Peter Supreme and Gwen were walking down the street of an empty city. Both of them were on edge with nothing in sight for a long distance. The rain was also making it increasingly difficult to see.
"I feel like we're in the middle of a horror movie." Gwen comments as she looked around.
"What kind of reality is this?" Peter Supreme asks.
"RIDDLE ME THIS!" Someone called, getting both of them to spin and prepare to fight. But that was when they saw that it was a tv screen. "What kind of city is it when there are only two heroes and a city of criminals? The answer: a lost cause!"
Peter and Gwen both looked at one another as neither of them was quite sure what to make of what they had seen and heard.
"You thought that the story was over?" The Watcher commented as he looked across the entire time and space. "But it was only the beginning."
PREPARE TO REENTER THE BRANCHES
Peter Supreme and Gwen were falling through a portal, which looked quite different this time around. Rather than just a straight line and a tunnel between them, it was like falling through a whirlpool made out of shattered glass.
"But things have gotten a little bit more interesting this time."
HYDRA Spider-Man stood tall as he looked out to all of time and space. He stood tall and opened a portal as a dozen different evil variants of Spider-Man stood beside him.
"I will conquer the BRANCHES." HYDRA Spider-Man promised as he circled Spider Supreme. "And make sure that HYDRA reigns supreme."
Peter Supreme is then shooting blasts of energy out of his hands as he leaped out of the portal and is knocked right into one of the evil variants.
WHERE THE WORLDS ARE DIFFERENT
A variant of Peter Parker stood confused, his mask having one eye squinted to show just how confused to this he was. But he also had one other person with him, who wore a combination of a red and yellow outfit with what looked to be a mask covering all but his mouth.
"Wow, and I thought our world had issues," Mark commented.
"Dude, your dad tried to destroy the world several times, let alone you. This should be not such a surprise." Peter told his friend.
Peter Supreme circled the multiverse as he looked confused at what he was seeing. "This doesn't make any sense."
Gwen was running through the Mirror Dimension as fast as she could before shooting out a web to try and escape the Spider-Man variant that was chasing her.
"None of these worlds should exist."
HYDRA Spider-Man stood at the center of the Nexus of Reality as he touched all of time and space, feeling the energy enter him.
"We have to stop him!"
Caitlin and Peter held hands as they sat down on the couch of their apartment. They both knew what needed to be done, but neither of them had the strength to be the first to do it.
"We have to do this," Caitlin whispered.
"I am just worried about what will come next," Peter whispered.
Jessica Jones was running down the hall of her detective agency where she turned a corner and froze in fear. She heard the sounds of the creature crawling up the walls and making its way toward her. When she was prepared to run the other way, she heard the noise of someone else coming.
"Oh, god."
WHERE THE RULES HAVE CHANGED
Kim Possible crossed her arms and shrugged as she looked at her friends Ron and Peter. "Sounds like another Tuesday for us."
"Yeah, we deal with this a lot." Peter agreed.
"I prefer Taco Tuesday," Ron admitted.
The Watcher extended his arms out as he sent out two blasts of energy toward HYDRA Spider-Man. But all he managed to do was create a forcefield to protect himself from the blast before sending his own toward him.
"I will fulfill my purpose!"
Another variant of Peter Parker was holding up a ton of rubble before it could crush what look to be alternate versions of Elsa and Anna. They were helping others escape the rubble while Peter was holding it up for them to get them out.
"And I will destroy anyone who gets in my way!"
Daisy Johnson and Peter Parker were holding onto one another as Peter was holding a web before both of them could plummet to the ground.
"Haven't had this much fun since our wedding night." Daisy joked.
Peter wasn't as amused as he was befuddled by the comment. "I am not sure how to take that."
All across the BRANCHES, there is now chaos with no help of stopping. There were dozens of glitches of dozens of other variant timelines that are just as weirder than the last of them.
Astrid Hofferson was flying around New York on the back of Stormfly as Peter came swinging by to help.
Gwen Tennyson was holding out her hand to conjure a spell to protect herself and a much younger-looking kid. She was wearing a similar costume to Spider-Man, the main difference being that it was a dark blue color with the same black spider logo, but was much larger.
Pepper Potts was getting in her armor and was doing her best to defend her family from a variant.
There was another version of Peter that held out his fist and a blast of green energy left the ring. He was a member of the Green Lantern Corps in this universe.
A variant where there was a young girl swinging around Central City but was wearing an all-black non-Symbiote version of the Spider-Man suit. She had her mask removed and revealed she had all-white hair flowing down her back, shooting two strands of webbing to defend herself.
A version of Spider-Man leaping out of a building as the Symbiote consumed him. He was full of rage and was ready to end anyone who got in his way.
"Scarecrow is gonna wish that he never left Arkham City!"
And that was only a small handful of the chaos that has been caused all across the BRANCHES. There were more dangerous creatures and monsters roaming the universes, ready to try and take down the barriers between the timelines.
"I am the Watcher."
The Watcher then landed in a desolate dimension where there was no life for miles. He summoned all of his power and sent a wave of multidimensional energy toward HYDRA Spider-Man, and he just watched as the wave came to consume him. He showed no fear as he only snarled at the wave.
"And I need your help."
