Carnageprime117: Yeah, I'm glad to have it back up as well.

Guest02957: If I make him have a Beast mode, it'll most likely be a wolf form given his name and wolf-like appearance since his Cybertronian form will be similar to Steeljaw from Robots in Disguise, and Steeljaw was very wolf-looking.

epic insanity666: In the words of Megatron: DECEPTICONS!... I have returned!

bigvic150: Actually, the help is appreciated. I am trying to figure out some acceptable changes that can happen because of the OC's presence, and Cliffjumper's death is one of them I've already done. But what I could use help with is developing the OC and Arcee's romance, ince I intend for them to realize their feelings for each other around the time of Sick Mind and Out of his Head.

devilpest: Glad to hear it.

josh92brim: Anytime.

Disclaimer: I do not own Transformers Prime. I only own the OC George Edwards/Bladewolf.

I blinked as I appeared on the side of a desert road, which looked very much like the one Cliffjumper would drive down on where he'd find the massive load of Energon, leading to his confrontation with the Decepticons and eventual death at Starscream's hands. Wait, how am I even meant to get anywhere? Walk?!

"You guys couldn't have created up a vehicle for me or something?!" I shouted to the air, throwing my hands up in frustration before shaking my head and turned to walk, only to freeze when I saw a black Kawasaki Ninja 650 in front of me... and it had keys in the ignition! "Primes... I love you guys."

Getting on the saddle of the motorcycle, I twisted the keys and kickstarted the bike just as I heard a car engine coming down the road. I turned my head in time to see a red Dodge Challenger with horns in the hood about to drive right past me at a speed that I'm sure would get the police pursuing him. As I quickly began thinking of ways to get Cliffjumper's attention, I sporuted out without properly thinking.

"Cliffjumper?!"

The red car came to a grinding halt before starting to drive backwards towards me. Oh shit... Packing, I gunned it right past him and down the road.

"Hey wait!" I heard Cliffjumper shout as he began to pursue me. Wow, he really does sound like Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I really should've thought of something better before my mouth got the better of me. Well, least Cliffjumper is chasing me and we're going away from the massive Energon deposit, so mission accomplished in preventing his death.

Now I suppose I better introduce myself.

So with that in mind, I slowed down and pulled over to the side of the road, checking to make sure we'd have privacy and not be spotted by any passing humans. Once I came to a stop, Cliffjumper came next to me and transformed.

"Good chase, kid." He complimented while crouching to a knee. "But seriously, I wasn't going to harm you."

"I had a feeling, but... never mind." I shook my head.

"How do you know my name?" He asked, tilting his head, helm, whatever it's called.

"That's... a long story." I said with a sheepish grin. "And one I don't feel like constantly repeating, especially out here. You never know when Soundwave's got Laserbeak out for a flight."

Cliffjumper blinked, but before he could say anything, a shadow came over us and we looked to see the Decepticon warship, the Nemesis, fly to where the Energon deposit was and get started on mining it.

"Better get you out of here." Cliffjumper said seriously as he transformed and opened the driver's seat door. "You coming in or are you taking the bike?"

I glanced at the bike before getting into the driver's seat. Cliffjumper shut the door and sped off like a bat out of hell, making me jump a little.

"Sorry." He apologized and slowed down a little but kept going until we were far enough away from the Decepticons. "Couldn't risk anything happening with the Decepticons showing up. Guess it's a good thing I passed you, I was just about to check out that Energon deposit."

"If you did, the 'cons would've shown up and you would've died." I said seriously.

"Wait, what?" Cliffjumper asked, surprise evident in his voice.

I sighed and punched the bridge of my nose. "Okay, to put it short. I know who and what you are. You're a Cybertronian fighting for the Autobots, hailing from the planet Cybertron. You're in a war with the Decepticons, a war that's been going on for millions of years and has left Cybertron a barren wasteland. My condolences, by the way. You and your team are stranded on Earth but protect it and humanity from the Decepticons."

Cliffjumper was silent for several seconds before he spoke. "Wow... you could give Blurr a run for his money with how fast you were talking. But I understand what you're saying... but how do you know about us? We haven't met you before."

