Chapter Thirty-Four
I Sense Trouble!
The turtles, Splinter, Monalisa and Pandora stared in horror as they watched Shredder stab his blades into Leonardo and the blue masked turtle doubled over choking in agony as his blood dripped on the sewer floor.
"Leo…" Monalisa sobbed, remembering when Arashi had stabbed him those years back and they had almost lost him, back then, they had been able to save his life, thanks to the healing serum Monalisa had stolen, but this time, it was hopeless.
"You bastard!" Pandora screamed.
"You fucker!" Raphael roared.
"Leave him alone!" Michelangelo yelled.
"Coward!" Donatello shouted.
Splinter just stared in horror and grief as tears flowed from his eyes.
All the while, Arashi, Dr Arden, Hanako, the Venomous Five and the Foot Ninja watched in glee, taking pleasure in the Shredder torturing Leonardo.
Leonardo choked then his screamed through gritted teeth as he was lifted up by Shredder's blades.
Seeing the torture, Raphael just couldn't take it anymore and he roared before leaping for the Shredder.
"Get off my brother!" he screamed, he had almost lost his brother once, he would not let the Shredder take him away.
"Dad!" Pandora shouted in fear as she saw the Shredder punch him back and he flew backwards towards the turtles, Monalisa, Pandora and Splinter.
At the same time, Arashi decided to take the rest of the Hamato Clan prisoner whilst they still could.
"Get them!" he ordered the Venomous Five.
"With pleasure!" Komodo Dragon growled, and he led the others towards the Hamato Clan!
Monalisa quickly pulled Raphael to his feet, and she brandished her fans towards the Venomous Five.
"This doesn't have to get ugly you know!" Black Mamba smirked.
"It already has, Ugly!" Pandora spat, she decided to put Mr Swinger away and brandished her claws.
"I won't waste Mr Swinger on you!" she snarled "I'll tear you to shreds like I did that disgusting clone!"
Michelangelo glared and took out his nun chucks.
Donatello wanted to help, but the arrow Hanako had shot at him was still embedded in his hand and there was no way he could use his bo staff.
Splinter meanwhile stood in front of him, his teeth bared, and his hands clawed, despite his grief at the fact Leonardo was fatally hurt, he wasn't going to lose his sons, adopted daughter and granddaughter to the Foot even if it meant fighting to the death.
The Venomous Five ran at the turtles, Komodo Dragon went for Pandora, but she ran past him under his arm and slashed at his body with her claws.
The giant lizard roared in pain and turned to the hybrid snarling.
"You're gonna regret that!"
"Come and get me you big slow idiot!" Pandora jeered.
Raphael meanwhile went for Nile Monitor, who fought back with his claws and tail as well as snapped with his jaws.
Monalisa and Black Mamba fought in hand-to-hand combat, Black Mamba with her tanto and Monalisa with her fans, as well as kicking and striking with their tails and limbs.
Cobra and Gila Monster meanwhile went for Michelangelo and Splinter who kept the wounded Donatello protected.
"You don't stand a chance against us!" Cobra hissed peeling back her lips, "Very soon you'll have to give up!"
"We won't give up without a fight, you ugly spitter!" Michelangelo yelled.
Cobra laughed and jeered.
"Well, your big brother will!" she gestured her thumb to Shredder who still had Leonardo impaled on his blades.
"Leo's gonna die! Leo's gonna die!" she taunted in a sing song voice.
"SHUT UP!" Michelangelo roared as he saw red and he leapt towards Cobra who instantly moved to the side and used her tail to trip Michelangelo up making him roll forward a few times and land flat on his face in the sewer water!
The orange masked turtle tried to get up quickly, but he soon felt Gila Monster's foot on his shell pinning him down!
"My Son!" Splinter cried as he went to help but Cobra blocked his path and started to spit at him!
Donatello, despite the pain in his hand ran over to help, but as he did, he felt something hit him in the shoulder!
The brainy turtle looked down and to his horror he saw it was a syringe with red liquid and that only meant one thing!
The turtle then felt his whole-body tense up as if he had been turned to cement and he fell on the ground stiff as a board!
Splinter gasped in horror as he saw Donatello go down then he saw Dr Arden had his arm up and pointing at where Donatello had stood mere seconds ago, showing he had fired one of his syringes at him!
Then before the rat could move, Cobra saw her chance as he was distracted and punched him in the face dazing him, then she did a round house kick and sent him flying into the grasp of Gila Monster who held him up by the scruff of the neck!
Soon, only Raphael, Monalisa and Pandora were lift standing!
Pandora had seen her uncles and grandfather go down and she was shocked, but she wasn't ready to stop fighting.
She slashed her claws again at Komodo Dragon and aimed for his face but as she did, she felt something fly past her face and cut her cheek!
She cried out in pain and shock, but it was enough for Komodo Dragon to grab her pinning her arms to her side and holding her like a toy soldier!
"Hey!" she screamed "Let me go!"
