with a blue outfit and a black hood. She was holding the last notebook in her hands.
This is Zelda, well…Researcher Zelda. Close friends with BOTW Link, and Wild Link too. But how did she end up in Baldi's school?
Falco smiled. "Yes it is! Let me just take that! Thank you very much princess." He took the notebook from her.
"Em, of course. Falco, right?" She asked. "How…did you all get here?"
"We could ask the same of you." Ganondorf stated. "Now let's put those books together and get out of here, then we can kill that ridiculous bald man and-"
"No conspiring murder in the halls." The principal appeared by the group. "Thirty seconds, detention for-"
Ganondorf grabbed the top of the principal's head, shoving it down and bending his body back.
"No existing in front of the demon king." He kept bending him out of shape as he threw him into a nearby classroom. "All eternity, get a real job you bum." He then placed a lock on the door, which was an item he found earlier.
While he was getting rid of the principal, the others stacked all of their notebooks into one pile. As Skull Kid put them away.
"We did it!" The scarecrow raised his arms in the air. "So…shouldn't we be out of here now?"
That's when Baldi's voice echoed through the entire halls.
"CONGRATULATIONS, YOU FOUND ALL SEVEN NOTEBOOKS. NOW ALL YOU NEEDTO DO IS…"
"GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!" Screamed another voice.
Now the smacking was faster than ever before, and everything in the school turned red.
"HEHEHEEEEEE."
"We have to run, this way!" Researcher Zelda led the group down the hallway, running as fast as they could.
Falco turned around and saw Baldi approaching them, with multiple EMMI's following after him. "Hurry up guys he's gaining on us!"
"There's the door!" Ganondorf exclaimed as he pointed at the door to the exit.
"We're free!" Skull Kid rejoiced.
But as soon as they reached the door, it became a wall. The door was nowhere in sight.
All of their eyes widened, Baldi was right behind them.
Falco's eye twitched just like before. "Well f-"
The group suddenly teleported somewhere else in the school.
Everything looked the same as before, greatly confusing everybody.
"What just happened?" Ganondorf asked.
"I don't know." Falco answered as he grabbed his backside. "But my butt hurts."
"Mine does too." Zelda said.
Skull Kid was rubbing his backside with both hands, it was probably in pain the most compared to everyone else. "Owey."
"Oh, hi. Welcome to my schoolhouse."
They saw Baldi standing before them, just as Samus had seen right when she first entered the school.
Ganondorf let out a sigh. "We did all of that for nothing, that does it."
"Wow! I didn't know Zelda and Ganondorf could work together!" Skull Kid smiled. "It's pretty cool!"
"Yeah…I think it's the opposite of cool." Falco said.
Ganondorf and Researcher Zelda stood in front of Baldi's Schoolhouse, which was now completely engulfed in flames.
"Because it's more hot than cool."
The two of them returned to the rest of the group, as Researcher Zelda let out a breath of relief.
"Even as someone who loves research, I am beyond happy that this building is up in flames." She admitted. "But how do we get out of here now?"
Samus removed her helmet, taking out an orange crystal. "I managed to pull this out of one of the EMMI's eyes, I think it can take us back home." She placed her helmet back on and scanned the crystal. "If we break it, it'll take us somewhere."
Then the bounty hunter raised her arm canon, pointing it at the crystal. and shooting it with a plasma blast. "Let's leave."
Falco gave a thumbs up. "Perfect!"
Suddenly the entire group disappeared on an orange flash, leaving the burning school in the process.
Meanwhile….
Now we are brought back to the universe traveling group, they were sitting by a campfire in a city. The time was night and the city appeared to be in ruins, no human could be found there at all.
Phosphora pulled her stick forward, which had a marshmallow on it as she had her mask off. She took a bite of the gooey treat.
"Mm, not bad." The demigoddess said, wiping her face with her arm. "Bleh, sticky." She turned to the right to see Pit sitting by himself, looking off at the moon with his spider mask by his side. "Hey Pit! We got marshmallows over here! Don't you want any?"
The angel turned his head and shook it. "I'm good, thanks Phosphora."
Phosphora put her stick down, appearing sympathetic and a bit worried for him.