"That's where the complication part comes in... for you I suppose." I said before breaking the news. "I'm from another Earth. Another dimension. In my reality, you don't exist, neither do the Autobots or Decepticons. You're fictional where I'm from, seen only in TV shows, movies and video games. In fact there's various Transformers continuities with different events and storylines. And my face is dead serious, so you should know I'm telling the truth."

"Oh I believe you, kid. Nobody could make that up for giggles... though I bet Ratchet will glitch." Cliffjumper said with a chuckle. "What's your name?"

"George Edwards."

"Nice to meet you, George." Suddenly, I heard something beeping which caught Cliffjumper's attention as well. "Oh, that's Arcee."

My heart did not do a small flip at the mention of the two-wheeler, no it did not. "Uh..."

"Don't worry, I won't indirectly tell her about you. I think that should be done with everyone in attendance. Just let me talk to her." Cliffjumper reassured me before he answered Arcee's call. "Hey 'Cee."

"Hey Cliff, did you check out the Energon?" Arcee's voice asked. Wow, her voice sounds so... beautiful. I shook my head to clear that thought away. Stupid fanboy crush.

"Yeah, but... something came up that requires everyone's attention, something that will need to be addressed right now." Cliffjumper said with a little hesitation in his voice. "I had to get away from the Energon because of it, and the Decepticons showed up to get the Energon themselves."

"What? After three years the Decepticons have made a move? And what could've possibly happened that you left a massive load of Energon?" Arcee asked curiously.

"You'll see when we get back to base." Cliffjumper said and that ended the conversation there as he cut the com. "So, George, you explained there was different continuities. What's this one?"

"It's a show called Transformers Prime, one of my favourites actually." I admitted before sighing and knew I'd have to explain what I just prevented. "And... you aren't going to like what would've happened to you had I not stopped you."

"Come on, I've seen a lot of bad things in my lifetime, I can ahndle some bad news." Cliffjumper said lightly.

I nodded and said. "If I had not stopped you on the road, you would've went to the Energon deposit, engaged the Decepticons only for a shot to hit the Energon and cause an explosion that you would've been caught in. The 'Cons would drag you up to the Nemesis... where Starscream himself would kill you by punching a hole into your Spark chamber."

Cliffjumper was silent, I had a feeling he was trying to comprehend what I just told him. After all, how often do people get told of what their fates were meant to be? Cliffjumper may be a warrior who's fought in various battles throughout the war, but to know he was just minutes away from meeting his end... that would take a lot to comprehend and come around to.

"Wow... offlined by Starscream himself." Cliffjumper said in a much more somber tone. "I'm sure there's worser ways to go."

"It doesn't end there for you." I said grimly, knowing what happened to Cliffjumper's body afterwards.

"What do you mean?" Cliffjumper asked. I hesitated, unsure whether I should tell him of the desecration his body was given. Cliffjumper seemed to sense or saw my worry and hesitation on my face for he spoke in a softer, reassuring tone. "Hey, it's okay. I can handle the news.

"After you are killed, you come back as a Terrorcon... and then get sliced in half by Megatron himself." I revealed. "Arcee is left Sparkbroken, and closes herself off to everyone for a while... worse than she probably was after Tailgate's death."

"That's... that's pretty heavy." Cliffjumper said after a moment.

"Weight has nothing to do with it." I said in an attempt to make a joke and lighten the situation. It worked for Cliffjumper chuckled.

"Good reference. Saw that movie with Bumblebee when we went to a drive-in theatre once. So... I die and become a zombie, that's just... Scrap."

"I'm sorry, Cliff." I said, patting the dashboard.

"Hey, but look on the bright side, you saved my aft. For that, I am forever thankful. I owe ya one, kid." Cliffjumper said and I can tell he was smiling. "Besides, that means I get to keep kicking 'Con tailpipe. After all, you mess with Cliffjumper-"

"And you get the horns." I finished with him, causing him to laugh.

Soon enough, we were approaching the Autobot base. "Alright, time for you to meet the rest of the gang." Cliffjumper said as the secret boulder entrance split open to let Cliffjumper in and he drove down the driveway and into the main ops center of the base where I saw Ratchet currently working at his station. Cliffjumper opened his door and I got it, allowing him to transform. "Wassup doc!"

