Drifloon 1: Is human even a child?
Drifloon 2: It said it's 17 so I'm counting it.
Linka: *In her thoughts* I think it's a good time to use that back strike technique. But if I do that, they might drop Loki. Wait! (Pulls out Wings's Pokeball) I have an idea.
(Linka sends out Wings)
Linka: Wings, Could you catch that guy those pokemon are carrying in case he falls?
Wings: You've got it, Master!
(Linka pulls out Quilli's Pokeball. and throws hit behind one of the Drifloons' head.)
Drifloon 1: Ow! (Loses its grip on Loki)
(Drifllon 2 struggles to hang to Loki alone underneath his weight, but Wings snatches him from it.)
Wings: I'll be taking that.
Drifloon 1: Wha, who hit me?
(Linka and Quilli are in battle position)
Linka: Alright Quilli use Ember, Agile style!
(Quilli shoots smaller but quicker fireball at Drifloon 2)
Linka: Ember, Algie stye again!
(Quilli shoots another small ball of fire at Drifloon 2. Drifloon 1 was still caught unaware.)
(Drifloon 2 unleashes psychic energy on Quilli known as Confusion)
Drifloon 1: Ugh, my head hurts.
Linka: Alright! Go Heavy ball!
(Linka throws a heavy ball at Drifloon 2, Capturing it. While Drifloon 1 recovers from the backstrike.)
Drifloon 1: What the? What did you do to my friend?! You are so going to pay!
Linka: Quilli use Ember, Strong style!
(Quilli fire a larger but slower fireball at Drifloon 1 while Drifloon 1 uses Confusion.)
Linka: *In her thoughts* Since i used strong style, The opposing pokemon gains a free attack.
(Drifloon 1 hits Quilli with another confusion attack. Quilli was on the verge of fainting.)
Linka: Hang in there Quilli! (Pulls out a pokeball) Go pokeball!
(Linka throws a pokeball at Drifloon 1 capturing it.)
Linka: And that's a wrap!
(Wings put Loki down on the ground.)
Loki: Whoa Linka, how you learn to do that?
Linka: It's a long story. If you're wondering where we are, we're in the Hisui region.
Loki: O.K., So where you get those clothes?
Linka: I got them from the Galaxy Team, I'm helping them compete Hisui's first pokedex.
Loki: Now? Do you realize that the others could literally be in danger?
Linka: Arceus said I need to catch all the pokemon in order to find them. Besides, Levi and Leon are safe in a village somewhere.
Loki: Who's Arceus?
Linka: The owner of the phone we found. *boastly* He let me keep it by the way.
Loki: *sigh* Fine, just make sure you keep those things-
Linka: Pokemon.
Loki: Whatever...from attacking me.
(Linka and Loki arrive at the bridge to meet Mai. But a galaxy member halts them.)
Galaxy Member: There are many strong pokemon that make their home on the other side this bridge! I can't let you pass until you're a First- Oh, at your rank you should be fine! Go on then!
Linka: I request that you let my brother pass too. Don't worry, he's under my protection.
Galaxy member: O.K., Don't let your guard down now. Retreat to safety if you find yourself in trouble.
(The Galaxy member let the Loud kids pass. At the other side of the bridge was Rei talking with a girl with black hair that flows down the left side of her face, blue eyes, and an outfit with a light blue pentagon on it. She also had a small teal pokemon who had two long ears, and two teeth from the bottom of his mouth on her side.)
Rei: Over here! (Notices Loki) Ah! I see you found one of your brothers. I'm Rei nice to meet you.
Loki: (Shakes hands with Rei) Loki. Nice to meet you too.
Rei: (To Mai) This here is Linka.
Mai: My, my... A new face in the village? Not that it matters to me if you're new. If you're here, I assume you're prepared to be of help. I am one of the wardens of the Diamond Clan. You may call me Mai. I suppose you might not even know what a warden is, if you're new to Hisui...
(Linka shook her head.)
Mai: But such talk can wait. Right now, I'd rather we get straight to the point. I have a problem that I need help solving. So the more important question is this... Do you feel confident that you can lead your Pokémon in battle?
Linka: I do
Mai: That's good to hear. That Security Corps of yours certainly wasn't up to the task. (Turns toward her pokemon) This here is my partner, Munchlax. We were raised together like siblings. He battles at my side by choice, without needing any silly little balls like you use. Watch and learn.
Munchlax: Get Ready!
(Linka and Mai have their pokemon out. Linka has Quilli while Mai has Munchlax.)
Linka: Alright Quilli use Rollout!
(Quilli rolled into a ball and hit Munchlax)
Mai: You too Munchlax!
(Munchlax also rolled into a ball and hit Qwilli.)
Linka: Oh no! Quilli! You look like you took some serious damage there.
Quilli: Yeah...
Linka: Use Ember Strong Style!
(Quilli Fired a large fireball at Munchlax. But it wasn't enough to knock him out.)
Mai: Rollout again!
(Munchlax used rollout on Quilli again causing her to faint.)
Linka: Quilli!
(Rei raises his hand in the air at Mai's side.)
Rei: Quilli is unable to battle, Munchlax is the winner!
(Linka returns Quilli to her pokeball)
Linka: You did well, Quilli.
Mai: So who's your next pokemon?
Linka: Let me think...I know! Go Star!
(Linka sends out Star)
Linka: Star use Thundershock!
(Star shot electricity at Munchlax paralyzing him.)
Linka: Alright! we paralyzed him! Now star Quick Attack, Strong style!
(Star hit Munchlax with a quick but powerful tackle)
Mai: Rollout again!
(Munchlax hit Star with another rollout.)
Linka: Now use Bite!
(Star bit Munchlax on the arm.)
Mai: Rollout again!
(Munchlax hit Star with another rollout. Causing him to faint.)
(Rei raises his hand in the air at Mai's side.)
Rei: Star is unable to battle, Munchlax is the winner!
(Linka sends Star back to his pokeball.)
Linka: Rest well. Now for my third pokemon, go Wings!
(Linka sends out Wings)
Linka: Wings use Gust! Agile Style!
(Wings flapped his wings to create a gust of wind on Munchlax.)
Mai: Rollout again!
(Muchlax rolled at Wings but missed.)
Linka: Alright, use Aerial Ace!
(Wings speed up at Munchlax with speedy slash of his wing. Knocking out the pokemon. Rei raised his hand at Linka's side)
Rei: Munchlax is unable to battle, Wings is the Winner! Which means the winner of the match is Linka!
Linka: Good work buddy!
Wings: Yeah!
Munchlax: I'm sorry Mai...
Mai: Don't worry, you defeated 2 of Linka's pokemon. You should be proud.
Munchlax: Gee thanks!
