"I can't believe I didn't know Naomi was lab created." Jerem sighed.

"We thought she told you." Ulrich doubted.

"Ya'll thought who said what?" Naomi queried after taking a bite from a croissant.

"We thought you told Jeremy you wre lab created." Odd supposed.

"Well, that's a rather complicated subject to explain. However, for-get it Odd! I'm not saying zip!" Naomi answered.

"Aw man, we were so close! Guess Aelita'll have to explain it." Odd sighed.

"Apparenlty Naomi has the same DNA as Copen and Mytyl however the way she was created was different. Her genetic information was incubated in something like the scanners but made of glass." Aelita elucidated.

"Hey, speaking of Naomi where'd she go?" Yumi pondered.

"She probably snuck off the some other part of campus." Ulrich theorized.

Naomi had actually gone outside and was sitting on the bench the others usually sat on. However, the peace didn't last for long. soon, Sissi walked up to Naomi, followed by Nicholas and Herve'.

"So, Naomi wasn't it?" Sissi remembered.

"Whadda ya want Sissi?" Naomi snarled.

"Daddy says he needed to see you about something." Sissi notified.

"Aight, thanks." Naomi thanked before getting up and leaving.

When she got to Mr. Delmas's office, he was looking through a file.

"You wanted to see me sir?" Naomi remembered.

"Yes, I was wondering if yo wouldn't mind patrolling the grounds. I understand that since you're an Adept you can't get an education through the normal channels. However, you can attend classes to keep an eye out for suspicous activity and learn simultaneously. You can also choose to stay here in a dormitory or go home after school ends." Mr. Delmas answered.

"R-really? Thank you so much sir! This is the best news I've heard in years! But I think I'll act as a day student." Naomi beamed.

"Very well. Do you have a current employer I could discuss your hours with?" Mr. Delmas questioned.

"Yes sir, here, you can use this to communicate with him since it's a long distance number." Naomi smiled before handing Mr. Delmas her com.

So, after sitting and waiting for a few minutes, an agreement was reached as Mr. Delmas ended the call.

"Since it appears you work very late at night and your work begins when the students wake up you can continue with your current schedule." Mr. Delmas confirmed.

"I'll do whatever I can by any and all means to protect the faculty and staff." Naomi promised before running out of the principal's office to share the good news with the others.