She looked to Mario and Andrew, Mario was eating marshmallows without the stick as he had some in each hand. While Andrew had four on his stick, as he was chomping on them.
"Mmm! Amazing!" The half angel said as one of them fell off of the stick. "Oops, I got it!"
He got on the ground and started eating the marshmallow, causing Phosphora to gain a disgusted face.
Andrew looked up at the demigoddess. "What?"
"You're just eating it off of the ground? Gross."
He shrugged. "My father loved eating food off of the ground, I guess I do too."
"Yeah! I'd eat a good a marshmallow even if it was in the ground!" Mario exclaimed as he swallowed a bunch of them at once.
However one of his marshmallows fell off of his hand and onto the ground, landing right on top of a crippled and dark hand. Almost looked like one a zombie would have.
The plumber's lips were pursed and his eyes widened, turning his head to Phosphora. She raised an eyebrow and gave a cocky smile. "Ehh, never mind a."
The demigoddess let out a tiny laugh as she put her stick down, walking over towards Pit and sitting down next to the angel. "Hey Pitty, what's up?"
They were enough from the other two, meaning that they could talk about anything without the other two hearing them.
Pit let out a sigh. "I'm worried about Lady Palutena, and Viridi."
She looked at him, before nodding her head. "Yeah, I'm worried about my sis too. It's kind of…a sister feeling, you know?"
The angel understand what she meant. "Yeah, sometimes I feel that with Pittoo. But I think that's because he's a clone of me. But…there's something else with Viridi I'm a bit worried about."
"What's that? You really wanna tie the not don't ya?" The demigoddess asked.
"N-no, kind of the opposite." He let out a sigh. "Phosphora, please don't tell anyone. But…"
Silence ignited in the night, the campfire even stopped making noise for a second.
"I kind of wanna break up Viridi."
Phosphora's eyes widened, as she gasped. "WHAT?! You wanna break up with her?! WHY?!"
"Shhhh!" Pit shushed her. "I don't when them to hear!"
"Okay okay, sorry." The demigoddess quieted down. "But why?! You two are so cute together!"
The angel crossed his arms and looked to the side. "Well….it's just. She's really controlling lately, and she's…just off putting recently."
"What do you mean? I mean…yeah you're kind of right. But why?" Phosphora asked. "You never seem bothered by that."
"I know. But she gets really angry whenever I'm talking to other girls, and it's not even in that kind of way!" Pit said.
The demigoddess nodded. "Yeah that's annoying, you're not the type to ever cheat on someone. Especially my sis."
"And when I invited you out for web swinging she was mad, she doesn't even care about Spider-Man stuff. And on Christmas she made me kiss her a bunch of times with those mistletoes!"
"That was romantic though!"
"Yeah it was cool but it got a little crazy! She always grabs me when we sleep together and throws a tantrum whenever i accidentally upset her."
"How did you upset her?"
"I didn't get the right apples when we went shopping once."
Phosphora pursed her lips. "Yikes, that is pretty bad. So then, who'd you want to be your girlfriend?"
Pit turned to the lightning demigoddess, shrugging and blushing at the same time. "I don't know, I mean. I'm not in a rush to find anyone, but uhh.."
The angel felt a hand on his hand, as he looked down at his hand.
It was Phosphora's hand, as he looked up to see her smiling at him.
"Well if you ever decide, I've always thought that you were cute." She winked at him, causing him to smile.
"I thought I wasn't cute at all."
The lightning demigoddess shrugged. "Eh, I was kind of a sore loser."
While these two were discussing their own situation, Mario was growing a bit suspicious of Andrew. His getup was almost like a mix of two people he knew.
As his behavior was like those same two people.
Or rather, an angel and a demigoddess he knew.
"So, where'd you a come from kid?" Mario squinted his eyes at the half angel. "Some a people don't just have a one wing, and electric powers. Or dress like that for that a matter!"
Andrew swallowed another marshmallow. "Oh, I knew someone was suspicious of me. Guess I shouldn't deny it, but I have to whisper it to you."
He leaned towards Mario, placing his hand on the side of one mouth and whispering the truth to the red plumber.
"See, I'm Pit and Phosphora's kid."
Mario's eyes widened as he pointed at Andrew.
