Naomi then slapped her right hand against her forehead.
"I can just track her!" Naomi remembered.
Naomi then put her watch on before activating the 'track' function on her watch. However, Naomi was surprised when her watch said, 'subject not found.'
'Something must have happened to Lola!' Naomi mentally panicked.
Naomi then ran out the door like she was being chased by Stratos. Naomi then teleported herself to the 10th floor of the QUILL office building, praying someone saw Lola. Moniqa heard Naomi walking behind her so she turned around.
"How exactly did you get grounded Naomi?" Moniqa queried.
"How did you know about that?" Naomi interrogated.
"Lola told me." Moniqa remarked.
"Do you know where she went after she told you?" Naomi asked.
Moniqa shook her head. Naomi then teleported near the gate entrance to Kadic. When Naomi walked left to go see if Mrs. Hertz knew where Lola might be, she heard a slight 'crunch' under her left boot. When she looked down in absolute horror, Naomi saw Lola's current state.
Naomi then picked up all of the pieces of Lola before teleporting back to the sanatorium while crying. Naomi then repaired Lola before reactivating her. Naomi then took her web cam and computer before putting them in her room.
Naomi then walked up to Nori who was packing a suitcase and looking at a strange shirt. The shirt was mostly gray. However, the shoulders had white and gray stripes, same with the V-neck area that had ruffles. Nori then put the shirt down when she saw Naomi standing there with tears streaming down her cheeks.
"You're leaving?" Naomi cried.
Nori shook her head.
"I'm just going on a weeklong vacation," Nori explained before grabbing the shirt and looking at it before looking at Naomi. "You know, I don't know if I should keep this shirt anymore. Do you want it?" Nori added.
The shirt had a gray strap in the back you could pull to make it smaller. Naomi squealed happily before running to her room to change her shirt. When Naomi was out of her room, she was wearing black leggings, her black combat lace boots and a big black hairbow.
Naomi was jumping 20 feet in the air, her head almost hitting the ceiling. Naomi then hugged Nori tightly. Naomi thought of Nori as more of a mother than her actual mother. In Naomi's eyes, Nori was really cool, polite, mature, had the coolest snarky comments and Naomi thought it was REALLY awesome how Nori made her own twists when it came to old outfits.
"I can help you pack." Naomi offered.
Nori shook her head while smiling.
"OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH!" Naomi squealed.
Nori looked at Naomi with her left eyebrow raised out of curiosity. Naomi looked up and noticed this.
"I've never seen you smile before! It's SO cool!" Naomi spoke.
Nori then closed her suitcase.
"Why do you put me on a pedestal like that?" Nori wondered.
Naomi tiled her head to the right curiously.
"What are you talking about?" Naomi asked.
"You say I'm this amazing person with no flaws. When in reality, I'm just a normal person like you." Nori explained.
"Well, for one thing, I'm not a normal person, I'm an Adept. And two, I think you are an amazing person that doesn't get as much gratitude and appreciation as they should!" Naomi smiled before walking away.
Naomi then went back to the QUILL building. When she got there, everyone was looking at Naomi very strangely.
"What? What's up with the weird looks? Is it my outfit?," Naomi spoke before looking down. "Yup, definitely the outfit." Naomi added.
So, Naomi went home to change, but on her way home, she saw three guys cornering a girl. Naomi noticed it was Minsura, Matsura and Blake.
'What the!? How the help is Minsura still alive!?' Naomi thought.
Suddenly, Naomi also noticed the girl they were surrounding was Quinn.
'Nokay seriously!? Why, just why of all people on the planet does it have to be me?' Naomi mentally ranted.
"Out of the way, excuse me, coming through!" Naomi spoke before grabbing Quinn's left arm with her right arm.
"And just where do you think you're going girlies?" Blake laughed.
"Anywhere you guys aren't!" Naomi remarked before trying to walk off with Quinn.
However, the guys surrounded them. Lola then appeared and used 'Shred Storm' on Minsura and his men. The men then staggered and stood up before Naomi and Quinn started running.
When Naomi got back home, she pounded on the entrance door. When the door opened, Naomi grabbed Quinn before pulling her inside and slamming the door.
"Z-zombies." Naomi wheezed before sitting in front of the entrance doors.
Nori raised her right eyebrow curiously before Copen did the same thing and stared at Naomi.
"Zombies don't exist." Copen retorted.
"Oh yeah!? Well maybe you can go out there and tell them that!" Naomi exclaimed before pointing to the doors.
"Maybe I will." Copen remarked before walking outside.
A few nanoseconds later, Copen dashed back in and slammed the doors back shut with his gun in his left hand.
"See, I told ya. Did you wanna believe me? Let's see, oh yeah no." Naomi quipped.
Lola snickered. That is, until Copen gave her an angry and piercing glare.
'It seems like they just won't die!' Naomi noticed while looking at the doors.
Back at the Hermitage, Aelita was knitting her father a new sweater while Jeremy worked on a fake ID, Ulrich and Odd were playing go fish with Franz after Yumi bought a pack of playing cards at the store. Suddenly, Jeremy's phone rang.
"Hello?" Jeremy greeted.
"Jeremy, it's Naomi. We've got trouble!" Naomi answered.
Yumi, Aelita, Ulrich and Odd heard this before walking over to where Jeremy was.
"What's wrong?" Jeremy wondered.
"Minsura, Matsura and Blake are still alive. But this time, they're zombies! I killed them twice as of earlier! I saw they surrounded Quinn so I grabbed her and brought her home with me. I have experience with zombies but not of this sort!" Naomi explained.
"My friends and I have had the same issue, but it was caused by Xana. I'm sorry to say this Naomi, but we can't help." Jeremy sighed.
"That's all the answer I need." Naomi finished before hanging up the phone.
Xana then appeared next to Naomi from his smoke form to a materialized one. His face looked the same on Lyoko as it did on Earth. However, he wore a black leather biker jacket with silver spikes on the collar, a black shirt with his logo in red, black jeans and black lace up boots that looked similar to Naomi's.
"Thank goodness, Jeremy told me you made zombies out of everyone but them at Kadic. Can you unzombify those goons outside?" Naomi spoke.
Xana nodded before turning into smoke and exiting from the crack under the doors. Xana then came back in with his hands raised and walking towards Naomi. Out of fear, Naomi slapped Xana on his right cheek before Xana winced in pain and placed his right palm on his cheek.
"Okay, okay, I get the picture. I won't do that again." Xana growled.
"Did you get any?" Naomi wondered before making an execution motion with her left index in front of her throat.
Xana shook his head. Naomi then turned to look at Quinn.
"I hope this doesn't sound to crazy, but, the only time I can contact GV is during missions so could you call him for me?" Naomi begged.
Quinn nodded before getting her cell phone out of her right pocket.
"Hi, GV?" Quinn spoke nervously.
"Is something the matter Quinn?" Gunvolt worried.
"The guys that you and Naomi tried to take out, they're still alive. Naomi took me with her back to her home and the zombies are outside. We don't know what to do." Quinn explained.