Ratchet groaned and replied without looking at us. "How many times have I told you? Stop calling me doc. You're as bad as Jazz and those damn twins."

He's meaning Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, right?

"Cliffjumper." The all too familiar rumble of Peter Cullen's voice came as Cliffjumper and I turned to see the one and only Optimus Prime himself. If there was anything to describe how big he was. He'd put two story buildings to shame, maybe three. He reminded me of Prima based off the aura coming off him. "Who is this?"

"What?" Ratchet turned from his workspace and finally spotted me. "A human?! You brought a human here?! Cliffjumper, what is the matter with you?!"

"Hey, hey, cool your jets, ratchet I was just following protocol." Cliffjumper defended himself. "Besides, he ain't just a human, he's... um..." He looked at me, trying to figure out how to break it to them that I wasn't from this dimension.

I looked at Prime and Ratchet "My name is George Edwards. I'm a human, you don't know me but I know a lot about you and your team."

Optimus crouched to a knee like he did with Jack, Miko and Raf when they arrived. "If I may ask, how do you know much about us?" He asked politely. That's why everyone loves Optimus.

Before I could answer, we heard vehicle engines and looked to see the vehicle forms of Arcee, Bulkhead and Bumblebee arrive through the driveway entrance, most likely coming from the patrol routes they were on in the opening few minutes of Darkness Rising part 1. They transformed and it wasn't long before they saw me.

"A human?" Bumblebee asked in surprise. Wow, I can actually understand him. Must be because of me becoming a Cybertronian.

"Cliff, what did you do?" Arcee sighed as she sent her partner a look.

"Nothing... but he saved my life." Cliffjumper said as he stood by me. "If it weren't for him, I'd be offlined by Decepticons and meeting a grim fate."

"And how exactly can a human prevent that?" Ratchet asked with a scoff. Yeah, he never thought much of humans, did he?

I walked forward so I was in the middle of the room and at the center of attention for all Autobots. "My name is George Edwards. I'm a human, as you can see. However, I have to ask... have any of you heard of the Multiverse Theory?"

The Autobots, save for Cliffjumper, shared looks before they nodded.

"What's that got to do with this?" Arcee asked with a hand on her hip, cocking an optic ridge at me.

I took a breath and let it out. "It's not a theory anymore, I'm not from this reality. Where I come from, the Autobots and Decepticons don't exist. They are just works of fiction".

There was a long silence. Everyone other then Ratchet, Cliffjumper and Optimus seemed to have some form of shock on their face. Bulkhead's optics had doubled in size, while Bumblebee and Arcee were just blinking rapidly.

"Can you prove your claim?" Optimus voiced, not revealing any shock if he had any.

I nodded. "In my reality, this one was just a cartoon called 'Transformers Prime'. To prove my claim, I know the tunnel behind you is not a tunnel but a Groundbridge which is a scaled down version of Spacebridge Technology. Hatchet, here," Ratchet growled at the nickname while Cliffjumper, Bumblebee and Bulkhead snickered, Arcee gave a small smirk. "-constructed the Groundbridge to enable travel from here to anywhere on Earth instantly." The surprise in Optimus's optics was clear. "I also know that your computer system is filled with errors since Human tech is very primitive compared to your technology."

Optimus raised a hand, preventing me from speaking more. "That is enough. I believe you."

"I don't!" Ratchet huffed. "Dimensional travel is impossible for humans! Their technology is primitive, not advanced enough for such things."

Optimus looked at me. "How did you come to be here?"

I sucked in a deep breath then exhaled. "I died."

The shock and surprise was clear in the optics and expressions of the Cybertronians. Optimus hid his well, but I could see the surprise in his optics.

"You... died? You didn't mention that to me!" Cliffjumper said with shock. "If you died, shouldn't you have passed on to... where human souls g when they pass?"

"Normally, that would've been the case, but there was some intervention." I said, crossing my arms. "My death came in the form of an accident after a sem-truck rammed into my car. My body was fatally injured and I died on the way to the hospital, but before my soul could pass on to the afterlife, I was brought into a pocket dimension by the Original Thirteen Primes themselves."

Crickets could probably be heard with how silent it became after I said that.

