Back with the Lyoko gang, they were at breakfast talking about yesterday's events.
"Who do you think those Sumeragi hunters Naomi was talking about were?" Yumi wondered.
"No idea. I still can't believe all of the stuff that's happened." Aelita answered.
"I'm starting to feel like my entire life is a lie." Odd sighed.
"Can you quit being so overdramatic Odd?" Ulrich snarled.
"I don't know why you think I'm being overdramatic! At least I don't dance around my problems!" Odd shouted.
"At least I haven't dated two girls at once and practically every girl in the eighth grade!" Ulrich yelled.
"Can you two please be reasonable?" Jeremy begged.
"Says the guy who has the perfect girlfriend!" Ulrich retorted.
"I'm not perfect! Nothing about me or my life is perfect!" Aelita cried before running out of the cafeteria.
"Aelita wait!" Jeremy pled while chasing Aelita to the cafeteria entrance.
"Let her go Einstein. She just needs to calm down a bit." Ulrich assured.
Jeremy got up and glared at Ulrich.
"How can you say that? You're the one who made her get upset in the first place!" Jeremy protested before storming off.
But before Jeremy left the cafeteria, Odd had a question.
"Can I have your portion Jeremy?" Odd queried.
"Have at it." Jeremy agreed.
Odd smiled before digging in as Jeremy walked off.
Meanwhile, Aelita was talking with Yumi on the bench everyone usually sat on while discussing her fight with Jeremy.
"So, do you feel better now?" Yumi asked.
"I guess so, even though it was Ulrich who made me upset." Aelita supposed.
"It's okay, I'll handle him." Yumi notified before going off to find Ulrich.
Yumi went to Ulrich and Odd's dorm. Yumi knocked thrice before hearing a closet door close and seeing Odd open the door.
"Hey Yumi, what are you doing here?" Odd greeted.
"Hey Odd, Aelita said Ulrich dragged her into a fight and I said I'd talk to him for her. So I thought you might know where he is and I thought I'd check here." Yumi elucidated.
Odd then opened the door fully and looked behind him.
"Nope, sorry Yumi but Ulrich's not here." Odd apologized.
"Did he say that he was going anywhere?" Yumi pondered.
"Honestly, I haven't seen him since lunch." Odd lied.
"Well, if you see him can you tell him to meet me at the bench?" Yumi hoped.
"Sure." Odd fibbed.
Yumi then made it look like she left before going to the right side of the door to Ulrich and Odd's dorm.
"It's okay Ulrich, Yumi's gone." Odd informed.
Yumi then heard the sound of a closet door opening.
"Thanks a lot Odd. I'm really sorry about fighting with you earlier. And I feel especially awful for dragging Aelita into it." Ulrich sighed while closing the closet door as Yumi opened the dorm door.
"Aha! I knew you were in here!" Yumi shouted.
Odd and Ulrich were caught red handed.
"Odd, I thought you said it was safe for me to come out of hiding." Ulrich snarled.
"Why did you say that? Aelita's devastated." Yumi fumed.
"I didn't mean to sound like that. I just meant that Aelita's so nice and smart. Jeremy told Odd and I to be reasonable but he's got almost perfect grades and Aelita seems the same way." Ulrich explained.
"That's still not an excuse for what you said. And I think you owe Aelita an apology." Yumi commented.
"I'll apologize after math." Ulrich muttered.