"I a knew it! I a knew it!"
"Shush!!" He shut Mario up. "But I don't want them knowing, and I definitely want you telling them."
The plumber raised an eyebrow. "But a why?"
Andrew pulled him in closer. "Because if they know I'm their son, they'll fell like they NEED to be in a relationship for the sake of my existence. Then the author would feel like the romance would be rushed."
"It already kind of a is." Mario said.
"Yeah, but let's not say for now. Okay?" The half angel asked, showing adorable puppy eyes to the plumber.
After a few seconds, Mario let out a small sigh. "Alright, I won't a say anything. Mario's a promise."
Andrew smiled in response. "Thanks Mario."
Meanwhile…
We're back in the rest area, people were getting accustomed to spending their time in this place. But now those who were in Baldi's school had arrived.
"So…you two are different Links?" Researcher Zelda asked, speaking with BOTW Link and Wild Link.
"Yep." They both nodded their heads at the same time."
"Hm, strange. Regardless, I'm very thankful for both of you saving Hyrule." She bowed. "And congratulations to you and Mipha."
The Zora princess nodded, both her and her husband holding their children in their arms. "Thank you so much princess."
Wario sat on the ground, looking very bored. Shown by him sighing afterwards. "This place stinks! When are we getting out of here?"
"Not for a while at least, maybe there's a reason we're here." Red stared.
Falco nodded in agreement. "There's gotta be, we wouldn't just be here for no reason."
"But isn't there at least anything else to do here?" The fat man asked as he stood back up. "Like a poker room or a bathroom or something! Come on God!"
That's when the smashers heard a toilet flush from somewhere in the All Star Rest Area, confusing everybody.
"What was that?" Cynthia asked.
"Another Muk flushed down maybe?" Flame Red asked, receiving a giggle from his wife.
That's when a part of the walls were busted down, as a large high schooler walked through with a hearty laugh.
Nekomaru Nidai, the Ultimate Team Manager from Hopes Peak Academy.
"Gahahahaha!" He laughed while rubbing the back of his head. "Man! That was a gigantic shit! Maybe even a new record! Huh?"
He noticed everyone staring at him.
"Hey, uhhh what's going on here?"
Twilight Link's eyebrows lowered. "Wait, where'd you come from Nekomaru?"
The ultimate team manager crossed his arms, putting one hand on his small beard. "I'd swear I was just in Hopes Peak Academy. And I was! Then I went to the crapper to drop a deuce, and when I came out I ended up here! That's how I remembered it."
That are everyone even more confused than before, Nekumaru had ended up in a different universe but was now here? Did he even have an orange crystal?
"Hmm." Bowser grit his teeth, not out of anger however. "What's going on here?"
"It looks so much like the Bionis."
Stated Shulk, who was standing in the grass plains of an area that was familiar to him. Yet also, different.
The place resembled his home, the Bionis and the Mechonis. Everything about it felt the same. The grass, the skies, even the landscaping.
But he saw what appeared to be a city off in the distance, a town of some kind. With a large black castle out there.
"But I don't think this is our Bionis." The Homs stated as he continued looking off at the city. "What do you think Melia?"
The empress of the High Entia stepped next to him, wielding her staff. And dawning different clothes, ones based on her trial to become the new leader of her race.
"I-I'm not sure. But it must our home, mixed with another world?" She asked, not sure of her theory. "Dade must be messing with our worlds."
"And who's this Dade fella?"
The two were caught off guard by a sudden voice, one with an accent like there's.
"Who said that?" Shulk grabbed his Monado. "Where are you?"
The two turned around to a cliff, where someone was sitting on the edge.
Appearing to be a young woman, one wearing black pants as well as a green and black jacket. Also having brown hair and…
Wings, on her head. Similar to a High Entia.
Melia raised her staff. "Who are you?"
The young woman jumped down from the cliff. "Eunie." She introduced. "Now who the snuff are any a you?"
Melia put her staff down, as both of them stood before Eunie.
"I'm Shulk." The Homs introduced himself to the Entia.
"And I am Melia, queen of the High Entia."
Eunie's eyes widened in response, receiving weird looks from the two.
Until she shouted.
"WHAT THE SPARK?!"