I proceeded to explain the rest of my meeting with the Primes. How I was saved by Solus and that I was becoming a Cybertronian thanks to her actions in saving my life. Telling the whole story of my death, meeting the Primes, and my resurrection followed by meeting Cliffjumper took about half an hour altogether.

Ratchet was the first one to talk after I finished speaking.

"It's impossible!" He started, "Just you coming through the Multiverse and living is almost impossible! In addition you claim to have meet the Original Thirteen, and they apparently saved you from death!" His yelling was terrifying and amusing at the same time. "AND you also claim to have Nanites inside you that are both fixing your injuries and changing you into one of us! I admit, I don't know much of human biology, however, I know enough that when Energon is in an organic's blood it's more toxic than anything else on this planet."

"If you don't believe me then scan me and see for yourself," I said as I crossed my arms over my chest.

Ratchet grumbled something under his breath, but nodded, "Fine," he said, voice filled with annoyance, then started his scan. Ratchet looking over the scan data when he got a confused look on his face and scanned me again.

"Hey! I didn't say scan me twice!" My protest fell on deaf ears... No, on Audio Receptors.

Ratchet's next statement pulled me out of my thoughts. "How... How is this possible?" He said, not looking up from the scan results.

"Ratchet? What isn't possible?" Optimus asked, looking at me curiously then at Ratchet. Still staring at his scanner, Ratchet answered Optimus' question.

"What he said was true. He's changing a Cybertronian... I don't know how, but he is." He walked off to his computer screens and said, "I need to run more tests."

"So... welcome to the gang, George." Cliffjumper said after Ratchet walked away. "No need for introductions if you know who we all are."

"Yeah, I do." I nodded. "Nice to meet you all."

"Cliffjumper." Optimus said, causing Cliff to look at him. "Seeing as he saw you first, you will be his guardian."

"Got it, Optimus." Cliffjumper nodded and sent me a smirk, one I returned. "We're gonna get along just fine. Don't know about the others, though."

Bulkhead shrugged. "I got no problem with him."

Bumblebee nodded. "Same here."

Arcee crossed her arms over her chassis, staring at me. "He'll take some getting used to. But, I'm going to start worrying if Cliffjumper's his guardian."

"Hey!" Cliffjumper said in offence.

"That an offer for a trade, Arcee?" I couldn't help but ask jokingly.

"Don't push it." She told me, but she had a small smirk on her faceplate.

"Come on, how about we patrol Jasper and you two can get to know each other better?" Cliffjumper suggested as he looked between us before he 'whispered' to me. "Arcee's the one you have to impress the most. She'll kill you in your sleep."

"Standing right here." Said two-wheeler said with annoyance at her partner before she looked at me. "Ignore him."

"I get it. You don't trust me. I just gave an explanation that seems ridiculous but I doubt any other human would give such an explanation without wanting to laugh." I said, knowing she didn't trust me or was wary of me. "But I'm not a threat to any of you. I want to earn your trust."

"Well, you're alright with us, kid." Bulkhead said, Bumblebee nodding in agreement. "Nobody would make up them dying as some kind of joke."

"Thanks guys."

"Come on, then." Arcee said, transforming into her vehicle mode and pulling up next to me. "You want to earn my trust? You ride with me and start talking."

"Wow, stealing my charge already, 'Cee?" Cliffjumper joked before he transformed into his vehicle mode while I got on Arcee's saddle and gripped the handlebars.

"He's less likely to be hurt from dangerous stuns with me than he will be with you." Arcee retorted, though she was joking. With that, she gunned it out the base with Cliffjumper following. I glanced back to see Cliffjumper following behind as we gut further from the base and smirked.

"You know... yu'd have something to brag about if you sped up and beat him in a race to the town." I suggested slyly to the two-wheeler. "Besides, I enjoy the thrill of speed."

"Hold on then." I could hear the smirk in Arcee's voice as she said that before she accelerated, increasing her speed, and drove on faster.

"Hey! Wait up!" Cliffjumper shouted as he drove after us.

"Getting slow there, Cliff?" I shouted back with a smirk as Arcee chuckled.

"Oh now it's on!" Cliffjumper caught on to the race and was now side by side with Arcee as they drove towards the town. Arcee was the first to cross the town limits and decreased her speed so we didn't get the police on us, and Cliffjumper did the same. "Okay, you win."

