Copen then noticed Gunvolt showed up so they hijacked the orbital elevator. Back with the Lyoko group, they just reached the orbital elevator.
"Wasn't the elevator here just a second go?" Ulrich questioned.
"I can only think of two things. Either Gunvolt and copen are at firmament or the Sumeragi predicted our arrival." Xana theorized.
"Can you teleport us up there?" Ulrich hoped.
Xana then teleported the group to Firmament after making them invisible.
"My invisibility trick works the exact same way as Naomi's. If they have thermal scanners they can see you. And everyone can still hear you." Xana informed.
The group nodded before tip-toeing in front of Nova to his right, retrieving the medicine. Xana then used his Septima to render Nova temporarily unconscious before making the orbital elevator go back to the ground and teleporting himself along with the Lyoko warriors to Earth.
Gunvolt didn't know the group had the medicine so he was using his Azure Striker Septima to force the elevator to go back up. So Xana used Naomi's watch to call Gunvolt and tell him they already had the medicine. So the orbital elevator came down to the ground after a few minutes.
Xana then teleported himself, the group, Gunvolt and Copen to the sanatorium.
"We've got the medicine!" Yumi shouted while running with he medicine bottle.
Ms. Francine took it from Yumi, propped Naomi's head up with her right hand and gave Naomi the medicine with her left. Ms. Francine then went over to the Lyoko team.
"Thank you so much. You risked your lives to help her even though it could've cost you all your lives." Ms. Francine thanked.
Ulrich shook his head.
"It's okay ma'am. We're used to it. And Naomi's helped us so much. Honestly I don't think my friends and I would be here now if it wasn't for Naomi." Ulrich remarked.
"It'll take a few hours for the medicine to kick in so if you'd like you can stay." Ms. Francine offered.
Suddenly, Gunvolt got a call through his com.
"Hello?" Gunvolt spoke.
"You and Naomi are in real trouble when ya get back to work Geeves." Zeno warned.
"How come?" Gunvolt questioned.
"Apparently the boss thinks Naomi quit her job here or something along those lines because she hasn't been here for a couple of days and she hasn't left a message or anything." Zeno explained.
Suddenly, Zeno's voice was cut off by Asimov talking.
"So, Naomi's been sick and nobody decided to inform me?" Asimov questioned.
"Arson said he was going visit Naomi the other day." Moniqa notified.
"You wanted to see me sir?" Arson asked.
"You visited Naomi and didn't inform me of her condition?" Asimov interrogated.
Arson shook his head.
"Well you see sir, the thing is, uh oh." Arson spoke.
"What's with the 'uh oh'?" Zeno inqueried.
"I went near Naomi and she had that Adept disease." Arson worried.
"You're fine Arson. You're a human so you won't be able to carry it or catch it. But if you were carrying any of the nanobots they all died off by now." Moniqa assured.
"Phew." Arson smiled.
Back at the sanatorium, Naomi finally woke up.
"Huh? Where am I? What time is it?" Naomi yawned.
"Happy birthday sis." Copen spoke.
Naomi bolted upright.
"It's today!? How long did I sleep!?" Naomi shrieked.
"Two days." Copen answered.
"Are you fricking kidding me!?" Naomi cried.
Copen shook his head.
"I'm so sorry sis. Is there any way I can repay you?" Naomi begged.
"Yeah! Blow out the candles on our birthday cake!" Mytyl beamed.
Just then Ms. Francine brought a 3 layer cake with 2 layers of frosting with some on the outside. All of the cake was dyed red and vanilla flavored. The Lyoko warriors and Gunvolt were about to leave but Naomi dashed over and caught them right before they could open the doors.
"Are you guys leaving?" Naomi asked.
Ulrich turned around and nodded.
"No you can't! For my birthday wish, I want you guys to stay." Naomi beamed before pulling Ulrich by his wrists to where Ms. Francine was cutting slices of cake for everyone.
However, there wasn't any cake left for the Lyoko team. Naomi then waked over to them with 5 plates and 5 forks before giving the group each a fork to hold followed by Naomi putting the plates down and a crumb from her slice of cake on the plates. Naomi then snapped her fingers and the crumbs turned into full sized slices of cake.
"I'm so glad my birthday wish came true." Naomi cheered through a mouthful of cake.
"You won't believe what happened to Odd." Yumi laughed.
"Uh oh. What happened?" Naomi pondered aloud.
"He's avoided looking at any other girls, even when he teases Sissi." Yumi explained.
"So, I broke him?" Naomi queried.
Yumi shook her head.
"You fixed him actually. Last time he was dating Magali and Claire simultaneously." Yumi revealed.
"That's good. Feelin better Odd?" Naomi giggled.
Just then, the doors slammed open.