Raphael and Monalisa saw their daughter get grabbed, and Monalisa had seen that the projectile which had been a ninja star, had been thrown by Hanako as her arm was still in that throwing position and she had a smirk on her face.
"Dishonour!" The lizard shouted at the woman but as she was distracted, Black Mamba struck her in the forehead, and she was dazed, seeing stars!
Monalisa crumpled to the floor and that was enough for Raphael to be distracted by the fall of his mate and Nile Monitor grabbed him and held him in a tight grip like Komodo Dragon held Pandora.
Seeing how the Hamato Clan was captured, the Shredder smirked.
"At last! My enemies are in my grasp! Once again! I will have my revenge!" he turned to Leonardo and smirked.
"See now how you have failed your family! You have failed in all ways to stop me and protect your family!" he pointed to each one of the turtles, Monalisa, Splinter and Pandora.
Leonardo looked up, despite the pain he felt, and tears filled his eyes as he looked at his captive family, all in the clutches of the Venomous Five.
Nile Monitor had Raphael and Splinter in his paws, Komodo Dragon had picked up the paralysed Donatello as well as held a struggling Pandora, and Gila Monster had Michelangelo under his foot, whilst Black Mamba held Monalisa close with her tanto under her throat!
Cobra meanwhile just jeered and laughed.
Leonardo looked at Shredder in the eyes and spat at him, a mix of blood and saliva.
"Well done…. Shredder(!)" he snarled "Now you have us, you have won! Why don't you just…finish us! Instead of just…just…. jabbering about your victory!"
Shredder glared and took off his helmet.
"Oh, I intend to finish you Leonardo! But you won't get the easy way out! Not yet!"
So, saying he dropped Leonardo onto the ground, making him slide off his blades!
The rest of the Hamato clan watched in horror as Shredder placed his foot on Leonardo's chest!
"You're not going to die today! Nor tomorrow! Nor the day after that! I plan to do much with you for the many times you and your family have escaped me and defeated me!"
He looked towards Dr Arden who nodded and walked over before kneeling to the turtle and stabbing the wounds with a syringe.
Leonardo blinked then he felt the pain cease and his wounds healed!
Dr Arden then produced another syringe and injected the turtle with it before he could move, and Leonardo felt his body freeze up and he couldn't move!
"Head-on-a-stick!" the Doctor smirked then stood up.
Shredder laughed then looked to the Venomous Five and the Foot Ninja and two ninjas ran over and picked up Leonardo.
"Let us return to Headquarters!" he hissed "I got plans for our 'Guests'!"
The Venomous Five hissed and laughed then began to drag their prisoners through the sewers to get to the surface and back to the Foot Headquarters.
Meanwhile, all the way in the state of Illinois, under the famous Windy City Chicago, the Underground sanctuary Mutopia bustled with its many mutant citizens including the Chicago Knights, good friends, and allies of the Hamato Clan, with no idea what was happening in New York.
In the Temple of the Magical Well, the leader of the Chicago Knights, the powerful and mighty Tyroth the Dragon sat cross-legged in the temple, meditating which was one of his favourite past-times, as well as a mandatory thing he did each day to help control his powerful dragon magic.
At first, his meditation was peaceful as he was floating amongst a sky full of stars and feeling his magic surging around him.
But then suddenly it didn't seem so peaceful, as he suddenly heard crying, almost a fearful crying, a heart broken crying, like that of a young girl.
The Dragon floated there and listened, he didn't know what was going on, but the crying sounded so familiar.
Then not long after the crying came, he heard an evil laughter which almost chilled him to the bone, followed by a slashing then a flash of blades appeared before his eyes.
The Dragon blinked and looked around, yet the crying and the laughing continued then the slashing appeared again!
Tyroth looked around once, but he couldn't see where the sounds were coming from, and the flashes of blades continued to appear before him.
He closed his eyes and tried to pull himself out, and he soon succeeded and found himself back in the Temple of the Well in Mutopia.
"Whoa!" he cried as he shook his head and tried to wake himself up "What was that?"
He looked around the temple then thought for a moment, who was crying in his vison, and who was laughing?
He knew that voice, the one that was crying, as he had heard it before, if not often, but he never forgot!
"Kemeko!" he realised, then he thought of the laughter and the flashes of the blades.
"Oh No!" he thought "No! It can't be!" he stood up, but no matter how much he tried to shake the thought away, his gut kept telling him something was wrong, and that there was trouble in New York!
Tyroth glared and clenched his claws, he couldn't ignore this! He went for the exit of the Temple to find Sephie and the Chicago Knights to tell them of his vision!
So the Hamato Clan have been captured and are being taken to the Foot Headquarters, what fate will await them there?
How many of you thought I was going to have Leonardo die there and then? I don't blame you if you thought yes, but nope! Shredder's not letting him die that easily! And given how Dr Arden has healing serum at his disposal, he can do what he wants and heal his enemies to begin the torture all over again! Yikes!
Yet there is hope! Tyroth seems to have had a vision whilst meditating, but will he and the Knights make it to New York in time? May have to wait a while to see!