"That was fun." I said, getting sounds of agreement from the two Autobots.

"So, we're just fictional in your dimension?" Arcee asked after a couple of seconds in comfortable silence.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"And we're part of a cartoon known as Transformers Prime?"

"Yeah."

"...So who's your favourite character?"

"It's gotta be me." Cliffjumper piped in, and I can tell he was grinning. "After all, who#s more awesome than I am?"

"Arcee is actually my favourite character in the show, Cliff... and she's more awesome than you." I said.

"What?!" Cliffjumper shouted in shock while Arcee laughed.

"Well, I'm flattered, George." Arcee said, and it sounded like she was smiling. "You're alright, kid. We'll get along just fine."

As we continued to drive on, I noticed shapes appear in Arcee's side mirrors and looked to see... four Decepticons? Wasn't it two in the show? Neverhteless, I warned my new friends. "We got company."

"A quartet." Cliffjumper noted.

Arcee turned and drove into the parking area of K.O. Burger, Cliffjumper parking next to her. The four Vehicons, knowing they couldn't blow their own cover, drove on and were soon out of sight.

"That was close." Cliffjumper said. "But I doubt they'll remain idle for long."

"Take five, boys." Arcee said. I nodded and got off the saddle just as Jack Darby walked out of his workplace and made his way over to his bycicle while answering his phone.

"Hey Mom, I just got off work... No, I'm not going to the dance. Experience suggests I should never cut a rug. Unless I'm stowing carpet... Be careful? Seriously? This is a Jasper." Jack froze as he laid eyes on Arcee's vehicle form. "I love you... yeah, I love you too, Mom! Gotta go!" He ended the call there and approached Arcee while I watched. "Hello beautiful, where have you been all my life?"

I snickered quietly as he ran his hands along the saddle and walked over to Cliffjumper. "We're never going to let her forget this, are we?" I asked quietly.

"Never." I could hear the shit-eating grin in Cliffjumper's expression as he replied.

"Are you talking to your motorcycle?" I looked up upon hearing the giggling of girls to see two girls, one of which was Jack;s love interest Sierra... a romance that goes absolutely nowhere.

Seriously, this girl shows up a few times and there is no development or romance between her and Jack. The only thing that comes is in Speed Metal and then... that' it. She only makes a cameo appearance at the beginning of season 2 and then she's gone for good. So... what was the point of it? To show Jack's life outside of the Autobot-human alliance? It still baffles me to this day.

I ignored Jack's excuses as he tried to speak to his crush while getting into Cliffjumper's driver seat.

"Are humans always like that?" He asked me quietly.

"Only when around the ones they are attracted to and don't have the courage to speak to them normally." I said, having seen that kind of thing before. My friends have experienced the same thing. Blushing and stuttering when in the presence of girls they like. Can't really say the same for me, I've never had a girlfriend.

Yeah, twenty years old and haven't gotten a girlfriend yet, sue me.

Suddenly, headlights were bathing us and I looked to see the four Vehicons had returned and were revving their engines with the intent to ram us.

"Scrap!" Arcee, Cliffjumper and myself hissed.

As the four Decepticons came driving right for us, I shouted out the window. "Arcee! Move!"

Arcee moved on her back-wheel much to Jack's surprise while he clung on tightly. Cliffjumper backed up and had to drift out the parking lot. Soon, we were driving down the road together with the four Decepticons in hot pursuit.

Two of the 'Cons came up on either side of Arcee, just as the other two did the same for Cliffjumper.

"Reverse!" I shouted to them both and the two Autobots obeyed the order, reversing in time to avoid being side-rammed by the 'Cons, who instead hit each other and swerved out of control which gave the two Autobots the chance to give them the slip and drive down an alleyway.

"Nice strategy." Cliffjumper complimented as we came to a stop in the alleyway.

Jack got off Arcee's saddle. "What are you?!"

"We don't exist, kid! Tell anyone about us and I will hunt you down." Arcee threatened, though she didn't sound as venomous as she did in the show... but still harsh enough to get the point across.

