Regardless of the newfound, information, the group ran to the door and into the corridor. When the group saw Naomi, they were staring in utter horror.

"J-Jeremy? We found Naomi. Do you want a visual?" Aelita spoke.

"Um, sure." Jeremy responded.

Aelita then gave Jeremy a visual of the machine. Jeremy couldn't believe his eyes. Suddenly, the Sumeragi logo appeared on the Supercalculators screens before a girl with white hair appeared on the screen.

"N-Naomi." Jeremy stuttered worriedly.

"What do we do now Einstein?" Odd asked.

"The only thing we can do Odd. We have to break Naomi free of the machine." Jeremy answered.

"And how do you suggest we do that?" Ulrich wondered.

"You guys have to find some way to break the machine." Jeremy replied.

"Yeah, we're gonna scale the Burj Khalifa too later, not!" Ulrich sneered.

"Ulrich has a point Jeremy. This is almost as impossible as climbing the world's tallest building in a day." Aelita agreed.

"What do you think that guy with the purple and white hair has to do with all of this?" Odd wondered.

"He plans to use Naomi to control me and other Adepts across the globe." Xana explained.

"Wait, what do you mean, 'other Adepts'?" Yumi interrogated.

"Franz used me in Project Gunvolt. I was originally used in Project Carthage. However, the manager of the project received a call about an offer by someone working for the Sumeragi. They offered to install some hardware that the person claimed was the latest technology.

So, the manager agreed. The man that had installed the hardware was Dr. Kamizono's assistant Mr. Yamato. He saw Franz's skill and offered him a job working for the Sumeragi part time. Franz agreed and began working the next day.

That's when I met Dr. Kamizono who then explained about Naomi's 5 Septima's and how he was planning on using her Septima's in experiments. A few days later, I saw some kid chained to a chair, he was bound from head to toe. Naomi must have done some growing because she seems a bit taller." Xana spoke.

"Wait, ten years ago the Supercomputer was shut down temporarily. How did you see her?" Jeremy interrogated.

"Dr. Kamizono experimented on Naomi while he was experimenting on me too. Aelita was 3 and Naomi was 4 when all of that happened. Anyways, the experiments lasted 10 years. So Naomi spent the next 14 in a machine that was what generated her as a virtual idol.

It's also the same machine you 5 saw earlier. Continuing on, a few months later, Naomi was introduced to Copen and Mytyl, her new siblings. Dr. Kamizono installed fake memories into their brains." Xana responded.

"What about the Muse Septima?" Ulrich questioned.

"You see, Mytyl was born without the ability to use her legs. So Dr. Kamizono thought he could kill two birds with one stone. Because, at the same time, the Sumeragi was looking for a test subject for Project Muse. So, Mytyl was used.

However, the experiment caused Mytyl's vocal cords to collapse in on themselves. So, they had to be removed. So the Sumeragi focused on creating people that could safely wield and control Septima's. That's how Joule and Gunvolt were created. The Sumeragi took files they made of their test subjects to see if the subjects had anything in common.

They didn't notice anything so they kept trying with different genetics and such. Until they finally managed to create Gunvolt and Joule." Xana answered.

"Wait, how do you know all of this?" Odd wondered.

"I just told you I was used in one of the Sumeragi's projects did you not hear me!?" Xana growled.

Ulrich shook his head before sighing.

"Let's just get this over with." Ulrich snarled.

Ulrich tried slicing the wires with his sabers while Yumi used her fans and Odd used his laser arrows to weaken the metal. As for Aelita, she was trying to fry the system using her energy fields. However, the groups attempts were in vain.

There was no damage dealt to the machine whatsoever. Suddenly, Jeremy's voice came over the coms.

"Be careful you guys! It seems we ticked Nova off when we messed with the machine because he's sending an Adept your way!" Jeremy informed.

"Can you identify them?" Yumi wondered.

"Not without any photos or vocal recognition tech, no way." Jeremy answered.

Suddenly, the group heard sinister laughter. Everyone looked around aimlessly in worry. Yumi then looked up to see a pair of yellow eyes gazing at her.

"Um, guys?" Yumi squeaked nervously.

"What is it? Is it the Adept!?" Jeremy asked.

Everyone curiously looked at Yumi who was shaking in fear. And everyone knew that if Yumi was scared, there was a reason to fear the worst or assume something bad was about to happen. Yumi then looked at Ulrich, Odd and Aelita before pointing to the ceiling.

Her left fist was clenched, her eyes were wide with fear and her teeth were slightly chattering. The cold and sinister atmosphere heightened her senses. Suddenly, the mysterious figure dropped down. His body appears to be made of bright yellow flames, possibly plasma.

He was wearing black and white armor on his hands, chest, feet, thighs and groin. His hands are overly large with three digits and a thumb on both. Above him floats a black and grey shell comprised of three parts that vaguely resembles an insect head, with the two parts on the side each having one massive yellow "eye".

"Who are you?" Xana interrogated.

"Going to eat you all." The stranger replied.

Odd fell on the floor before laughing. Odd then pointed his left index finger at Ulrich who folded his arms and rolled his eyes.

"And you thought I was a bottomless pit! Boy are you wrong good buddy!" Odd snorted.

"Is he serious?" Yumi wondered.

"We're about to find out!" Ulrich worried.

Odd then backed into a wall. Everyone then looked as the guys arm took on the appearance of a swarm of flies. The flies then began to attack the Lyoko Warriors. Soon enough, everyone was rematerialized in the Scanners. When Odd got out along with Yumi and Ulrich he punched a fist to the floor.
