Jaune was locked out of his dorm. For some reason, Nora was not letting him, as she wanted to have a girls' talk in the room. Funny, how come Ren gets to stay, but he has to stay out?
Jaune sighed, "This sucks. Guess I'll have a bit of fun with the training bot. Get to find out how strong I've gotten before Combat Class."
So, Jaune left for the training room. He would be surprised just how much he has left his friends behind. But that's not what is important right now. What is important is the talk happening in team JNPR's dorm room. It was quite something.
Inside, Ren was sighing, then said, "Let me get this straight. Because of a concept you thought of while eating a pancake, you believe you should share Jaune with the others?"
Nora nodded, "That's right. I thought that rather than being Jaune's only number one, we could all share that spot. That way, we all remain friends."
Pyrrha was thinking; then she said, "I mean, I don't see why not? Jaune is a wonderful person. Plus, I don't want to feel like I did with Nora earlier when she told us about how she did something quite intimate with Jaune this morning. Then I thought, if I can have what Nora was having, I don't care how many girls Jaune is with."
Ren looked at the two and said, "But still…"
Before Ren could finish what he was going to say, Nora spoke. She said, "Come on, Ren. I know you wouldn't miss a chance to be with Jaune. You promised that when we got to know Jaune and Pyrrha, you would tell them you're a girl. But you refused since you get the chance to get Jaune alone for a guy's night!"
Ren was sweating. It was true; he was a she. Her name is not Lie Ren, but Lei Ren. When he was growing up with Nora, he needed to pretend to be a man as it was pretty dangerous where they were if people found out they were both females. Hence, Ren took the part of the man and got them through their tough times.
Ren then pushed her index fingers together. She said, "I was not going to reject it. I wanted to say, would the others be okay with it?"
Nora thought, 'Ruby was innocent; she would be on board, easy. For Weiss, she already has Neptune and has never shown any interest in Jaune. As for Blake and Yang? I know that Blake had a crush on Jaune ever since he helped Velvet with Cardin. However, I don't know if she would be on board; then again, she does read a lot of smut. Maybe she would be on board.'
After thinking, Nora said, "I don't think we will have any problems. Maybe Yang. I know she got interested in Jaune, non-romantically, after the Beacon Dance, and they've been going clubbing when they can. She's a tough one. Oh, well. A sacrifice for the many!"
Lei sighed. Nora has always been this way but would never have it any other way. She said, "I think we could convince her somehow. When we tell her, we must figure out the right thing to say."
While Lei was talking, Pyrrha suddenly asked a question. She said, "Uhm…Nora, do you think Jaune now suspects Ren as one of us girls?"
Nora looked at Pyrrha and tilted her head in confusion. She said, "Maybe? Why? It's not like Ren plans to continue pretending to be a man."
Pyrrha agreed with Nora, but she had a plan. She said, "True, but I thought if Ren could continue for a little bit more, we might be able to get a bit more info from Jaune. Ask him about his thoughts on forming a Harem."
Lei then spoke, "She's right. Nora, we can't do your plan if Jaune isn't open to having a harem."
Nora then laughed a bit, "Pfft! You guys don't have to worry about that. I happen to stay up late sometimes, and let me tell you. Jaune would have dreams of being married to multiple women. And oof! The Kinky things he dreams about are very steamy. Want me to tell you some of them?"
A chance to hear some of the juicy things happening in Jaune's dreams? Of course, Lei and Pyrrha are in! They wanted to know every detail, and Nora was compliant.
In the training room, Jaune was shocked with himself.
The training bot he was fighting was now embedded in the reinforced wall of Beacon's training room. The pressure these walls can take is impossibly high, but he could embed a robot in the wall with a single punch.
Jaune stared in shock, "H-Holy shit! This is too much!" He looked at his hand in shock and didn't know what to make of what happened.
But then, Jaune smiled, 'With this, I don't have to be a burden to the team. I'll finally be able to stand beside them rather than behind them.' He squeezed his fist in joy.
Jaune looked at the ceiling and thought, 'I wonder if I'm strong enough to challenge a Zombie Lord or King without the Absolute Spear? It won't hurt to try! I can take out the spear and kill the Zombie if anything goes wrong. There is nothing to fear.'
Looking at the time, Jaune only had ten minutes before class started. Thankfully, he did not sweat in this training and didn't change his new combat armor. If he were late, Miss Goodwitch would be on his case. He didn't like seeing Glynda disappointed.