Jack took the hint and bolted down another alleyway while Cliffjumper and Arcee turned and began driving down the way they were going. However, just as I thought, two of the 'Cons drove down after Jack.

"Shit! Arcee, two of the 'Cons went after the human!" I shouted to her.

"Scrap!" She cursed before turning and going back the way. "Cliff, get him out of here!"

"Got it!" Cliffjumper said and drove out onto the streets, pursued by the two Vehicons.

"We gotta deal with these guys." I said, glancing in the side mirriors.

"Once I make sure my cover's not at risk at being blown... we're coming up on the highway." Cliffjumper said as he drove up a road that led onto the highway, with the two Vehicons still in pursuit as they sped up and rammed into the back of Cliffjumper. "Oi! Have a little taste of this!"

Cliffjumper came to a halt and the result was a Vehicon driving headfirst into the rear end of Cliffjumper's vehicle mode, incapacitating it for now as Cliffjumper accelerated and drove onwards. I took a glance out to see the Decepticons gaining. Man, they sure recover fast.

Arcee, with Jack on her saddle, came out of another road and drove alongside us just as Bumblebee came from another part of the highway and slammed into two of the Vehicons, causing them to colllide with the other two, allowing Bumblebee to drive on in front of them.

"Friends of yours?" Jack asked.

"Family." Arcee and Cliffjumper answered.

Bumblebee did his best to keep the four identical Decepticons away from us. However, he couldn't keep them away for long. One of them sped up until he was next to Bumblebee and rammed into him the same manner he did to them before.

Looking ahead, my eyes widened when I saw we were approaching roadwork that closed the bridge. "Cliff..." I said warily.

"Trust us." Cliffjumper said, and I could tell he was smirking.

Not slowing down a single moment, Cliffjumper and Arcee jumped over the guardrails and flew over the bridge. Jack screamed and clung to Arcee's handlebars while I gripped Cliffjumper's steering wheel, bracing myself for impact.

On her back wheel, Arcee landed on the hill and jumped again to land on the ground…in front of Raf… who dropped his remote control in amazement. Cliffjumper drove down the hill and landed right next to Arcee, doing a stylish spin as he did.

"Show off." I huffed at him as I got out of the car.

"I prefer to call it having a great sense of style." Cliffjumper said smugly.

"What are you, Jazz?" I asked jokingly.

"Hey!"

My attention diverted to the top of the hill as the Decepticons came back, drove down and jumped over the edge. They transformed in mid-air and stood before us, weapons deployed. Arcee and Cliffjumper transformed as well.

"This ends here, 'Cons!" Arcee declared before she and Cliffjumper ran to meet them in battle while I got Jack and Raf to the sidelines.

"W-What are they?" Raf asked in disbelief as we watched the smackdown. Arcee was engaging one pair, Cliffjumper taking on the other two.

"Talking cars that turn into robots... or the other way around." Jack said, not sure what to make of it himself.

"It's the other way around." I answered, making them jump as I watched the fight with my arms crossed.

"W-Who are you? What are they, really?" Jack asked.

"George Edwards, and those two are my friends." I answered casually before my eyes widened in concern when Arcee was shot in the chestplate, sending her rolling across the ground. "Arcee!"

"I'm alright." She grunted in response.

Cliffjumper kicked one 'Con into another and deployed his own guns. "You mess with Cliffjumper, you get the horns."

We heard an engine and glanced up in time to see Bumblebee drive off the bridge, transform and stomp into one of the Vehicons before delivering a huge haymaker to the second. Bumblebee then stepped back, only to accidentally crush Raf's toy car.

"What? Oh..." Bumblebee said as he saw the destroyed toy before looking at us. "I am so sorry."

"It's no problem, really." Raf assured him.

Just then, the first vehicon shot him, blasting him back many yards. He started to get up when it held him down with its foot. Both of the Decepticons were about to blow him away when Raf yelled, "Leave him alone!" The 'Cons only ended up turning their guns towards the humans. Raf gulped, "Please?"

"Bad call." Jack told him.

"Move!" I shouted and pushed them along, looking around for the pipe they used to escape and soon found it. "In there! Go!"

Raf went in first, followed by Jack. I jumped in after them and ran with them as a Vehicon reached in to grab us only to be pulled out and thrown away before Bumblebee peered in.

