Floors and Rooms (in order from the bottom to the top)
The Garage: Where a good chunk of the vehicles and modes of transportation are kept. This is also where the spiraling staircase begins.
The Shooting Range: A medieval tournament themed room that's used as a training room for ranged weaponry. This is often used by the more Ranged-focused Guardians.
The Gymnasium: A Greco-Roman themed room that's used for physical training. Weight-lifting, cardio, track, gymnastics, and weaponry dueling. This is often used by the more Melee and Tank-focused Guardians.
The Sport Room: A special room that can take on different themes and looks for a specific sport. Like a Mesoamerican look for basketball, and a late 19th-century look for baseball.
The Simulation Room: A high-tech training room that uses holographic technology that can project just about any kind of scenario with an almost life-like feeling.
The Pool: An Atlantean themed-pool where the Guardians can simply relax. Also has a tiki bar. You'll find Guardians like Ariel, Marlin, Nemo, Dory, and Namor the Sub-Mariner here.
The Music Room: A room filled with various dancefloors (themed around different genres of music) occupied by big high-tech stereos. There's also a recording studio filled with various instruments. You'll often find Guardians like Phineas and Ferb, Miguel Rivera, Dazzler, and the Miraculous Holders that make up Kitty Section here.
The Game Room: A futuristic themed room filled with various video game consoles and arcade cabinets. You'll often find Guardians like Max Goof, Pepper Ann, Carapace, and Deadpool here.
The TV Room: A movie theater themed room with widescreen television and a huge couch with reclining chairs. Also has a high-tech snack bar. You'll often find Guardians like The Simpsons and The Griffin Family here.
The Kitchen: Where the Guardians come to eat. Also has a special feature that allows it to change themes. You'll often find Guardians like Remy, Tiana and Gambit here.
The Portal Chamber: Where the portals to the worlds of the Mirrorverse are held. Often used as a quick-way to travel to worlds.
The Meeting Chamber: Where the Guardians meet-up and discuss their plans.
The Art Studio: An art-studio themed room filled with all forms of art supplies. You'll often find Guardians like Rapunzel, Rafiki, Colossus and Milo Kamalani here.
The Library: A library filled with various themed-sections themed around different book genres. You'll often find Guardians like Belle, both Beasts, and Goliath here.
The Garden: A tropics themed-garden filled with plants and memorabilia from South America, Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific. You'll often find Guardians like Goofy and Storm here.
The Laboratory: A high-tech lab that used to create various gadgets and gizmos for the Guardians. You'll often find Guardians like Mike Wazowski, Hiro Hamada, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Wade, Lewis Robinson, Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic, Ant-Man and Doctor Doom here.
The Laundry Room: Where the Guardians' clothes get washed.
The Bathroom: A room themed around various aquatic scenarios, with multiple sections filled with multiple bathroom appliances (for obvious reasons). These include a nautical themed-section of sinks, a country themed-section of toilet stalls, a rainforest themed-section of shared showers (one for the males, one for the females, and one for the adult couples), and a section of shared baths that can change to different themes like The Kitchen (just like with the showers).
The Bedrooms: A long stretch of hallways, filled with the bedrooms of the Guardians.
The Infirmary: Where the injured Guardians are taken care of and treated.
The Observatory: A mismatched themed (medieval, Asian, Arabic, tribal) room where the more magical Guardians often practice their magic.