With Jaune's new agility, arriving in Combat Class didn't take him long. He was even first. One would think that with a beauty like Glynda, many would arrive early for a chance to see her before the lesson, but that was not the case. Due to her strict personality, people fear her and would avoid her as much as possible.
Jaune sneered a bit, 'Ungrateful turds! She's just making sure they would be safe when they're in the field. I know her lessons were useful when I arrived in that apocalypse of a dream.'
Okay, maybe Jaune has had a bit of a crush on Glynda since he started getting his shit together when he stopped pursuing Weiss. There was nothing wrong with that!
Jaune sighed, 'Why do I fall for people I do not have a chance against? First Weiss, now Glynda. Why do I do this to myself?'
When Jaune entered the room, Glynda saw him and spoke, "Hmm? You're early, Mr. Arc. Usually, you would arrive just around the time starts."
Jaune sighed, "Well, I thought a change was in order. I wanted to start buckling down and get my things together. Especially now that we will be going on our first mission, I must perform my best if I want to keep my team safe."
Glynda showed Jaune something rare, her smile. She said, "Well, said Mr. Arc. And this is the reason why I see you as my best student. You are not the best fighter, but you listen to my suggestions after each spar, learning from your mistake."
Jaune blushed. He rubbed the back of his head and said, "T-Thanks."
Glynda looked at Jaune and said, "There is nothing to thank me for, Mr Arc. But I hope you continue striving to better yourself. Oh, and a bit of a heads-up. I'll be picking you to fight in today's match along with Neptune."
Glynda thought she would see Jaune nervous about being picked for the match, but she only saw him nodding before saying, "Thank you for the heads-up, Miss Goodwitch."
Looking at Jaune heading to the seats, Glynda thought, 'That's interesting. He seemed more confident about today's match. Is he been sneaking in extra training besides the one he does with Miss Nikos? I look forward to seeing your improvements, Jaune. I wonder if you still remember me?'
It wasn't long later that the students started pouring into the class. Pyrrha, Nora, and Ren were among the first people, followed by a few from other academies. His team sat beside him. After that, team RWBY arrived. However, there seemed to be something wrong. Weiss was irate.
Jaune, looking at Weiss, thought, 'What happened? Wasn't she okay the day before? Shouldn't she be happy? She went on a date with Neptune last night.'
As Jaune was thinking, he saw Neptune and Sun arrive. When he saw Neptune look at Weiss, he saw guilt in the man's eyes.
Jaune was curious, 'I thought they were getting along? Weiss was even very excited last night before she went on a date. It took her hours to prepare.'
Team RWBY sat down on the left side of Jaune, and Sun and Neptune sat far away from them. The closes with Jaune was Ruby, so he asked, "Hey, Ruby. What happened with Weiss and Neptune?"
Ruby was annoyed, but not at Jaune; she said, "When Weiss and Neptune were supposed to go on a date last night. She took hours picking the best dress for dinner, saying, 'I will only wear the best for my first date.' But Neptune showed up sloppy. It was like he didn't even care about Weiss! Then during their date, Neptune kept looking and flirting with other girls. I know because my team spied on their date. But the worse thing is, later, Neptune ditched Weiss in the middle of their date!"
Jaune was annoyed; he thought, 'Seriously! This is the guy I helped get with Weiss during Beacon Dance! If I knew, I might have taken that chance to dance with her, even if only as a friend.'
Ruby groaned and said to Jaune, "I hope Yang and Neptune get picked for the match today. I want Sis to kick his butt! No mercy!"
Jaune was smirking. He got a heads-up from Glynda that he would be going against Neptune; this was perfect. So, he told Ruby, "Why don't I beat him up for you? Glynda told me earlier that I would go against Neptune for today's match."
Ruby was confused. Is this her Jaune? Where is this confidence coming from? She asked, "Are you sure? I don't want you getting hurt…Don't get me wrong; it's not that I don't believe in you; it's just that I don't like seeing you get hurt."
Jaune rubbed Ruby on the top of her head. He told her, "I know, Ruby. But I'll show you what I can do so that I can stop you from worrying about me getting hurt in the future."
When Jaune rubbed her head, she was happy. Although, she pretended to swat his hand away in irritation. With a smile, she told Jaune, "Okay, Mr. I don't know where you're getting your confidence. I want to see what you can do to stop me from getting worried about you."
Jaune smiled at Ruby. She was so cute! This is why he wants her to remain this way, as he hates it when he sees a look of worry in her eyes when they go to Combat Class.