"You three okay?" He asked with concern.

"We're good, Bee." I reassured him.

"Thank you." Raf thanked him.

"Anytime." With that, Bumblebee went back to the fight while I turned to the humans.

"Get going, and not a word of this to anyone. Got it?" I told them sternly, receiving nods from them. I watched them go until they were out of sight before going back out the way I came in time to see the Decepticons leave upon Bulkhead's arrival, the fight now being even.

"What took you?" Arcee asked Bulkhead.

"Traffic." The Ex-Wrecker admitted sheepishly.

Getting back to base, Arcee, Cliffjumper and Bumblebee reported the night's events to Optimus. I, however, went to the top of the base and stared up at the night sy, at the thousands of starts twinkling and shining, the full moon out and bathing all in it's light. I came up here because I needed some air and space to myself. It occurred to me that the first day of my time in a new dimension was nearly over, and I started to think back to the events that brought me here in the first place.

I wondered how my family went on after I died in my reality. I also thought about how I was changing into a Cybertronian and Solus Prime would basically be my mother.

I was feeling homesick. I missed my home, my family, my friends. I let out a shuddering breath as everything came crashing into me at full force, and a few tears leaked from my eyes before just letting the emotions out rather than trying to keep them bottled up. I sat on the roots of the tree for at least half an hour, not only pondering new life, but grieving for my old one.

The sound of large footsteps snapped me from my state and I turned to see Arcee coming over to join me. "Hey, you've been up here for a while." She said, sitting down beside me.

"I needed the space and time." I said, turning my gaze back to the moonlight.

"You miss it, don't you?" Arcee asked after staring at me, causing me to look at her in confusion. "Your home. Your Earth. I know that look very well, it's the same one I get every time I think of Cybertron. You miss your friends, your family, everything you've ever loved... I know how that feels. I miss my planet, my sisters, all the friends I've lost in this Primus-forsaken war."

"We're a right pair, aren't we?" I said jokingly but it was a weak one, but she smiled nonetheless.

"I never got to say, thank you for saving Cliffjumper." She said after a moment. "He told me of what would've happened to him if he had gone to the Energon deposit. No one deserves that kind of fate."

"No, they don't." I said, thinking of Skyquake and the fate he'll meet thanks to Starscream. "You would've felt the less the most, given... you know."

She knew what I was talking about and nodded. "I have to admit, Cliffjumper helped me open up again after Tailgate died. Didn't want anything to do with him but he was strongly persistent."

"And it took you two being captured by Starscream, tortured by Shockwave, and taking a Spacebridge here that you accepted him as your partner." I said, causing her to chuckle and nod in agreement. "Don't blame yourself for the things you couldn't prevent. No one is blaming you, Arcee."

"It's something I can't help after what happened with Tailgate, I can't." She said in a quieter tone.

"There was nothing you could've done. Although…he'd want you to stay strong, no matter what. Besides the people we lose aren't really gone. As long as we remember them, in here." I said tapping the side of my head. "Always remember the good moments you had, for in those memories... we live on."

"Thank you, George. For making me feel better. Feels nice now that it's off my chassis and I have someone to talk to about it." Arcee said in a light-hearted tone, like she was breathing easier. She also had a smile on her face that made her look more gorgeous-wait, what? Get yourself under control, Edwards.

"Guess that means I'm growing on you." I said with a smirk.

She smirked and lightly nudged me. "Okay, yeah, you have. It'll be nice to have two partners rather than just one, I suppose."

We sat there, staring at the moonlight for another few minutes before we decided to turn in for the night.

The next day, Arcee and Bumblebee went to collect Jack and Raf, though they'll be coming back with an extra. I was talking with Cliffjumper and Bulkhead when they arrived along with their human passengers. Once their passengers were off or out of their vehicle modes, they transformed.

"I thought there were two?" Ratchet asked with confusion.

"Haven't you heard? Humans multiply," Arcee said with a hand on her hip as she walked away over to Cliff and I.

"Not that fast," I said under my breath, causing Cliffjumper to snicker. Arcee must've heard me because she shot me a playful glare.

Raf tried to introduce himself to Miko. "I'm Raf," he said, holding out a hand.

Miko, however, was transfixed on the Autobots. "I'm Miko," she said, walking up to Bulkhead. "Who are you?"

"Bulkhead," he answered simply, but it was enough for Miko to start asking questions again.

She took in a sharp breath. "Are you a car? I bet you're a truck, a monster truck! Do you like heavy metal? How much do you weigh? Ever use a Wrecking Ball for a punching bag?" She had asked all of this in the space of three seconds. Bulkhead looked at me for help.

I just mouthed 'Good luck.'

"So if you guys are robots, who made you?" Raf asked, looking up at our hosts.

"Plllleeeeease," Ratchet scoffed, making that short word sound twice as long. Very loud footsteps behind me caused us all to turn toward the Groundbridge.

Optimus approached the three humans and began. "We are Autonomous Robotic Organisms from the planet Cybertron. We are also known as Autobots," he spoke in a deep voice filled with wisdom and experience.

Jack boldly stepped forward. "Why are you here?" He asked, looking up at the Autobot leader.

Optimus answered without hesitating, "To protect your planet from the Decepticons."

Arcee added, "The jokers that tried to bump us off last night."

"Okay..." Jack said, not sounding like he really understood, "Why are they here?"

Optimus leaned down to be more at our level. "A fair question, Jack. In part, they are here because our planet is uninhabitable, ravaged by centuries of civil war."

Raf asked, "Why were you fighting a war?" His voice was saddened to hear their planet was basically a dead world.

The question was again answered by Optimus. "Foremost, over control of our world's supply of Energon, the fuel and life-blood of all Autobots and Decepticons alike." The look on his face grew distant and he continued, "The combat was fierce and endured for centuries." His tone became regretful, "In the beginning, I fought along side one whom I considered a brother... But in war, ideals can be corrupted and it was thus that Megatron lost his way."

Miko yawned in boredom. "Is there going to be a quiz?"

Jack shot her a look before looking back at Optimus. "So what does Megatron or any of this have to do with us?"

The last of the Primes said, "Megatron has not been seen nor heard from in some time, but if his return is imminent as I fear, it could be catastrophic."

Miko glanced around until she saw me. "Oh cool! We're not the only humans here! When did you meet these guys?"

"Yesterday, hours before Jack and Raf got involved." I said with a shrug. "Name's George Edwards. As for the rest of the team, you've got Cliffjumper here, the one that got me involved."

"You make it sound so bad." Cliffjumper chuckled.

"Arcee, though I wouldn't recommend doing anything to anger her." I said with a mock whisper, causing the femme to roll her optics in amusement.

"Bulkhead, ex-Wrecker and smasher of ratchet's tools." I said, smirking as Bulkhead looked sheepish while Ratchet glared at him. Yeah, last night Bulk accidentally crushed one of Ratchet's tools, one he needed.

"Bumblebee, Scout and surprisingly a good video gamer." I said, though I sent Bee a look because he beat me in a racing game the other night.

"Not my fault you got smoked." Bumblebee said with a chuckle.

"There's doc Brown but without the DeLorean." I said, looking at Ratchet who shot me a look. "I'm just kidding, his name's ratchet... or Hatchet."

"Don't make me wrench you." Ratchet growled as he pointed a wrench at me, causing me to back up with my hands raised in surrender but I was still smirking.

"Lastly, you have the big guy. Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots." I said, gesturing to the Prime who nodded at me. "Welcome to Team Prime."

And that's it for this chapter everyone. Damn, it was quite a long one, wasn't it? Anyway, leave a review to let me know what you think.

You know, I'm thinking of doing another Transformers Prime story. It will feature my OC Bladewolf, who isn't a human called george Edwards or anything like he is in this story. He's an actual Cybertronian named Bladewolf, who was a former gladiator in the pits of Kaon, where he met Megatron, and was a Decepticon at first as he agreed with Megatron's view on things but the war had opened his optics to what Megatron really wanted and he switched sides to the Autobots.

By the time of Transformers Prime beginning, I intend for him and Arcee to be in an already established relationship. And maybe, just maybe, I'd do War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron as a prequel to show how he defects to the Autobots and how he and Arcee get together.

Let me know what you think, but I need a story title before I can begin making it.
